Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of the decadence of al-ḥaya' (sense of shame) values in the younger generation amidst the massive flow of digital modernity and to formulate a comprehensive strategic framework for the preservation of Islamic morals in the virtual space. With a qualitative approach of Library Research , data were collected through documentation techniques and systematic recording from primary sources (religious texts and scientific journals) and secondary sources (KPAI and APJII reports), then analyzed using Qualitative Content Analysis . The results of the study indicate that the decline of al-ḥaya' values which function as syu'batun min al-iman (a branch of faith) is mainly triggered by a spiritual crisis (deficit in the concept of ihsan ) and the dominance of digital media that normalizes excessive self-disclosure behavior , erodes awareness of Divine supervision ( muraqabah ), and weakens self-control. Therefore, a Comprehensive Strategic Framework was formulated that focuses on the synergy of three educational centers: the integration of al-ḥaya' in the curriculum through habituation ( ta'wid ) and role modeling ( qudwah ḥasanah ) in schools, revitalization of the family ecosystem through parental digital role models, and strengthening Islamic value-based digital literacy. This study confirms that this holistic approach is effective in reactivating al-ḥaya' as an optimal self-regulation mechanism , providing practical and theoretical contributions to ensuring Muslim integrity and the preservation of morals in both physical and virtual public spaces.

Abstract

The potential of agribusiness MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Kubu Raya Regency is hindered by the low competency of business actors, which is reflected in minimal product innovation, packaging design, and the underutilization of digital technology in marketing. This condition indicates weaknesses in the aspects of knowledge, skills, and mental attitude, resulting in limited market reach and low turnover. This research aims to identify the level of agribusiness competency and analyze the factors influencing it, using a sample of 83 MSME actors through purposive sampling and ordinal logit regression analysis. The results show that the agribusiness competency of MSME actors is generally in the medium category, where the knowledge aspect is high while skills and mental attitude are medium. Education, business experience, and business capital significantly influence the level of competency. It is recommended that MSME actors be encouraged to increase innovation and have the courage to step out of their comfort zone to strengthen competitiveness.

Abstract

Development of digital technology in healthcare driven the emergence of telemedicine practices as an alternative for remote healthcare services. However, this progress presents complex legal and social challenges, particularly concerning the protection of patient rights and the responsibilities of healthcare providers. This article examines the urgency of regulating telemedicine within the context of patient law and the responsibilities of healthcare providers through the lens of sociology. The method used is normative juridical. According to Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning technology-based healthcare services, this law provides a foundation for telemedicine and the information technology in healthcare services, establishing guidelines for the practice of remote healthcare services. Law Number 17 of 2023 aims to address increasingly complex health challenges in Indonesia with a more modern and technology-based approach. This aligns with the evolving needs of society, especially following the experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, there is a need for adaptive regulatory updates and increased digital literacy among the public to support a fair and sustainable healthcare system.

Abstract

The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) phenomenon in Indonesia has become a complex social and legal issue amidst globalization and technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the definition, causes, social impacts, and legal perspectives on this phenomenon within the context of Indonesian moral and cultural values. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a sociological and normative juridical approach through literature review and social theory. The results of the study indicate that promiscuity and LGBT emerged due to the influence of global culture, digital media, and weak character education. Socially, this phenomenon has led to a shift in moral values, an increase in deviant behavior, and the emergence of stigma and social conflict. Although the LGBT community is increasingly present in public spaces and social media, Indonesian society generally still rejects its existence because it is considered contrary to religious and cultural norms . In terms of law, LGBT behavior and promiscuity are not explicitly regulated in the law, but acts that violate morality can be prosecuted through Articles 281 and 292 of the Criminal Code, as well as Law No. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. The government is expected to strengthen regulations and moral education that balance individual rights and social order. Thus, the phenomenon of promiscuity and LGBT reflects the nation's moral challenges that require a balanced legal, social, and educational approach to align with the values of Pancasila and Indonesia's cultural identity.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of animation visual technology creates a gap between technical sophistication and depth of character content. Immersive technologies like CGI have the potential to render moral messages superficial and merely visual tack, eclipsed by the demands of spectacular effects and the commercial interests of the industry. This research was conducted by applying a qualitative approach through the library research method. This study adopted a qualitative content analysis approach combined with critical discourse analysis. The results show that: 1). Animation technology has evolved from mere entertainment to a sophisticated narrative tool for conveying moral messages. CGI and immersive techniques create powerful visual metaphors, transforming abstract concepts into emotional experiences that children can easily grasp. 2). Character values such as role models and empathy are no longer presented dogmatically. Modern animation presents them through dynamic character arcs, using visual symbols (such as changes in color or camera angles) to subtly demonstrate a character's moral development. 3). The animation industry faces a tension between educational goals and commercial demands. Market pressures can lead to a dilution of values, where moral messages become shallow and generic to sell franchises and merchandise, hindering narrative depth. 4). The effectiveness of animation in shaping behavior depends on children's identification with the characters and adult guidance. While immersive, resolving moral conflicts too quickly risks instilling unrealistic expectations. The best impact is achieved when the viewing is followed by discussion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of rewards and punishments in improving the learning outcomes of third-grade students at Taman Siswa Pematang Siantar Elementary School. A qualitative descriptive approach was used with a total of 23 students as research subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation with data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a lack of motivation and interest in learning as well as a passive attitude among students during learning activities. This was because teachers did not apply the right strategies. One strategy that can be applied is the use of rewards and punishments. The results showed that the implementation of rewards and punishments by teachers had a positive impact on increasing students' interest in learning. The impact of rewards based on the analysis of the reward questionnaire, per item with the highest score was on p4 (material rewards) at 94.57%. The average reward score percentage was 84.23% (good). The lowest score was on p5 (symbolic rewards) at 73.91% (fair). The impact of punishment based on the questionnaire analysis results with the highest score was p4 (non-verbal punishment) at 91.30% (very good). The lowest scores were on p6 (normative punishment) and p8 (psychological punishment) at 81.52% (good). The average percentage of punishment scores was 84.13% (good). This shows that the impact of punishment on learning interest was at a good level (85.65%). Students showed a positive response to both strategies and became more active in attending lessons.

Abstract

This study reviews global research on digital transformation, examining how e-invoicing, e-filing, digital port systems, and supply-chain data integration affect governance and compliance. the digitalization improves transparency, efficiency, and compliance, though regulatory differences remain a challenge. This research employs a literature review method by analyzing scholarly articles relevant to the topic. Digital transformation such as e-invoicing, e-filing, digital platforms, and supply-chain data integration improve governance, transparency, and efficiency. Real-time data and fewer manual errors enhance auditability. Evidence from several countries confirms better payment accuracy, logistics performance, and tax compliance, though regulatory harmonization especially within the EU remains a challenge. This study integrates cross-country evidence to clarify fragmented findings, showing that digitalization enhances transparency, reduces information asymmetry, and strengthens compliance across regulatory contexts. This study shows that digital tools improve transparency, efficiency, and compliance, guiding policymakers in adopting integrated platforms to reduce fraud and strengthen governance. This study is limited by its reliance on a literature review method, constrained to articles published within specific timeframes and academic databases.

Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) examines the barriers hindering the development of teachers’ professional and digital competence in developing countries between 2020 and 2025. The study integrates findings from 30 peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Using the PRISMA 2020 framework, the review identifies five major categories of barriers: (1) individual factors (motivation, self-efficacy, and digital anxiety), (2) institutional and organizational constraints, (3) infrastructural and technological limitations, (4) policy and governance barriers, and (5) socio-cultural and contextual factors. The results reveal that teachers in developing regions face interrelated structural and psychological obstacles that limit their capacity to integrate digital technologies and sustain professional growth. The paper concludes with a conceptual synthesis outlining the need for holistic, context-aware professional development programs and equitable digital access policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives through public credit policies on the success of the people's economy. The background of this study is based on the strategic role of MSMEs and cooperatives in strengthening the national economy, but the effectiveness of public policy as a supporting factor still requires further study. The research method used is a quantitative method with a path analysis approach to examine the direct and indirect influences between variables. Data were obtained through a survey of MSME and cooperative actors who were the objects of the study. The results show that MSME growth has a significant direct influence on the success of the people's economy, while the indirect influence through public policy (credit) is insignificant. Meanwhile, cooperatives, either directly or through public policy, do not have a significant influence on the people's economy. These findings indicate that the success of the people's economy is still supported more by the growth of MSMEs than by cooperatives or government credit policies. In the future, similar research can expand its scope by including non-credit policy variables and a qualitative approach to provide a more comprehensive picture of the dynamics of the people's economy in Indonesia.
