Abstract

Education is carried out so that learning objectives can be achieved. Educational goals will be achieved through the learning process. In the learning process teachers must have learning methods in each subject. One of the important subjects in elementary school is Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), which discusses how living things interact with each other and understand phenomena that occur in their environment, therefore science subjects are often considered difficult. So this results in students' interest in studying science at school being low. A learning method that can increase student interest is using outdoor learning or learning outside the classroom. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the application of out-of-class learning methods in increasing interest in learning science and science for VA class students at SDN Pedurungan Kidul 02, Semarang City with a sample of 29 students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research, consisting of 2 cycles and 4 main activities, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the application of learning outside the classroom can increase students' interest in learning science and science. The results of research on pre-action outdoor learning obtained a percentage of only 40%. Meanwhile, after outdoor learning was implemented, students' interest in learning science and science showed a percentage increase of 89%. It can be concluded that the application of learning outside the classroom can increase students' interest in learning science and technology.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the increase in students' conceptual understanding after implementing the STAD learning model combined with EkonQuizz media. This research was conducted at SDN Tamansari 03 which is located in West Kereppare hamlet, Pati Regency. The population in the study were all fourth grade students at SDN Tamansari 03 using a saturated sampling technique. The total population is 20 students consisting of 9 male students and 11 female students. This research uses a quantitative pre-experimental method combined with a One Group Pretest-posttest design. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the N-Gain test. The research results show that there is an increase in students' understanding of concepts as seen from the results of the N-Gain test which shows significant changes. The N-Gain value is 0.6017 with a percentage of 60.17% indicating the category is quite effective. The use of the STAD model in combination with EkonQuizz media can also increase students' understanding of concepts, this can be seen from the results of the N-Gain test on each indicator which has experienced a significant increase. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that applying the STAD model combined with EkonQuizz media can improve students' understanding of concepts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of students' writing skills with learning media story war 3D torch in class V SD N 2 Karanggondang 3 D media is realized with pop up book media. Data collection techniques use technique interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Analysis of the data used covers qualitative data analysis with subject 21 students . Enhancement results Study influenced by management learning and activities student Based on study above the media is solution for overcome skills write paragraphs, research and analysis to Indonesian language learning skills write, can withdrawn conclusion that results Study about material influence change environment physique to mainland experience improvement, It is seen in condition beginning student error write student decrease. Abstract

Currently, Indonesian education is experiencing a slight decline after Covid-19. The aim of this study is to implementation learning style differentiation and analyze the effectiveness carried out in the learning process using mathematics subjects regarding Numbers Up to 10,000. This study was conducted using qualitative methods at SDN Sendangguwo 01 Semarang. The results of observations and diagnostic tests carried out, in the first table, 29% of students have an auditory learning style. Then 54% of students have a visual learning style and 17% of students have a kinesthetic learning style. From the results of the interviews given, it can be seen that differentiated learning using learning styles can increase students' interest in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research explores the long-term impact of Infaq and Shodaqah programmes on the moral and social development of students in Medan city. Using a Qualitative approach, this research integrates qualitative surveys to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impact of these programmes. The analysis showed that students who participated in the Infaq and Shodaqah programmes demonstrated significantly stronger moral reasoning and social behaviours, such as empathy and cooperation, compared to their non-participating counterparts. Qualitative findings further supported these results, emphasising the role of these programmes in reinforcing Islamic values and fostering a strong sense of community among students. This study concludes that Infaq and Shodaqah programmes are effective tools for character education, contributing to the development of socially responsible and highly moral individuals. The findings highlight the importance of integrating such programmes into the broader educational framework to enhance students' overall ethical and social development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of multicultural values into the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum as a means of fostering tolerance in schools. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, focusing on several schools in Indonesia that have implemented a multicultural-based PAI curriculum. The findings indicate that integrating multicultural values into PAI enhances students' understanding and tolerance toward religious and cultural diversity. The appropriate implementation of the curriculum, including the use of collaborative learning methods and relevant teaching materials, has proven effective in shaping students' inclusive character and appreciation for differences. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as the lack of teacher training in delivering multicultural values and resistance to curriculum changes. Despite these challenges, the research highlights that integrating multicultural values into the PAI curriculum has significant potential to create a harmonious school environment and promote the development of a more tolerant society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing the literal translation method on Maharah Qira’ah in Arabic language learning at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq. Arabic is a very important subject to teach in madrasahs. In relation to the significance of the Arabic language, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia's grand plan states that the subjects of Islamic Education and Arabic Language in the content standards indicate that Arabic serves as the primary tool for understanding Islamic teachings. This research is a quantitative study of the pre-experimental type. The results of this study show that the application of the literal translation method has a positive and significant impact on Maharah Qira’ah among second-semester students of the Arabic Language Education program at STAI KH. Muhammad Ali Shodiq. By using this learning method, students' abilities in Arabic, particularly in Maharah Qira’ah, have improved.

Abstract

This study examines the role of educators as agents of change, particularly in the context of adult education. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the theoretical underpinnings and practical implementation of educators as catalysts for societal transformation. The findings of this study highlight that educators have a critical role in shaping individuals and societies. As agents of change, they not only impart knowledge but also foster critical thinking, skills, and a lifelong love of learning. This study underscores the importance of educators’ professional development, with emphasis on the need for ongoing training and support, particularly to equip them with the competencies needed to navigate the complexities of modern education. This study also examines the challenges educators face in fulfilling their role as agents of change, including limited resources, varying levels of learner engagement, and rapid technological advances. To address these challenges, strategies such as fostering collaborative partnerships, leveraging technology, and promoting learner-centered approaches are needed.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of Islamic education teachers in forming moral values ​​in students. In the educational context, teachers not only function as transmitters of material, but also as role models and mentors who have a big responsibility in developing student character. PAI teachers also have a multifunctional role as educators, models or role models, facilitators, motivators, evaluators, teachers, mentors, and trainer. They must create a dynamic-constructive learning environment, analyze the weaknesses of the material and students, and provide moral encouragement for students to develop holistically. Through an Islamic education approach, teachers can apply effective methods to instill moral values, such as honesty, responsibility and mutual respect. This research uses qualitative methods with interviews and observations. The results show that positive interactions between teachers and students, as well as the application of Islamic values ​​in learning activities, contribute significantly to strengthening students' morale. It was also found that the involvement of parents and the community in the educational process increases the effectiveness of the formation of moral values. The conclusions of this research emphasize the important role of teachers in creating a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also moral and ethical.

Abstract

Data terbaru memperlihatkan masih tingginya angka anak putus sekolah di Indonesia, dengan perkiraan mencapai sekitar 3,7 juta anak pada tahun 2021. Persoalan ini membuktikan masih banyaknya anak yang terpinggirkan dari akses pendidikan yang layak. Wakaf memiliki potensi besar dalam mengurangi angka putus sekolah dan memberikan harapan baru bagi anak-anak yang kurang beruntung. Lewat wakaf, kita bisa mengubah kehidupan anak-anak tersebut menjadi lebih baik dan memberikan akses pendidikan yang berkualitas kepada mereka. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan wakaf tunai di bidang pendidikan Dalam pengelolaan pendidikan pasca-sekolah menengah, terdapat banyak peluang untuk meningkatkan otonomi lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Di Indonesia, wakaf uang dapat meningkatkan standar pendidikan tinggi dan memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Pada studi ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dalam memberikan penjelasan mengenai implementasi wakaf uang untuk pemberdayaan pendidikan. Hasil studi ini membuktikan bahwa wakaf memainkan peran yang penting dalam pemberdayaan pendidikan, terutama dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan pendidikan secara material. Ekonomi Islam, yang berlandaskan pada sedekah dan wakaf, menawarkan harapan besar untuk meningkatkan standar dan aksesibilitas pendidikan. Dana wakaf digunakan untuk membangun fasilitas baru, menawarkan beasiswa kepada siswa berprestasi, dan mendanai program yang meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dengan memberikan pengembangan profesional kepada guru.
