Abstract

The digitalization era has transformed social interactions through social media, particularly among Indonesian youth with 204.7 million internet users. Implementation of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (UU ITE) faces complex challenges among students as digital natives who exhibit a paradox between high technological capabilities and limited digital legal awareness. This study aims to analyze understanding levels and legal attitudes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar towards UU ITE and identify factors influencing the "digital legal awareness paradox". A descriptive quantitative method was employed involving 330 students through multiple-choice tests (25 items) to measure understanding and Likert scale questionnaires (25 items) to measure legal attitudes. Analysis focused on four indicators of legal understanding and three indicators of legal attitudes. Results show good understanding levels with an average of 80.36 but high variability (range 52-96), while student attitudes remain neutral at 3.5. Findings reveal a "digital legal awareness paradox" where students understand UU ITE's importance but worry about potential misuse, influenced by developmental psychology characteristics, digital native generation traits, and Social Learning Theory. This research provides important contributions for developing more effective digital legal education strategies.

Abstract

This study developed SMART-AR: Multimodal Smart Pop-Up Book based on Augmented Reality with Braille and Voice Over features as an inclusive learning media at SDN 2 Bengkala. The school faces challenges in inclusive education, particularly the limited number of teachers proficient in sign language and the reliance on conventional learning media that are ineffective for hearing-impaired students. SMART-AR is designed to enhance student understanding, interest, and engagement through an interactive medium combining 3D pop-up books, augmented reality technology, and Braille-voice over support. The development employed the ADDIE model over four months, including needs analysis, design, development, teacher training implementation, and evaluation. Results indicate that 85% of teachers found the media effective in improving student comprehension, 80% reported increased student learning interest, and 78% of teachers felt more confident and ready to continue using the media. SMART-AR offers an innovative solution to overcome the limitations of conventional learning tools and supports more equitable and quality inclusive education at SDN 2 Bengkala. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) berbantuan metode Photovoice dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII B. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan untuk menilai capaian pembelajaran. Integrasi Photovoice ke dalam PBL memungkinkan siswa untuk terlibat aktif dengan permasalahan kehidupan nyata melalui dokumentasi visual dan diskusi kelompok. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan siswa untuk menganalisis, bernalar, dan mengusulkan solusi atas permasalahan sosial dan kewarganegaraan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penggunaan Photovoice merangsang refleksi dan dialog, yang berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan kontekstual dalam mengembangkan kompetensi abad ke-21 di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan penguatan karakter berdasarkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan fokus pada dimensi gotong royong dan berpikir kritis melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya kekhawatiran terhadap degradasi moral, perundungan (bullying), dan intoleransi di kalangan peserta didik. Permasalahan tersebut mencerminkan urgensi untuk merevitalisasi pendidikan karakter sebagaimana ditekankan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, yang memprioritaskan pengembangan karakter melalui enam dimensi utama. Di antara dimensi tersebut, gotong royong dan berpikir kritis dianggap esensial dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan ketangguhan pada generasi muda. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari pembina pramuka, staf sekolah, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengungkap sejauh mana integrasi nilai-nilai karakter diterapkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi, serta memberikan solusi untuk pelaksanaan yang lebih efektif. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas sistem pendidikan untuk menanamkan karakter moral yang kuat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with a focus on global diversity at SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, Bali, using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, and focus group discussions to explore the planning process, teacher and student perceptions, and instilled values about global diversity. The findings show that the POACR (Planning, Organizing, Mobilizing, Controlling, Reflecting) strategy supports activities such as cultural video analysis, watching collective films on diversity, and interviews with resource persons, improving students' understanding of "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika". Teachers and students provide positive feedback, although challenges such as time constraints and student motivation are addressed through WhatsApp communication and mentoring. The values of tolerance, cooperation, and acceptance of differences are instilled through student presentations and essays. The research offers practical insights for schools and academic contributions to the Independent Curriculum, with recommendations for multi-site and longitudinal studies.  Keywords: Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, global diversity, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine more deeply the implementation of the Project Citizen learning model in Pancasila education in improving the critical thinking skills of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique uses participatory observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that a socio-philosophical study of Project Citizen learning in the context of Pancasila Education highlights how this model supports the formation of active, critical, and responsible citizens. At SMA Negeri 1 Sawan the project citizen learning model in improving critical thinking skills is applied in several stages, preliminary stages, core and conclusion. The project citizen learning model implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan has been proven to improve the critical thinking skills of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Critical thinking skills are important for students through a learning approach that emphasizes the analysis of national issues, the formulation of logical opinions, and problem solving based on Pancasila values, students are able to develop a reflective, rational, and responsible way of thinking Keywords: Project Citizen Learning Model, Pancasila Education, Critical Thinking

Abstract

Abstract The quality of education is largely determined by the quality of managers and educators, where teachers have a central role as professionals who are responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. This study uses the method library research or literature study, namely by collecting data through various relevant literature sources. The purpose of this study is to determine the steps for implementing the method role playing in learning Pancasila Education and analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, Teacher professionalism is a key factor in improving the quality of education, especially through the application of innovative learning methods that are in accordance with student needs. In this context, teachers are required to be able to choose an effective approach to create an active and meaningful learning atmosphere. One method that is considered relevant to be applied in learning Pancasila Education is role playing. This method allows students to play a role and interact directly in simulated situations, thereby fostering a more concrete understanding of Pancasila values so that it can provide a more comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of the method in supporting learning objectives. Abstract

This study generally examines Pancasila as the foundation of the state and ideology of the Indonesian nation, which contains fundamental values that serve as guidelines in the life of the nation and state. Amidst the challenges of globalization, technological advances, and rapid socio-cultural changes, strengthening national character through education has become very important. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Pancasila values in social education as a strategy for building a national character that is integrity, moral, and patriotic. The method used is library research by examining various scientific literature related to social education and Pancasila values. The results of the study show that social education plays a strategic role in instilling the values of Belief in God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice through three main approaches, namely education about Pancasila, education through Pancasila, and education for Pancasila. These approaches have proven effective in strengthening national identity, student morality, and the spirit of democracy and social responsibility. However, their implementation still faces challenges such as low teacher competence, a technocratic curriculum, and the influence of global culture that is not in line with national values. The conclusion of this study confirms that Pancasila-based social education is key to shaping Indonesians with character and a national perspective. This implies that there needs to be synergy between schools, families, and communities to create an educational environment that is conducive to the comprehensive and sustainable internalization of Pancasila values.  Keywords: Pancasila, Social Education, and National Character

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji fenomena defisit kepercayaan institusional dan budaya politik digital Generasi Z dalam konteks pemilihan lokal di Kota Singaraja, yang merepresentasikan transformasi mendalam lanskap politik karena teknologi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kepercayaan institusional Generasi Z di Kota Singaraja, menganalisis pengaruh budaya politik digital terhadap sikap dan keyakinan politik mereka, dan mengidentifikasi implikasi temuan untuk strategi sosialisasi politik dan kampanye digital yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis kualitatif interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lanskap politik digital secara signifikan memengaruhi persepsi kepercayaan Generasi Z. Kepercayaan institusional Generasi Z sangat dipengaruhi oleh dinamika digital, menuntut pendekatan "Tata Kelola Hibrida" (Hybrid Governance) dan "Responsivitas Autentik" (Authentic Responsiveness) dari lembaga-lembaga politik untuk memastikan partisipasi yang bermakna dan konsolidasi demokrasi yang berkelanjutan.  Kata kunci: Budaya Politik Digital, Defisit Kepercayaan, Generasi Z, Pemilihan Lokal.

Abstract

Abstrak Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 1545 Tahun 2019 tentang Krama Bali (KB Bali) diterbitkan sebagai bagian dari upaya pelestarian budaya dan penguatan identitas lokal masyarakat Bali. Kebijakan ini mendorong penduduk non-pribumi yang telah lama tinggal di Bali untuk menjadi bagian dari masyarakat adat melalui mekanisme KB Bali. Di satu sisi, peraturan ini dinilai sebagai langkah positif untuk melestarikan budaya dan memperkuat hubungan sosial di tengah arus migrasi yang tinggi. Namun, di sisi lain, terdapat sejumlah kritik terkait inklusivitas, potensi diskriminasi, dan relevansi kebijakan ini dengan realitas Bali yang semakin padat dan urban. Artikel ini membahas berbagai pandangan pro dan kontra terhadap kebijakan keluarga berencana Bali dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan opini publik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tujuan kebijakan ini berakar pada pelestarian budaya, perlu dilakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut terhadap implementasinya di lapangan agar tidak memperkuat eksklusivitas sosial di tengah kebutuhan integrasi masyarakat yang heterogen di Bali.  Kata kunci: Krama Bali, Peraturan Gubernur Bali, kepadatan penduduk, budaya lokal, migrasi, integrasi sosial
