Abstract

In learning English, teachers use many learning models in the classroom, one of which is inquiry. The inquiry model is a model used in the teaching and learning process where students can ask, examine, or investigate a problem, involving all students. the ability to search and investigate systematically, critically, logically and analytically so that students can formulate in their own way. This research aims to determine the effect of Inquiry model cooperative learning on students' English learning outcomes. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research results are in the form of an English language learning process by applying the Inquiry learning model and English language learning outcomes values are collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Research data was analyzed using a descriptive approach. The research results stated that in cycle I the students' English learning outcomes were 80% (good), and in process II it increased to 87.7% (good). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Inquiry learning model can improve students' English learning achievement.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan transformasi, siswa perlu memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah praktis dalam berbagai konteks keseharian. Kemampuan ini dikenal sebagai literasi numerasi. Rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, mendorong guru untuk kreatif dan melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu kegiatan yang diduga memberikan pengaruh adalah outdoor learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh outdoor learning berbantuan klinometer sederhana terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Dua kelompok siswa yang berasal dari kelas yang berbeda dipilih secara tidak acak sebagai sampel, sehingga penelitian merupakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group. Kemampuan literasi numerasi kedua kelompok diukur menggunakan instrumen tes literasi numerasi yang dimodifikasi dari Yustinaningrum. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji komparatif non paramterik Mann Whitney U menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara dua kelompok yang dibandingkan. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran outdoor learning berbantuan klinometer sederhana terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the meaning, principles, and objectives of providing facilities and infrastructure in education. This research uses qualitative methods with a library-based approach. The research results cover the meaning, principles, and objectives of providing facilities and infrastructure in education. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in education is very important for achieving learning activities according to an education curriculum. Based on the discussion description, several conclusions were obtained: 1) Understanding the provision of facilities and infrastructure, namely the implementation of objectives, suitability between learning media and teaching materials, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the character of students. 2) the principles of facilities and infrastructure, namely a) the principle of achieving goals, b) the principle of efficiency, c) the principle of administration, d) the principle of clarity of responsibility, and e) the principle of cohesiveness. 3) the aim of providing facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe educational facilities and infrastructure inventory. Facilities and infrastructure are all the resources and tools a school or educational institution owns to support school activities or assist the teaching and learning process. This is very important to achieve school educational goals. Therefore, these facilities and infrastructure must be maintained to help achieve academic goals. "inventory" refers to activities related to inventory items, such as their management, organization, recording, and registration. The method for maintaining the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure is Inventory. Therefore, its implementation will be critical. Therefore, understanding how to do it correctly and regularly is very important.

Abstract

The research set out to determine the status of the filing system at SMPN 23 Palembang, as well as the variables that helped and hindered its introduction. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with the superintendent providing the study's key piece of information and principals and teachers providing additional context. Methods of gathering information such as conducting interviews and keeping detailed records. Methods for analyzing data include summarization, validation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research demonstrate that SMPN 23 Palembang's file system implementation is pretty excellent in numerous respects. This is especially true in terms of Direction, which is carried out to ensure that the filing system implementation proceeds in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. The principal provides encouragement to the office staff and instructors to get them excited about using the new file system. There is a strong correlation between the effectiveness of the file system in disseminating information and the quality of communication between the principal, administrative personnel, and teachers. Coordination, in the sense of making sure that the principals, administrators, and teachers all work together to roll out the new file system. Use of a suitable archive storage system and efficient archival communication are two of the pillars upon which the archiving system rests. The lack of skilled workers and inadequate physical space for archives are major impediments.

Abstract

The authors intend to analyze and describe the moral and educational values contained in the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animation series in this journal. The research method used in this journal is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the sample used in this study is the Adit and Sopo Jarwo title series with content analysis techniques. The data in this study are in the form of religious and moral values obtained from the Adit and Sopo Jarwo animation series. Moral values such as eating manners, patience and honesty manners, consistent manners when working, responsible manners, helping etiquette, and forgiveness. In addition, there are traditional Indonesian games in the animation, with the goal of not being forgotten by traditional Indonesian games. As a result, the animated series Adit and Sopo Jarwo is highly recommended for children to watch because it can help them develop positive moral and religious values.

Abstract

This research is a library research study aimed at examining the development of an Arabic language education curriculum with an integration-interconnection paradigm referring to KKNI and SN-DIKTI with several problem formulations, namely, (1) What is the profile of the curriculum referring to KKNI and SN-DIKTI with an interconnection integration paradigm in the Language Education Masters program Arabic (PBA) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, (2) Has the curriculum structure been prepared based on the needs of students who will face challenges in society as the goals formulated by the KKNI? Methods of data analysis using descriptive-analytical. This study's result is that the curriculum profile refers to KKNI and SN-DIKTI with the paradigm of interconnection integration. The curriculum structure that has been prepared according to the objectives formulated by the KKNI is grouped into introductory competency courses, methodology competency courses, general competency courses and supporting competency courses with a total of 53 credits.

Abstract

Di era digital, kegiatan pembelajaran harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Guru dituntut untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran secara kreatif dan inovatif, termasuk dalam memberikan evaluasi terhadap materi yang telah diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan wordwall sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MAN Kota Batu. Metode penelitian ini merupakan kombinasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan evaluasi melalui wordwall. Responden data penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MAN Kota Batu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil perhitungan angket terhadap 10 pertanyaan terkait keefektifan penggunaan aplikasi wordwall sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang diberikan peneliti kepada 60 siswa kelas X MAN Kota Batu, termasuk dalam kategori “sangat efektif”. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil yang menyatakan rata-rata skor kuesioner adalah 32,1 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas X MAN Kota Batu. Setelah dilakukan pengujian data dan analisis hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik pair sample test diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka hasil H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall sebagai media evaluasi efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem zonasi yang ada di MTs Al-Fakhruriyyah Dukuhwaru Tegal, mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Al-Fakhruriyyah Dukuhwaru Tegal, mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem zonasi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Al-Fakhruriyyah Dukuhwaru Tegal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif yang menggunakan desain penelitian berbasis linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Al-Fakhruriyyah Dukuhwaru Tegal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 peserta didik sehingga semuanya menjadi sampel. Data yang diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian adalah data skala yang mengkaji sistem zonasi dan skala dan ukuran motivasi belajar. Adapun teknik untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kuantitatif diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa dampak penerapan sistem zonasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif, Dari olah data analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien zonasi sebesar 0,427 yang artinya berada pada angka positif. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh positif terhadap nilai konstanta motivasi belajar yang sebesar 41,17.

Abstract

This chapter is an exploratory study of the effect of changing language policy on students and teachers in studying/teaching STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) in Arabic language to French. It examines the challenges they both face in the use of a foreign language in academic, personal, and social levels, taking into considerations various factors of gender, education, and social status. This investigation goes beyond the political struggles and ideologies to shed light on those directly affected by these changes; students and teachers. The program started in 2014-2015; almost a decade has passed since its launch, providing teachers with more than enough time to accumulate insight into the failure or success of this language policy as well as the real challenges facing its implementation.
