Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology in digital recruitment to improve the quality of employee selection, particularly in terms of speed, cost efficiency, assessment accuracy, and candidate experience. The research method used is a literature review, reviewing various scientific sources, journals, and relevant references discussing the application of digital technologies such as online recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and video-based interviews in the recruitment and selection process. The results show that the use of digital technology can expand candidate reach, accelerate the selection process, reduce operational costs, minimize subjective bias, and improve the accuracy of matching candidates to organizational needs. Furthermore, the application of AI and data analytics has been shown to increase the accuracy of evaluating candidate competencies and potential, as well as providing a more transparent and positive recruitment experience. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of technology in digital recruitment significantly improves the quality of employee selection and provides organizations with a competitive advantage in facing the dynamics of the modern labor market.   Keywords: Digital Recruitment, Technology, Employee Selection, Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of digital tax compliance through trust in and the benefits of the Coretax system, with digital literacy as a moderating variable. The research method used was a mixed methods approach, combining a quantitative survey of 150 taxpayer Coretax users and semi-structured qualitative interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of user experiences. The results indicate that trust in the Coretax system, perceived benefits of the system, and digital literacy significantly influence digital tax compliance. However, digital literacy does not moderate the effect of trust in or benefits of the system on digital tax compliance. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving system quality, perceived benefits, and taxpayer digital competence are key to driving the success of digital tax transformation in Indonesia.   Keywords: Digital Tax Compliance, System Trust, System Benefits, Digital Literacy

Abstract

Rumah Kayu Bordir is a manufacturing company established in 2000 in Jakarta. Rumah Kayu Bordir is now located in Tasikmalaya City. The owner of Rumah Kayu Bordir was struggling to choose the right strategy to address the challenges they faced. Therefore, Rumah Kayu Bordir needed a business model to develop a strategy to address the challenges they faced. The purpose of this study was to propose a new business model for Rumah Kayu Bordir using the Business Model Canvas and a SWOT analysis. The method used in this study was qualitative. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The researcher is the key instrument, data collection is triangulation, and data analysis is inductive. Based on the research results, the current business model for Rumah Kayu Bordir was identified through interviews. Afterward, an in-depth analysis was conducted using SWOT identification. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in increasing the desire to try McDonald's Pancing Medan through a participatory approach involving the surrounding community. The research method used was community service with the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) and Participatory Action Research (PAR) approaches, implemented through observation, interviews, CSR program planning, activity implementation, and periodic evaluation. The results show that CSR implementation can increase community participation, reduce plastic waste, and increase the income of local MSMEs through training programs, mentoring, and environmental campaigns. Furthermore, the formation of a solid mitigation group strengthens the relationship between the company and the community, creating shared value and enhancing the company's positive image. In conclusion, the participatory and sustainable implementation of CSR plays a crucial role in supporting the sustainability of the company's business, from a social, environmental, and economic perspective.  Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Sustainability, Environment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Pawon Prima Karawang to increase sales turnover of its products, specifically PAPRIKA fried peanuts. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as source triangulation to gain in-depth understanding. The results indicate that the implemented marketing strategies include managing quality products, pricing according to market segments, promotions through social media and e-commerce, distribution through resellers and distributors, improving service quality through employee training, and providing tangible evidence in the form of attractive packaging and product certification. This strategy successfully increased Pawon Prima Karawang's sales turnover from 90 million rupiah in 2021 to 147 million rupiah in 2023. The conclusion of this study states that the implementation of a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy significantly contributed to increasing sales turnover and the development of Pawon Prima Karawang's MSME business.   Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Sales Turnover, Development

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of Instagram content on the buying interest of followers of the @ngopibarengbaradjawa account, a coffee shop located in Surabaya. In the context of social media, Instagram has a strategic role in product marketing through unique and interesting visual content. This research uses the Hierarchy of Effect and AIDA models to analyze how Instagram content influences consumer behavior, from attention to purchasing actions. The research method used was quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 171 respondents, who were followers of the @ngopibarengbaradjawa account. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation to test the relationship between Instagram content variables and purchase interest. The research results show that there is a very significant correlation between Instagram content and followers' buying interest. A Pearson correlation of 0.984 indicates a strong relationship between these variables. Thus, interesting Instagram content can effectively influence consumer purchasing interest, especially in the context of marketing beverage products on social media.   Keywords: Instagram Content, Purchase Interest, Followers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Prilly Latuconsina's personal branding on Instagram through the account @prillylatuconsina96 based on the concept of The Eight Laws of Personal Branding and from the perspective of agenda-setting theory. The research method used was a qualitative approach with descriptive research through qualitative content analysis of Instagram reels content for the period April 2024, selected using purposive sampling, involving three coders competent in the field of communications. The results indicate that the personal branding developed is strong and effective, characterized by high achievements in the indicators of personality, appearance, unity, and reputation, which obtained maximum scores, as well as indicators of specialization, leadership, and diversity, which were in the good category, thus reflecting a multitalented, inspiring, and influential person. However, in the indicator of constancy, inconsistencies were found in character presentation, resulting in the lack of development of a strong distinctive characteristic. The conclusion of this study is that the personal branding displayed is able to build a positive, authentic, and influential image in accordance with the principles of agenda-setting, although increased consistency is still needed to strengthen self-identity in the public eye.   Keywords: Personal Branding, Instagram, Influencer, Agenda Setting

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of a pipeline installation project at PT. XYZ and determine the critical path and estimated project duration using the Critical Path Method and the Project Evaluation and Review Technique. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, with data collected through direct observation of project activities in the field and ongoing project schedule documents. The collected data includes the sequence of activities, the duration of each activity, and dependencies between activities. These data are then analyzed using an Activity on Node network diagram, calculations of earliest start and finish times, latest start and finish times, total float, and estimated expected duration using the Project Evaluation and Review Technique. The results indicate that the project's critical path lies in the activities of Fit-Up/Erection, Welding Joint, Install Gasket, Install Pump, Fabrication and Install Support, and Test Package, with a total project duration of 144 days according to the Critical Path Method and 142.4 days according to the Project Evaluation and Review Technique, with a probability of on-time project completion of 72.24 percent. In conclusion, the application of the Critical Path Method and the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (P&R) can accelerate the project duration compared to the initial planned schedule of one hundred and eighty-six days. The P&R provides a more realistic time estimate by considering the uncertainty of activity durations. To accelerate project completion, it is recommended to add resources to critical activities and conduct regular project progress evaluations to ensure proper monitoring of the critical path.   Keywords: Project Management, Critical Path, Pipe Installation
