Abstract

The rapid growth of digital education services requires organizations to adopt integrated and adaptive learning systems. However, PT Unggul Mediatama Indonesia, as a digital-based startup, did not yet have an internal learning platform, and learning activities were conducted using fragmented tools such as separate communication platforms and non-centralized content distribution. This condition caused difficulties in managing learning materials, monitoring participant progress, and ensuring consistent service delivery, highlighting the urgency of implementing a centralized system. This community service activity aims to implement a Hybrid Learning Management System (HLMS) to support digital education services and improve the partner’s digital readiness. The activity applied a technology-based participatory approach combined with an Agile-oriented development process, including needs analysis through observations and interviews, system design, frontend development using React JS, backend integration using Laravel via API, testing, and validation. The results show that the HLMS was successfully developed as a web-based platform integrating structured and self-directed learning. Evaluation using a Likert-scale questionnaire involving five respondents (one company leader and four IT team members) resulted in an average score of 4.30, categorized as “very appropriate”. The implementation improved learning management, enhanced digital readiness, and transformed learning practices into an integrated system, demonstrating the effectiveness of HLMS in supporting digital education services.

Abstract

The urgency of this community service lies in the practical need of local SMEs for structured and applicable assistance in preparing sustainable financial reports. This program was conducted with Family Silk Wajo and Songkok Recca Syafira Bone SMEs, which possess strong local economic potential but lack optimal financial management practices. The objective was to enhance financial management capacity through the optimization of the Accounting Laboratory of IAIN Bone as a community service and assistance center. The study employed a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach, including needs assessment, adaptive module development, and direct mentoring. The results demonstrate measurable improvements: (1) transaction recording completeness increased from 45% to 85%, (2) accuracy of transaction classification improved from 40% to 75%, and (3) the ability to prepare simple financial statements rose from 30% to 80%, as measured through pre-test and post-test evaluations and analysis of financial records. Furthermore, both SMEs were able to independently prepare consistent monthly financial reports during the mentoring period. Additional impacts include improved financial administration and the availability of periodic reports for business evaluation. However, consistency in recording practices still requires further assistance to ensure sustainability and higher-quality bookkeeping practices.

Abstract

Limited access to marketing, business legality, and digital technology often hinders the economic participation of persons with disabilities, including the Village Disabled Community (KDD) in Lemahabang Village, Cirebon Regency, which produces red ginger powder drinks. This community service aims to strengthen the inclusive business capacity of KDD through digital marketing development and regulatory compliance in order to increase product credibility and market reach. The program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through asset identification, participatory discussions and training, asset-based program development, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions, validated using triangulation techniques, and analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results indicate measurable improvements in business capacity. First, KDD successfully obtained business legality through the Business Identification Number (NIB) and initiated the process of P-IRT and halal certification to ensure product safety and consumer trust. Second, digital marketing strategies were implemented through social media promotion and improved inclusive product packaging, enabling broader market exposure. Third, collaboration with community stakeholders strengthened social entrepreneurship values and expanded marketing networks. These achievements demonstrate that strengthening legality, digital marketing capacity, and community collaboration can enhance the economic participation and confidence of persons with disabilities while improving the sustainability of red ginger product businesses.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major health problem among older adults because it increases the risk of chronic disease complications. In Ngrawan Village, 70 older adults were identified as having hypertension during activities at the elderly integrated health post (Posyandu Lansia), while 87.14% of the foods consumed by older adults were classified as high in salt. This condition highlights the need to strengthen the role of community health cadres in promoting hypertension-preventive behaviors in the community. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of Posyandu cadres to provide hypertension prevention education based on local food resources. The activity was conducted using a service-learning approach involving 25 health cadres in Ngrawan Village, Central Java, on September 15, 2024. The educational media used included a pocketbook entitled Ngadi Salira Atasi Hipertensi and a DASH diet video entitled Diet Ingkang Atasi Saben Hipertensi, which were developed using local language, attractive visuals, and examples of local foods. Evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire assessing language clarity, visual presentation, and overall media quality. The results showed that all cadres (100%) received the media very positively. This positive reception was followed by increased readiness among cadres to deliver education in a more active, communicative, and contextual manner, as well as to encourage the adoption of healthy behaviors among older adults, particularly reducing salt intake, choosing healthier local foods, and monitoring blood pressure regularly.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competition readiness of the FISIP Cenderawasih University Women’s Futsal Team through integrated technical, managerial, and psychological assistance. The initial assessment showed that the athletes’ average technical score was 66.1, management knowledge among team administrators was 49.6, and mental readiness was 64.2%. The program used a Participatory Action Research approach consisting of diagnosis, action planning and implementation, observation, and reflection involving 16 athletes, 2 coaches, and 5 administrators. The intervention was conducted from January to February 2026 through structured technical drills, tactical simulations, team management workshops, and mental strengthening sessions. The outcomes showed measurable improvement: the average technical score increased to 85.5 (up 29.4%), managerial knowledge rose to 85.2 (up 71.8%), and mental readiness reached 90.1% (up 40.3%). Tactical understanding also improved, indicated by 93.8% of athletes being able to apply team formations correctly and a 71% reduction in positional errors during match simulations. The team subsequently reached the final of the AAFI Series 1 Ramadhan Cup and won second place. The novelty of this program lies in the integration of technical, managerial, and mental assistance within one short-cycle mentoring model for women’s university futsal.

Abstract

The religious tourism area of the Sunan Pandanaran Tomb in Paseban Village, Klaten, represents a significant cultural and local economic asset, with an average of approximately 10,000 pilgrims visiting each month based on management data. However, the operation of the Klaten–Semarang Toll Road has led to a decrease in the duration of visits and tourism-related economic activities. The main issue lies in the low level of digitalization in tourism information services, resulting in limited promotional reach, suboptimal visitor experiences, and underutilized economic benefits for the local community. This community service program employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving stakeholders through stages of problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The interventions include the development of a website-based information system, digital marketing training, and capacity building for tourism management human resources.Impact measurement was conducted using a pre-test and post-test design, with instruments consisting of structured questionnaires, participatory observation, and program performance indicators. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods to assess changes in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results indicate a significant improvement in information technology literacy, increasing from 60% to 95%, as well as an enhancement in operational digital system skills from 20% to 90%. Furthermore, user response evaluations show improvements in the quality of information services, the effectiveness of digital promotion, and the strengthening of destination branding. This program has contributed to improving the quality of tourism services, expanding promotional reach, and strengthening creative economic opportunities for the local community. It also supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), through the development of inclusive and sustainable digital-based tourism.

Abstract

Undergraduate students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, State Islamic University Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember frequently encounter difficulties in preparing thesis proposals, including weak problem formulation, misalignment between research topics and theoretical frameworks, limited academic literacy, and inadequate reference management. At the same time, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools presents both opportunities and ethical challenges in academic writing. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen students’ competencies in using AI ethically and effectively to support the preparation of research proposals. The program involved 35 undergraduate students and was conducted over four weeks using a service-learning model integrated with transformative learning principles. The activities were implemented through three stages: interactive workshops (IN), AI-assisted proposal development (OUT), and proposal presentation and reflection (IN). Program evaluation employed proposal completion records, observations, and a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and writing quality. The results show that 31 of 35 students (89%) successfully produced AI-assisted research proposals, while 4 students (11%) did not complete their proposals. Questionnaire findings indicate that 71% of students strongly agreed that AI improved writing effectiveness, 77% strongly agreed that it increased efficiency, and 63% strongly agreed that it enhanced writing quality. These findings indicate that structured training enables students to use AI as a supportive academic tool while maintaining ethical awareness and academic integrity in scholarly writing.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and skills of elementary school teachers in Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency, in recognizing students’ psychological conditions and integrating them into Deep Learning–based instruction. The program involved 174 teachers who are members of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) and was implemented using a participatory mentoring approach consisting of five stages: socialization, training, technology integration, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The evaluation employed a pretest–posttest design, observation sheets, and assessment rubrics. The instruments included a conceptual understanding test, an early identification rubric for students’ psychological conditions, and an observation sheet for classroom implementation. The results indicate an increase in teachers’ conceptual understanding from 58.5% to 89.25% (an increase of 30.75%), instructional design skills from 64% to 90% (an increase of 26%), and the integration of mental health aspects from 59% to 83.67% (an increase of 24.67%).Early identification skills improved from 55% to 80% (an increase of 25%), as reflected in teachers’ ability to recognize signs of stress, anxiety, and behavioral changes in students. In addition, teachers’ innovative and adaptive attitudes increased from 60.75% to 88% (an increase of 27.25%). These findings demonstrate that KKG-based mentoring is effective in enhancing teachers’ capacity in a measurable way across knowledge, skills, and the implementation of learning practices that are sensitive to students’ mental health
