Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan kualitas air sumur bor di daerah pemukiman di Kecamatan Martapura Kota Kabupaten Banjar. Kualitas air sumur bor dapat diketahui dengan menentukan jumlah beberapa parameter penting kualitas air tanah berdasarkan Dirjen SDA Kementerian PUPR Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 32 Tahun 2017 tentang Baku Mutu Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Persyaratan Kesehatan Air untuk Higiene Sanitasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air sumur bor di daerah penelitian ini tidak memenuhi baku mutu sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Republik Indonesia Nomor 32 Tahun 2017, terutama pada kandungan E. Coli dan Total Coliform yang cukup tinggi.

Abstract

Particulate matter adalah emisi udara yang terdiri dari kumpulan partikel padat dan cair dan tersuspensi di udara. Emisi ini berukuran sangat kecil (berorde submikron) dan mengambang bebas di udara. Fine particle adalah salah satu jenis particulate matter yang umum digunakan sebagai komponen penentu kualitas udara di dalam ruangan. Di sisi lain, sistem pengukuran konsentrasi emisi ini relatif mahal dan kurang ekonomis. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menidentifikasi konsentrasi fine particle dalam ruang berpendingin udara. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan sebuah sensor debu digital dan papan mikrokontroler di dalam ruang pengujian selama satu jam. Pengukuran tersebut dilakukan dengan dua variasi kondisi, yakni aktif (banyak orang di dalamnya) dan non aktif (ruang kosong). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas dan pergerakan manusia dalam kondisi pengujian aktif memiliki konsentrasi fine particle yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kondisi non aktif. Perbedaan konsentrasi di antara kedua kondisi ini sebesar 12 µg/m3. Hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa aktivitas manusia termasuk sebagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi distribusi partikulat berorde submikron di dalam ruangan. Ruangan berpendingin udara berpotensi memiliki lebih banyak konsentrasi fine particle dibandingkan dengan ruang tanpa pendingin udara.

Abstract

We have estimated the value and intensity of maximum ground acceleration in West Sumatra based on the Mentawai earthquake scenario by using the formulation of Atkinson Boore (2003) and Zhao (2006). This study aims to determine the PGA value of an area as the level of activity and intensity of the earthquake in West Sumatra region from the Mentawai earthquake scenario as a measure of damage caused by the earthquake and analyze its distribution. This study uses earthquake information data for the period 1900-2023 with magnitude > 7 SR and depth < 100 km and shear wave velocity model at a depth of 30 meters (Vs 30) sourced from the National Earthquakes Information Center US Geological Survey (NEIC/USGS) catalog. After that, calculations are carried out so that the estimated maximum ground acceleration value is obtained using the Atkinson Boore (2003) and Zhao (2006) formulas. The maximum ground acceleration and earthquake intensity values for each city/regency in West Sumatra were calculated with a 0.1° grid. The estimation results show that the largest values for each scenario are in Mentawai Islands and South Pesisir because those areas are close to the subduction zone. In addition, it is also influenced by the epicenter, magnitude and soil type in the region. So that the maximum ground acceleration value in West Sumatra ranges from 0.007 g - 2.117 g with earthquake intensity ranging from I - X+ MMI. This indicates that the area is vulnerable to damage if an earthquake occurs. Keywords: Earthquakes, Atkinson Boore, Zhao, PGA, Intensity

Abstract

This research explores the role of Sekolah Pesisi Juang in fulfilling the educational rights of coastal children in Bintaro, Ampenan, Mataram. The research focuses on the school's contribution to enhancing learning motivation, literacy, and practical skills of the children, who face various social and economic challenges. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the school has implemented various educational programs, including Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Pojok Baca, Pojok Kreasi, and additional classes that have successfully helped meet the educational needs of these children. The study also highlights supporting and inhibiting factors in the school's efforts and presents strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Abstract

Abstrak: Between April and May of 2024, this study was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Gu. Finding out how the usage of animated video learning materials affects class X geography students' learning results is the aim of this study. A one-grub-post-experiment pre-experiment design was used to conduct the study. where 32 pupils in a single class make up the sample. The pretest and posttest, which both consisted of essay-style questions, provided the research data. There are two sections to the data analysis that was done. Using the t-test formula, the first phase of the data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis, followed by inferential statistical analysis.Descriptive statistics of the research from two samples, on the pretest and postest data, were presented in the first study's results. In the second trial, the average pretest score was 58.90, and the average posttest score was 85.93. It can be inferred that Ha was accepted and Ho was not rejected because the substantial difference between the pretest and posstest results was demonstrated by the significant result value of 0.00 ≤ 0.05. Consequently, it can be said that the utilization of animated video content affects the geography learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Gu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing pada mata pelajaran IPA biologi kelas VIII SMPN 11 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain komparatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 58 siswa yang terdiri dari 29 siswa kelas eksperimen I dan 29 siswa kelas eksperimen II yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 11 Mataram. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar IPA biologi yang berjumlah 24 butir soal bentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji T sampel independen, dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji T independen diperoleh thitung 2.0794 dan ttabel 2.0032 dengan dk = 56 dan α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung>ttabel maka terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA biologi yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing. Dari perbedaan itu diketahui nilai rata-rata hasil belajar model pembelajaran Discovery Learning yaitu 77.72 dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing yaitu 79.43. Sehingga dapat simpulkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar IPA biologi siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata hasil belajar IPA biologi siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model problem based learning berbantuan PhET simulation terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserat didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakana addalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain penelitian pretest postest control grup design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Masbagik. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling dengan kelas XI MIPA 1 sebanyak 31 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan menggunakan model problem based learning berbantuan media PhET simulation dan kelas kontrol diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model konvensional. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 butir soal. Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji-t cuplikan kembar dengan taraf signifikan 5% yang mengahasilkan nilai thitung hasil belajar fisika peserta didik sebesar 3.49 lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel yaitu 2.00 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning berbantuan media PhET simulation terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik dan hasil ini diperkuan oleh N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada nilai N-Gain kelas kontrol.

Abstract

The application of Freire's thinking in the context of elementary education can be seen through a dialogical and critical approach in teaching. Teachers not only convey knowledge, but also act as facilitators who help students to think critically and be actively involved in the learning process. The type of research used in this study is library research . Data sources in this library research consist of two categories: 1). Primary Data Sources: The main books written by Paulo Freire, especially Pedagogy of the Oppressed (1970). 2). Secondary Data Sources: Scientific articles, journals and research reports that discuss the application of Freire's thinking in elementary education. The results of the study show that 1). Critical Conscientization in Elementary Education is a process in which individuals understand the social and political injustices around them. 2). Dialogical Education in Elementary Education is a key element in education, where teachers and students learn from each other through two-way communication. 3). Humanistic and Inclusive Education in Elementary Education is where every student is valued as an individual who has the potential to develop, without discrimination based on social and economic background. 4). Implications for Basic Education in Indonesia are that the recently introduced independent curriculum gives teachers and students more freedom to explore subject matter flexibly, in accordance with the principles of liberating and dialogical education as taught by Freire

Abstract

The contribution of parental and teacher guidance to the independent behavior of elementary school children needs to be considered carefully. Although this guidance plays an important role in child development, overprotective attitudes, lack of consistency, and the influence of the social and technological environment can hinder children's independence. This study uses the library research method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through documentation review or document review. To ensure the validity of the data in this study, the source triangulation technique was used. The results of the study showed that 1). The Role of Parents in Shaping the Independence of Elementary School Children is to play an important role in shaping children's independence, with democratic parenting patterns proven to be more effective in encouraging independence than authoritarian or permissive parenting patterns. 2). The Role of Teachers in Developing the Independence of Elementary School Children is to develop student independence through a teaching approach that encourages responsibility and active participation. By giving individual and group assignments, and involving students in projects and class discussions, teachers help students learn independently. 3). Collaboration of Parents and Teachers in Developing Independence of Elementary School Children is that parents and teachers play an important role in supporting the development of independence of elementary school children. Open communication and good cooperation between the two parties ensure that children receive consistent guidance, both at home and at school.

Abstract

The shift in domestic roles in Matang Sagoe indicates a shift towards a more equal division of responsibilities between husband and wife. This has various impacts on children's education . Some Matang Sagoe people still hold fast to traditional values, where mothers are expected to remain the main caregivers and managers of the household, while fathers are the main breadwinners. This study uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques consist of in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The results of the study show that 1). The form of shifting domestic roles in households on children's education in Matang Sagoe Village Peusangan Sub-District Bireuen District is from traditional roles to more flexible roles, working mothers and a more equal division of tasks. 2). The influence of shifting domestic roles in households on children's education in Matang Sagoe Village Peusangan Sub-District Bireuen District is on increasing father involvement in children's education, the role of working mothers and their influence, higher child independence and the negative influence of limited time. 3). Factors of shifting domestic roles in households on children's education in Matang Sagoe Village Peusangan Sub-District Bireuen District are economic changes, education levels and cultural and social influences
