Abstract

This article presents raw inferential statistical data that determine the IT Governance effectiveness on the IT Performance. To identify influence mechanism Information Technology Governance (ITG) on Effectiveness ITG and IT Performance.Data were collected from respondents in all regions of Indonesia. Quantitative research methods are used to analyze data. The structured questionnaire was distributed to respondents in all regions of Indonesia who understood the field of IT Governance in Higher University whose reliability and validity were confirmed. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS software, version 3, is used to present data. SEM path analysis shows an estimate of the relationship of the main constructs in the data The results obtained from this dataset shows positive relationship between mechanism Structure, Process and Relation to IT Governance effectiveness, consciousness also has a significant influence on the IT Performance and positive relationship between IT Governance effectiveness and IT Performance. However, mechanism structure and process has proven to have a negative and insignificant influence on the IT Performance Effective IT governance related to mechanism ITG and IT Performance level of unit analysis. One of the more significant findings to emerge from this study is that evaluate the mechanism ITG impact to effective IT governance that focus on higher education institution (HEI). This study already examines a validation of evaluation model and collecting data in particular higher education institution (HEI) as a single case study.

Abstract

This driver behavior assessment model discusses the expertise of public transport drivers based on the national Work Qualification with graduate competency standards (SKL). Graduate competency standards have parameters, namely competence, competency elements and graduation indicators. From these three parameters, the competency unit is abbreviated as UK, the competency element is abbreviated as EK, and the graduation indicator is abbreviated as IK. Assessment of the first competency unit is upon attitudes and values, the second competency unit is upon the ability in the field of work, the third competency unit isupon the area of ??knowledge mastered and the fourth competency unit is upon the rights and responsibilities. The first competency unit has 6 competency elements and 6 graduation indicators, the second competency unit has 27 competency elements and 41 graduation indicators, the third competency unit has 6 competencies and 11 graduation indicators, the fourth competency unit has 2 competency elements and 4 graduation indicators. The first unit is abbreviated as UK1, the first competency element is abbreviated as EK1, while for the first indicator of graduation is abbreviated as IK1. The combination of UK1, EK1 and IK1 becomes UK1EK1. The combination of the first competency unit becomes the first competency element and combined to become the first graduation indicator then becomes UK1IK1, and so do the next competency unit up to the fourth competency unit. The completion stages of this discussion is carried out in four steps, namely problem identification, model design, implementation and system evaluation. The calculation process uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

Eradicating rice pests in South Kualuh is difficult to do optimally, because most farmers do not understand the types of pests that attack their rice plants. The objective of this study was to obtain information about the type of pest insects in rice plants and to find out the diversity index of insect pests in rice plants. This research was conducted using trap method and collection of insects was done using a insect net. Observation data was analised using Shanon Wiener (H) diversity / diversity index. The result showed 13 types of pest insects which belongs to 10 families. That is Tettigonia sp.(Linnaeus, 1758), Sogatella furcifera (Horváth, 1899), Nephotettix virescens (Distant, 1908), Cofana spectra (Distant, 1908), Atractomorpha crenulata (Fabricius, 1793), Erotides sp.(Laporte, 1836), Leptocorisa acuta (Thunberg, 1783), Aulacophora indica (Gmelin, 1790), Chrysochus cobaltinus (LeConte, 1857), Silba capsicarum (McAlpine, 1956), Hercostomus germanus (Wiedemann, 1817), Cnaphalocrosis medinalis (Guenée, 1854), Scirpophaga incertulas (Walker, 1863). The diversity index of rice pest insects was categorized as moderate with a value of 2,35 and a dominance index of 0,108. This value indicates that the distribution of species is evenly distributed so that no insect species dominates in the area.

The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for improving emergency services in the covid19 era. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis carried out through observing the service flow of patients who will be hospitalized from the emergency, confirming the service flow by in-depth interviews and looking at secondary data and giving a questionnaire on a modification of eight waste relationship at 15 persons expert who understands the emergency service process. The results showed that the critical waste of emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto hospital is a waste of human skills of 17.5%. The reasons for the emergence above are because the covid19 team has not yet been formed, the absence of special officers to conduct primary triage before the patient enters the emergency unit, and many officers who do not understand the flow of emergency services in the covid19 pandemic era. In order to improve hospital services in the future, it is necessary to form a covid19 team, to develop a standard emergency service guide, to conduct continuous socialization to all the hospital staff through education and training programs, which are recommendations for improving emergency services at RSKJ Soeprapto Hospital Bengkulu in the pandemic era and new normal preparation.
