Abstract

Pharmacy is a place where pharmaceutical services are held by pharmacists who are responsible for patients. Pharmaceutical services in pharmacies are related to drugs with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of patients. So the management of drugs in pharmacies needs to be done properly and precisely to ensure the availability of sufficient and quality drugs in order to achieve optimal service goals by implementing a storage system that is in accordance with pharmaceutical service standards no.73 of 2016. Therefore the purpose of this research is to evaluate the drug storage system in one of the Medan city pharmacies based on pharmaceutical service standards. This research is descriptive with retrospective data collection. The data obtained were grouped into quantitative data presented in tabular form to see visual comparisons, and qualitative data obtained through observation and interviews with informants. The results showed that in several indicators of drug storage in one of the Medan city pharmacies based on Permenkes No. 73 of 2016 there are still those that have not complied with, namely in the preparation of LASA drugs and writing document numbers on drug stock cards. Meanwhile, the standard drug storage indicators are the columns on the stock card consisting of receipt or dispensing date, receipt or disbursement document number, source of origin of the drug, no. batch/no. Lot, expiry date, receipt and disbursement amount, remaining stock, and officer's initials, as well as suitability for drug storage based on dosage form, alphabetical order, and FEFO and FIFO storage methods. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the drug storage system carried out in one of the pharmacies in the city of Medan did not meet pharmaceutical service standards based on Permenkes No. 73 of 2016.

Abstract

Given the dearth of prior research on the practical implementation of money management strategies in the foreign exchange market, making it arduous to ascertain profitable money management comparisons, this study places its focus on the amalgamation of money management strategies and technical indicators. The research specifically explores the utilization of two money management strategies, namely reverse martingale, and cumulative win strategy, in conjunction with Ichimoku Kinko Hyo serving as the chosen technical indicator. The primary aim of this research endeavor is to identify the most lucrative money management combination within a three-year timeframe. The study centers on the EURUSD currency pair, employing the H1 timeframe for analysis. The research methodology encompasses four essential stages: data collection, data processing, strategy testing, and result analysis. Subsequently, the acquired EURUSD data will undergo amalgamation utilizing the One-Way ANOVA method to determine the presence of statistically significant disparities between the two combinations. The outcomes of this investigation underscore the supremacy of the cumulative win strategy and Ichimoku Kinko Hyo combination, exhibiting a remarkable Return on Investment (ROI) surpassing alternative combinations, soaring to an impressive figure exceeding 2860%.

Abstract

Nitrogen fixing fungi are fungi capable of fixing free nitrogen into ammonium or nitrate, so that it can be absorbed by plants. Many species of microbes/fungi have the ability to fix nitrogen, but very few are able to excrete nitrogen in the form of ammonia so that their contribution in providing nitrogen for plants is also still low. This study aims to determine the characteristics and type of nitrogen fixing fungi in fruit and vegetable waste compost. The method used in this research was descriptive method. Identification of nitrogen-fixing fungi was carried out macroscopically by looking at the color of the colonies, the shape of the colonies, and the diameter of the fungal colonies, an then identified by molecularly. There were 4 isolates of nitrogen-fixing fungi capable of forming clear zones on Jensen's media with different morphological characteristics and nitrogen-fixing abilities. The largest diameter of the clear zone was shown in isolate A3 of 3.2 cm which is the fungus Aspergillus niger strain SG1.

This research method uses a fixed-effect model, with a GLS weight approach, Cross-section SUR. The results of this study are third party funds, asset quality (Non-Performing Financing), and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a significant effect on the liquidity of Islamic banks, while Profit and Loss Sharing and Return on Assets do not affect the liquidity of Islamic banks.

To achieve organizational goals, human resources - particularly employees - play an important role. This study aims to explain how the relationship between work motivation, compensation, and employee performance; how these factors affect employee performance; and which component has the most influence on employee performance. A total of 35 employees were involved in this study. The method used was the total sampling method. To collect information, surveys and interviews were conducted. Scale range and multiple linear regression were used as analytical techniques to assess and validate the research hypotheses. Employee performance has a positive impact on the company. The same results also show that work motivation and compensation have an effect on the success of the company, employee performance increases when incentives and work motivation are improved. This implies that work motivation and compensation have a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study reported that the sample used in the study was an infusion using fresh coriander leaves samples taken in the Lubuk Pakam area. Several studies have shown that the active components of coriander seeds are essential oils such as sabiene, myrcene, alphaterpine, ocimene, linalool, graniol, decanal, desilaldehyde, trantridecen, petroselinic acid, octadesenic acid, d-mannite, scopoletin, psimena, kamfena and felandren. These components cause coriander to have a good effect as a medicinal component. In previous studies, Linalool is believed to have antioxidant, anxiety, antibacterial (especially gram-positive) and antifungal effects. This activity is suspected because coriander contains secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, glycosides. So this research was conducted to determine the content of secondary metabolites in coriander leaves by phytochemical screening. Phytochemical screening is a test to determine the class of chemical compounds present in coriander leaf infusion samples. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis was performed to find the isolating compounds in coriander leaves. The results showed that one secondary metabolite compound was negative in examining steroid secondary metabolites. The results of extract assistance with FTIR showed the presence of saponins with a molecular weight of 873.0 g/mol at a retention time of 19,287 minutes, but the peaks produced were not dominant.
