Abstract

A number of polemics ahead of the 2024 elections have begun to emerge, one of which is a polemic regarding the electoral system used in the upcoming 2024 elections, namely a lawsuit against the Election Law regarding the open proportional system on November 14, 2022. However, the lawsuit did not become a public concern until the first hearing was held on November 23, 2022. The lawsuit became a public concern when it entered the beginning of 2023 until mid-2023. This research aims to find out about what events make the trend of public interest increase and the extent of public exploration related to the proportional electoral system. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type, the research data is obtained through Google Trends which is then analyzed in accordance with the research objectives. The results show that public interest in proportional electoral systems correlates with events related to these systems, such as political parties' attitudes towards closed and open proportional electoral systems. In addition, public interest trends develop specific searches on closed proportional electoral systems and open proportional electoral systems.

Abstract

The increasing trend of public consumption of coffee products has led to many entrepreneurs entering the coffee business and coffee shops. Intense competition in the coffee business causes coffee shops to compete to be able to promote their shops, one of which is by using social media and content creators. This job focus makes individuals who choose a career as a content creator are individuals with the main characteristics of being creative and having a good advertising strategy or plan. However, it is undeniable that there are several challenges in this profession, including limited skills, very flexible working hours and questionable career certainty, as well as a lack of brand awareness in some coffee shop entrepreneurs. This study was conducted to determine the description of the career choices of content creators engaged in coffee shop content. The study used qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Data collection in the study used a semi-structured interview method. The results revealed that the description of career choices in content creators with coffee shop content starts from the existence of career meanings to an understanding of the characteristics of work as a content creator. Other factors in career choice as an content creator are also based on support from family and the content creator community.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by entrepreneurs in maintaining the continuity of their business, to develop and get profits. Now, this marketing concept has evolved along with the advancement of society and technology. So that the company's goal is to provide satisfaction to consumers in order to get profits. In connection with this, this research activity discusses the influence of green marketing mix strategies on the effectiveness of hydroponic vegetable sales volume. The study involved 100 Bekasi Regency people who had consumed and purchased hydroponic vegetable products. The conclusion that can be drawn is that green product, green price, green place and green promotion both partially and simultaneously affect the buying interest of the people of Bekasi Regency towards hydroponic vegetable products. There are differences in people's preferences, especially in Bekasi Regency, towards hydroponic vegetables based on the physical attributes of leaves, leaf color, taste, freshness, and packaging.

Abstract

The use of technology and the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has the potential to improve product marketing strategies. E-commerce, as a product sales platform, is currently becoming popular and widely used. The number of e-commerce users continues to grow because of the ease of getting the desired product. Low interest in repurchasing needs to be considered in management's perspective to improve strategic planning and company services. The researchers point out that repurchase intentions are a much-studied topic in the current era of globalization. For this reason, this research will examine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on repurchase interest on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Data processing using SmartPLS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests for the indicators used showed validity and reliability and the results of the classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity in the variables. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that brand reputation does not have a significant influence on repurchase interest, while service quality has a significant influence on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Raisins are one of the processed grape products that are often found in the market, raisins are one of the processed grape products by drying. The color and quality of raisins are usually determined by the type of grape and the drying process. To assess the quality of raisins, many methods can be used, one of which is the traditional method carried out by humans manually. However, since traditional methods are considered to tend to take a long time and errors often occur due to human error. Currently, machine vision systems can be used to assess the quality of raisins. In addition to assessing the quality of raisins, this method can also be used to identify and classify raisins. One way to classify raisins is to use data mining with classification algorithms. This research applies 5 data mining classification algorithms namely naïve bayes, decision tree, random forest, neural network and SVM. From the modeling results of the five algorithms, the neural network algorithm has the highest accuracy of 86.81%.

Abstract

Increasing the competency of human resources in companies is very necessary, companies carry out TPS training, to find out whether the training program is appropriate or not, the companies use the Kirkpatrick method to evaluate the results to find out, reactions, learning, behavior, and results from implementing the TPS training program. Data for evaluation was obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews to respondents, data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods, and data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents and 4 respondents by interviews. The results of the research at the reaction stage, expressed a positive reaction, stating that the implementation of training for participants qualified "Satisfied", at the learning stage, all participants experienced an increase in competency from the lowest score at level 1 (awareness) to level 2 (fundamental) with the qualification result "Very Satisfied", at the behavioral stage of training alumni participants regarding the perception of superiors, colleagues and services expressed a positive perception, in the qualification "Very Satisfied." Next, at the TPS training results stage, participants expressed positive perceptions, resulting in the qualification "Very Satisfied".

Abstract

Understanding aspects related to digital capabilities will be beneficial for MSME players both in terms of technical potential and to facilitate the pace of business growth and the success of these MSMEs in the industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure digital capabilities among MSME business actors in Jakarta. This study aims to measure the readiness of MSME players in Jakarta in terms of digital capabilities in operating a business online. To analyse the data, this study used descriptive analysis. The results show that MSME players from small-sized enterprises have the highest understanding and digital capabilities compared to business actors of other types of business. The research only focusing on MSMEs players in Jakarta area, the further study needs to be established in narrower scope such as focusing on one specific industry in Jakarta area. MSME players is to invest more in digital skills that can give birth to digital innovations such as involving themselves in using digital tools such as seeing market sentiment via digital platform. This study has a unique proposition that contribute to the empirical understanding of digital capabilities readiness among MSMEs actors in Jakarta.

Abstract

Emerging adulthood is a period of transition from adolescence to adulthood that generally occurs in the age range of 18-25 years. In this transition period, developmental tasks become more complex due to the demands of greater responsibilities such as education, marriage, work, and so on. Social and personal expectations put pressure on individuals emerging adulthood. If one cannot meet the expectations of others and has maladaptive perfectionism, the individual is likely to experience anxiety, including fear of negative evaluation. Fear of negative evaluation may indicate low self-acceptance. Therefore, this study aims to identify whether or not there is a relationship between self-acceptance and fear of negative evaluation in emerging adulthood. The method used is a quantitative method with a correlational design. Participants were selected through purposive sampling with the criteria of 18 to 25 years old and Indonesian citizenship. 182 participants participated in this study. Measurement of both variables in this study used the Brief-Fear of Negative Evaluation instrument (BFNE-II) and the self-acceptance sub-scale of Psychological Well-being. The hypothesis test analysis used a non-parametric correlation test, namely the Spearman Rho test. The findings of this study indicate a relationship between self-acceptance and fear of negative evaluation in emerging adulthood in Indonesia, with a significance value of ,000 and a negative nature of the relationship (-0.184). This can be an illustration of the relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

Through the use of both traditional medicine and contemporary medicine, Indonesians, particularly those in Kulon Progo Regency, have managed to maintain a high level of health. The availability of traditional health services in the community does not simply refer to inherited knowledge; it has also been developed scientifically through product saintification initiatives, their usage, and traditional healers' academic qualifications. There are numerous opportunities for traditional healthcare services to be established in the Kulon Progo Regency. Construction of the "Surgery Menoreh" route, which passes through the areas of Kapanewon Temon, Kokap, Girimulyo, Samigaluh, and Kalibawang, lends support to this. This study aims to map a traditional healthcare pilot project that has grown in the Kulon Progo Regency. The findings of this study provide an overview of the potential of Jogja Agro Park and various traditional healer treatments in Kulon Progo Regency. So that this study can be used as a reference in the region's development of traditional health services.

Abstract

The increasing use of the internet has made it easier to access information that can be used as a medium for conveying something more easily and efficiently. Thus, the study aims to see the Effectiveness of Websites as a Media for Promoting Culinary Products in an effort to build awareness and interest in culinary tourism. The study uses a quantitative method. Where the quantitative research method is a method used to conduct research on a population or sample, which collects data and analyzes data to test a particular hypothesis. The sampling technique in this study is to use Random Sampling or random samples. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents who already knew the website www.indonesia.travel. The EPIC Model in this study is a method that will measure the dimensions of Empathy (Empathy) from respondents, Persuasion (Persuasion) that can be felt by respondents, Impact (Impact) that can occur in respondents and the approach of the Communication dimension (Communication) that is conveyed to respondents. Based on the results of the study, the final result of the EPIC Rate value is 3.55. This shows that the value is included in the assessment scale with a very effective category. This shows that the website www.indonesia.travel is very effective in conveying information to the public because the promotion is interesting and easy to understand so that it can build awareness and interest in culinary tourism.
