Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial culture on students' entrepreneurial interest and to find out the influence of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial interest. This method uses a quantitative research method with an associative study. The research location is at Bhakti Husada Indonesia University with the population and sample being students. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The operational definitions of the variables used in this study are Entrepreneurial Interest (Y), Entrepreneurial Culture (X1), and Entrepreneurship Education (X2). The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and classical assumptions, with hypothesis testing processed using SPSS. The research results show that the influence of Entrepreneurial Culture and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest F-count 153.773 > F-table 3.090 (sig 0.000), with sig 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of workplace well-being and motivation on employee performance at CV Sugih Wangi in Majalengka Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative method. The population consisted of all 53 employees, who were also used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that workplace well-being has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Motivation also shows a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, both variables—workplace well-being and motivation—significantly influence employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance for companies to create a conducive work environment and enhance employee motivation to achieve optimal performance

Abstract

Sultan Dental Care faces challenges in increasing visibility and attracting more patients through its newly implemented digital marketing strategy. With intense competition in the private clinic industry, an evaluation and optimization of digital marketing strategies, along with improved service accessibility, are necessary to enhance the clinic’s recognition and appeal to the public. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing and accessibility on the performance of Sultan Dental Care Dental Clinic. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to patients and clinic employees. The analysis results indicate that digital marketing does not significantly affect performance, whereas accessibility has a significant impact. This study provides insights for Sultan Dental Care Dental Clinic on the importance of improving accessibility to enhance employee performance. These findings can also be applied to other clinics to improve service quality for patients.

Abstract

Employee productivity among millennials has become a strategic issue in human resource management in the modern era, particularly amid increasing demands for work flexibility and personal life balance. Work–life balance and job satisfaction are regarded as two important factors that potentially influence employee productivity levels. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between work–life balance and job satisfaction with the productivity of millennial employees. The study employed a descriptive analytic design with a correlational approach. A total of 125 millennial employees at Universitas Bhakti Husada Indonesia (UBHI) were selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work–life balance (p = 0.000) and job satisfaction (p = 0.000) with the productivity of millennial employees. Employees with higher levels of work–life balance and job satisfaction tended to demonstrate better work productivity. This study concludes that improving work–life balance and job satisfaction is a crucial strategy for enhancing the productivity of millennial employees. UBHI is therefore recommended to develop flexible work policies, create a supportive work environment, and implement fair reward systems to optimize the performance of the millennial workforce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic services and administrative services on the satisfaction of midwifery students at Hafhawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo, East Java. This study was a quantitative study with a causal research design. A sample of 150 students was obtained based on non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS 26.0 as the analysis tools. Based on the results of the study and discussion, the researcher concluded that academic and administrative services, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This study was only conducted by the Hafshawaty Zainul Hasan Genggong Midwifery Academy (Probolinggo, East Java) and did not use control variables or other variables that could affect student satisfaction. This study highlights the need for institutions to prioritize improving academic and administrative support systems so that students can have a satisfying experience during their studies.
