Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a significant role in fostering tolerance in multicultural vocational school environments. This study aims to describe how Islamic Religious Education learning at SMKN PP Rea Timur contributes to building mutual respect among religious communities. The study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and curriculum documentation. Data were analyzed using reduction and triangulation techniques. The results show that a contextual teaching approach encourages students to understand differences, develop empathy, and practice tolerance in daily life. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening inclusive religious values in vocational education to promote social harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, merancang, serta menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas metode drill berbasis literasi visual dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru kelas III dan 27 siswa kelas III, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah metode drill berbasis literasi visual. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode drill berbasis literasi visual yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Hasil uji validitas oleh ahli pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia memperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan skor masing-masing 87,5% dan 90,62%. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis, dengan skor 94,04% dari siswa dan 100% dari guru. Uji efektivitas berdasarkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,70 menunjukkan bahwa metode drill berbasis literasi visual efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, metode ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas III SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This study recommends that all schools implement educational supervision within their institutions, as its application can significantly enhance overall education quality. The research design used in this article is library research employing a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that educational supervision has a substantial influence on the professionalism of educators and contributes to improving the quality of educational institutions. This research further highlights the role of supervision in strengthening educator professionalism, with the broader aim of producing high-quality educators, shaping a capable future generation, and developing strong and effective educational institutions.

Abstract

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk peserta didik yang berkarakter, berjiwa kebangsaan, serta mampu berperilaku sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. Di jenjang SD Negeri 003 Kandeapi, PKn tidak hanya berfokus pada penguasaan konsep-konsep kewarganegaraan, tetapi juga pada proses internalisasi nilai moral dan sosial yang menjadi dasar perilaku sehari-hari peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kontribusi PKn dalam penguatan karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri 003 Kandeapi serta strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka terhadap berbagai penelitian dan regulasi terkait pendidikan karakter dan PKn. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PKn berperan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, toleransi, gotong royong, serta sikap cinta tanah air. Penguatan karakter dapat dioptimalkan melalui pembelajaran kontekstual, keteladanan guru, pembiasaan di sekolah, serta sinergi dengan keluarga dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, PKn menjadi fondasi penting dalam menyiapkan generasi muda yang berkarakter kuat, berintegritas, dan mampu berkontribusi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a central driver of digital transformation in education, particularly in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning. This study examines the role of AI-supported learning through the Quizizz platform in enhancing English vocabulary mastery while simultaneously strengthening religious values and educational governance from a Public Administration perspective. Using a comprehensive literature-based analytical approach, this study synthesizes international research on AI, digital pedagogy, and EFL with national studies on English education policy, character education, and public governance. The findings indicate that Quizizz effectively improves vocabulary retention, pronunciation accuracy, learner motivation, and self-regulated learning through adaptive repetition, gamification, and real-time feedback. Beyond linguistic outcomes, the integration of religious values within AI-based instruction fosters ethical awareness, learning discipline, and social responsibility among students. From a governance perspective, AI-supported learning platforms enhance transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision making through digital documentation and learning analytics. This study concludes that the integration of Artificial Intelligence, EFL vocabulary learning, religious values, and public governance constitutes a comprehensive and sustainable framework for developing ethical, accountable, and high-quality digital education.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes to education, including the learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in higher education. One of the widely used online learning platforms is Sevima Edlink. This study aims to describe the utilization of Sevima Edlink in PAI learning and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Parepare. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving PAI lecturers, students, and system administrators as informants. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results show that the utilization of Sevima Edlink in PAI learning includes online attendance, distribution of learning materials, discussion forums, assignment submission, and learning evaluation. Supporting factors include institutional policies that support digital learning, ease of application use, and adequate students’ digital literacy. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited internet access, technical problems in the application, and the uneven training of lecturers. This study concludes that Sevima Edlink is quite effective in supporting PAI learning, although improvements are still needed in terms of infrastructure and strengthening educators’ digital competencies.
