Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low interest of students in Kayang floor exercise material in class XII of SMA Negeri 16 Seram Barat. This condition is caused by teachers' habits of applying conventional models and lecture methods, not facilitating students with relevant learning resources, in addition to the methods applied during learning, students tend to get bored and not focused during the learning process, so that students always find it difficult to understand concepts. material studied. This results in students feeling bored and it is feared that it could affect students' cognitive abilities. The application of the Training Method can be used as an alternative solution to overcome the low Kayang Learning Results. This research was carried out over two cycles with Classroom Action Research (PTK) procedures following the Kemmis and McTagart scheme, namely planning, action, evaluation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 20 class XII students of SMA Negeri 16 West Seram for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques were taken through interviews, observation, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively through interviews and observations. The research results showed that the percentage of students' Kayang learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle II actions. During 2 cycles, in cycle I student completion was 30%, while cycle II had completion at 95%, so it can be concluded that there was a significant increase in Kayang's learning outcomes through the training method.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the use of cohesion and coherence in Mediaindonesia.com editorials; (2) use of cohesion and coherence in building editorial texts effectively; and (3) utilizing the research results as a learning medium for video podcast editorial text material for class XII high school. The data source for this research comes from an editorial at Mediaindonesia.com with the theme of fraudulent financial practices in the Ministry of Finance which was published in March 2023. Meanwhile, the objects studied are sentences and paragraphs that contain cohesive devices and meaning relationships in them. The theory that is the basis for determining cohesion comes from the opinion of M.A.K Halliday and Ruqaiya Hasan, divided into (1) grammatical cohesion: reference, conjunction, ellipsis and substitution; and (2) lexical cohesion: synonyms, antonyms, repetition, hyponymy, meronymy, and collocation. Coherence analysis is based on the theory of meaning relationships put forward by Harimurti Kridalaksana. Apart from that, the research results were developed into a video podcast utilizing theories from Vincec Fernandez, et al. Based on the results of the analysis, the overall data obtained was 365 uses of grammatical cohesion, 37 uses of lexical cohesion, and 78 meaning-coherence relationships. The use of cohesion and coherence together with an understanding of the structure and linguistic rules of editorial texts plays an important role in creating effective texts.

Abstract

Piaget introduced a number of ideas and concepts to describe and explain the changes in logical thinking he observed in children and adults. Cognitive development starts from concrete thinking processes to higher levels, namely abstract and logical concepts. Piaget believed that children are naturally interested in the world and actively seek out information that can help them understand that world. As an expert who conducted a lot of research on the level of development of human cognitive abilities, Piaget stated in his theory that human cognitive abilities consist of four stages starting from birth to adulthood. The stages and sequence apply to all ages but the age at which someone begins to enter a certain stage is not the same for everyone

Abstract

Evaluasi kondisi bank berdasarkan risiko dan kinerja menghasilkan tingkat kesehatan bank. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan dampak profil risiko, tata kelola perusahaan yang sehat, pendapatan, dan permodalan terhadap peringkat komposit kesehatan bank di lembaga keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2019 dan 2021. Sebelas perusahaan dipilih melalui penggunaan pendekatan purposive sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah metode yang digunakan untuk analisis. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa profil risiko memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keadaan kesehatan bank, seperti halnya tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Penghasilan memiliki dampak positif dan tidak signifikan, dan modal memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan. Pengoperasian bisnis juga dilihat oleh pihak luar dapat berdampak pada evaluasi status kesehatan bank. Pihak perusahaan harus memperhatikan segala variable yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesehatan bank seperti, aset, kredit yang diberikan, dan modal, alangkah baiknya diputar pada aktiva yang lebih produktif sehingga perusahaan dapat menggunakannya secara efisien.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penguatan identitas diri generasi Z melalui implementasi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Banyaknya ditemui generasi Z yang terpapar dengan kemajuan teknologi dan sudah masuk ke dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, kepada peserta didik, guru PAK, guru wali kelas, guru BK, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kesiswaan dan orang tua. Dari hasil analisis dan interpretasi data diperoleh indikasi bahwa: (1) Keadaan peserta didik di era revolusi industri 4.0, adanya kewajiban penggunaan handphone dalam kehidupan sehari-hari juga dalam proses pembelajaran, meskipun dalam tata tertib penggunaan handphone merupakan suatu larangan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. (2) Penguatan identitas diri kristiani melalui PAK sudah terlaksana namun belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik, dan buku pembelajaran PAK yang berupa e-book sehingga adanya penyalahgunaan handphone oleh peserta didik serta kurangnya kegiatan-kegiatan yang mengindikasikan PAK di sekolah. (3) Tata tertib larangan penggunaan handphone dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tidak ditegakkan lagi.

Abstract

Supervision is an aspect that must be strengthened to maintain the meritocracy system in carrying out bureaucratic reform in government in Indonesia. One form of supervision within the scope of public institutions is the establishment of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) which is tasked with supervising the performance and integrity of ASN in carrying out their duties. However, the revision of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus has consequences for lax supervision of ASN. It is feared that ASN's neutrality will become a big issue in the 2024 political year. For this reason, this research discusses the possible impacts on ASN's neutrality in the 2024 elections if KASN is officially disbanded. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it was found that the possible impact was a decline in the quality of public services due to ASN's alignment with certain political interests, recruitment and position mapping in government institutions were influenced by corruption, collusion and nepotism. Then, there will be potential for commercialization of positions by ASN.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter masih menjadi topik perbincangan masyarakat Indonesia sampai saat ini. Fenomena yang terjadi dimasyarakat adalah lunturnya nilai-nilai luhur bangsa Indonesia, seperti nilai kesopanan, nilai kejujuran, nilai kesantunan, dan nilai kebersamaan serta gotong royong. Karakter dan budaya dalam kehidupan berbangsa yang lemah dapat mengakibatkan kemunduran peradaban bangsa, sebaliknya apabila kehidupan masyarakat yang memiliki karakter dan budaya kuat maka akan semakin kuat juga eksistensi suatu bangsa dan negara. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memaksimalkan pembinaan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah diantaranya yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dan juga kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang dapat mendukung penanaman nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik di sekolah seperti kegiatan kepramukaan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the exact relationship between trust and customer satisfaction in e-commerce business processes. This research is a type of qualitative research method with a literature review approach and collecting information that has been obtained from literature, online journal articles sourced from Google Scholar and reference books related to this article. The research results show that consumers will feel confident and decide to buy products through e-commerce platforms by considering several considerations and customer trust will continue to increase when using services, products and even recommending them to other people. Thus, it can be concluded that: 1) Satisfaction has a significant effect on e-commerce business processes. 2) Trust has a significant effect on e-commerce business processes.

Abstract

This research conducted discourse analysis using Norman Fairclough's approach to the hashtag #PercumaBayarPajak on the social media platform Twitter X with a focus on the image of the Directorate General of Taxes. The results of the textual analysis show the use of repetition, figures of speech and diction used to voice dissatisfaction with the tax system and the Directorate General of Taxes. At the level of discourse practice, research identifies the production and consumption of tweets within the hashtag movement, reflecting the active participation of Twitter X users in conveying their criticism. Analysis of sociocultural practices connects hashtags with social, institutional and social situations, showing how society unites through social media to criticize tax practices that are considered detrimental. This research concludes that #PercumaPayarPajak has become an important medium for the public to voice their dissatisfaction and criticism of the tax system, especially after the emergence of corruption cases at the Directorate General of Taxes. The implications of this research provide deep insight into how social media can be a tool for social change and public opinion regarding tax policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship with the formation of the wrist with the ability to shoot in the bolabasket game in students of the ISDIK Kie Raha Maluku Utara Sports Education Study Program in Ternate City. This research is a correlational research. The subjects in this study were students of the 2023 Sports Education Study Program ISDIK Kie Raha Maluku Utara, totaling 20 students. The hypothesis test consists of a product moment correlation from Pearson at a significance level α = 0.05 and multiple correlation tests or multiple regression using the SPSS 16.0 computer program. The results of this study concluded that in the 2023 Sports Education Study Program ISDIK Kie Raha Maluku Utara: (1) There is a significant relationship with the formation of the wrist with shooting capabilities as evidenced by the value of R Product Moment (0.869)> R Table (0.456).
