Abstract

The use of swearing among Indonesian gamers is a phenomenon that has intensified in recent years along with the rapid growth of the gaming industry and the growing gaming community. This article aims to uncover the factors that influence the use of abusive swearing among Indonesian gamers using a qualitative approach and a sociological perspective. From a sociological perspective, this research adopts social network analysis, symbolic interactionism, and participatory observation to understand the social dynamics within the gaming community. As such, this research provides a deeper understanding of the social and cultural factors that influence swearing behavior in the gaming context. The results of this study are expected to contribute significantly to the understanding of the phenomenon of abusive swearing among Indonesian gamers and assist in formulating effective strategies to address the problem. It is hoped that the insights will encourage efforts to create a more welcoming and ethical gaming environment for all players.

Abstract

The tradition of a kidnap marriage is a marriage practice where a man kidnaps a woman. Today, the old kidnap marriage procession is changing. The misuse of the kidnap marriage procession causes human rights violations. The purpose of this research is to see the form of human rights violations and the form of the kidnap marriage procession. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method, with data in the form of YouTube videos on the Lombok Culture and Tourism and Mandalika accounts. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research, human rights violations were found in the form of lack of freedom of expression for the female party, and male domination in the marriage procession. Then, the abducted marriage procession detected in this study is the mbait and mesejati or selabar procession. Some factors influence the occurrence of kidnap marriages; 1). culture, 2). economy, 3). parental conflict, 4). arranged marriage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and investigate the impact of debt policy and dividend policy on the financial performance of automotive enterprises. The method used is quantitative and data is collected from his IDX website, scientific publications and the internet. The population of this study consists of companies in the automotive industry listed on IDX for the period 2020-2022, based on a sample of three companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-hypothesis and f-hypothesis testing to detect partial and simultaneous effects. As a result, the debt policy variable partially has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, while the dividend policy variable has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. At the same time, the two variables did not have a significant impact on financial performance.

Abstract

This journal explains the law of Companies in Indonesia with the aim of achieving both understanding and knowledge of Company law in Indonesia in the hope that it can help prospective business actors in establishing their companies in accordance with applicable regulations and laws in Indonesia. This journal also discusses the importance of understanding and knowledge of Company law for business actors in establishing or forming a Company. Abstract

This Research Is About The Position Of The Parties In The Loan Facility Disbursement Agreement At Pt Tanifund Madani Indonesia. The Parties To The Agreement Are The Lender, The Borrower, And The Operator. The Organizer Includes A Clause For The Transfer Of Responsibility Entirely To The Lender. The Position Of The Lender Gets A Weak Position, Because The Organizer Includes The Clauses Of The Agreement. The Content Of The Agreement States That If There Is A Default Of The Borrower, All Risks Including The Risk Of Default Are Fully Borne By The Lender. Form Of Responsibility The Operator May Attempt To Collect The Borrower As A Form Of Implementation Of Its Obligations. However, There Is No Guarantee The Lender's Refund Will Work. The Objectives Of This Thesis Research, Namely: First, To Find Out And Analyze The Position Of The Parties In The Loan Facility Disbursement Agreement At Pt Tanifund Madani Indonesia; And Second, To Find Out The Responsibilities Of The Parties In The Loan Facility Disbursement Agreement At Pt Tanifund Madani Indonesia. This Type Of Research Can Be Classified As Empirical Or Sociological Legal Research, Because In This Study The Author Directly Conducts Research With The Interview Method To Provide A Complete And Clear Picture Of The Problem Under Study.The Conclusion That Can Be Obtained From The Results Of The Study Is First, There Is A Weak Position For Lenders In The Agreement, That All Risks Including The Risk Of Default Are Fully Borne By The Lender. ; Second, The Responsibility Of The Parties In The Loan Facility Disbursement Agreement That The Operator (Pt Tanifund) Uses Credit Scoring. The Organizer Carries Out Borrower Profiling By Looking At The Application Of Lending With The 5c Principle (Character, Capital, Capacity, Condition Of Economic, Collateral). The Debtor Is Proven Not To Meet The Analysis Of Credit, Especially In The Principle Of Character, In Fact The Debtor Is Proven To Be A Drug User And Shows A Bad Character, Mentality And Character, The Principle Of Capacity Or The Ability Of Debtors To Pay Off Loans As Measured By Business Conditions, Income And Turnover Of Debtors Can Be Seen When The Debtor's Income Decreases So That It Is Difficult To Return Funds, The Principle Of Condition Of Economic That Farmers Are Affected By Fruit Caterpillar Pests And Drought. Abstract

The use of collateral utilization by the parties giving loans as a form of debt payment is a tradition carried out by Togeme village communities. The existence of an urgent need makes people take large amounts of money loans in a short time without regard to losses later, especially in debt agreements that are not in writing between the two parties. With this, the researchers studied the problem using field research methods based on the views of the Fatwa commission MUI North Maluku. The result of the research is that the traditional debt borrowing of Togeme village communities by making farmland a guarantee object in debt repayment. When it has not fulfilled the specified timeframe, the debtor cannot take the yield from the agricultural land. According to the view of the Fatwa Commission of MUI North Maluku, this tradition is permitted in Islam as long as there are no elements that destroy or cancel the rule and conditions, such as the elements of deceit, rise, and iniquity.

Abstract

Mathematical representation ability is one of the expected abilities in learning mathematics in class. Very mathematical representation ability It is important for students to be able to make meaningful connections between concepts mathematics or between concepts and other fields or with life or environment around students. This research is important because it can analyze student representation abilities for students who have high, medium or low self efficacy to make it easier for teachers to apply appropriate learning methods. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on students' mathematical representational abilities; (2) analyzing self-efficacy (high, medium and low) on the mathematical representation abilities of Tidore Islands City State High School/Vocational School students who implement the Independent Learning Curriculum. This research method is descriptive-quantitative with the type of research being causal survey research. Determination of the sample using random sampling techniques. The data collection techniques used were tests and questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive and inferential analysis. The findings of this research show that there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on students' mathematical representational abilities. The representative mathematical abilities of students for students who have high, medium and low self-efficacy results vary between one student and another.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of anxiety among parents regarding the readiness of children with special needs (CWSN) for entering elementary school. Using a descriptive quantitative research method, the study involved 37 parents of CWSN, employing questionnaires as the data collection technique. Statistical analysis revealed that all samples (100%) experienced a high level of anxiety. The results also indicated that this high anxiety level is related to parental concerns about their children's academic and social abilities in the elementary school environment. The study found that parental anxiety can negatively impact their emotional well-being and may affect the child’s development. The primary recommendation is to provide informational support and training for parents to reduce anxiety and enhance the readiness of CWSN for primary education.

Abstract

Perbedaan etika dan legalitas di indonesia membuat banyak sekali kebimbangan dalam memutuskan sanksi hukuman yang akan diberi dalam perkara zina atau perzinaan, yang mana hal ini tidak hanya diatur pada hukum pidana positif tapi juga diatur pada hukum pidana islam. Untuk memperoleh pembahasan yang dibutuhkan peneliti menggunaan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan yangmenggunakan metode statue approach guna memeriksa seluruh peraturan yang ada serta undang-undang hukum yang relevan dengan perkara perzinaan. Dalam pandangan hukum pidana islam setiap hubungan seksual yang dilakukan diluar ikatan perkawinan yang sah maka dapat dikategorikan sebagai perzinaan, sedang dalam pandangan hukum pidana di Indonesia saat ini hubungan seksual yang dilakukan oleh pasangan yang belum menikah tidak dikategorikan sebagai perzinaan karena dalam Kitab Undang-undanga Hukum Pidana (KUHP) perkara perzinaan terjadi apabila salah satu atau keduanya telah sah menikah. Adapun hasil penelitian ini akan menujukan sebuah perbedaan signifikan dalam perbandingan hukum pidana islam dan hukum pidana positif terkait perzinaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information whether the learning outcomes in the survey and mapping material on the subject of the usefulness of land measurement work through the presentation of the elaboration model were better than the presentation of the textbook and to determine the interest and enthusiasm of students in learning after following the learning process through the presentation of the elaboration model. The technique used in data collection was organizing the Elaboration Model material in the Experimental class and presenting it according to the Textbook in the control class in the study was in the learning process using the Elaboration Model teaching had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The results through presentation according to the textbook, the average value was lower than the provision of Elaboration Model teaching, because students had difficulty in classifying lessons and needed a long time to understand the material. For that there are still students who have low scores, this is caused by several factors such as health, IQ and mental psychology of students.
