The research sample was 329 workers at Yogyakarta City Universities who were selected using proportional random sampling techniques. Limitations for determining the research sample using the Krejcie Table for sample size. The data collection technique uses the Job Stress Scale adopted from Vic Catano's Stressors and Stress Outcomes, consisting of 8 aspects, namely competence, workload, work schedule, role conflict, role ambiguity, routine, rewards, life balance, and policy making. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. The research results showed that 72% of workers said they were not experiencing work stress in terms of workload, routine, rewards and life balance. Abstract

Counselees who take part in spiritual counseling are usually those who are experiencing life impasses. Spiritual counseling offers intervention to reactivate the counselee's spiritual powers. This article aims to look at the possibility of using Soren Kierkegaard's thought of self-identity dynamics as a framework for spiritual counseling interventions. Kierkegaard, who is known as an existentialist philosopher, considers that human self-identity has three dimensions. First, the synthesis of two opposite poles: between the infinite and the finite, the mortal and the eternal, freedom and necessity. Second, internal relations: relations that connect oneself and one's individuality. The third is deep dependence on the transcendent. The three dimensions of human identity are in harmony with the main character of spiritual counseling. The method used to see this possibility is a literature study. The author reviews various literature related to spiritual counseling and Kierkegaard's concept of self-identity dynamics to produce a comprehensive discussion. There are ten journal articles that the author used for this research. Three main discussions of this paper are the definition of spiritual counseling, the concept of Kierkegaard's Self-identity dynamics, and the application of Kierkegaard's self-identity dynamics to spiritual counseling. The discussion concluded that Kierkegaard's thoughts on self-identity provided an adequate framework for the dynamics of spiritual counseling, especially to help counselees realize and actualize spiritual powers to build wholeness in freedom. This study will benefit spiritual counselors to deal with counselees experiencing life impasses and to broadenthe counselor's understanding in facilitating the counseling process.

Abstract

Students who plan to attend university frequently struggle with making decisions. The challenge of students' decision-making regarding study program selection in higher education arises from factors such as self-understanding, including intelligence, talents, and interests, as well as understanding of the educational environment and available information on study programs. The objective of this research is to create a recommendation model for high school students in Yogyakarta to choose information technology-based study programs. A model is employed to aid guidance and counseling teachers in offering guidance to high school students regarding their choice of study programs in higher education. This guidance is based on the students' self-awareness and understanding of their surroundings. The research described in this study follows the Borg and Gall model, which consists of 10 development steps in the field of research and development (RD). Data on the RPP-PT Model was obtained through questionnaires and interview guides. Data analysis involves the utilization of both quantitative and qualitative methods for analyzing data. The study presents a recommendation model for choosing information technology-based study programs in higher education. This model is designed to provide guidance and counseling teachers with recommendations for college study program choices based on students' learning achievement, general abilities, talents, and interests. External factors, including parental expectations, should be taken into account when considering future development.

The study's findings indicate that individual counseling using the Focused Solution Brief Counseling technique encompasses several key components. These include the construction of a positive therapeutic relationship, goal setting, the identification of issues, the development and implementation of solutions, and the termination of the counseling session. The study additionally demonstrates that within the realm of cross-cultural counseling, the solution-focused brief counseling approach has the capacity to effectively address the challenges faced by students. Abstract

Adolescent mental health literacy (MHL) plays a critical role in equipping young individuals to make informed health decisions and seek appropriate care. This study aimed to explore the level of adolescent MHL worldwide, its influencing factors, and effective strategies to improve it through a systematic review of 10 selected studies published between 2000 and 2024. Using PRISMA guidelines, relevant articles were identified from databases including Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Key findings indicated significant variability in MHL among adolescents globally, influenced by factors such as education, culture, and access to information. While adolescents were generally better at recognizing common conditions like depression, less than 50% could identify it accurately. Gender disparities were observed, with females more likely to recommend professional help. Effective interventions, such as school-based programs, showed promise in enhancing MHL, particularly in improving knowledge and reducing stigma. Instruments such as the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire and The Friend in Need Questionnaire were commonly used for assessment, although reliance on self-reported data highlights the need for more objective tools. The findings underscored the importance of comprehensive health education programs in schools, covering topics such as mental health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles, to bridge knowledge gaps and foster help-seeking behaviors. This study concluded that addressing disparities in adolescent MHL through tailored, multi-sectoral approaches, including education, community engagement, and policy reforms, was essential to empower adolescents globally and improve public mental health outcomes.
