Abstract

Sweet corn (Zea mays Saccharata Sturt) is a popular horticultural crop among the community. However, sweet corn production in Kebumen experienced a decline from 2021 to 2023. One method to increase production yield is by applying the appropriate and balanced fertilizer dosage. This study aims to analyze the growth response and yield of sweet corn to the application of goat manure and NPK fertilizer in Surorejan Village. The research method used was a completely randomized block design with two treatment factors: goat manure (P) and NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer (N). The P factor consisted of four treatment doses: P0 (0 kg/m²), P1 (1 kg/m²), P2 (2 kg/m²), and P3 (3 kg/m²). The N factor had four treatment levels: N0 (0 kg/m²), N1 (0.01 kg/m²), N2 (0.02 kg/m²), and N3 (0.03 kg/m²). The observed data were analyzed using SPSS. If significant differences were found, further analysis was conducted using the 5% DMRT test to determine the best treatment. The results showed that goat manure and NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer did not have a significant effect on the growth of sweet corn (Zea mays Saccharata Sturt). However, the P3 treatment showed a significant difference in the yield of sweet corn.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt in order to enhance competitiveness and expand market reach. This study aims to identify marketing challenges faced by the Kerupuk Dua Udang MSME and evaluate the implementation of digital marketing strategies and logo rebranding in improving product marketing. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, where data is collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that prior to the implementation of digital marketing, the marketing efforts of this MSME were still limited to the Kendal and Ngawi sub-districts. The main challenges encountered include the lack of information on the old logo, low product visibility on digital platforms, and dependence on conventional marketing methods. The implementation of digital marketing strategies through Instagram and Shopee, along with a more professional and informative logo redesign, has proven effective in increasing product visibility and facilitating customer access to ordering. With this digital transformation, the MSME can experience growth in customer numbers and a broader market expansion. Therefore, digital marketing and rebranding strategies are recommended as solutions for other MSMEs facing similar challenges to enhance competitiveness and sustain their business in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the main duties and functions of school operators at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 3 Makassar, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in their execution. School operators play a vital role in managing digital-based educational data, especially through the Dapodik application. However, they often face excessive workloads, lack of structural support, and limited training opportunities. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that school operators hold a strategic position in supporting digital education governance, yet they do not receive structural recognition proportional to their responsibilities. There is a pressing need for policy reformulation and the development of clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) to strengthen their role and improve the professionalism of school operators. These findings contribute significantly to the development of data-driven education policies and the reinforcement of a more inclusive school administrative system.

Abstract

One of the work stations at PT. ABC is the Bioconversion work station (maggot enlargement). At this work station out were approximately 10 minutes for each biopond tank in 1 working day, with a total of 21 tanks. Workers often experience fatigue, especially in the back and neck areas. Therefore, an analysis was carried out on the fatigue factors experienced by workers. In this study, the method used to analyze worker posture is Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The REBA method is used to analyze overall body posture, and then the results will be tested using Ergofellow software. The results obtained from the investigation of worker posture at the bioconversion work station using Ergofellow software got a score of 6, with a moderate risk. This is because the biopond design is less than ideal. So, the proposed improvement given is to redesign the biopond design, with the hope that workers will no longer bend over when doing work and can minimize the risk of injury.

Abstract

Inflammation is a complex response that occurs in blood vessel tissue due to external or internal stimuli. One plant that is known to have anti-inflammatory properties is agarwood leaves (Aquilaria malaccensis Lam). This study aims to evaluate the effect of ethanol extract from gaharu leaves on anti-inflammatory activity in male white mice (Mus musculus) and to determine the most effective dose. The experimental animals were divided into five groups, including a control group that received Na CMC and diclofenac sodium. Inflammation induction was carried out through injection of egg white solution, and measurements were carried out periodically for six hours. The analysis results showed that a dose of 300 mg/KgBW of agarwood leaf extract provided the most significant anti-inflammatory effect compared to lower doses. 100 mg/kgBB and 200 mg/kgBB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di Iceu Store, sebuah toko baju. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan mencakup empat dimensi utama: pengaruh ideal (idealized influence), motivasi inspirasional (inspirational motivation), rangsangan intelektual (intellectual stimulation), dan perhatian individual (individualized consideration). Dalam konteks ini, nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah, keadilan, ihsan, dan shura menjadi landasan moral dan etika dalam kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Informan terdiri dari pemimpin toko dan karyawan yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di Iceu Store berdampak positif pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Pemimpin yang mampu menjadi teladan, memberikan inspirasi, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan individu karyawan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, meningkatkan semangat kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kepemimpinan transformasional untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada studi kepemimpinan dan manfaat praktis bagi Iceu Store serta organisasi lain yang ingin mengimplementasikan gaya kepemimpinan serupa.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of incorporating varying concentrations of carrot puree (0%, 25%, 50%, and 75%) into pukis, a traditional Indonesian snack, on its organoleptic properties. The objective is to enhance the nutritional value of pukis without compromising its sensory attributes, such as color, aroma, texture, taste, and overall acceptability. A hedonic test was conducted to assess consumer preferences for the different formulations. The results indicated that the addition of carrot puree significantly influenced the color, with higher concentrations resulting in a more vibrant orange hue. Aroma and taste were also affected, with the 25% carrot puree formulation being most preferred for maintaining the traditional flavor while offering enhanced sweetness. Texture analysis showed that the 50% carrot puree formulation provided a desirable balance between moisture retention and the light, spongy texture typical of pukis. Overall, the study found that a moderate level of carrot puree (25% to 50%) successfully enhanced the nutritional profile of pukis while preserving its sensory qualities. These findings suggest that carrot puree can be a viable ingredient for fortifying traditional snacks, offering a healthier alternative without compromising consumer acceptance.

Abstract

Advances in digitalization technology make it easier to carry out daily activities, especially shopping activities online is a trend that continues to grow in the digital era, including among the people of Bandar Lampung. Alfagift application, as one platform shopping online, offers easy shopping with various attractive features. However, as usage increases, issues arise such as inconsistent service quality, questionable effectiveness of promotions, and on time delivery that does not match what is offered and sometimes does not meet customer expectations. The problem of this research is whether service quality, promotions and on time delivery have an effect on customer satisfaction for Alfagift application users. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, promotions and timeliness of delivery on customer satisfaction among Alfagift application users in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection through surveys and questionnaires as research instruments and a sample of 100 people using the method purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The calculation results from the determination test (R2) shows that 82% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the independent variables of service quality, promotions and on time delivery. Meanwhile, the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables not studied. So it can be concluded that service quality, promotions and on time delivery can influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Juvenile granulosa cell tumour (JGCT) is a subtype of granulosa cell tumour that predominantly affects young females, particularly those who are premenarchal, with a mean age at diagnosis of 13 years. Although rare, this tumour can occur across a wide age range, from 10 months to 67 years. Histologically, JGCT resembles the adult-type granulosa cell tumour but presents with distinct features, including aggressive growth and the absence of FOXL2 mutations. Common clinical manifestations include an abdominal mass, abdominal pain, precocious puberty in prepubertal girls due to estrogen secretion, and menorrhagia or amenorrhea in premenopausal women. Macroscopically, the tumour typically exhibits a dominant solid component, frequently accompanied by hemorrhagic and necrotic areas. High mitotic activity and variable degrees of cytological atypia are characteristic findings. The diagnosis is supported by positive immunoreactivity for inhibin, calretinin, and CD99. In early-stage disease, the primary treatment is unilateral oophorectomy with fertility preservation. In contrast, advanced stages often require total hysterectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy. Prognosis is highly dependent on disease stage; patients with stage I disease have a survival rate of up to 97%, whereas advanced-stage disease is associated with a poorer outcome. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and management strategies of Juvenile Granulosa Cell Tumour (JGCT). It also underscores the importance of early detection and the development of more effective therapeutic options to enhance clinical outcomes.

Abstract

According to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), financial statement fraud is a disclosure of a company's financial condition that is intentionally made false, which can be done by omitting certain values ​​in a financial report that is intended to deceive financial statement users. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of financial stability, financial targets and external pressure on fraudulent financial statements. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The data source in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports on the BEI website. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. The population in this study are all IDX Sharia Growth companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2023 period. So a sample of 14 companies was obtained. Panel data analysis model with the help of Eviews 12 software. The research results show that financial stability has a positive effect on financial report fraud. Meanwhile, financial targets and external pressure have no effect on financial report fraud.
