Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the development team's role in improving the quality of education at MTsN 1 Aceh Timur. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research explores local dynamics and challenges faced during program implementation. The results indicate that the development team significantly contributes to increasing institutional attractiveness, transforming learning processes, and strengthening networks with various stakeholders. Despite managerial challenges such as resource limitations and increased workloads, adaptive strategies and the establishment of a quality assurance team are expected to address these obstacles. This research also highlights the importance of collaboration among managers, educators, and students in creating a conducive environment for quality improvement in education. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the collective role of the development team within the specific context of madrasahs. Future research is recommended to explore more integrated collaborative models and involve the perspectives of students and parents in program evaluations.

Abstract

This study examines the organizational and cultural transformation imperatives within Indonesia's pump manufacturing industry, focusing on the critical challenges of digitalization and sustainability in an increasingly competitive global market. Here, we investigate whether pump manufacturers can leverage digital transformation and cultural change to enhance their market position, particularly as the industry experiences robust growth driven by increasing demand for water treatment solutions and infrastructure projects. Through comprehensive SWOT analysis, this study identifies key organizational capabilities and challenges, in addressing the industry's historical reliance on imports and technological gaps. Thus, this study aims to obtain critical areas for improvement, including the necessity for systematic employee training programs to facilitate cultural adaptation and the implementation of environmentally sustainable technologies. The result shows digital transformation can enhance operational efficiency while supporting sustainability goals. Here, the recommendations for Indonesian pump manufacturers to navigate rapid global challenges, emphasizing the importance of balancing technological advancement with organizational culture change to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in the international market in near future.

Abstract

This research and development aims to develop a P5 Module Based on Experential Learning "Recycling of Plastic Waste" on the Theme of Sustainable Lifestyle for Elementary School Students which is very valid and practical. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE (Anlyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The data collection techniques in this study are in the form of questionnaires and documentation. This research uses validity and practicality analysis techniques. The results of the three validators got the following percentages: linguists got a percentage of 85%, material experts got a percentage of 82%, and media experts got a percentage of 83%, by meeting the "very valid" criteria. The P5 module was also declared practical which can be proven through interviews with class teachers about the P5 module and proven through a one-to-one trial conducted by 3 students who obtained an average percentage of 82.67%. with the criterion of "very practical", and the small group trial was carried out by 8 students with an average percentage of 85% with the criterion of "very practical". It can be concluded that the Experiential Learning-Based P5 Module is very valid and practical to be used as a teaching material in the P5 learning "Plastic Waste Cycle" on the Theme of Sustainable Lifestyle for Grade V Students of SD Negeri 4 Rimau Island for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the religious dynamics inside the Acehnese social context through the perspective of Max Weber's charisma theory. This study focuses on the phenomenon of Abuya Amran Waly and the Majelis Pengkajian Tauhid Tasawuf Indonesia (MPTT-I), which has generated discussion among the public and scholars in Aceh. In Weber's sociology of religion, charisma is considered a fundamental component in the development and transformation of religious authority. The employed methodology is a literature review employing a qualitative approach and content analysis. The analysis indicates that Abuya Amran Waly's allure, comprising both wahby (grace) and kasbi (effort), functioned as the principal factor in maintaining his prominence despite resistance and repudiation from the majority of dayah scholars. This charisma is further entrenched through the MPTT-I organisation. This research illustrates that understanding charisma as a social construct clarifies how the impact of religious leaders can transform into a communal movement, despite substantial theological and political resistance.

Abstract

Stingless bee (linot) cultivation is a promising economic activity that supports food security programs but remains underutilized due to limited public knowledge. This study describes a training initiative conducted at AlFata Islamic Boarding School in Banda Aceh, aimed at introducing students to the techniques and benefits of stingless bee cultivation to promote local economic potential as a sustainable family income source. Employing a multifaceted approach, the training included theoretical instruction, field visits, practical exercises, and pre- and post-training knowledge assessments. The results revealed heightened participant enthusiasm and significantly enhanced understanding of cultivable bee species, cultivation methods, harvesting processes, and the health and economic benefits of honey production, as demonstrated by A Bee Honey’s operations. This initiative highlights the potential of stingless bee cultivation to foster sustainable economic development and underscores the importance of educational outreach to empower communities, particularly young learners, in leveraging local resources for food security and economic resilience.

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing halal product purchase decisions among the Muslim community in Lhokseumawe, with purchase intention acting as a mediating variable. The research is motivated by the growing demand for halal products and the need to understand consumer behavior in Muslim-majority regions. The main objective is to examine how product quality, halal assurance, price, and consumer trust affect both purchase intention and the final purchase decision. A quantitative method was employed, using a sample of 152 respondents selected through snowball sampling from a population of 188,888 Muslim residents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with a confirmatory approach. The findings indicate that product quality, halal assurance, price, and consumer trust all have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention. In turn, purchase intention significantly influences actual purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase intention effectively mediates the relationship between the influencing factors and the purchase decision. The study concludes that integrated marketing strategies emphasizing quality, price competitiveness, halal certification, and trust development are essential to strengthen consumer engagement and expand the halal product market in similar demographic settings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was “to determine the influence of the Scientific Learning Approach assisted by Froggy Jumps on the learning outcomes of Indonesian language of grade IV students of SD Negeri 09 Makarti Jaya”. The methode used in this study was Pre-experimental with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population and sample of this study were all grade IV students at SD Negeri 09 Makarti Jaya with a total of 17 students. The data collection was carried out using tests in the form of Pretest and Posttest. The result showed that the average result of the initial Pretest test score 50.35 and the average result of the final Posttest test score 86.70. The result of the hypothesis test showed a t count value 3.303 and a t table value of 2.131 (t count > t table) so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the Scientific Learning Approach assisted by Froggy Jumps on the learning outcomes of Indonesian language of grade IV students of SD Negeri 09 Makarti Jaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of digital-based literacy using Wordwall Interactive Media on Learning Outcomes of grade I students of SD Negeri 1 Makarti Jaya. The subjects of this study were grade I students of SDN 1 Makarti Jaya. Data collection techniques in this study using tests and documents with Pre-Experimental design data testing type One-Group pretest-posttest. The results showed that the pre-test results obtained a minimum score of 10 and a maximum score of 70 with an average score of 42.97. while the post-test results obtained a minimum score of 70 and a maximum score of 100 with an average score of 90.27. While the independent sample t-test test in the SPSS version 26 programme obtained a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, then is rejected and is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of Digital-based Reading and Writing Literacy skills on the Learning Outcomes of grade 1 elementary school students. Abstract

Data analysis skills are very important and needed in various sectors, both in education and the professional world. However, many students face challenges in mastering fairly complex data analysis techniques. One method that is increasingly popular in assisting the learning process is the use of E-Modules. These E-modules provide opportunities for students to learn in a structured and flexible way, and allow the material to be tailored to their individual needs. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of E-Modules in improving students' ability to analyze data. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and collects data through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using a t-test for two paired samples (paired t-test). The paired T-test is used to measure significant changes in students' data analysis skills as seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. The results of the study indicate that the use of flipbook-based E-modules has proven effective in improving students' data analysis skills. This is evidenced by the results of the paired t-test which shows a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating a significant change in the pre-test and post-test results. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of flipbook-based E-modules has a significant influence on improving students' data analysis skills.

Abstract

Indonesian Language Learning is a learning that has an important role in developing students' critical thinking skills. In fact, the critical thinking ability of students in class IV of SD Negeri 80 Palembang in learning Indonesian is still classified as low. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the brainstorming method through the story "Good Cooperation" in improving the critical thinking dimension of students in the learning of Indonesian Language Class IV of State Elementary School 80 Palembang. The research method used is the experimental method of the Pre-Experimental design type with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is all class IV of SD Negeri 80 Palembang as many as 49 students. The sample used is class IV A with 25 students. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample t-test. Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that there was an increase in the average pretest-posttest results of 22.92, with a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that the brainstorming method through the story "Good Cooperation" has an effect in increasing the critical dimension of students in Indonesian Language subjects Class IV of SD Negeri 80 Palembang.
