Abstract

2022 is a momentum for Indonesia to focus more on a green economy. As the host of the G20, Indonesia is mandated to support three programs as a main priority: digital transformation, green economy, and energy transition. Several national policies and regulations have been directed to support a green economy but still need to be optimized, especially those related to empowering MSMEs, including Islamic Boarding School Business Units that are environmentally friendly. Businesses managed by Islamic boarding schools are growing in Indonesia, including in West Java, 9,167 or 31.8% of all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) economy and business to not develop in the past year. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research in the form of a roadmap and sustainable business resilience model in Islamic boarding schools based on a green economy. This model combines secondary data processing in the form of a literature review and primary data in the form of empirical observations in several pesantren that have survived and developed during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially those that support green economic aspects. The implementation model will be developed in several regions and cities

Abstract

1 Technological advances and continuous digitalization are transforming an organization's resources and capabilities. Aligning with digitally oriented cultural archetypes is critical to successful digital transformation. This study aims to determine whether the Covid-19 pandemic impacts organizational culture change, as well as to find cutting-edge knowledge about productive-sustainable organizational culture and predict digital culture in organizations based on traditional cultural archetypes. The result is that the people-oriented cultural archetype is the most important for digital culture, while the values inherent in the cultural archetype of Norms or Goals inhibit it. The paper contributed to developing Functionalist and Structuralist cultural theories, showing the interaction of microcultures and cultural archetypes within an organization. Two frameworks on sustainable culture transformation and sustainability of organizational culture are derived from cutting-edge knowledge. Clean production requires managing the physical aspects of production and transforming organizational culture. What the author can criticize from these articles is the assumption that all organizations experience a decline in hierarchical culture and an increase in adhocracy culture and market culture. In fact, organizational culture shifts can vary depending on the industry, the size of the organization, and other factors

Within this emerging field, it has generally been observed that the existing literature should be expanded further from the perspective of the Human Resource Management (HRM) function. The databases used are Google Scholar and Mendeley, limited to publications from 2015-2020. This review used 3 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. The results showed that environmental knowledge fully mediates the relationship between green HRM and EGB. What we need to criticize is that empirical evidence shows that the lack of efforts to implement GHRM, especially in the industrial sector, is proven to be still high levels of water pollution based on information from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) said that the water quality index in 2022 received a score of 53.88. This score increased from the previous year, which received a score of 52.82. Even so, the achievement of the value in 2022 has not met the target value of the water quality index, which is 55.03. and 2.5-micron particle air pollution, otherwise known as PM 2.5 in Indonesia in 2022, is reported to be the 26th worst globally

Abstract

Research on the complex and multifaceted relationship between job satisfaction, moonlighting intentions, turnover intentions, and organizational citizenship behaviour has been conducted in organizational behaviour. Researchers have investigated various factors contributing to positive organizational citizenship behaviour, job satisfaction, moonlighting, and turnover intentions. This study aims to examine the interrelationships between Job Satisfaction, Moonlighting Intentions, Turnover Intention, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and their impact on an organization's success. Organizations can create a positive work environment that fosters employee well-being, engagement, and productivity when they thoroughly understand the complex interplay among these factors. This results in improved outcomes for employees as well as the organization. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing a literature review that begins with a meticulous selection of relevant topics and keywords to identify appropriate journals and sources. This process is crucial as it guarantees that the information collected is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. By selecting appropriate topics and keywords, researchers can ensure that they gather the most pertinent and reliable information for their study. According to the study, there is a negative correlation between job satisfaction and moonlighting intentions among IT professionals. It implies that those who are content with their current job are less inclined to seek additional employment. Additionally, the study revealed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly negatively impact turnover intention.
