Abstract

This research aims to determine the income of independent oil palm farmers in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency and to determine the influence of independent oil palm prices and production on farmers' income in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using secondary data and primary data. The results of the research show that the average income from oil palm farming in the research area with an average selling price of 1,935 kg with an average production of 60,711.92 kg/year, with total revenues of IDR 117,363,038.50/year with total cost of IDR 19,473,892.66/year. Farmer's income is IDR. 97,894,145.80/year. The price of palm oil has a significant effect on the income of independent oil palm farmers because the significance value is smaller than the confidence level (95%) namely (0.000 < 0.05), likewise production has a significant effect on the income of independent oil palm farmers because the significance value is smaller than The confidence level (95%) is (0.000 < 0.05), in Tanggetada District, Kolaka Regency

Abstract

The company aims to improve the welfare of shareholders by obtaining high company value as measured through various aspects including the company's stock price which can reflect the overall investor assessment of each equity owned in the Automotive and Component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The data in this study are secondary data obtained through the company's annual financial reports which will be studied during the 2019-2023 period. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, managerial ownership and institutional ownership on company value as proxied by price to book value (PBV). The sample selection method uses the purposive sampling methodnamely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria, with the number of companies sampled in this study as many as 12 companies, namely automotive and component sub-sector companies with an observation period of five years, so that the total observation data is 60. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The regression results show that for 2019-2023, Capital Structure (0.787), Managerial Ownership (-0; 364) and Institutional Ownership (0.461) have a significant effect on Financial Performance (0,995) while Company Size (0.015) does not have a significant effect on company value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of agile performance management in global companies and startups in Indonesia in the digital era. The primary objective of this investigation is to determine the effects of agile methodology implementation on operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, flexibility, responsiveness, and responsiveness. Additionally, it will evaluate the obstacles encountered during the implementation process. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of agile increases the company's responsiveness to customer needs, with startups such as ABC Tech experiencing an increase of up to 30%. In addition, global companies such as PT. XYZ recorded an increase in operational efficiency of 20%. Implementing agile methodologies enhances employee satisfaction due to a more collaborative and transparent work environment. Factors that facilitate the successful implementation of agile methods encompass an innovative organizational culture, technological support, and sufficient human resource competencies. However, significant challenges include resistance to change and resource constraints, especially among senior employees. Based on the findings of this study, the success of agile implementation is highly dependent on the implementation of adaptive leadership and the support of organizational culture. Companies interested in implementing agile performance management to improve resource performance in the digital era can benefit from the insights provided by these findings

Abstract

This research was conducted on Kapuas Hulu Forest Honey customers from Jakarta, Pontianak, and Kapuas Hulu to find out and analyze the influence of the marketing mix on their buying interest. The number of samples used was 200. Product, price, location, and promotion were independent variables in this study, and buying interest was a dependent variable. For regression analysis, SPSS 26 is used. The Likert scale was used to measure variables and data analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that one product has a positive and significant influence on customer desire to buy Kapuas Hulu Forest Honey; price has a positive and significant influence on customer desire to buy Kapuas Hulu Forest Honey; location has a positive and significant influence on customer desire to buy Kapuas Hulu Forest Honey; and promotion has a positive and significant influence on customer desire to buy Kapuas Hulu Forest Honey

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Work Discipline Synergy and Physical Work Environment at PT. Panrama Vista Garmen Industri. The method used is qualitative. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research method used to research natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques used are triangulation or combined. Data were collected by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. where the goal is to systematically find out about the focus of the study. The results of the study indicate that the application of work discipline synergy and the physical work environment shows quadrant I "Progressive/Growth" which indicates that the company/organization has great potential to develop and improve its performance. The application of Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment can produce maximum performance levels if the company's employee needs are supportive and adequate

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline and work training have on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a population of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section as many as 85 respondents or samples with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are (validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test), quantitative descriptive analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (T and F tests). The results of the study of the work discipline variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.696, a t-value of 8.824> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the study of the work training variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.650, a t-value of 7.786> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Jakarta Management Center Area Gardener Section with a calculated F value of 58.562> Ftable 3.11

Abstract

This study examines the human resource management (HR) strategy in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as they confront the global market via innovation and digital technology. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing an in-depth interview approach and case studies on numerous MSMEs that integrate digital technology into their HR management and product marketing processes. The study results show that MSMEs implementing digital technology in HR management have experienced increased operational efficiency, especially in employee data management, attendance, and payroll. However, the main challenges faced are the low digital skills of most employees and the high cost of implementing technology. In addition, the role of technology-savvy leadership is crucial in the success of the transition to a digital system. Using digital technology in marketing and product innovation also enables MSMEs to expand their market reach, including the global market. The results of this study show that the use of digital technology in human resources management and marketing is the most important factor for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness and survive in the global market

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at how emotional intelligence affects the quality of restaurant service, as well as whether OCB plays an intermediary role in the relationship. If OCB proves to be a significant mediator, then emotional intelligence not only directly improves service quality but also encourages positive work behaviors   that contribute to better service. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 140 employees of Padang restaurants spread across South Jakarta. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has not been able to improve the quality of service directly. However, emotional intelligence is able to increase OCB which in the end OCB is able to improve the quality of service. The findings of this study have explained that OCB has been proven to play a role as a mediator of emotional intelligence to service quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in human resource management (HRM) at PT. Khansa Tour & Travel Serang. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that transformational and situational leadership play a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty. Leaders who provide inspiration and support create a conducive work environment for employee development. However, challenges faced by the company include high turnover rates, low adaptation to digital technology, and differences in work styles across generations. Compared to previous studies, these findings suggest that flexible and innovative leadership can enhance HRM effectiveness. Therefore, the company is advised to adopt more adaptive leadership strategies, strengthen digital transformation, and improve employee well-being to maintain competitiveness in the tourism industry

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio on Stock Returns with Return on Assets as a moderating variable on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. The data collected is secondary data with a documentation method in the form of the company's annual report. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is SPSS 26. The sampling method used in this research uses a purposive sampling technique and 11 company samples were obtained from a population of 225 companies. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, moderating regression analysis, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The partial research results conclude that the Current Ratio has no effect on Stock Returns, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Stock Returns. The research results simultaneously show that the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Stock Returns. In moderation, Return on Assets is able to moderate the relationship between the Current Ratio to Stock Returns and the Debt Equity Ratio to Stock Returns. Price Book to Value has a positive impact on Stock Returns
