Abstract

This research aims to analyze how digital marketing strategies can improve marketing effectiveness and sales performance of MSMEs in the food sector in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, simulation data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 MSME actors in the food sector (traditional food traders, small cafes, and packaged food businesses) as well as observing their social media content. Thematic analysis revealed that social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, are effective in increasing brand visibility and customer engagement, with visual content and local influencer collaborations as key factors. However, low digital literacy and budget constraints are significant obstacles. Opportunities such as digital training programs from the government and increased internet access in rural areas support digital marketing adoption. This research integrates the AIDA Model and Theory of Planned Behavior to understand the adoption behavior of MSME actors, as well Diffusion of Innovation to analyze the spread of digital innovation. The research results offer a theoretical framework for academics and practical guidance for MSME actors and policy makers to strengthen the digitalization of MSMEs in the food sector. Policy implications include increasing digital literacy training and technology subsidies to support the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of dual role conflict, work stressors, and the principal’s transformational leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 1 Pagai Utara Selatan. A quantitative approach was employed with a total of 33 teacher respondents selected through total sampling, meaning the entire population was included as the sample. The research instruments were developed based on indicators of each variable, and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that dual role conflict and work stressors have a negative impact on teacher job satisfaction, while transformational leadership from the school principal has a positive effect. Both partially and simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence teacher job satisfaction. These findings emphasize that in order to improve job satisfaction, it is essential to implement management strategies that minimize role conflict and work-related stress, while also promoting a leadership style that is inspirational, supportive, and capable of encouraging teachers’ professional development within the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of operating income and operating costs on net profit at PT Gudang Garam Indonesia Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data obtained from literature studies in relevant journals and books. The sample in this study consists of 32 quarterly financial reports from the period 2016 to 2023. The data analysis techniques employed include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, adjusted R-squared tests, and t-tests. This research was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses regarding the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings of the study reveal that operating income has a negative and significant effect on net profit, indicating that an increase in operating income does not necessarily lead to a higher net profit. Conversely, operating costs have a positive and significant effect on net profit, suggesting that efficient management of operating expenses can positively contribute to the company’s net profit. These results provide insights into the financial dynamics of PT Gudang Garam Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the dynamics of motivation and work discipline in the context of organisational culture in the government environment, focusing on a case study at the Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Service of Banten Province. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies.
