Abstract

In order to enhance the quality of education, government educational institutions provide supervision and guidance, which is defined as the effort of school officials in leading teachers and other officers in improving teaching. This encompasses stimulating, selecting, and fostering the growth and development of teachers, as well as revising educational goals, teaching materials and methods, and evaluating teaching. The scope of educational supervision is divided into two aspects: the human aspect and the activity aspect. The human aspect of educational supervision concerns the attitudes of all those involved in educational institutions, including teachers, administrators, and other staff. It encompasses issues such as duty, work discipline, work morale, honesty, and obedience to organisational rules. The aspects of activity, as defined by Suwoto, include how to work (how to teach), methods of approaching students, work efficiency, and work results. Three operational elements that must be considered in this aspect are: (1) educational techniques, (2) administrative techniques and (3) coordination and cooperation. However, each aspect of the scope has its own set of realities, problems and hopes to be realised in order to improve the quality of educational institutions.

Abstract

The Anti-Corruption Convention has mandated participating countries to confiscate assets resulting from corruption without punishment. This aims to further optimize recovery of state losses due to corruption. Difficulties that may be encountered when confiscation of assets is carried out after the verdict is that the confiscation of assets fails to be carried out because the judge's decision states that the defendant is not guilty or the assets resulting from corruption have been confiscated by the defendant. This article will discuss the importance of implementing asset confiscation without punishment (or also called Non-Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture) as an effort to optimize recovery of state losses. The research method used in this writing is the normative legal research method. The approach used is a conceptual approach. The results of this research are that the Non-Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture mechanism is a form of shift from material truth regarding corrupt behavior carried out by the defendant to formal truth regarding the legality of assets controlled by the corruptor. The focus of this mechanism is not on the fault of the defendant who has committed corruption, but on the illegal assets under his control.

Abstract

This study aims to understand religious moderation education for early childhood at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Malaysia. The research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that early religious moderation education is needed to prevent children's behavior that does not align with religious teachings in the educational environment. The education is carried out by instilling awareness about religious diversity, teaching the values of religious tolerance, using engaging learning media, conducting practical religious moderation activities in the classroom, and encouraging parental participation. Strengthening religious moderation in early childhood includes four aspects of religious moderation: instilling national commitment, strengthening tolerance, anti-violence, and introducing and preserving local culture. Strengthening religious moderation needs to be taught to children from an early age so that they can develop moderate traits from a young age.

Abstract

The principle of formal legality promoted by the WvS-NI translation of the Indonesian Criminal Code (Old Criminal Code) has laid down statutory regulations (written law) as the only basis for implementing criminal law provisions. The principle of formal legality has closed the existence of the living law of Indonesian society which has existed since the Indonesian state was still in the form of kingdoms. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the integration of living law into criminal law in updating the principle of legality, which was originally only a formal legality principle, but now also includes a material legality principle. This article was written using a normative legal research method with a conceptual approach. The result of this research is that the integration of living law as a source of criminal law to implement criminal law provisions is a positive step to provide space for the application of the original laws of the Indonesian nation. However, in its implementation, comprehensive regulations are needed, especially regarding the institutionalization of living law because its nature is local, while criminal law is national. Apart from that, there is also a need for a common perception regarding the measures of justice so as to create legal certainty regarding the application of living law in criminal law.

Abstract

Activity-based management (ABM) is a method of managing activities to increase customer value and generate profits. ABM is a concept where you need to know whether a company is using its resources or not. This research aims to determine the application of activity-based management (ABM) in the Wong Solo grilled chicken business. The type of research carried out by the author in this research is qualitative with a strict case study. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The research results show that three activities that do not provide added value can be eliminated or combined with other or previous activities. In this case we assume the daily production cost is Rp. 2,000,000 x 7.5% water requirements = IDR 150,000.-. So, you can save water needs (electricity costs due to groundwater use) with just one process of IDR 150,000,-.
