Abstract

Viral marketing is a marketing strategy that is currently widely used. The existence of social media supports the viral marketing strategy to become a effective marketing strategy for introducing a new product to potential customers. This strategy is said to be effective because at low costs it can reach a wider market. This study aims to examine how viral marketing influences the interest in visiting. The independent variable in this study is viral marketing, and the dependent variable is the interest in visiting. Respondents in this study were TikTok users who had seen content about the Kintamani Bali Caldera Nature. The sample was determined using Slovin's formula with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear analysis, validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on the interest in visiting, with the T-test result of sig. value 0.003 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows 84%, meaning that the influence of viral marketing on the interest in visiting is 84%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the utilization of social media instagram used as a means of marketing sayan tourist village located in Ubud Gianyar Bali. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that is descriptive in nature and tends to research using data analysis. There are people of Sayan village who are respondents in this study. Based on the research that has been carried out, the use of social media Instagram is very effective as a means of marketing Sayan Tourism Village, this is supported by the respondent's data making social media Instagram as a means of communication and promotion which is very often used to share information about Sayan Tourism Village on social media. The utilization of social media instagram as a promotional media gets a positive response because it attracts a lot of public interest to visit Sayan village. The results showed that the utilization of social media analytics instagram gave a big influence in marketing activities in Sayan tourism village. So it can be concluded that the utilization of data analytic social media instagram as a means of promotion and communication in improving the marketing of Sayan tourism village is very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to present the analysis on the script of the drama "RT Nol RW Nol" by Iwan Simatupang. The script of the drama "RT Zero RW Nol" contains a lot of social problems, social disparities that occur in people's lives, and contains social criticism. Thus, the research method used in the analysis of drama scripts focuses on the sociological approach of literature by revealing the structure of drama scripts as an introduction to literary sociological analysis. The plot and flow in the drama script use a forward plot and the writer analyzes the plot and flow using an act scheme. In the study of literary sociology, the social context of the author in the drama script "RT Nol RW Nol" is represented through the background of Iwan Simatupang as a journalist so that his social position in society is important, which affects the literary work and the background of the creation of the work is because Iwan Simatupang has a high social view and humanistic attitude (humanism). His views and attitudes can be seen in his works that raise many social and humanitarian themes. Literature as a reflection of the times in the analysis of this drama script describes the environmental conditions where the homeless live under the bridge which is concerning. The social function in the drama "RT Zero RW Nol" is represented through a message to the community about the importance of mutual respect for fellow human beings regardless of their existing social status, as well as a means of criticizing the government for the government's indifference and unfair treatment received by the homeless due to social inequality.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the target audience, analyze message design, select media, and design promotional strategies for KUB Uma Palak Lestari to attract tourists in Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar. A qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis are used to develop strategies in the aspects of destination, management, institution, and marketing. The results of the study indicate that the target audience of Uma Palak Lestari consists of individuals or groups, aged 1-80 years, both male and female. The message design uses easily understandable sentences. The media used include online platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as offline media such as banners along the streets of Peguyangan Village. Uma Palak Lestari's promotional strategy encompasses a combination of outdoor and electronic media, personal selling through guides, innovative sales promotions, a public relations team focusing on publicity, and direct marketing via telephone and direct interaction between guides and visitors.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at the Anumana Ubud Hotel. This study involved 98 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Data was collected via a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Hypothesis testing was carried out with a one-sided t-test. The research results show that work stress has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, as well as a significant negative influence on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. This research model has a predictive relevance (Q2) of 0.514 which is considered strong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention among contract employees at Anumana Hotel Ubud. This study involved 65 participants who were taken by total sampling method. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and F-test. The results of the study present that job satisfaction negatively affects employee turnover intention. turnover intention positively affects job stress. Jointly, job satisfaction and job stress levels affect employee turnover intention. The impact of job stress and job satisfaction together has an impact of 36.6% on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research uses a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sample selection technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, carried out using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership, work life balance, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of transformational leadership in the company, accompanied by a good work life balance, and the company has good communication between colleagues and superiors, the more employee performance will be able to improve. Suggestions for further research are recommended to look for larger companies with a wider range of respondents so that they can provide a more real picture of what is happening in the field and future researchers are expected to use different variables or add independent variables that can influence employee performance such as work environment and organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Competency Analysis of Defense Human Resources in Facing the Industrial Era 4.0. This research uses the literature analysis method (library research), which is a series of research that uses data collection methods from various library sources such as books, encyclopedias, scientific journals and documents. The research results of Industrial Revolution 4.0 are actually a combination of digital technology trends with automation technology, of course having a broad influence on various sectors/fields, including the defense sector. In relation to defense human resources, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 can provide protection for the creation of national stability, national resilience and the unitary territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the presence of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era will give rise to new (additional) problems in the field of defense human resources, especially in the threat dimension aspect which will become more complex and new threats will emerge. So in the end it is necessary to increase the operational preparedness of human resources to uphold state sovereignty, maintain territorial integrity and protect the safety of the nation. Aspects of the Pancasila ideology as the basis of the state, philosophy, outlook on life are basically to maintain the integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia, but the rapid development of science, technology and information has changed people's behavior, the political aspects of people's aspirations have not been able to be channeled and accommodated properly, the economic aspects of KKN are still widespread, inequality and limited employment opportunities as well as socio-economic life in border areas, socio-cultural aspects of the socio-cultural conditions of society, globalization and the development of science and technology can damage the socio-cultural conditions of society. The defense and security aspect is where a country that has good defense can make its people live prosperously. Not only security forces, society must also be involved in maintaining the security of a country so that it remains stable.

Abstract

The practice of pawning gold has become the community's main choice in meeting urgent financial needs. This article analyzes the practice of gold pawning at Pegadaian Batunyala Branch, Central Praya District from the perspective of sharia economic law. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. The research results show that the practice of gold pawning at Pegadaian Batunyala Branch is largely in accordance with sharia principles, but there are still several aspects that need to be improved. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of a fairer and more efficient sharia pawning system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Cultural Factors, Social Factors, and Personal Factors on the purchasing decisions of Wedding Fakhira Make Up services in Bireuen Regency. Data for this research were collected from 100 respondents and analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results of the study indicate that cultural factors have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Fakhira Make Up wedding services in Bireuen Regency. This suggests that an increase in cultural factors leads to an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Social factors also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that an increase in social factors leads to an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Similarly, personal factors have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, indicating that an increase in personal factors leads to an increase in consumer purchasing decisions.
