ADMA: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, with Electronic ISSN 27237370 published by Universitas Bumigora. It is a biannual refereed journal concerned with the practice and processes of community engagement. It provides a forum for academics, practitioners and community representatives to explore issues and reflect on practices relating to the full range of engaged activity. This journal is a peer-reviewed online journal dedicated to the publication of high quality research focused on research and implementation of service community. The mission of ADMA: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat is to serve as the premier peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal to advance theory and practice related to all forms of outreach and engagement. This includes highlighting innovative endeavors; critically examining emerging issues, trends, challenges, and opportunities; and reporting on studies of impact in the areas of public service, outreach, engagement, extension, engaged research, community-based research, community-based participatory research, action research, public scholarship, service learning, and community service.

Digital wallets are both an opportunity and a threat to the banking industry. Nowdays, banks are starting to enter digital wallets to adapt, including Bali Regional Development Bank. The bank launches of its digital wallet product, namely Balipay. It faces a big challenge because it has just entered a market that is already very competitive. This service activity aims to develop a market access strategy for the Balipay e-wallet product by taking into account the identified problems, so that the product can be accepted in the market using digital marketing methods, communication strategy, and providing flyers. After the socialization, business owners' knowledge of the benefits of e-wallets as promotional content and increasing consumer purchasing power will increase and have a sense of interest in registering their business to Balipay products. In this regard, the right strategy is needed so that the Balipay e-wallet product can be accepted by the public. It has a good impact on people to use Balipay products.

Financial literacy is widely believed to be very important. The aim of this community service activity was carried out to reflect the team's awareness that youth financial literacy in Lombok is still very limited, especially in relatively small boarding schools. As it is known that most of the students at the Nurul Jannah Orphanage do not have complete parents to provide basic education regarding financial literacy, the orphanage is seen as the right location to be given insight and knowledge related to financial management. The method for implementing financial literacy education in this community service is through project based learning. This community service began with thorough need analysis, material delivery, and project-based learning attended by 50 students. The results of this community service activity shows that the students are able to implement the material presented in financial management based on wise budgeting between needs, wants, savings, and investments. Not only that, participants were also able to design a simple business according to the capital given by the team.

Indramayu Regency is one of the national rice producers. In increasing the productivity of rice plants, there are many obstacles faced. One of the causes of decreased rice productivity is bird rice pests. Based on the results of the service team's interviews with Jambe Village residents, they experienced crop failure due to bird pests. The aim of this community service is to make a bird repellent device in rice fields based on solar panels. It is hoped that this can overcome the problems in Jambe Village. This activity will start from April to August 2023. The method used is by utilizing sunlight to turn on the equipment. The bird repellent device uses an ultrasonic sensor with a frequency between 25-100 Hz. The ultrasonic sensor will later be turned on using a solar panel which receives power from the sun and then stored in a battery as power storage. From the results of the service, the tool managed to work well and was able to repel rice birds.

Managing zakat services using a financial flow information system in accordance with technological developments can help the mosque prosperity council (DKM) to be more effective in recording and distributing zakat. The aim of this Community Service (PKM) is to open the insight and awareness of DKM Nurul Huda administrators, that the application of information technology (IT) can be carried out in religious organizations. Currently DKM Nurul Huda processes payments and distribution of zakat using handwriting. This makes it difficult for Ziswaf officers to calculate the amount of zakat that must be paid by muzakki and makes it difficult to record mustahik when distributing zakat. This PKM helps utilize SiKeMas (Mosque Financial Flow Information System) in managing zakat fitrah, trade and income. SiKeMas is an application built to make it easier for DKM administrators to manage mosque financial flows. One of the modules in SiKeMas is the receipt and distribution of zakat. The method for implementing this PKM is Service Learning. The results achieved from this service are participants' increasing insight regarding the application of IT in religious organizations. DKM Nurul Huda installed SiKeMas on the mosque's inventory computer. This change was also measured from the participant satisfaction questionnaire with this PKM activity, where the index value of 99% stated that participants were helped and found it easy to use SiKeMas in carrying out its functions and duties serving muzakki and mustahik.

This activity aims to improve data literacy competencies so that participants are able to process data and turn it into information, as well as being able to create infographics from the processed data. There were 19 training participants in this activity consisting of 15 students and 4 teachers who taught crafts at Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 8 Gowa. The method of this activity consists of 3 main activities, namely the first is online data collection training which aims to find out tools that can help in data collection and how to arrange question items on the instrument. The second main activity is training in simple data processing using various kinds of diagrams available in Microsoft Excel as well as material on descriptive statistics which includes measures of central symptoms and measures of data spread. Finally, the participants were given infographic design training using Canva with the aim of simplifying the results of data processing that was previously carried out into infographics that were more interesting to look at. The results obtained were that the majority of participants felt that there had been great progress from this activity and that this activity was also in accordance with the current competency requirements.

The purpose of this activity is to promote the socialization of packaging and branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of UMKM products. The activity partner is the UMKM Forum of Mega Mendung District, Bogor Regency. The problem partners is the lack of product competitiveness in the market, related to the use of product packaging that is not yet innovative and contemporary and still lacks member knowledge about packaging strategies and building good product brand identification. The activities are carried out in three stages. The first stage is a survey of service locations and conducting interviews with partners; the second stage is identifying partner problems and socialization needs; and the third stage is implementing activities. This community service activity was held on Saturday, August 7th, 2021. The method of implementing the activity is through material socialization on packaging and branding strategies, questions and answers, discussions, and video playback through the Zoom application. From the evaluation before and after socialization, it can be seen that there is an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of packaging and branding strategies in increasing product competitiveness.

The aim of this activity is to increase the capacity of numeracy teachers according to the literacy and numeracy competency framework for elementary school teachers. By improving numeracy skills, teachers are expected to have an impact on students, thereby producing a generation proficient in numeracy. The training participants in this activity were 7 SDI Bollangi 1 teachers. There were two main activities in this training, namely numeracy training which aimed to make teachers understand the importance of numeracy in everyday life, and the importance of numeracy being included as content in other lessons. The second main activity is training in making simple numeration teaching aids so that it can make it easier for students to understand numeracy so that it can be implemented in everyday life. The results obtained by the majority of participants felt that there had been great progress from this activity and that this activity was also in accordance with current competency needs.

Bektiharjo Village is one of the southernmost villages in Semanding District, Tuban Regency. This village has potential in the agricultural and forestry sectors. In the agricultural sector, many people are corn farmers, while in forestry, people use it to find teak leaves to sell in the market as food wrappers. The environment in the Bektiharjo village area is mostly surrounded by teak tree plantations, which causes a lot of dry teak leaf waste to be found. So far, teak leaf waste has not been able to be utilized by the local community, so the trash has piled up and been burned by the community. From this problem, we have an innovation to process this waste into products that can later be used by the people of Bektiharjo village. Charcoal briquettes from teak leaves are one solution to overcome the problems faced by the Bektiharjo village community. So, community service through training on the use of teak leaf waste into charcoal briquette products in Bektiharjo village needs to be held. The implementation method used in this service is through training, field practice and evaluation. The results obtained from holding this service are increasing the knowledge of the Bektiharjo village community regarding processing organic waste into charcoal briquette products which can later be used by the community independently and the charcoal briquette products can also be marketed widely to increase the income of the Bektiharjo village community.

Bajulan Village is a disaster-prone village which has experienced several disasters such as flash floods in 2020, fires in 2021, and landslides in 2021, 2022, 2023. This service aims to build a community of young Bajulan volunteers who are able to help other communities in dealing with all disasters, especially landslides. Not only that, this service also aims to install disaster signs to provide information to the community about which areas have a higher risk of landslides. The methodology used is Participatory Action Research. This method is used because it makes the community play an active role as the main actor in solving problems and researchers only act as facilitators. Then this method is used to get maximum results. In this method there is also an important stage called Focus Group Discussion which is a forum for residents to voice what their problems are and how residents can overcome them. Researchers invited the Regional Disaster Management Agency as a speaker on disaster mitigation education in the discussion. The result of this service is data that shows the main causes of landslides. Then, data shows how residents deal with landslides. Another result is the formation of a community of young volunteers for disaster resilience and disaster signs.

Several problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the weak of knowledge and quality of human resources, and production tools, which are still very traditional. The aim of this service is to assist the small entrepreneur to solve their real problems used Training Problem Solving for Rengginang Opak Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in central Lombok. The method used in this service is a descriptive qualitative method. In this method, to realize the implementation of activities, it is carried out several stages, starting from preparation by holding meetings and discussions related to the initial conditions of the partners, then the results of the initial meeting, the implementers conduct production management training for partners and the final stage evaluates the community service activities. The result of this service activity is an increase in production quality which can be seen from the increased management capability of Rengginang Opak managers. Furthermore, the quantity and quality of the products produced become increasingly varied in terms of size and taste, The society can package the production to be better so that they can compete in the national market. The impact of this activity is the society has additional financial support from the business.
