Abstract

This study investigates how Agile HR practices enhance organizational adaptability and innovation in volatile business environments. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and organizational documents, we identified four core components of Agile HR: Continuous Performance Fluidity, Iterative Talent Mobilization, Just-in-Time Learning Ecosystems, and HR as an Enabling Scaffold. Our findings demonstrate that these practices collectively create a synergistic system that drives organizational adaptability through two primary mechanisms - increased strategic responsiveness and enhanced operational resilience. The research reveals significant improvements in key adaptation metrics, including 85% faster strategic realignment and 78% more efficient talent deployment. Furthermore, the study establishes that Agile HR fosters innovation by cultivating psychological safety and empowerment through continuous feedback and autonomous work structures. This research provides organizations with empirical evidence and a practical framework for transforming HR from an administrative function into a strategic driver of agility and competitive advantage in the digital economy.

Abstract

The phenomenon related to Anticipated Warm Glow is becoming an important focus in individual purchasing decisions. People are motivated not only by economic factors but also by the actual moral basis of their actions, as well as by the positive emotions they anticipate feeling after doing good. Research on the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow in relation to the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products has not been widely discussed. The misalignment between theory and empirical data in previous studies has led to an unstructured and unsystematic understanding. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of Anticipated Warm Glow on the intention and decision to purchase sustainable food products more systematically. The research method used is a systematic literature review with 27 articles analyzed on the concept of anticipated. The results indicate (1) the level of Anticipated Warm Glow is greatly influenced by the empathy possessed by consumers; (2) the emergence of Anticipated Warm Glow is influenced by internal and external factors; (3) the Anticipated Warm Glow that has emerged in consumers will affect their intention and purchasing decisions for sustainable food products; (4) the concept of Anticipated Warm Glow can be implemented in developing communication and promotion strategies for sustainable.

Abstract

The policy of eliminating written proof of ownership for former customary land, such as Girik, Petok D, Letter C, and Ketitir, as specified in Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, has various implications for legal certainty and agrarian justice. This study aims to analyze the impact of this policy on the land ownership status of customary communities and small-scale farmers. The research employs a normative juridical method with a legislative and case study approach. The findings indicate that this policy may increase legal uncertainty for landowners without certificates, complicate the process of proving land rights, and potentially exacerbate agrarian inequality. To address these issues, solutions such as accelerating free land registration, enhancing public awareness, and strengthening the role of local governments and customary institutions in facilitating land ownership legalization are needed. With a more inclusive and equitable approach, this policy can be implemented without ignoring the rights of customary communities while remaining aligned with the principles of agrarian justice and legal certainty.

The use of digital technology, especially in today's payment system, is increasingly having a significant influence on the development of business businesses, especially culinary. There is a view explaining emerging technologies to optimize the potential for collaboration and collective intelligence to design and launch stronger and more sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives. Research needs to be conducted to illustrate the influence of the use of technology, especially in payment activities, to be able to encourage the role of product quality and user experience on consumers' desire to return to enjoy existing culinary businesses. Based on the existing literature, this article describes the definition and characteristics of users of digital payment systems, namely quick response code Indonesian standard (QRIS). The related dimensions are the understanding of the use of QRIS as a payment method, frequency of use, number of transactions, number of culinary businesses of QRIS providers, transaction cost burden, transaction time, satisfaction, security, and public acceptance. The population and sample in this study are all QRIS users who visit culinary businesses in Pematangsiantar City during the months of March-April 2025. This research method uses quantitative analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This article ends with a discussion of the results of the research, namely the use of QRIS is able to encourage quality and user experience in increasing consumer interest in repurchasing in culinary businesses in Pematangsiantar City as well as the research agenda for future studies.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive examination of how employee well-being, burnout, and work-life balance influence employee productivity, with job satisfaction incorporated as a mediating variable within the high-intensity manufacturing environment of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk. Employing a quantitative explanatory design and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study analyzed responses from 218 employees from supply chain division who were selected through random sampling. The findings reveal that employee well-being and work-life balance have significant positive effects on productivity, whereas burnout has a significant negative effect. Job satisfaction operates as a key mediator, strengthening the effects of well-being and work-life balance while buffering the detrimental impact of burnout. Theoretically, the results reinforce the relevance of Job Demands–Resources Theory and Social Exchange Theory in explaining psychosocial mechanisms underlying work performance. Practically, the study highlights the need for well-being-oriented management strategies, burnout

Abstract

This study analyzes criminal liability for provocative acts committed by demonstrators during demonstrations and also explains the obstacles to law enforcement according to positive law in Indonesia. Freedom of speech guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution is strongly related to demonstrations because people are given the freedom to express their opinions in public with rules that must be implemented. However, in reality, in the field, there are still many provocative acts carried out by demonstrators that cause riots during demonstrations. This research method uses normative juridical with a statutory approach by examining the Criminal Code, Law No. 9 of 1998, the Security Law, Perkapolri 7/2012, and other laws relevant to the research conducted. The results of this study indicate that perpetrators of provocation can be subject to criminal liability under Articles 160, 170, and 212 –214 of the Criminal Code, depending on the form of the act and the consequences.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Work From Home (WFH) and employee performance and confirms the role of family climate as a moderating variable. The method used is quantitative correlational, involving 206 respondents who work from home. The results of Moderated Regression Analysis show that WFH is significantly related to performance (β = 0.69191; p < 0.001), family climate is also significantly related to performance (β = 0.20040; p < 0.001), and family climate significantly moderates the relationship between WFH and performance (β = 0.00443; p = 0.0038), confirming that the quality of family climate can strengthen the relationship between the two. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of WFH is not only influenced by the work itself, but also highly dependent on family conditions at home.
