Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities, and price on patient satisfaction at Hasna Medika Clinic Bandung. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 315 patients, selected using the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results show that partially, service quality, facilities, and price have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Among these variables, price is identified as the most dominant factor influencing satisfaction, followed by service quality and facilities. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect patient satisfaction, as indicated by the F-test results. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.710 indicates that 71% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by service quality, facilities, and price, while the remaining 29% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that improving service quality, maintaining adequate facilities, and implementing competitive and transparent pricing strategies are essential to enhance patient satisfaction. Therefore, Hasna Medika Clinic Bandung is recommended to continuously optimize these aspects to increase patient loyalty and competitiveness in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Local Content Requirement (LCR) policies are widely implemented to strengthen domestic industries, enhance value added, and support national economic development. In Indonesia, the mandatory minimum 40% LCR significantly affects strategic sectors, including the fiber optic cable industry, which plays a crucial role in national digital infrastructure. However, structural challenges persist, particularly the dependence on imported raw materials and the limited competitiveness of domestic suppliers. This study aims to analyze the benefits of LCR implementation, identify key challenges faced by PT ZTT Indonesia, and formulate strategic solutions to improve LCR compliance. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach using primary and secondary data, including interviews, observations, and company reports, analyzed through Fishbone and PDSA frameworks. The findings indicate that LCR implementation enhances access to government procurement, strengthens competitiveness, and fosters backward industrial linkages with local suppliers. However, major constraints include limited availability and quality of domestic raw materials, higher production costs, regulatory complexity, technological limitations, and logistical challenges. These factors create operational inefficiencies and hinder optimal LCR achievement. To address these challenges, strategic improvements are proposed, including supplier capacity development, technology upgrading, process optimization, and increased investment in research and development. Strengthening collaboration between industry, government, and suppliers is also essential to improve ecosystem readiness. In conclusion, effective LCR implementation requires an integrated and adaptive approach that aligns policy frameworks with industrial capabilities. Future policies should emphasize flexibility, innovation, and sustainable industrial development to ensure long-term competitiveness and reduced dependency on imports

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the controversy surrounding song and music copyright royalties in Indonesia and identify the factors contributing to the suboptimal fulfillment of royalty rights for creators. The research method used is normative legal research with an analytical and comparative approach, comparing the royalty management systems in Indonesia with those in the United States. The results indicate that the main problems lie in the lack of transparency of the National Collective Management Institution (LMKN), a weak oversight system, and the suboptimal integrated song and music database. Furthermore, the Indonesian royalty management system still uses a collective approach, which is considered inefficient and does not provide fair legal certainty for creators. Meanwhile, the United States has implemented more transparent and flexible systems, such as direct licensing and technology-based management. This research contributes to providing recommendations for improving the royalty management system in Indonesia to make it more transparent, accountable, and equitable for all parties involved in the music industry.

Abstract

Singing atop lontar palm trees (Alure Pa Kolo Due) is a traditional practice performed by sap tappers on Sabu Island, Sabu Raijua Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. These songs constitute a living form of oral tradition within the Sabu community. This study aims to explore the functions, meanings, and values embedded in these songs, particularly as expressions of spirituality, social relations, and cultural identity. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, this research examines three lontar tapping songs (Alure Due) in terms of their textual and contextual dimensions. The findings reveal that, beyond serving as a means of entertainment and alleviating solitude during tapping activities, the songs function as a medium of social communication, a vehicle for cultural preservation, and an expression of the spiritual relationship between humans and nature—especially the lontar palm, which is regarded as a symbol of life. These songs encompass themes such as longing for homeland, pride in Sabu identity, filial devotion, moral reflection, and communal harmony. Analysis of the three songs indicates shared values of gratitude, hope, and social solidarity, despite variations in specific meanings. These findings support Vansina’s view that oral traditions function as mechanisms for transmitting cultural values and norms across generations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public perceptions of uninhabitable housing in Panton Reu District, West Aceh Regency. The research problem is: "What is the public perception of uninhabitable housing in Panton Reu District, West Aceh Regency?" This qualitative study, conducted by the sub-district, considers the equal status of those with decent housing and those with uninhabitable housing. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observations of eight households with uninhabitable housing. Descriptive qualitative data analysis revealed that the Panton Reu community has both positive and negative perceptions. Positive perceptions include considering the economic situation of residents of uninhabitable housing as a fate that must be accepted and appreciated due to their income. Another positive perception is the hope that residents of uninhabitable housing can build better housing with government and non-government assistance. Negative perceptions, on the other hand, focus more on social treatment, which devalues residents of uninhabitable housing, thus alienating them from their social environment. Interviews with eight households revealed that not only the physical aspects of housing were impacted, but also residents' self-confidence and social participation in community activities. Some residents of RTLH (household housing) tend to limit their social interactions due to discomfort with their living conditions. On the other hand, some members of the community show concern through moral support and encouragement for RTLH residents to receive assistance with home repairs.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy has given rise to a new form of wealth in the form of digital assets that challenge the classic paradigm of civil inheritance law, which is based on physical possession. This study aims to analyze the position of digital assets in the Indonesian civil inheritance law system and formulate an effective and adaptive legal protection model for heirs. This research is a normative legal study using a legislative, conceptual, and comparative legal approach. The results of the study show that through a systematic interpretation of Articles 499, 830, and 833 of the Civil Code, digital assets can be classified as intangible property rights that are included in the estate as long as they meet the criteria of economic rights (vermogensrechten). However, legal protection is still declarative due to the separation between legal ownership and technical control by digital platform operators. Therefore, this study formulates an integrative protection model that includes normative legitimacy, restrictions on inheritance objects, mechanisms for settling digital passiva, and administrative supervision of electronic system operators. This model is expected to bridge inheritance law norms with the technical realities of the digital ecosystem in a proportional and operational manner.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical Pharmaceutical Wholesalers play an essential role in ensuring the availability of medicines within the healthcare service system; however, their distribution performance is often constrained by conventional sales mechanisms. The implementation of e-commerce is expected to improve managerial efficiency and support sales performance in pharmaceutical distribution. This study aimed to assess the impact of e-commerce implementation on increasing order volume and total revenue at the pharmaceutical wholesaler PT. Wahana Fajar Utama in Bali. A quasi-experimental study with a one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted by analyzing transaction data for three months before and three months after the implementation of e-commerce. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro–Wilk normality test (p > 0,05) and the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed an increase in the average monthly order volume from 194 to 256 (32%) and an increase in the average monthly revenue from IDR 264,723,293 to IDR 396,445,539 (49.7%). Statistical analysis indicated significant differences in both order volume (p value=0.034) and revenue (p value=0.018) before and after the intervention. The implementation of e-commerce was proven to significantly increase order volume and total sales revenue at PT. Wahana Fajar Utama.
