This study aims to develop and validate the Organizational Health Behavior Index (OHBI), a quantitative instrument for measuring organizational health at Universitas Pancasila. The instrument was designed around eight theoretical factors (32 Likert-scale items): Awareness, Relations, Appreciation, Internal Communication, Engagement, Emplo-yee Characteristics, Employee Voice, and Organizational Culture. The instrument was tested through content validity (CVR/CVI), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) on staged samples (minimum realized N of 6 experts, 100, and 150 respondents). Results show an empirical reduction to five final factors comprising 24 items—Awareness, Relations, Appreciation, Engagement, and Internal Communication & Employee Voice—with an excellent model fit (CFI = 0.996; RMSEA = 0.014) and high reliability (α = 0.832–0.864), while Employee Characteristics and Organizational Culture failed to demonstrate consistent psychometric behavior and were excluded from the quantitative model. A mean-difference test of total OHBI scores across gender, sector, tenure, and managerial level showed no statistically significant differences, indicating an inclusive instrument. These findings support OHBI as a psychometrically sound quantitative instrument for measuring organizational health in a higher-education context.

Digital transformation has changed how people seek information and make decisions regarding healthcare services. Digital reputation and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have become important sources of information that may influence patients' perceptions and decisions when selecting hospitals. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital reputation and e-WOM on hospital service utilization decisions. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. Respondents were patients or hospital service users who met the predetermined inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Digital reputation was measured through patient orientation, service quality, reliability, information credibility, and digital image, while e-WOM was measured through intensity, positive valence, negative valence, and information content. Hospital service utilization decisions were assessed based on decision certainty, suitability to needs, service utilization, intention to reuse, and willingness to recommend. The results indicated that [insert H1 result] and [insert H2 result]. Collectively, the two independent variables explained [R²]% of the variance in hospital service utilization decisions. The study concludes that effective digital reputation and e-WOM management are important components of hospital marketing strategies and competitiveness.

Turnaround Time (TAT) is an important indicator for assessing the efficiency and quality of clinical laboratory diagnostic services because timely laboratory results support rapid clinical decision-making. This study aimed to evaluate the Turnaround Time (TAT) of clinical laboratory examinations as an indicator of diagnostic service efficiency at RSU Royal Prima Medan. A quantitative descriptive evaluative study with a retrospective approach was conducted using secondary data from the laboratory information system for the period March–May 2026. Samples were selected using systematic random sampling from laboratory examination records that met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed descriptively by assessing the mean, median, and proportion of examinations meeting the established hospital standard, as well as comparing TAT across service units. The results showed that the mean TAT was 151.13 minutes in the emergency department, 161.29 minutes in inpatient services, and 187.05 minutes in outpatient services. Based on the hospital standard of ≤120 minutes, only 11.2% of examinations met the standard, while 88.8% did not. The emergency department demonstrated the highest compliance at 17.5%, followed by outpatient services at 9.8%, while no inpatient examinations met the standard. Overall, TAT performance had not met the established standard, indicating the need for workflow optimization to improve diagnostic service efficiency and timeliness.

This study examines corporate criminal liability for manipulating agricultural production data as a form of tax crime, considering that this practice still leaves inconsistencies in the application of the law, as seen from the comparison of the cases of Asian Agri Group and PT Gemilang Sukses Garmindo, and has not been specifically regulated in the National Criminal Code which has only been in effect since January 2, 2026. This study aims to analyze the form of corporate criminal liability for manipulating agricultural production data and the application of criminal provisions in Indonesian tax regulations and criminal law to the perpetrator corporations. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach, which examines the HPP Law, the National Criminal Code, and PERMA Number 13 of 2016. The results of the study indicate that three theories, namely vicarious liability, identification theory, and corporate culture, can be used complementary to ensnare corporations, with vicarious liability as the most operational theory and has been applied in the case of Asian Agri Group. These three positive legal instruments complement each other, but PERMA only regulates procedural law, so its implementation in the field remains unequal, as seen in the case of PT Wanatiara Persada, which has yet to name a corporation as a suspect despite meeting the normative requirements. This study recommends strengthening the consistency of the application of the corporate accountability doctrine and optimizing data-based monitoring systems such as SIMBARA.

The Upper Citarum River Basin in Kertasari District, Bandung Regency, West Java, has been the target of rehabilitation programs since 2000; however, domestic, agricultural, and livestock pollution persists. Previous programs have emphasized physical infrastructure rather than behavioral and institutional change and have lacked community-level baseline data. This mixed-methods study presents a social and environmental behavior assessment in Cihawuk, Cibeureum, Tarumajaya, and Cikembang villages as a basis for further rehabilitation planning. A 41-item questionnaire was administered to 240 students, while interviews, focus group discussions, and observations involved six community groups. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Shapiro–Wilk, Kruskal–Wallis, and Mann–Whitney tests, while qualitative data were analyzed using domain analysis and document analysis. Results showed relatively similar behavioral profiles: only 38.9–40.4% of students agreed with environmentally oriented statements, whereas 59.6–61.1% disagreed, with no significant differences between areas (p = 0.992). Qualitative findings highlighted inadequate waste and livestock management facilities, weak integration of environmental education, low trust in government, and unsustainable past programs. Upper Citarum pollution is therefore a cross-regional structural issue, requiring coordinated, evidence-based, behavior-oriented policies integrating educational, cultural, social, economic, and institutional interventions.

The palm oil industry plays a vital role in the economy but also generates substantial waste that can cause environmental problems when not managed properly. However, palm oil waste contains economic value that can be enhanced through technological innovation and sustainable entrepreneurial approaches. This study aims to analyze the application of green technopreneurship in palm oil waste utilization and its contribution to sustainable business development. A literature review approach was employed by examining relevant studies on green technology, palm oil waste utilization, circular economy, entrepreneurial innovation, and business sustainability. The findings indicate that green technology can increase the economic value of palm oil waste through products such as compost, alternative fuels, bioenergy, bioproducts, and other value-added materials. Integrating technology with green entrepreneurship can create new business opportunities, improve resource efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and strengthen business competitiveness. The development of green technopreneurship requires technological innovation, competent human resources, access to financing, collaboration among government, industry, academia, and communities, and supportive circular economy policies. Therefore, across the palm oil value chain, palm oil waste valorization can function not only as an environmental management strategy but also as a foundation for innovative, productive, and sustainable business models.

Child labour continues to strip millions of children of their childhood, their schooling, and, quite often, their long-term health. Despite decades of legislative reform and international commitment, the practice persists at a troubling scale, sustained in large part by household poverty, income shocks, and gaps in access to basic services. This paper examines whether, and under what conditions, social protection instruments conditional and unconditional cash transfers, public employment guarantee schemes, school feeding programmes, and integrated child development services reduce child labour in developing economies. Drawing on secondary data from the International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, the World Bank, India's Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS) and Census records, along with a review of programme evaluations from Latin America, South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, the study builds a comparative picture of what has worked, what has not, and why. Particular attention is paid to India, where the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), and the Mid-Day Meal Scheme are examined as case illustrations of welfare policy operating at scale in a federal, largely informal economy. The paper finds that social protection measures generally lower child labour incidence and raise school participation, but the magnitude of the effect depends heavily on programme design particularly on whether conditionalities are enforced sensibly, whether transfer values keep pace with the opportunity cost of a child's labour, and whether complementary investments in school access and quality accompany the transfer. The paper closes with policy recommendations relevant to India and comparable middle- and low-income economies.

Employee performance evaluation is fundamental to strategic career planning and promotion decisions. This study examines the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS), job satisfaction, and self-efficacy on employee performance at CV Intan Sanggraha Int’l in Denpasar. Using a total/saturation sampling approach (N=35), the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study confirm that perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, perceived organizational support (β=0.322; t=3.459; p=0.002) and job satisfaction (β=0.243; t=2.703; p=0.011) consistently enhanced performance, which supports H₁ and H₂, respectively. Meanwhile, self-efficacy recorded the most dominant contribution (β=0.828; t=6.074; p=0.000), thus supporting H₃. These results confirm that strengthening organizational factors, individual satisfaction, and self-efficacy collectively serve as the primary drivers of improved employee performance.

Digital transformation in healthcare has changed the way patients interact with hospitals and evaluate healthcare services. Hospitals are increasingly required not only to provide high-quality clinical services but also to create positive patient experiences that build trust and encourage patient loyalty. This study aims to examine the effects of digital service quality and patient experience on patient loyalty, with patient trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed. The respondents were patients who had utilized hospital services and interacted with the hospital's digital service channels. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that digital service quality and patient experience positively influence patient trust. Patient trust subsequently has a positive effect on patient loyalty. The mediation analysis further demonstrates that patient trust mediates the relationships between digital service quality, patient experience, and patient loyalty. These findings indicate that hospital digital transformation should not focus solely on technological efficiency but also on creating digital interactions that are accessible, responsive, secure, and trustworthy. Therefore, integrating digital service quality, patient experience, and trust management is essential for strengthening long-term patient loyalty.

Emergency Department Length of Stay (EDLOS) is an important indicator of emergency department service efficiency and patient flow. Prolonged EDLOS may reflect delays in clinical assessment, diagnostic processes, and treatment decisions. This study aimed to analyze factors associated with EDLOS efficiency among non-trauma patients at the Emergency Department of RSU Royal Prima Medan. An analytic observational study with a retrospective approach was conducted using secondary data from medical records of 334 non-trauma patients treated in April 2026. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses with binary logistic regression using the enter method. The results showed that 171 patients (51.2%) had efficient EDLOS (≤4 hours), while 163 patients (48.8%) had inefficient EDLOS (>4 hours). Bivariate analysis demonstrated significant associations between arrival time (p=0.049), triage level (p=0.045), diagnostic tests (p=0.032), and Turnaround Time (TAT) (p=0.045) with EDLOS. Age, sex, and disposition status were not significantly associated with EDLOS. Multivariate analysis identified TAT as the only significant factor, with inefficient TAT increasing the odds of inefficient EDLOS by 3.705 times (aOR=3.705; 95% CI: 1.044–13.146; p=0.043). Improving diagnostic TAT should therefore be prioritized to enhance emergency department efficiency and reduce prolonged EDLOS.
