Abstract

Minat baca merupakan keinginan, kemauan dan dorongan dari diri sendiri untuk membaca, minat yang mendorong kita agar kita dapat merasakan ketertarikan dan senang terhadap aktivitas membaca dan mendapatkan pengetahuan yang luas dalam kegiatan membaca. UNESCO menyebutkan Indonesia berada pada urutan kedua dari bawah terkait literasi dunia. Rendahnya minat baca ini membuat banyak inovasi yang bermunculan seperti ide pembuatan pojok baca. Pembuatan pojok baca dimaksudkan untuk menanamkan minat baca pada anak khususnya di Desa Ngebruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan pojok baca dalam menumbuhkan minat siswa membaca usia KB dan RA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi.

Abstract

This article discusses Qur'an-based environmental conservation counseling and strengthening Qur'anic values on ecology and conservation verses in Sembalun Bumbung, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggra. The purpose of this activity is to raise public awareness of the importance of preserving the environment and provide an understanding of how the Qur'an provides guidance in protecting nature. The methods used in this extension activity are lectures and group discussions. The results showed that this activity succeeded in increasing people's knowledge and awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and encouraging them to implement Qur'anic values in their daily lives to preserve the environment. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Darul Kamal NW Kembang Kerang NTB. Kegiatan yang diformat dalam bentuk Training/pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang tata kelola organisasi dan kemampuan manajerial administrasi bagi pengurus, serta melatih kemampuan dan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah mentoring, diskusi, dan coaching (bimbingan dan pendampingan). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta yang terdiri dari 21 pengurus BEM dari 9 orang perwakilan masing-masing program studi. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini berupa rumusan dan rancangan program kerja BEM selama satu periode kepengurusan.

Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has gradually passed, but people must remain vigilant about the spread of the virus, to reduce the post-pandemic spread of Covid-19, the most important thing to do is to maintain immunity and implementing a healthy lifestyle, especially in the family environment. The parental role is very important to guiding and accompanying every child's growth and development, in the process of maintaining health and implementing a healthy lifestyle, Children need attention and support from parents, so that children can maintain their immunity and health in post-pandemic today. This community service is aims to increase awareness in the community around the family about the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle in the post-pandemic period, and to provide knowledge to the community on how to live a healthy lifestyle in the family environment. The method of implementing the activity is conducting outreach with a parenting education approach for parents in Sukarema Village. An indicator of the success of this activity is establish of a community that has knowledge and insight regarding a healthy lifestyle and then applies it to their family and surroundings.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period has ended, this is marked by learning that can be carried out face-to-face, but the impact of the pandemic is still very much felt, especially in the enthusiasm and interest in learning of students, not a few students are still unable to restore motivation and enthusiasm for learning, so the results of exams or tests have decreased, learning in class VIII MTs NW 2 Kembang Kerang has carried out face-to-face learning. So that the learning process is not boring educators prepare learning media that are interesting, creative and able to train students' concentration. In class VIII educators use the quizizz application as a learning medium. It turns out that the use of the quizizz application in class VIII has already been used during distance learning. In the field of education, Indonesia should be more advanced following technological developments or the industrial revolution 4.0. In this study the problem to be discussed is the use of the quizizz application in evaluation learning in class VIII. From the results of the study, students were very enthusiastic in working on questions and were able to train students' cognitive and concentration in answering questions, increasing learning outcomes.

Abstract

The role of parenting is an important thing in shaping a child's personality. Every parent has a different parenting style. There are 3 types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and permissive parenting. There needs to be socialization about the role of parenting to increase parents' understanding of child care. Therefore, Unesa KKN-T Group 28 conducted outreach at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. The method used is community education through outreach activities at the Toddler Posyandu in Nglaban Village. This socialization activity is expected to increase parents' understanding of supporting children's growth and development as a form of improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Blood is a basic need for every human being. Blood donors are an integral part of supporting health as meeting the needs of blood in the body. Nglaban Village is one of the villages in Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency with a population of 6,228 people, but only 3-4 of the total population have awareness of blood donors. Therefore, UNESA KKN-T 28 students held a blood donor program which was open to the public, especially for the people of Nglaban Village. The aim is to increase the number of people who are aware of the importance of blood donation and to increase the number of blood donors in the village. This community service activity began with conducting a survey of village midwives and village officials. After that, continued with the establishment of the program. Then socialization was carried out to the people of Nglaban Village. The next step is to donate blood on May 18th. As a result, through this blood donor program, there has been an increase in the awareness and willingness of the people of Nglaban Village to participate in blood donation activities.   Keywords: Blood Donors, Nglaban

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the penta helix model in the development of the Taman Langit tourist village in Bengkuang Hill, Bengkaung village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district, NTB. The penta helix model emphasizes the important role of five main actors, namely government, community, business people, media and academics, in building and developing tourism destinations. Harmonious collaboration between these five factors is considered very crucial for the smooth development of village tourism. In the context of the Taman Langit tourist village, the government has a role as a provider of tourism access and infrastructure, while the community and business people act as the main actors who run and develop village tourism. The media functions as a promotional tool, while historians provide direction, consultation and predictions regarding the development of village tourism. Through the penta helix approach, it is hoped that people from various sectors can enjoy the positive benefits resulting from the development of the Taman Langit tourist village. This research uses a type of library study (library research) with secondary data in the form of literature such as books, journals, magazines and websites that are relevant to the research. Abstract

This service aims to determine the role of caregivers at the Mande Kanduang Pakan Sinayan Orphanage and foster the social behavior of foster children. The target object of this service is the head of the Mande Kanduang orphanage as well as the caretaker of the orphanage, and the children at the Mande Kanduang orphanage and their foster siblings.  The results of the service show that the orphanage administrators are considered as a family for each orphanage child where the orphanage administrators and caregivers have a function as a place to fulfill love, fulfill physical needs, provide education and provide a view of life for the children as well as a place to instill values ​​and norms that apply in society. Caregivers try to act by providing rules in the orphanage to change the behavior of foster children for the better. And caregivers have an important role in fostering social behavior which is always shown by every child at the Mande Kanduang orphanage both among themselves and with the surrounding community.

Abstract

The community service carried out at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Diwek Jombang aims to study and implement the learning of Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, a classic book by Hadratus Syaikh Hasyim Asy'ari which emphasizes the importance of adab in the teaching and learning process. This service also aims to examine Adabul Alim Walmuta'allim Learning at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School, with the hope that the adab values ​​taught can be implemented not only within the Islamic boarding school environment, but also in the wider community. The activity methods used include lectures, discussions and sorogan. Through lectures, the teacher delivers material systematically, followed by interactive discussions to explore the application of adab, and ends with sorogan, where students individually read and study the book in front of the teacher to receive correction. As a result, students not only understand the theory of adab but are also able to apply it in daily interactions, showing that this learning method is effective in forming superior character and personality in the Islamic boarding school educational environment.
