Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of the material by students, student boredom in learning, limited learning resources and the use of technology in learning that has not been maximized. The purpose of this study is to produce interactive learning media based on emaze using a contextual approach to integer material for class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Kubung. This type of research is research and development, using PLOOMP development consisting of three stages (Preliminary Research Phase, Design & Develop Prototype, Evaluation). The instruments used are teacher and student interview questionnaires, validation questionnaires consisting of language experts, media experts and material experts. The development of interactive learning media based on emaze goes through three stages. The first stage is preliminary analysis, namely: needs analysis, curriculum analysis, concept analysis, and analysis of student characteristics. The second stage: Creation and development, namely self-evaluation and expert validation. The third stage of evaluation is an assessment of whether interactive learning media based on emaze is valid for use. Based on the results of the validation of the material expert questionnaire 96.67%, media experts 83.88%, and language experts 88.00%, so that the average of the four validators is 89.51%. The results of this validation indicate that the developed emaze-Based Interactive Learning Media has been tested for quality and declared valid for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study discusses the optimisation of teaching and education personnel management in improving the quality of education in the digital era. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method through analysis of various sources related to technology-based education management strategies, administrative automation, and the development of educators' digital competencies. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology in education management can increase work efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and support a more adaptive learning process through the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), digitisation of administrative services, and continuous training programmes for teachers and educational personnel. However, its implementation still faces challenges in the form of infrastructure limitations, variations in digital literacy levels, and resistance to change. Therefore, optimising management requires an integrated strategy through strengthening infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, applying innovative learning methods, and utilising technology as a medium for communication and collaboration. This study emphasises that digital transformation is not only an option but a strategic necessity to achieve quality, professional, and sustainable education in the midst of changing times

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the wave of global disruption require Islamic educational institutions to adapt dynamically without losing their spiritual essence and Islamic values. This study aims to explain the concept of Islamic education in the era of disruption, identify the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions, and analyse relevant change management models in the transformation process. This study uses the library research method with a critical analysis approach to various literature discussing change theory, education management, and Islamic values. The study focuses on the interpretation and relevance of change theories such as the Lewin, Kotter, and ADKAR models in the context of Islamic education, particularly how these theories can be integrated with the religious principles that form the basis of Islamic education. The results of the study indicate that the success of digital transformation in Islamic educational institutions requires visionary, adaptive leadership rooted in spirituality. The integration of modern change management principles and Islamic values, such as amanah (responsibility), musyawarah (collaboration), and ihsan (professionalism with worship value), forms the foundation for sustainable, meaningful change oriented towards the formation of Islamic character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental knowledge, maternal nutritional status, and toddler care patterns on the incidence of stunting in Payakumbuh City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a field study design. The sample consisted of 373 respondents, and the data were analysed using logistic regression. The results showed that parental knowledge had a significant effect on the incidence of stunting. Parents with a good understanding of nutrition, balanced diets, sanitation, and child health care tend to be able to apply parenting practices that support toddler growth and development. Maternal nutritional status did not show a significant effect on stunting. Meanwhile, toddler parenting practices were found to have a very significant effect. Feeding practices, developmental stimulation, hygiene, and health care play an important role in preventing stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of Indonesian language literacy in improving the critical thinking skills of students in economics study programmes. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and analysis of learning documents related to the development of literacy and critical thinking skills. The data were analysed by examining the relationship between Indonesian language literacy practices, learning strategies, and the academic context in which the learning process took place. The results of the study indicate that Indonesian language literacy plays an important role in shaping students' critical thinking skills. Literacy not only functions as a means of scientific communication, but also as a foundation for building analytical thinking through activities such as reflective writing, academic discussions, and economic text analysis. The use of digital technology, such as writing applications and online discussion forums, supports this process by providing a wider space for interaction and information processing. In addition, lecturer support in integrating literacy with critical learning approaches and a conducive academic environment also strengthens the development of students' critical thinking skills. These findings emphasise that strengthening Indonesian language literacy needs to be an integral part of the education process in the field of economics in order to produce graduates who are communicative, analytical, and able to respond to global developments

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the innovation and creativity of traditional cobekan and tombstone business owners in Tampung Cinae, Barru Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subject only involved one informant, namely the business owner named Hariswan, who was determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation in the field. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman interactive model with source triangulation and member checking techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study indicate four main themes: (1) Background and Development of the Business, which reflects motivation and changes in the production process from manual to the use of modern tools; (2) Innovation and Product Development, in the form of incremental innovation through the use of tools such as grinders and excavators; (3) Product Creativity, seen from the variety of designs, colors, and motifs that follow market tastes; and (4) Business Risks and Challenges, including constraints of weather, raw materials, and work tools that are overcome with adaptive strategies. Abstract

This study aims to examine how Instagram use influences the religious character of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purworejo. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to official WhatsApp groups for grades X, XI, and XII. From an initial total of 169 participants, 164 valid responses were retained after removing outliers. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling using an incidental sampling strategy. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with SPSS Statistics version 30. The findings reveal that Instagram usage has a positive and statistically significant effect on students’ religious character (β = 0.641; p < 0.001; R² = 0.299). This indicates that the more frequently students engage with religious content on Instagram, the stronger their religious character tends to be. These results reinforce Cultivation Theory, which posits that social media can shape moral and spiritual values through repeated exposure to specific messages.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a learning strategy based on critical literacy as an effort to enhance students' reflective thinking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Junjung Sirih. The main issue addressed is the low ability of students to perform reflection, analysis, and understanding of learning material. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the critical literacy strategy is applied in the learning process and to assess its effects on the development of students' reflective thinking abilities. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects include teachers who implement the critical literacy strategy and students. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews. The data analysis was conducted qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that a literacy-based learning strategy is effective in increasing student engagement, encouraging deeper information analysis, and stimulating their ability to reflect, express opinions, and evaluate ideas. Although there are some obstacles, such as differences in students' initial literacy skills and limited learning time, overall this strategy has a significant positive impact on strengthening reflective thinking capacity among students.

Abstract

Indonesian, as both a national language and an academic language, demands clarity, precision, and adherence to syntactic, morphological, and orthographic rules. However, in practice, many student writings deviate from these linguistic norms. This study aims to identify and analyze forms of linguistic anomalies in the writings of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) Program, particularly in the use of written Indonesian. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques applied to thesis proposal documents. In addition to documentation, data were collected through direct speech observation and in-depth interviews. The subjects of this literature review consist of various written sources such as books, journals, and scientific documents. Data analysis uses content analysis to interpret information systematically and thoroughly. The results reveal that the most common anomalies include ineffective sentences, nonstandard word usage, and errors in spelling and punctuation. Contributing factors include limited academic literacy, the influence of spoken language and social media, and the lack of continuous practice in formal writing. This study highlights the importance of strengthening language learning and scientific writing training to improve the academic communication skills of PGMI students.
