Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Integrasi manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan moderasi beragama santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif menghasilkan data deskriptif tentang Integrasi manajemen kurikulum dalam meningkatkan moderasi beragama. Data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua macam yaitu; data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan; 1) Obervasi 2) Wawancara 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu; pengumpulan data, penyajian data, data reduksi dan  penarikan kesimpulan.Teknik yang digunakan dalam uji keabsahan data yaitu; triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama: Perencanaan Kurikulum Integratif mencakup tiga proses perencanaan yaitu: (1) Analisis Kebutuhan, (2) Tujuan Pendidikan yaitu santri yang paham IPTEK, kuat IMTAQ, dan terbiasa Moralnya. (3) Fleksibilitas Kurikulum. (4) Kolaborasi Guru; kolaborasi guru antar mata pelajaran. Kedua: Pelaksanaan kurikulum integratif yaitu (1) pelaksanaan kurikulum tingkat madrasah (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum tingkat kelas dengan. (3) Memilih Metode Pembelajaran. Ketiga: Evaluasi Kurikulum integratif  yaitu; (1) Menyusun evaluasi mencakup pemilihan Metode Evaluasi yang memuat evaluasi yaitu Evaluasi Model EKOP (Evaluasi Kualitas dan Output Pembelajaran). (2) Evaluasi Guru (3) Evaluasi untuk santri.

Abstract

A comfortable working environment is the most important thing for teachers, because a clean and comfortable working environment will increase their work morale. This work spirit is what the school really needs, so that the school's goals can be achieved. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on teacher morale at SMPI Baussalam, North Lombok. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research was conducted on all teaching and educational staff through distributing questionnaires. To find out whether there is a significant influence of work environment variables on teacher morale at SMPI Babussalam North Lombok. The method used to obtain data in this research is the questionnaire method as the main method and documentation as the supporting method. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is statistical analysis using the product moment formula. The results of data analysis obtained in this study were 0.746, while the t table was 0.514, indicating (0.746>0.514) at a significance level of 5%. So (Ha) the alternative hypothesis is accepted and (Ho) the null hypothesis is rejected. The conclusion of this research is: There is a significant influence of the work environment on teacher morale.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of peer to peer supervision in developing teacher competency at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram, Sekarbela sub-district. This research uses qualitative research methods to produce descriptive data. The data in this research consists of two types, namely; primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use; 1) Observation 2) Interview 3) Documentation. The data analysis techniques that researchers use are; Data collection coincides with the research process, presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The techniques used to test the validity of the data are; source triangulation and time triangulation. The research results show that the implementation of peer to peer supervision at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram involves various forms, such as determining teaching administration and assessing learning tools. Teacher competencies developed through peer supervision include collaboration skills, communication, pedagogical knowledge, and the use of technology at SMPN 17 Mataram, as well as self-reflection skills, collaboration, active learning skills, and pedagogical knowledge at MTSN 3 Mataram

Abstract

This research discusses the important role of Student Organizations (ORMAWA) in developing the self, character and knowledge of students in higher education, highlighting the urgency of Ormawa based on education law. The focus is on the concept of organizational commitment, identifying three forms of student engagement attitudes. Student interests as the main driver of participation are analyzed by considering factors such as personal interest, self-development and social contribution. This article also examines Ormawa challenges, such as lack of participation and restrictive campus policies, which have a serious impact on organizational resources and atmosphere. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data triangulation, with analysis of organizational paradigms, sustainability strategies, and solutions to identified problems. Recommendations for adaptive strategies in the contemporary era, including the use of technology, focus on community involvement, improving program quality, effective promotion and branding, innovation in leadership, and external partnerships are outlined. It is hoped that this article can provide in-depth insight into the role and challenges of Ormawa and become a basis for developing sustainability strategies in accordance with dynamics

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of conflict management on the competence, motivation and performance of educators in MTs throughout the sub-district. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a total population and sample of 104 educators from 11 MTs in the sheet sub-district. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing uses simple and multivariate regression tests. The results of the research show that there is an influence of conflict management on competence as evidenced by the results of a simple regression analysis which obtained a Sig value. value 0.003 (0.003<0.05), the effect of conflict management on motivation is proven by the results of a simple regression analysis which obtained a Sig. The value is 0.029 (0.029<0.05), and the effect of conflict management on performance is proven by the results of a simple regression analysis which obtained a Sig. the value is 0.001 (0.001<0.05). Effective school principal leadership in implementing conflict management can contribute to increasing the competence of educators through the support and guidance provided.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to analyze the policy of the madrasah principal in supporting the implementation of the independent curriculum, 2) to determine the process of implementing the independent learning curriculum and 3) to determine the implications of the madrasah principal in implementing the curriculum independently. This research uses a qualitative approach with an emphasis on evaluating descriptive data. Data collection was obtained using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The research results show that 1) the madrasa head's policy in supporting the implementation of the independent learning curriculum includes concrete steps such as developing teacher training programs, resource allocation, forming a curriculum implementation team, and efforts to facilitate cultural change in madrasas. 2) The process of implementing the independent curriculum is running well according to established procedures and the madrasa head is directly involved in the monitoring and evaluation process to measure success and ensure this curriculum runs effectively and efficiently. 3) The implications of madrasa heads in implementing an independent curriculum are very important to ensure the success and effectiveness of an education system based on freedom and creativity

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find out the Leadership of School Principals in Increasing the Professionalism of Islamic Teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Research resultshows that 1. The leadership of school principals in increasing the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers prioritizes family aspects with a leadership typology that is legal and rational. 2. Factors that support increasing the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers come from Islamic religious teachers themselves, where even though they have standard abilities, there is still a desire to improve and become even better accompanied by real effort. The factors that inhibit it are divided into two, namely, first: the inhibiting factor for madrasas whose main milestone is caused by weak financial factors which have an impact on others such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as media in learning and the low level of education. 3. Efforts made by madrasa heads to increase the professionalism of Islamic religious teachers, namely by coaching and supervising Islamic religious teachers, improving the welfare of Islamic religious teachers, sending Islamic religious teachers to take part in scientific activities, activating teachers in MGMP and motivating religious teachers Islam to study

Abstract

This research is motivated by one of the traditions that is still carried out by the Sasak community, namely the banjar tradition. This tradition not only reflects the richness of cultural identity, but also has great potential to become an instrument for community economic empowerment. In the midst of globalization and modernization, the continuation of banjar traditions and the implementation of traditional values ​​and local wisdom in everyday life is crucial to maintain. In conducting this research, the author used observation, interviews and documentation methods to obtain primary data. Meanwhile, for secondary data, the author took it from several literature related to the theme. After conducting extensive research, the author found that the implementation of traditional values ​​and local wisdom in the banjar tradition has a central role in empowering the economy of the Monggas village community. Values ​​such as mutual cooperation, togetherness and social responsibility are a strong foundation for collaboration in developing local economic businesses. Banjar traditions are also a strong social glue in the community. This is the basis for the formation of a strong social network for the economic empowerment of local communities

Abstract

Technological advances have had a very significant impact on all aspects of human life. Starting from economic, political, social life, to the realm of education. Technological advances can make it easier to access global information. The existence of machines replaces the role of humans, causing the birth of an instant culture. Needs are served by smart machines and this causes a lack of human interaction. This literature research (library research) aims to explain the importance of moral, character and character education for students. However, humans interact with machines, learn via the internet, communicate via the internet and other artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence). However, moral and moral education must still be considered. The results of this research show that education must be directed at developing and maturing students' personalities. Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of training, motivation and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1 Medan. The approach used is quantitative descriptive in the form of numbers and statistical analysis using SPSS Version 25. The population of this research is all 36 employees. Meanwhile, the sampling for this research is probability sampling using saturated sampling. The results of this study show that training has no effect and is not partially significant on employee work productivity with a value of tcount> ttable (1.792>2.036) and motivation has no effect and is not partially significant on employee work productivity with a value of tcount> ttable (0.770>2.036). and work discipline has a positive and partially significant effect on employee work productivity with a value of tcount> ttable (2.568>0.015). Simultaneously training, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a value of fcount>ftable (29.936 > 2.90). The magnitude of the influence exerted between variables with an R2 value of 71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is explained by other independent variables not examined in this study.
