Abstract

AbstractTeaching Mandarin has three elements, there is teacher, students and teaching material. In the process of learning Mandarin the relationship between these three is very close. To support the teacher that being able to prepare the quality lessons, the selection of teaching materials is very important. The writer makes the book of Hanyu vol. 1, 2 and 3 as the main object of this research. The aim is to examine the arrangement of vocabulary and discourse from the book. In addition to comprehend the assessment of students and teacher in use of this book. From the result of this research, the writer found that the vocabulary selection from vol. 1, 2, and 3 are mostly from words group level one and two. This shows that the books “Hanyu” vol. 1, 2 , and 3 are suitable for the needs of beginner level students. From  the viewpoint of students class 7, 8  and 9  that they  was satisfied  with  the preparation book of Hanyu, but the difficulty of discourse that is not accompanied by hanyu pinyin still quite high. In other that, the teacher Mandarin who used this books measure that the preparation of words and the discourses do not meet the requirement of students need when learning process is ongoing. Keywords : Teaching Materials Comprehensive, Hanyu, Vocabulary, Discourse, Assesment of Teaching Materials.

Abstract

AbstractVerbs is a words that express the state of action behavior, physiology or psychology. There are many verbs in Chinese, which is “gaibian” and “zhuanbian”. Although the meanings of these two words are similar, their usages are different. Therefore, Chinese students tend to misuse these two words. In order to understand the mastery of verb “gaibian” and “zhuanbian” by 2016 Chinese majors of Tanjungpura University, the author use the method to test the student and analyses the difficulties of “gaibian” and “zhuanbian”. The test results show that students’mastery of “gaibian” is better than “zhuanbian”. The correct rate of “gaibian” is 70%, the corrate rate of “zhuanbian” is only 61%. When analyzing the difficulties, the author finds that the good usage that students grasp  is “gaibian” can bring “le” and “guo”. Nominal objects and indicators of “zhuanbian” change from one situation to another. Unmastered usage is “gaibian” show a change caused by external forces, and “zhuanbian” show its own change generally to be better and higher level. Keywords: Verbs Word, Gaibian and zhuanbian, Condition of Mastery

Abstract

Abstract The potention of students learning trajectory in comparison of trigonometry of X IPA students at SMAN 1 Pontianak were uneffective. This research was describe to the potention of students learning trajectory there was a new inovation in mathematics learning model using learning trajectory, and to increase mathematics learning effectiveness of learning trajectory towar the potention of student on learning goals, learning activity, and hypothetical learning trajectory . This research is in the form of a semi-descriptive qualitative that uses a single subject design. The research sample consisted of 6 student (10% of 40 student in a class) as the experimental group selected by participatory observation technique. Participatory observation technique test, interview guidelines, documentation, discussion group forum and triangulation/combination were used to collect data. Based on final pretest and posttest data analysis using directly to completion. This is indicated by the increasing potential of students' learning trajectory in trigonometric comparisons in senior high schools using learning trajectory successfully achieved through unit circles. Thus, the potention of students learning trajectory can build on mathematical conceptual understanding in trigonometric comparison material. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the correlation between discipline, independence, educational interaction, and interest in learning with learning outcomes; the relationship together with learning outcomes; and the percentage of combined contributions to mathematics learning outcomes. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach implemented in class III SD Negeri 07 Pontianak Utara. The number of samples were 84 children. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Determination of the correlation between the four variables namely discipline, independence, educational interaction, and interest in learning with mathematics learning outcomes using simple correlation (r) and the correlation together using the multiple correlation (R) Doo Little technique. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between predictor variables and criterion variables obtained r1y of 0.409, r2y of 0.436, r3y of 0.366, r4y of 0.499, and a joint relationship between predictor variables and learning outcomes obtained R of 0.597 with the largest contribution namely the variable interest in learning by 18%, followed by discipline 11%, independent 5%, educational interaction 1%, and a combined contribution of 36%.Keywords: Discipline, Independence, Educative Interaction, Interest In Learning, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the participation Youth Organization Sote Page members in Community Development in anik Dingir Village, Menyuke District. The research method used is descriptive with a form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that, 1) The form of thinking in community development in Anik Dingir Village was already active as at the time of the Youth Organization work program Sote Page members discussed about providing education to people who are illiterate especially reading and writing and providing additional tutoring for children Elementary school. 2) The form of material in community development in Anik Dingir Village has been active such as giving donations of goods in the form of rice and boards. 3) The form of energy in community development in Anik Dingir Village is already active such as the activity of mutual cooperation in cleaning up water dams and repairing broken pipes. Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is whether by cooperative learning could improve floor gymnastic skills of students in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. The purpose of this study is to improve floor gymnastic skills with cooperative learning of students in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. The study was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method involving two variables, the independent variable is cooperative learning and the dependent variable is floor gymnastics skills. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1, totaling 33 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, which is a test with a lattice measuring instrument measuring floor gymnastics skills. The Data analysis using percentages value. The results of this study indicate there is an increase in floor gymnastic skills with cooperative learning of students in Class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Muslimin 1. This is evidenced by an increase in floor gymnastic skills of the students, when in the first cycle with an average value of 57.32 so the increase at 20.26%. Mean while the average value in the second cycle is 88.13, so the increase is 53.74%. Based on the results of research in this study, it could be suggested that the Physical Education teacher is expected to develop creativity and be more innovative in the learning process in an effort to improve student competency. Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Floor Gymnastic.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to defermine differences in childern?s confidence. Before znd after the storytelling method is applied, whether there are differences in childern?s confidence before and after the medhod of storytelling is applied. This type of research is research using experimental methods with one-group pretest- posttest design, datacollection using observation and documentation activities.The sample in this study was children aged 5-6 years in group B  consisting of 6 girls and 8 boys.  Based on the analysis of data that has been done, the results of a study entitled the effect of the method of telling stories on the confidence of chidern aged 5-6 years in the TK Islam Semesta Khatulistiwa Pontianak, there is very big influence it is evidenced by the acquisition of the average child at pretest which is 7,071 and the average value at posttest is 10.  Then from the results the t-test calculation is done an the result the show that t-hitung > t-tabel 7,614> 1,604. Which means that there is a difference in childern?s confidence. After being treated using the storytelling medhod. Then to find out how much influence the medhod of storytelling on a child?sconfidenceistested for effect size and result obtained are 2, 035> 1,00 which means that the medhod of storytelling has a strong influence on the confidence of children aged 5-6 years at TK Islam Semesta Khatulistiwa Pontianak and in the strong categoryKeywords: Children Aged 5-6 Years, Self Confidence, Storytelling Medhod.

Abstract

AbstractThe research problem is whether there is an increase in student learning activities in the learning of Citizenship Education using the Scramble model in Class V State Primary School 41 Pontianak Utara. Research properties increase student learning activities using the scramble model.The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data technique used is the technique of direct observation and measurement with data collection tool that is Student Activity Sheet. Setting research with subject Teachers / Researchers and students class V Equipment 25 students.Results of the III cycles of the study are: 1) the ability of teachers in accordance with the learning cycle I with a value of 2.45 with good enough category, Cycle II increased 0.29 to 3.15 which belonged to either category. While Cycle III increased 0.8 to 3.95 and entered in very good category. 2) the ability of teachers advanced learning cycle I started with a value of 2.34 with good enough category, Cycle II has increased 0.94 so that 3.28 into the good category. While in Cycle III also increased 0.69 to 3.97 and entered very good category. 3) Student learning activity cycle I the percentage of student learning activity by 37.6% with low category increased 27.2% in cycle II to 64.8% with medium category and in the third cycle increased 24% to 88.8% high. Keywords: Student Learning Activities, Model Scramble, Citizenship Education.

Abstract

AbstractThe Purpose of this research are : 1) Android based interactive Learning Media design For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 2) Android based interactive Learning Media Profiles For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 3) The Implementation Of Learning Using interactive Learning Media For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 4) Student Learning outcomes after using interactive learning media based  on android for Learning Physisc In Senior High School. In this research and development using Four D Development design models. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Ngabang. Product development trials are carried out through  expert validation stages, one to one trials, medium groups and large groups. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, indirect communication techniques, measurement techniques, and documentaries with observation sheet collecting tools, student response questionnaires, test questions and documentation. The analysis of the data used for the results of validation and obeservations is to divide the total score obtained by the maximum score. Cognitive learning acquisition of 77,24 is included in good category., affective domain is 85,65% included in the excellent category and psychomotor domain of 79,17 % included in good category. Keywords : Android, Learning Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study was to find out what politeness strategies are implemented by the characters in the context of various role relationship in The Blind Side movie and the contexts that affect the choice of politeness strategies used by the characters. In this research, the researcher used the theory of politeness strategies proposed by Brown and Levinson (1987) and the Ethnography of Speaking proposed by Dell Hymes (1964). The method of this research was qualitative research. Through the transcript of The Blind Side movie, observation and note taking, the data was collected. The subject of the research was ten characters in The Blind Side movie who have various role relationships. The research was done by observing and analysing the contexts used by the characters, then based on the contexts the researcher interpret what politeness strategies used by the characters in The Blind Side movie. It can be concluded that there were four politeness strategies applied by the characters, they were Balad on Record strategy, Negative Politeness strategy, Off-Record strategy and Positive Politeness strategy. Furthermore, there were four contexts of situation affect the characters in choosing the politeness strategy.
