Teachers"™ limitations in presenting examples of plants including the diversity of species around students"™ environments give rise to low awareness of the existence of plants around them, one of which is mangrove plants. Mangroves must be preserved because they play an important role in the lives of people and other biota. Efforts to preserve mangrove forests can be carried out by disseminating information about the types and importance of mangrove plants through learning media in the form of electronic pocket books. This research aimed to create and validate an electronic pocket book on mangrove species diversity for class X. The research method was descriptive quantitative. Electronic pocket books are made in three stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The electronic pocket book was validated in two stages, namely instrument sheet validation and media validation which consisted of 5 aspects, namely format, content, language, effective and practical with 15 criteria. Media validation was carried out by 5 validators using a Likert rating scale. The validation results are explained according to Lawshe (1975). The instrument validation results showed that the instrument was suitable for used, while the media validation results obtained a CVI value of 1.00. This shows that electronic pocket books are categorized as suitable for used as learning media in the class X high school diversity of types sub-material.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pedoman kerjasama kolaboratif antara Pusat Pengamatan dan Perlindungan Remaja dan sekolah dalam pencegahan kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi contoh bagi lembaga yang berwenang dalam mencegah dan mengatasi kenakalan remaja yang terjadi. Penelitian ini mempelajari hasil dan permasalahan/hambatan dalam implementasi untuk mengembangkan pedoman ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara pribadi dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan staf Pemerintahan dan sekolah-sekolah di provinsi yang berpartisipasi. Satu Pemerintah kota Medan dan satu sekolah dari sepuluh provinsi percontohan diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ada berbagai tahapan koordinasi kolaboratif. Tahap pertama melibatkan pengambilan keputusan kolaboratif mengenai perencanaan. Berikutnya adalah partisipasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, memerlukan kolaborasi antara staf Pemerintah kota Medan dan sekolah, dengan pihak sekolah jaringan orang tua/wali dari populasi sasaran remaja. Terdapat manfaat yang melekat bagi semua pihak terkait dalam penerapannya, misalnya dengan mengurangi kenakalan remaja di sekolah dan; sehingga mengurangi populasi penduduk Medan. Mitra pelaksana turut serta dalam memperoleh manfaat ini. Tahap terakhir adalah partisipasi dalam evaluasi kegiatan. Informasi tersebut digunakan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan dan menyempurnakan strategi. Beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya antara lain sikap negatif guru terhadap siswa yang berperilaku berisiko, kekhawatiran sekolah bahwa kerja sama dengan Pemerintah kota Medan akan mencoreng reputasi sekolah, dan antisipasi peningkatan beban kerja Pemerintah kota Medan dan personel sekolah akibat tugas proyek. Proyek percontohan ini menemukan bahwa perlu dilakukan penyesuaian kegiatan secara hatihati dengan situasi setempat. Kegiatan proyek perlu dilaksanakan secara teratur dan berkesinambungan. Perlu adanya peningkatan kapasitas personel terkait. Perlu adanya rancangan sistematis untuk evaluasi proyek, dan perlu adanya dukungan rutin dari lembaga pemerintah terkait

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing interest in becoming a teacher, which is a situation where a person has a strong desire to become a teacher, is happy in carrying out the teaching profession and is enthusiastic about the profession. Reviewed using a cognitive, affective and conative perspective on Economic Education students who are alumni of campus teaching programs. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with a case study type of research. The research informants were determined using the snowball sampling technique, totaling 7 people. The results of the research show that (1) the cognitive perspective of Economic Education students from teaching campus alumni can increase their interest in becoming teachers because by participating in the teaching campus program students are given the opportunity to go directly to the field so they can find out directly what is happening in the field and gain more knowledge. new about the teaching profession, (2) the affective perspective of Economic Education students from teaching campus alumni can increase their interest in becoming teachers because they feel happy in teaching students directly, so as is known, when you feel happy doing something you will definitely be interested in doing that thing, (3) conation perspective on Economic Education students, alumni of teaching campuses can increase their interest in becoming teachers because they have a high desire to teach so that they will consciously obey existing regulations in order to be responsible and self-disciplined.

This study aims to describe the code switching and code mixing contained in buying and selling transactions in the Toho Traditional Market, based on the type and cause of their occurrence. The benefit of this research is to add insight into code switching and code mixing in buying and selling transactions at the Toho Traditional Market. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The form of this research is a form of qualitative research. Collecting data in this study using tapping techniques and recording techniques, and observation technique. Wiretapping is done with the help of a recording device in the form of a cellphone. Techniques to test the validity of the data in this study are observation persistence, triangulation, and peer discussion. Based on the analysis of the research data, it concludes that there are 24 types of code switching data in the form of. 17 internal data or internal code switching. It is divided into two namely 12 permanent code switching and 5 temporary code switching. 7 data code mixing into or inner code mixing 7 is divided into 5 forms of words, and 2 in the form of phrases. The factors that cause code switching are 11 speaker data factors, and 5 listener or speech partner data factors. Factors that cause code mixing occur, namely there are 5 factors of temporary personal and speaker data, and 2 factors of environmental data or ongoing interactions.

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in developing children's creativity through the media of natural materials at Raudhatul Athfal Dharma Wanita. The research method used is qualitative in the form of descriptive research. The subjects in this study were children and teachers of group B1. The research location in this research is at Raudhatul Athfal Dharma Wanita Balai Karangan, Jalan Pangeran Pati. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research results 1. The teacher's role as an educator is that the teacher only provides one tasting activity. Teachers need to add variety, methods in learning, teachers give assignments to children according to directions and rules. 2. The role of the teacher as a role model or role model, namely the teacher familiarizes children with maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom and the surrounding environment. 3. The teacher's role as a facilitator is to provide worksheets and colored pencils, tempura paint, banana fronds and star fruit. 4. The teacher's role as a mediator is a tasting activity. The teacher turns the child's learning atmosphere on by singing "little stars". the activity of tasting from the banana midrib in the shape of a crescent moon.

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a module in enhancing the performance of vocational high school (SMK) students during their Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin), enabling students of SMK Pancasila Kubu Raya to acquire job skills that meet the demands of the business world (DU) or the industrial sector (DI). The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The type of study utilized is a library study. The subjects of this research are students from SMK Pancasila Kubu Raya who have participated in the Prakerin program. Data collection involved observation and in-depth interviews with students and teachers. The researchers conducted direct observations of the study subjects. The implementation of the Industrial Work Practice program (Prakerin) lasted for three months. SMK Pancasila offers two major programs: Motorcycle Business Engineering (TBSM) and Office Automation and Governance (OTKP). The findings indicate that the Prakerin module applied at SMK Pancasila Kubu Raya is effective in enhancing students' job skills. The use of the module during the Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN) effectively improves students' understanding of the concepts and materials applied during Prakerin. However, the module requires improvements to provide a clear foundation that aids students in applying theory to real-life situations during Prakerin. The Prakerin experience enhances students' comprehension of materials related to industrial work practices. To ensure that Prakerin activities align with objectives, students must be adequately prepared prior to starting their Prakerin. Although teachers monitor students before and during the Prakerin program, further preparations are necessary

This study aims to determine the existing conditions, potentials and problems as well as strategies for developing Gosong Beach tourism destinations in Sungai Raya Village, Sungai Raya District, Bengkayang Regency. This research is a descriptive type of research with a qualitative research form. Sources of research data for the Gosong Beach tourist destination in Sungai Raya Village are in the form of documents, archives and other records that reinforce the picture of the situation through visual language. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews. The results of this study are 1) The existing conditions of the Gosong Beach Tourism Destination in Sungai Raya Village in terms of the availability of tourist facilities is very inadequate, such as access roads, signposts, toilets, trash cans, entry counters, security, places of worship, parking areas. 2) The Potential of Gosong Beach Tourism Destinations in Sungai Raya Village offers a variety of panoramic beauty. The specialty of this beach lies in the fine white sand, coconut trees that provide a shady atmosphere, rocky hills. Even though Gosong Beach has an attractive potential, there are several problems that become obstacles in the development and tourist attraction of this destination, 3) Destination Development Strategy Gosong Beach Tourism in Sungai Raya Village It is necessary to add and develop facilities and infrastructure, increase promotion and increase human resources, 4) The first direction of development, namely the SO strategy is to utilize natural and cultural potential to become attractive tourist attractions. The ST strategy is to create attractions/shows from existing potentials such as making landmarks that can become the hallmark of the beach.

study aims to determine the ethics of communicating in social interactions between students at SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using the form of survey studies . The overall population in this study amounted to 229 students and the sample taken in this study was class VII AG students totaling 56 students, the sample was taken using random sampling, the data collection technique in this study used indirect communication techniques, namely questionnaires distributed through google form link, data analysis using percentage correction . The results showed that verbal communication ethics in social interaction between students obtained 74% results in the high category, non-verbal communication ethics in social interactions between students obtained 76% results in the high category, Based on the above description in general, communication ethics in social interaction between students has been well and correctly carried out on class VII students of SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak.

This research aims to investigate the correlation between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation with students' ability to solve quadratic equation story problems among ninth-grade students at SMPN 2 Salatiga. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed, involving 29 students from class IX A as participants. Data were collected using problem-solving tests and questionnaires designed to assess self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation. The data were analyzed through Pearson Product Moment correlation and multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal: (1) a moderate and statistically significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and problem-solving performance (r = 0.578); (2) a similarly moderate and significant correlation between intrinsic motivation and problemsolving skills (r = 0.488); and (3) a joint, significant relationship between self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and students"™ problemsolving ability in quadratic equation contexts. The regression analysis indicated that both independent variables significantly contribute to predicting students"™ performance, with an R Square value of 0.361, meaning that 36.1% of the variation in problem-solving ability could be explained by these two psychological factors. These results underscore the critical role of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation in fostering students"™ mathematical problem-solving success.

This research aims to describe the use of digital media in early childhood learning at El Shaddai Kindergarten, Pontianak City. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The subjects in this research were 3 teachers who taught at El Shaddai Kindergarten, Pontianak City. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that preparation for using digital media in early childhood learning is by preparing digital media that will be used during the learning process. Teachers choose and use forms of digital media that are appropriate to the child's age level and learning needs. Based on research results, the form of digital media used by teachers in learning influences the teaching and learning process, however, to use digital media well and correctly, the teacher must make an effort to guide and model it for children so that children can easily understand and apply it directly.
