Abstract

Abstract The general problem of this research is the Role of Sociology Teachers in Conflict Control Between Students in Class XI IIS 3 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Singkawang City. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results of thisstudy which are (1) Conflict control between students by means of prevention by the sociology teacher has been going well, this is proven by sociology teachers always giving advice, guiding and giving direction and invitations to students, who are involved in conflict when interruptedlearning process and end of learning. (2) Conflict control between students in a repressive way carried out by the sociology teacher has been going well, this is evidenced by the teacher of sociology has given punishment to students who are in conflict and gave a reprimand to otherstudents so as to mediate and prevent conflict. (3) Conflict control between students by means of curative conducted by the sociology teacher of two conflicting students has been going well whichcan be seen from the sociology teacher who asked students to write a statement letter not to repeat and there was a calling to the student’s parens.Keywords: Conflict Control, MAN, Students, Teachers

Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to determine the suitability of the Lesson Plan (RPP) with the learning implementation of Social Studies teacher of SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak in class VIII A, VIII B, and VIII C. This research was conducted from April to May 2019. The method of this research was the qualitative descriptive method. The techniques of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research on the first problem showed that in the implementation of the lesson plan with learning, it was carried out with the percentage of 86.6%, it categorized as very good. While the second problem regarding to the components of the Lesson Plan made by the teacher which consists of 13 components was very good, based on the Curriculum 2013 that applied, with the percentage of 85%, and the result of the third research problem about constraints experienced in the implementation of the lesson plan in learning Social Studies to the eighth grade of SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak related to facilities and infrastructures, improper of the time allocation, the different characteristics of students and schools, and the certain other unexpected conditions. Keywords: Analysis, Implementation of Lesson Plan (RPP), Social Studies (IPS).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to find out about the implementation of the teacher's personal competence in learning at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Barat. The research method used was qualitative. The subjects in this study were 6 teachers at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Barat. Data collection techniques used was direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques and documentary techniques with data the collection tools observation and interview guides also documentation. The results obtained that the implementation of teacher personality competencies in learning at TK Negeri Pembina Pontianak Barat can be carried out well as follows, 5 of 6 teachers can implemented the teacher personality competencies that are steady and stable in learning, by fostering discipline to students, all teachers can implemented a mature personality that is not emotion in dealing with problems, not all teachers can implemented a wise personality in learning, there was still 1 teacher who does not carry out her responsibilities as a teacher, all teachers have implemented an authoritative personality in learning of students by providing a good example to students, all teachers have implemented a personality that has a noble character to students by being honest.Key words: Early Childhood Learning, Teacher’s Personal Competence

Abstract

AbstractThis study contains the Analysis of Social Attitudes in High Class Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Anwarul Mustofa Kacamatan Kubu.2017 / 2018. A common problem in this study is "What is the social attitude of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Anwarul Mustofa Kacamatan Kubu. In particular. 1. What is the attitude of working together with high school students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Anwarul Mustofa Kacamatan Kubu? 2. How to pay attention to the rights of others in high school students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Anwarul Mustofa Kubu? 3. What is the attitude of concern for others in high school students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Anwarul Mustofa camp? The method used is descriptive method in the form of survey research studies. The sample of this study was 30 students at MI Anwarul Kacamatan Kubu. ? " This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique of this research is the indirect communication technique with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire and documentary study technique with a document data collection tool. The data analysis technique uses percentage calculation. Based on the results of data analysis social attitudes of students at MI Anwarul Mustofa Kacamatan Kubu as a whole reached 77.04% with the category "Good".  Keywords: Socia. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to improve students learning outcomes, through the application of the Direct Instruction model to the heat and displacement material. The design of this study was in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design which involved 32 students at SMPN 1 Sungai Raya. Data collection includes tests of students learning outcomes in the form of pretest and posttest consisting of 5 multiple choice questions and 3 essay questions. The average achievement results were 30.62 and 79.68 posttest. Wilcoxon test results show that there are significant differences in students learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the Direct Instruction model in the teaching and learning process and the effect size of this research model is 4.60 with a high category, it can be concluded that the application of the Direct Instruction model can improve students learning outcomes students on the heat and displacement material. Suggestions, that the Direct Instruction learning model requires a longer time for certain materials, therefore it is recommended for future researchers that before applying the Direct Instruction learning model to other materials, first set the time so that the material to be delivered can be given according to the time limit available.Keywords: Direct Instruction, Heat and displacement, Learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractJepin Rotan dance in the territory of the town of Pontianak was one of the Jepin dance that this day still exists. Forms generated by the property Jepin Rotan dance have its own philosophy that is described by Jepin Rotan dance. This research is a qualitative research with a choreographic approach. The method used in this writing is descriptive analysis method, namely the effort to explain in detail with a systematic, factual and accurate analysis of the facts of the object under study. The form of research used in this study is qualitative. The technique of collecting data was obtained in the form of interviews for data, and observation techniques for photos and videos. The technique used in checking the validity of the data in this study is the technique of triangulation method. The results showed that the presentment structure of Jepin Rotan dance have several aspects, namely motion, theme, floor design, makeup, fashion, property, musical accompaniment and the show place. In addition, the design of implementation  Jepin Rotan dance can be applied to cultural arts learning at second grade of Senior High School in accordance with the 2013 curriculum.   Keywords : Presentation Structure, Tari Jepin Rotan, Pontianak City

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to explain and analyze the role of parents in introducing sex education to teenagers in Kampung Kapur, Banjar Serasan, East Pontianak. This study aims to determine parental understanding of sex education, how parents carried out their role as educators, friends, and counselors in introducing sex education. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The sources of this research were parents and teenagers in Kampung Kapur. The results of the study indicate that; 1) the role of parents as educators in introducing sex education to teenagers and played a role in educating their children. Parents gave about sex and moral values, mass media, and religious values to their children in the form of advice and prohibitions, 2) the role of parents as friends in introducing sex education to teenager had not played well where parents still lack of knowledge about sexual transmitted diseases. Therefore, there was no explanation from the parent to their children, 3) the role of parents as counselors in introducing sex education to teenager showed that the parents did not have enough understanding about sex such as puberty, fertility, function and reproductive health, they were still considered this as taboo.Keywords: Role of Parents, Sex Education, Teenagers.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analize  the application of Quantum GIS as a learning media in geography learning for the learning outcomes of the X grade student of SMA N 6 Pontianak and also to a also to analize the effect of applying that application. The research approach used a quantitative and an experiment method with quasi experiment form. The population in this research were students in the X grade of SMA N 6 Pontianak 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection used multiple chioce test amounted to 30 questions and data analysis techniques used mann-whitney t-test. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of post-test class experiment is 78,6 and control class is 67,6 gained  Zarithmatic > Ztable, is 3,915>1,96, therefore the effect size is 1,04, which is means there is an effect of applying Quantum GIS application for the learning  outcomes of the X grade student of SMA N 6 PontianakKeywords: Learning Media, QGIS Application, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to describe the implementation of remedial programme that is performed by the teachers based on Permendikbud No. 81 A in the year of 2013 about the implementation of curriculum. The sample of this research was MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap. The tool of data collection was questionnaire which was given to the headmaster, teachers, and students. The other tools of data collection used were a list of inteview administered to the teachers and  the student score of evaluation test. The exact teachers in MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap have performed the remedial programme. The way of the remediation was revising students’ score which have not fulfil the school passing grade after evaluation  test or final year of the best. Based on the result, it was found that 55,1 % students admitted that the teacher did the remediation. Then 88,6 % students said that the way the teachers did the remediation. Was appropriatefor them. However, the implementation of remediation performed by the teachers in MTs Negeri Sungai Kakap has not been proper based on Permendikbud No.81 A in the year 2013 about the implementation of the curriculum. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is a positive Selftalk to the accuracy of shooting in futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive self talk exercises on the accuracy of shooting using the instep in futsal games on futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai 2019.This type of research used in this study is a quasi experimental design with pretest-posttest control group design. This research has two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated (treatmet) a positive selftalk exercise method and the control group was not treated. The treatment given by the researchers was 12 meetings with a frequency of 3 times a week for 4 weeks or 1 month. Sampling in this study by using total sampling. The samples in this study were all included because the sample was only 15 people. The instrument in this study was the shooting accuracy test using the instep to the target on the futsal playing field. Data analysis using t test (paired sample t test) at the significance level of 0.05.The results of this study are that there is a significant positive effect of self-talk training on the accuracy of shooting on futsal extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 2 Jawai. With the value of the experimental group t value (7.966)> t table (1.894), the increase in the percentage of the experimental group was 66.07%, while in the control group the value of tcount (0.956)> ttable (1.943.
