Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out if there is a relationship the liveliness of asking students with class XI IPS learning outcomes at Taman Mulia High School District of Kubu Raya. The research method used is correlational with quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 32 students of class XI IPS. The collection method is done by observation, interview, and documentation. Descriptive statistical test results on the liveliness of asking students showed an average of 85.87with a percentage of 58% as many as 32 students included in the high category. While the descriptive statistical test results of student learning outcomes showed an average of 86 with a percentage of 68% as many as 32 students included in the medium category. Where the results of testing the correlation coefficient hypothesis shows that there is a significant relationship between the liveliness of asking with student learning outcomes XI IPS class at Taman Mulia High School, Kubu Raya Regency. This is indicated by the r_count value of 0.89 which is classified into high correlation intervals. T value obtained is equal to t_count = 10,799 which is greater than t_table, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between T value obtained is equal to t_count = 10,799 which is greater than t_table, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the liveliness of askingwith student learning outcomes class XI IPS SMAS Taman Mulia, Kubu Raya Regency. Abstract

AbstractCommon issues raised in this study is whether the competence of managerial supervision and motivation are equally affect the performance of the school superintendent in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) Sanggau. This study uses survey research with a quantitative approach. Data obtained from 60 samples of junior high school principal target supervisor in District Sanggau. The data collected by distributing questionnaires and were analyzed using multiple regression techniques. Results of correlation and regression analysis found a positive and significant influence between the competencies of managerial supervision, the motivation to work on the performance of the school superintendent in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Sanggau and there is positive and significant correlation between the competence of managerial supervision and motivation to work collectively equal to the performance of the school superintendent in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports in Sanggau.Keywords: Supervision Managerial Competence, Work Motivation and Performance School Supervisor

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to describe the teacher’s strategy in developing interpersonal intelligence of aged 5-6 years at the Barunawati Kindergarten Pontianak. The method use isn this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research approach. Data subjects in this research are 2 teacher’s and 12 childern of group B2 with age 5-6 years in Barunawati Kindergarten Pontianak. The techniques used in this research were observation, interview, and documentation using data collection tools like is observation guidelines, interview guides, and documentation picture. The results of data analysis show that the strategies used by teacher’s in developing interpersonal intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in the aspects of cooperation, empathy, and social interaction are by educating, give a figures for children, teaching, stimulating, directing children and motivating children. The strategy is carried out by the teacher to children have a good interpersonal intelligence, especially in ascapts of cooperation, empathy, and social interaction.Keyword          : Childern 5-6 Years Old, Interpersonal Intelligence, Teacher Strategy.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled Analysis of Bank Indonesia Assistance in the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program. A common problem in this study is How Bank Indonesia Assists the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program (GenBI). This study aims to determine the form of Bank Indonesia's assistance to the Indonesian New Generation (GenBI) entrepreneurship program in West Kalimantan. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data processing and analysis techniques through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that; (1) Bank Indonesia Assistance to the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program (GenBI), hydroponic plants and catfish farming. Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is the reality of children’s underdeveloped social ripeness. This fact makes the researcher wants to know what the teacher’s effort to cultivate the social ripeness of children ages 5 to 6 in TK Negeri Pembina North Pontianak is. The general purpose of this research is to describe the effort of the teacher in cultivating the social ripeness of the children ages 5 to 6 in TK Negeri Pembina North Pontianak. The research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The background of this research is the reality of children’s underdeveloped social ripeness. This fact makes the researcher wants to know what the teacher’s effort to cultivate the social ripeness of children ages 5 to 6 in TK Negeri Pembina North Pontianak is. The main purpose of this research is to describe the effort of the teacher in cultivating the social ripeness of the children ages 5 to 6 in TK Negeri Pembina North Pontianak. Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to find out the career women’s activities to support the economic needs of families in Sungai Bangkong Urban Village, Pontianak Kota Sub-district. The general problem of this research was “How did career women support economic needs of families in Sungai Bangkong Urban Village, Pontianak Kota Sub-district?” The research method used was descriptive in qualitative form. The data collection techniques employed were observation, interview and documentation. The data collection tools used were observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation. The data analysis of this research was presented in descriptive qualitative form with 3 informants that is, 3 career women in Sungai Bangkong Urban Village of Pontianak Kota Sub-district. The results showed that the women worked with the intention to support the economy of families in terms of factors affecting types of jobs, work intensity, and income earned by career women in Sungai Bangkong Urban Village, Pontianak Kota Sub-district. Keywords: Analysis, Career Women, Family Economy.

Abstract

AbstractThis purpose of this research is to know the student motivation to learn Economic for class XI IIS 2 SMA Santun Untan pontianak. Metodelogy of this rearch is descriptive metothodology eith qualitative approach. Souces of this research are observation and direct communcation with interview and study documentation wcih is paper. The result of this research show that analysis of student motivation to learn economis for class class XI IIS 2 SMA Santun Untan pontianak have 2 indicatoin: 1)instrinsic learning motivation possessed by students of class XI IIS 2 shows that the desire and itention to succeed lack student motivation for learn economic and the encouragment dan needs, hopes and aspirations of the future in economic learnig. 2) Extrinsic learning motivation of student of class XI IIS 2 shows that intersting activities less motivating student to learn economis as well as from rewards in studing and a conducive learning environment that skill makes students less motivated.   Keywords: Student Motivation, Economic Learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the factors that affect job readiness in class XII accounting students at SMK Mandiri East Pontianak. This research is based because class XII students will graduate from school and enter the workforce, then students must first have work readiness in order to play their role well in the world of work. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and forms of survey research. The source of data in this study were students of class XII accounting expertise program 1 and accounting 2. Data collection is obtained through interview guidelines then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing, then data validity uses time triangulation. Researchers conducted research and interview with accounting class XII students, amounting to 9 students as much 2 times. The results showed that the motivational factors, knowledge factors, talent factors, interest factors, and learning achievement factors of students who affected him had readiness to work after graduating school. Keywords: Factors Affecting Work readiness

Abstract

 AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Implementation of Scouting Values for Students in SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency". The general problem of this research is how to implement Scouting values in students at SMP Negeri 7 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, with sub-problems (1) how to implement Scouting values in the form of courageous and loyal discipline, (2) how to implement Scouting values polite and knightly patriot forms, (3) how the Scouting Implementation values are responsible and trustworthy forms. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection tools use observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation. The results showed that. (1) The implementation of the values of scouting forms of brave and loyal discipline is very good. This is evidenced when scouting activities, scout coaches apply the values of scouting, scout coaches provide advice by reminding students about the importance of scouting values in forming good personalities, (2) The implementation of scouting values in a polite patriot form is good enough. This is proven by the scout builder of good behavior to all students so that students and vice versa. (3) Implementation of the values of scouting forms is responsible and can be trusted very well. This is proven by the scoutmaster who is responsible for the success of his students in the school environment.  Keywords : Implementation, Scouting, Values

Abstract

AbstractMantra is one of the old types of Malay poetry believed to contain supernatural powers and supernatural powers. The reason the researcher chose the title of the research Structure, Meaning, and Function of the Medical Spell of Bengkayang Regency Malay Community based on several considerations. Common problems in this study are the structure (rhyme and diction), the meaning, and function of the treatment mantra.  Theories used in this research are oral literary theory, mantra, mantra structure, mantra meaning, mantra function, translation theory. This research method is descriptive, the form of this research is qualitative research, this research approach is a semiotic structural approach. Based on the results of data analysis of the Malay community medical treatment spells in Bentarat Hamlet Bengkayang Regency, there are rhymes according to the words in the words include: full rhyme, absolute rhyme, half rhyme, rhyme alliteration, and rhyme asonance, Rima according to its location in sentence lines which include: initial rhymes, and final rhymes. Dictations in medical spells are denotative words and connotative words. The meaning of mantra medicine is religious meaning.
