Abstrak: Pertanyaan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kemampuan anak membaca permulaan di kelompok B. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan anak di kelompok B membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelompok B TK Mujahidin II, dengan jumlah sampel 15 anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik dan alat pengumpulan data: teknik observasi langsung dengan alat panduan observasi, teknik komunikasi langsung dengan alat panduan wawancara, dan teknik dokumenter dengan alat dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan anak membaca permulaan di Kelompok B, masuk dalam kategori cukup, yang artinya kemampuan anak membaca permulaan sudah berkembang sesuai harapan dengan jumlah persentase 73,42%. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan, Membaca Permulaan Abstract: The general question in this research is how a child 's ability to read starters in group B. This study aims to determine the ability of children in group B read starters. This research was conducted in group B TK Mujahidin II, with a sample of 15 children. The method used is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques and tools: direct observation techniques by means of observation guide, direct communication techniques by means of interview, and documentary techniques with documentation tools. The results of data analysis showed that children's ability to read starters in Group B, in the category enough, which means the ability of a child to read starters have been developed according to expectations on the percentage of 73.42 %. Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan apakah pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melaluiTotal Physical Response Method dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada anak usia 5-6 tahun kelompok Autumn di TK Town For Kids Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan jumlah siswa 20 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus dilakukan dalam tiga kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi guru, anak dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan persentase. Kesimpulan hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1)Rencana pembelajaran yang tertuang dalam RKH dengan menggunakan TPR dalam IPKG 1 Siklus I diperoleh 71,66% dan IPKG 2 Siklus II diperoleh 76,66%. 2) Membuat langkah-langkah pembelajaran, 3) Respon yang ditunjukkananak sangat baik dan anak sangat tertarik dalam mempelajari kosakata bahasa Inggris melalui TPR. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya media/alat yang digunakan harus menarik dan tidak membahayakan anakdan mudah diterima oleh anak. Kata kunci: Penguasaan Kosakata, Bahasa Inggris, TotalPhysical Response Abstract :This study aims to identify and describe whether by introducing the English language through the Total Physical Respons method canimprove the recognition vocabulary of English children aged 5-6 years old Group kindergarten Autumn Town For Kids Pontianak. The research method used was Classroom Action Research toward 20 students. The research was done in 2 cycles, each cycle requires three meetings. Data collection is in the form of teachers/students observation and documentation. The data process is done through percentage computation. The result of the research concludes that 1)the lesson plan contained in RKH by using TPRin IPKG 1 cycle 1 acquires 71,66%, while IPKG 2 cycle 2 acquire 76,66%. 2) creating learning procedures, 3) respond shown by children is good and children are interested in learning vocabularies through TPR. It is suggested that the teaching aid used is harmless, interesting, and acceptable forchildren. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian classroom action research atau penelitian tindakan kelasbertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam bernyanyi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Konsep penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran talking stick yang telah dikembangkan dalam setiap siklus. Penelitian ini melalui proses tahapan 3 siklus yaitu siklus I, II yang memiliki pengembangan model talking stick yang berbeda dan siklus III sebagai pertemuan hasil. Setelah semua siklus dilaksanakan siswa tampak antusias dan bersemangat saat mengikuti pembelajaran. Hasil observasi pra silus kepercayaan diri siswa yang tinggi sebesar 18 %. Setelah dilakukan pembelajaran model talking stick kepercayaan diri siswa meningkat menjadi 84 %. Jadi peningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran bernyanyi meningkat sebanyak 66 %. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa terhadap pembelajaran bernyanyi meningkat dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran talking stick. Â Abstract: This research is a classroom action research or action research to increase self-confidencefor singing by using descriptive and qualitative approach. The concept of research conducted by the talking stick developing learning models that have been developed in each cycle. This research through 3 stages of the process cycle is the cycle I, II, which has a development model that is different from talking stick and the third cycle as the meeting proceeds. After all cycles carried out the students seemed enthusiastic and excited about learning when to follow. Results of observations pre silus high student self-confidence of 18%. AbstractThe purpose of this research and development is to produce a package of learning and skill learning media for writing skill using wordless picture-based media computer  the researcher also use some tools of data collection such as guide interview, observation checklist, which now facilitates all necessary data can be obtained from the results of the interview, observation and question form distribution during the learning process. After all the process were completed in this research, so there are several findings, namely, the products of learning media in the form of skills writing using wordless picture with computer-based in the form of a Power point presentation gained a positive responses from students as users and language teachers. In addition, both in terms of presentation materials, instructional design and media used, get a good appraisal from experts so worthy to be used as a product in research development.Keywords: Learning Media, writing prowess, wordless picture.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the leadership style of transformational managers, employee performance and the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance in Cooperative Employee Angkasa Pura Pontianak. The research method used is associative research method with two variable that are independent variable and dependent variable The source of this research data is a manager and employees. And the data is through interview to the manager and spread the questionnaire to the employee. the results of the study show that the leadership style of transformational managers in the Employee Cooperative Angkasa Pura Pontianak is very high because it is in the 81% -100% percentage range. And has been evenly averaged with a value of 83.5% percentage. And employee performance good because each indicator has been evenly averaged with a percentage of 80% and is in the 61% -80% percentage range. Based on the results of data processing program SPSS 18 obtained t arithmetic 3.363> t table is 2.018 means the coefficient of leadership style of managers have a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of R = 0.479 means the influence of the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance of 22.9%. AbstractThis pre-experimental research was aimed to investigate the use learning cycle 7E to reduce students’ misconceptions on subtopic force in SMP Negeri 20 Pontianak. Sample of this research was students from VIII E class  who choosen by intact group random sampling technique. Diagnostic test which consist of 18 multiple choice question without open reasoning was used as research instrument to asses the number of students misconceptions. The results show that the number of students in understanding with percentage of 55,65% there was reduce. Students’ conceptions had changed statistically significant  after the instruction. Learning cycle 7E model is effective to remediate the students' misconceptions in the force material with the average of the proportion is 0,56 (moderate). The Learning cycle 7E model is expected to be used as an alternative remediation activities to overcome the number of students in understanding especially in physics material.Keyword: Misconception, remediation, learning cycle 7E, force

Abstrak The research problem is whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes in learning Citizenship Education using Make a match model in class V Public Elementary School 07 Sebadut Bengkayang Regency. Research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the use of Make a match model. The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of Classroom Action Research, is collaborative. Data collection techniques used are the technique of direct observation and measurement by means of data collection is the Student Worksheet. Setting research with subject Teachers / Researchers and students of class V amounted to 21 students.The results of the three cycles obtained are: 1) The ability of teachers to plan the learning model Make a Match experienced an average increase of 0.59 with an average value of 3.23. 2) The ability of teachers to implement learning model Make a Match experienced an average increase of 0.46 with an average value of 3.07. 3) Student learning outcomes Make a Match model increased the increment of 5.83 with an average value of 65.18.Conclusion: the use of Make a match model in Civic Education learning can improve student learning outcomes. Suggestion: Teachers are expected to use Make a match model in improving student learning outcomes in the future. Keywords: Learning outcomes, Model Make a match, Citizenship Education.

Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang usaha untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca puisi menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang prosedurnya yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas V SDN 01 Mentebah yang berjumlah 34 orang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran dengan alat pengumpul data lembar observasi dan tes perbuatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester satu sebanyak satu siklus dengan tiga kali pertemuan. Pada pertemuan ke I diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 46,7%, pada pertemuan ke II rata-ratanya 65,58%, sedangkan pada pertemuan ke III rata-rata hasil belajarnya 76,46%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca puisi siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas V SDN 01 Mentebah Kapuas Hulu. Kata Kunci: Metode Demonstrasi, Keterampilan membaca puisi Abstract: This study raised concerns about efforts to improve reading skills using poetry in learning Indonesian demonstration fifth grade elementary school. Method used in this research is descriptive method with classroom action research procedures, including planning, implementation, monitoring and research refleksi. Reseach Object is a Student of SDN 01 Mentebah which totaled 34 people. The technique used in this study is the techniques of direct observation and measurement techniques by means of observation and data collection sheets test actions. The research was conducted in the first half of the cycle by as much as three meetings. At the meeting I gained an average of 47,7% of student learning outcomes, at the second meeting of the average 65,58%, while in the third cycle of the average 76,46% yield learning. This show that the use of demonstration can improve reading skills of students in learning poetry class V Indonesian language SDN 01 sub Mentebah Kapuas Hulu.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the use of social networking sites on the motivation of student learning Economic Education Program FKIP Untan Force 2015. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with the form of correlation research. The sample of research is 36 students of PPAPK Economic Education FKIP Untan Pontianak force 2015. The data collection tool used is questionnaire and literature / document. The result of the research shows that (1) the use of social networking site of the students of Economic Education Program FKIP Untan Angkatan 2015 has a percentage of 76.66% belongs to the high category (2) student learning motivation FKIP Education Program Untan Force 2015 has a percentage of 59.97 % is categorized enough (3) there is influence of usage of social networking site to student motivation Study Program Economic education FKIP Untan Force 2015 with value of t count> t table (3,232> 2,032) and significance value 0,003 <0,005, hence Ho refused and Ha accepted (4) the amount of influence of the use of social networking sites on student learning motivation FKIP Education Education Program Untan Force 2015 by 23.5%.                                                                                                               Keywords: Use of Social Networking Sites, Learning Motivation, Economics Education Students

 This study focused on Code Transfer and Code Mixing in the Bumi Cinta novel by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Code switching is the transfer of language from Indonesian to another language, while mixing code is mixing Indonesian with other languages.The problem of this research is how is the type of code switching, how does the type of code intervene, and how does the code mix form in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shiray. The purpose of this study was to describe the type of code switching, describe the type of code mixing, and describe the mixed code form in the novel Bumi Cinta by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The technique used is documentary study techniques. Data collection tools are humans as keys and note cards.Based on the results of data analysis of code switching and code mixing, this study found 28 types of code switching outside, namely code switching from Indonesian to Russian, from Indonesian to Arabic, and from Indonesian to English. There are 3 types of mixed code in, from Indonesian to Javanese. There are 40 types of mixed code out, from Indonesian to Russian, from Indonesian to Arabic, and from Indonesian to English. Keywords: Code switching, Code mixing, Novel
