Abstract

AbstractThe fact that students’ mathematical critical thinking ability are low. Critical thinking are influenced by some factors, one of them is belief. This research aimed to explorate the mathematical critical thinking ability assessed from the students' belief in solving systems of linear equations in two variable materials. The research method was descriptive in form of case study. Subjects in this research are eight students at SMP Negeri 24 Pontianak. The results of this research indicated that students' mathematical critical thinking ability variation depend on their beliefs. Students who have the highest mathematical critical thinking ability are students with belief in following the learning process and usefulness of mathematics. Students who have the lowest mathematical critical thinking ability are students with belief in the usefulness of mathematics. On the other hand, students with belief in self-ability when study mathematics have mathematical critical thinking ability with medium category. Keywords: Mathematical Critical Thinking Ability, Students Belief, System of Linear Equations

Abstract

Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Penggunaan Media Meter Pada Pelajaran Matematika Untuk Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan menggunakan media meter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskritif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah peneliti dan dua puluh dari Kabupaten Sanggau. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan perbaikan dari siklus I pada peneliti dalam merencanakan pembelajaran mangalami peningkatan dari 71% menjadi 84%. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari 71,4% menjadi 87%. Pada peserta didik, hasil tes yang diperoleh dari rata-rata 59,3 manjadi 73,9. Hendaknya jika menyampaikan materi menganai alat ukur baku, menggunakan media meter supaya hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dapat mencapai ketuntasan minimal. Kata kunci: Media meter, hasil belajar. Abstract: The title the research is The Usage of Media Meter in Math Lesson For Improved Learning Outcomes Of Students In Primary Schools. This study aims to improve the learning proces and to improve mathematiecs learning outcomes of students using media meter. The research method used is descriptive research to form a class action. Research subjects is researcher and twenty-four students of class II SD 09 Tanjung Merpati, Kembayan District, Sanggau. The results obtained after the fist cycle of refinement of the researchers in the learning plan has increased from 71% to 84%. While the implementation of learning from the 71,4% increase to 87,7%. To the students, test results obtained form an average of 59,3 to 73,9. Is is suggested to present the material about standard measure test, using media meter in order to improve the minimal achievement mastery of the student. Keywirds: Media meter, learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak: Meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA  tentang ciri-ciri khusus hewan dengan menggunakan media gambar pada siswa kelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk.Penelitian ini di laksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA melalui media gambar di kelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk Kabupaten Landak.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskritif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas terhadap 15 orang siswa pada kelas VI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA dikelas VI SDN 12 Kelepuk yaitu hasil belajar siswa siklus I sebesar 33,33% dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat di siklus II sebesar 73,33%. Semula siswa yang kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif karena mereka senang terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kualitatif, siswa juga tampak antusias melalukan belajar. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Media Gambar, Pembelajaran IPA. Abstract Improving Students’Learning Outcomes of Natural Sciences Special Features Animal By Using Pictures On Sixth Grade Students of SDN 12 Kelepuk Landak District. This reserch was carried on with a view to improving student learning outcomes in natural science learning by using pictures in class VI SDN 12 Kelepuk Landak District.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach . This type of research is classroom action research consist of 15 students in class VI .The results showed an increase in the activity of student learning outcomes with contextual approach to science learning in class VI SDN 12 Kelepuk that student learning outcomes first cycle of 39.99 % and increased student learning outcomes in the second cycle of 80.00 % . Initially students were less active in the learning becomes more active because they pleased to learn with a qualitative approach , students also seem enthusiastic about learning pass .   Keywords : Learning Outcomes , pictures , natural science learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to know and  describe the ability translation of the translation mathematical representation of students in solving material sets in grade VIII SMPI Husnul Yaqin. The subject in this research was 22 student in grade VIII SMPI Husnul Yaqin. Method used was descriptive in forrm survey.the technique used is measurement technique and direct comunication technique. The measurement such as written test that is the ability translation test of mathematical representation and the direct comuniccation technique such as interview. Based on the result in data analysis, overall the ability translation representation students included in high category. Mostly students do the translation from the verbal to the symbol.Keywords: Translation Ability, Representation, Sets.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen bentuk Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah   siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Pontianak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, dan pengukuran. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes berbentuk essai. hasil analisis data rata-rata pre-test sebesar 54,58 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 8,93 dan  post-test sebesar 73,19  standar deviasi sebesar 9,96. Hasil uji hipotesis (Uji-t) diperoleh  sebesar 18,627 dengan db = 26-1=25 dengan taraf siginfikan () = 5% diperoleh  sebesar 1,798 karena  sebesar 18,627 > sebesar 1,708, dapat di simpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. dari hasil perhitungan Effect Size (ES) adalah sebesar 0,23 termasuk  sedang. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa model picture and picture memberikan pengaruh sedang terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Pontianak Selatan.     Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Model Picture and picture , Hasil Belajar, Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract: This study uses experiment form of Pre-Experimental Design with design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study is the fifth grade students of State Elementary School 14 Pontianak. The sample in this study were students of class V, totaling 26 students. The data collection technique used is the technique of direct observation and measurement. Data collection tool used was the observation sheet and shaped test essays. results of data analysis the average pre-test of 54.58 with a standard deviation of 8.93 and a post-test of 73.19 standard deviation of 9.96. The results of hypothesis test (t-test) obtained t_hitung amounted to 18.627 with db = 26-1 = 25 with level siginfikan (α) = 5% was obtained t_tabel of 1.798 for t_hitung amounted to 18.627> t_tabel of 1,708, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. from the calculation of Effect Size (ES) is 0.23 including being. This shows that the model picture and picture effect was on learning outcomes in learning Indonesian in class V State Elementary School 14 South Pontianak. Abstract

AbstrakThis research aimed to describe the remediation of misconception of light’s concept effectivity of students of SMP PGRI 1 Paloh by mnemonic-based re-learning. The form of the research is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. This research involved 29 students of grade VIII A which were taken by using intact group technique. The tool of data collection used was a multiple-choice test with three alternative choices consist of 9 items. Based on the distribution of students which experienced misconception during pretest and posttest, it was found the average percentage was declining in the amount of 38,31%. McNemar test result in 6 items showed  for db = 1 and  while the binomial test result showed 2 items smaller than , so as a whole there was a significant change of conception toward the concept of light. The average of remediation effectivity using mnemonic-based re-learning for every concepts was 53 (category medium). The result of this research was expected to be an alternative when attempting to remediate the misconception the students were having. Keyword:  Remediation, Misconception, Mnemonic, Light

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor keluarga, lingkungan pergaulan dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar dapat mendorong anak petani desa Mulia Kecamatan Teluk Keramat tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, bentuk penelitiannya adalah studi kasus dengan informan partisipan adalah keluarga petani yang mempunyai anak tamat SLTA/sederajat yang tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah yang mendorong anak tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi, yaitu (1) faktor keluarga ditunjukkan dengan keadaan ekonomi dan jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga, tingkat pendidikan orang tua rendah, kurangnya dorongan dan kesadaran orang tua akan arti pendidikan (2) faktor lingkungan pergaulan ditunjukkan dengan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan teman bergaul anak dan pergaulan bebas, (3) faktor lingkungan masyarakat sekitar ditunjukkan dengan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat sekitar dan kurangnya pengertian akan pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak. Kata Kunci : Faktor penyebab, perguruan tinggi, keluarga petani. Abstract: This research aims to analyze the factors of family, neighbourhood, and society encourages children in Desa Mulia Kecamatan Teluk Keramat do not continue their study to the higher education. A descriptive study is employed in this research. Form of this research is case study involving farmer families whose children pass the senior high school but do not continue to higher education as the participants. The results reports that the factors which encourage them not to continue their study are (1) family factor, indicated by economic stability, number of dependents in family, low of parents educational background, and lack of parents motivation and awaraness on education (2) neighbourhood factor, represented by low of neighbourhood education and free sex, (3) society factor shown by low of education level of the society and lack of awareness on the importance of education. Abstract

Abstract Researchers want to explore thoroughly about the function of ritual dance Besagu Ayu who changed functions in the from of dance show.The method used in this research is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research and using ethnocoreology approach. The Data contained in this research is the fact about the process of the traditional ritual of treatment culture of Besagu Ayu Dance owned by the DayakKantu’ tribe in the village of Bika Hulu, Kapuas Hulu district, West Borneo. Data were analyzed qualitatively, with Thiento Yudhi, Tobias Ranggi and Rayun as the interviewees, who know clearly about Besagu Ayu dance of Dayak Kantu'. The data proceeded through the results of observation, interviews and documentation. Mechanical testing the validity of the data using techniques credibility test, and data were analyzed using interviews and field notes in a systematic search for and compile the data obtained.Based on the data analysis, can be summarized as follows. Besagu Ayu dance in Dayak Kantu’ in the District of Kapuas Hulu in West Borneo is a traditional dance of treatment ritual. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemandiriaan melalui metode pemberian tugas  pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Amaliyah  Kecamatan Sekadau Hilir Kabupaten Sekadau. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian satu guru dan anak  usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persentase aktivitas peningkatan kemandirian anak bersedia mengerjakan tugas tanpa ketergantungan orang tua atau guru sebesar 100%, Anak bertanggung jawab menyelesaikan tugas sebesar  85 %, dan anak membuat keputusan sendiri membereskan alat-alat yang sudah digunakan dalam belajar sebesar 90%. Ketiga indikator menunjukkan kriteria sangat tinggi karena memiliki rata-rata 91,66%.   Kata kunci: peningkatan kemandirian, metode pemberian tugas. Abstract: This study aimed to describe the increase kemandiriaan through the method of administration tasks in children aged 4-5 years in RA Amaliyah District of Sekadau Downstream Sekadau. This research is a form of action research with descriptive method. One research subject teachers and children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 20 people. The results showed that the percentage level of activity increase the child's independence is willing to do the work without the dependence of parents or teachers at 100%, the Son responsible for completing the task by 85%, and the children make their own decisions cleared the tools that have been used in the study by 90% . The third indicator shows the very high criteria because it has an average of 91.66%. Key words: increased independence, the method of administration tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan media audiovisual pada mata pelajaran produktif  pertanian guna perolehan keterampilan sambung pucuk. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan Agribisnis Produksi Tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh media audio visual pada saat proses belajar mengajar tentang sambung pucuk   adalah  siswa merasa senang dan menyukai pelajaran sambung pucuk melalui media audio visual, serta semakin menambah rasa percaya diri dan dapat mempraktekan sambung pucuk di rumah.2) Skenario pembelajaran dibuat dalam 2 kali pertemuan adapun langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 kegiatan yaitu kegiatan awal (apersepsi dan motivasi), inti (menonton VCD, tanya jawab, pembagian kelompok, dan praktek), dan kegiatan akhir (merangkum ulang, kuis). 3)Perolehan keterampilan dalam Pembelajaran Produktif Pertanian dengan memanfaatkan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran sambung pucuk termasuk dalam kategori cukup terampil.Kata Kunci:Media Audiovisual, Perolehan Keterampilan, Sambung PucukABSTRACT: Using Audio Visual Media in Teaching Agriculture Productive Class for Having Grafting Skill. This research is aimed to know Using Audio Visual Media in Teaching Agriculture Productive Class for Having Grafting Skill. The method used in this research was descriptive with qualitative approac. The research results show that: 1) The student enjoy and love the teaching learning process in the grafting skill through visual audio media. they student can improve their concentration because of the interesting picture, they have more self confidence, and they are able to practice grafting at home. 2) Learning scenario which was made for two meetings consists of three sections, and the sections were pre teaching (apperception and motivation), while teaching (watching VCD, discussing, dividing group, and practicing), and post teaching (summarizing and quizzing). 3) Student’s skills in learning agriculture productive by using audio visual media are good enough.
