Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kebijakan pembiayaan al-mudhrabah pada Bank Muamalat Cabang Pontianak sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti berusaha memecahkan masalah berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang ada pada kebijakan pembiayaan al-mudharabah di Bank Muamalat Cabang Pontianak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh antara lain peraturan pembiayaan al-mudharabah, sistem dan prosedur pembiayaan al-mudharabah dan peningkatan pembiayaan al-mudharabah pada Bank Muamalat Cabang Pontianak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dijelaskan, peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan pembiayaan al-mudharabah telah dijalakan dengan sesuai peraturan yang ada dan sistem dan prosedur telah terlaksana dengan baik sehingga pembiayaan al-mudharabah meningkat dari tahun ketahun. Kata Kunci: Analisis, kebijakan pembiayaan, almudharabah Abstract: This research aims to determine whether Al-mudharabah financing policy on Bank Muamalat branch Pontianak already performing well. The research method used is descriptive method qualitative which researchers are trying to solve the problem based on the facts that existed at Al-Mudharabah financing policy in Muamalat Bank branch Pontianak. Result were obtained among others Al-Mudharabah financing regulations, system and procedures of financing Al-Mudharabah, and the increase in financing Al-Mudrabah Muamalat Bank branch Pontianak. Based on the research that has been described, researchers concluded that of financing policy has been implemented in accordance with existing regulation and system and procedures have been performing well so Al-Mudharabah financing increased from year to year. Abstract

Abstract : This thesis entitled Effects of Teacher Performance Against Student Results Class X Social Subjects In Economics In Exp Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district . The problem of this study were ( 1 ) How is the performance of class X social economics teacher in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 2 ) How do the results of class X social learning semester 2013/2014 on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya district ? ( 3 ) How much influence teacher performance to student learning results of class X social on economic subjects in high school Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya District ?. The method used is descriptive method in the form of relations association studies ( Interrelationship Studies) . The sample was Kemala Bhayangkari high school students was 131 students . The results showed that there are significant between the independent variable ( X ) on the dependent variable ( Y ) which is shown in the equation Y = 67.975 + 0.40 , and test a hypothesis test tcount > ttable 16 048 > 1.984 . The magnitude of the effect of the coefficient of determination of test results with SPSS 16 is 36 % while the rest is influenced by other factors .   Keywords : Teacher Performance , Learning Outcomes , Lessons Economics . Abstrak: Skripsi ini berjudul Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Sosial Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Di Sma Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Masalah penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana kinerja guru ekonomi kelas X sosial di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya? (2) Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa kelas X sosial semester ganjil 2013/2014 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya? (3) Berapa besar pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X sosial pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kabupaten Kubu Raya?. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dalam bentuk hubungan studi hubungan (Interrelationship Studies). Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Kemala Bhayangkari sebanyak 131 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) yang mana ditunjukkan dalam persamaan Y= 67,975+0,40, dan uji hipotesis uji nilai thitung > ttabel 16.048 > 1,984.  Adapun besarnya pengaruh dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi dengan SPSS 16 adalah sebesar 36% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.   Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru, Hasil Belajar, Pelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas V Sekolah  Dasar  Negeri 18 matan  hilir  selatan yang terdiri dari 7 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kejelasan tentang penggunaan metode bermain  peran untuk meningkatkan aktivitaspeserta didik dalam pembelajaran Ilmu  Pengetahuan  sosial kelas V Sekolah  Dasar  Negeri 18 matan  hilir  selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial  khususnya pada pokok bahasan perjuangan mempertahankan kemerdekaan di kelas V SD.   Kata Kunci : aktivitas peserta didik, metode bermain peran, pembelajaran ilmu   pengetahuan sosial.     Abstract: This study was conducted in the Elementary School fifth grade 18 honor downstream south consisting of 7 boys and 6 girls. The purpose of this research is to gain clarity about the use of role-play method to improve aktivitaspeserta students in learning social studies class V Elementary School honor downstream 18 south. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. This research is a form of action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that the method can enhance the activity of playing the role of students in the Social Sciences subjects, especially on the subject of the struggle for independence in the fifth grade elementary school.   Keywords: activities of learners, methods play a role, learning the social sciences.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this reseach is to describe the culture value in Keling-Kumang folklore Dayak Kantuk society Empanang sub_district Kapuas Hulu district. The method used in this reseach is descriptive method with qualitative reseach. The approach used is sociological literature approach. The data source of this research is the quotations (words and sentences) result of interviews with informant. The study instrument is the  researcher herself as the main instrument. Data processing techniques using diligence observation, triangulation, checking with collegues, and sifficiences of references. The reseach findings are; 1) culture value refer to connection human with God, are a) thankful for life, b) act of devotion and worship, and c) demand help to God; 2) culture value refer to connection human with human, are a) help each other, b) mutual cooperation, and c) affection; 3) culture value refer to connection human with nature, human be bent in to nature, b) human benefitted nature, dan c) human have loging for empower of nature; and 4) implementation researched in study language and literature in the school. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peranan guru dalam mengatasi anak pemalu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Guru-guru mengetahui definisi, ciri-ciri, siapa saja anak pemalu di kelompoknya, dan apa saja peranan guru dalam mengatasi anak pemalu. (2) Guru-guru mengatasi anak pemalu dengan cara membimbing, membantu anak yang kesulitan melaksanakan kegiatan, membiasakan anak tampil di depan kelas, memberikan nasehat, menjadi tauladan, memotivasi (memberikan reward), melakukan komunikasi dengan orang tua untuk mendapatkan informasi perilaku anak di rumah, berdiskusi dengan teman sejawat untuk mengatasi anak pemalu. (3) Hambatan yang dialami oleh guru dalam mengatasi anak pemalu berasal dari sikap anak yang banyak diam, sulit diajak berkomunikasi, tidak mau bertanya ketika tidak mengerti, tidak mau menjawab pertanyaan dari guru, dan sulit tampil dihadapan teman-teman sehingga guru sulit melihat potensi anak, sulit mentransfer ilmu (khususnya perkembangan bahasa) yang pada akhirnya guru kesulitan dalam menentukan nilai diakhir semester.   Kata kunci : Guru, Peranan Guru, Anak Pemalu Abstract : This research aims to describe the teacher’s role to overcoming the shyness children. The method of this research is descriptive. After researching, it can be concluded that; (1) Teachers know the definition, characteristics, who are the shyness children in this group, and what is the teacher’s role to overcoming the shyness children. (2) Teachers overcome the shyness children by guiding the children to perform themselves in front of the class, helping the children who have a difficulty of doing the activities, get the children to perform in front of the class, giving advices, being a role model, motivating (give a reward), make a conversation with parents to get information about the child’s behavior in their house, discussing with colleagues to overcoming the shyness children. (3) The obstacle of teachers to overcoming the shyness children comes from the children who keep themselves with do not nothing, difficult of communication, do not want to ask when do not understand, do not answer any question from the teachers, and difficult to perform in front of the class so that makes the teachers are difficult to see the potentials of the children, hard to transferring the knowledge (especially in the developments of language) eventually, teachers are hard to determining the value of the end of the semester. Abstract

AbstractStudents’ engagement impacts significantly to students’ achievement. When students are engaged in learning activity, it will be easy for them to understand the materials given by the teacher and they are able to focus on the lesson. Students’ engagemet will have a good effect to students’ self confidence, interest, and motivation. In teaching, the writer found that most of the students were not engaged in learning activity escpecially the students of IX E at MTsN 2 Pontianak that consists of thirty eight students, in  academic year 2017-2018. It could be seen from the students attitude toward the lesson. Most of the students exhibited low interest in learning. It was hard for them to focus on the teacher’s explanation. They also had low motivation and less attention. To overcome this problem, the writer chose one of the cooperative learning model namely Student Teams Achievement Division or STAD. STAD is made up of five major components: class presentation, teams, quizzes, individual improvement scores, and team recognition. This research aimed at enhancing students’ engagement in reading comprehension of procedure text. STAD can be used as an alternative method for teaching reading and it can make students more active in participating or interacting with their friends to answer the questions. In this research, the writer applied a classroom action research in three cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The data have been collected by using the observation checklist, field notes, and questionnaire. After conducting the research, there was a significant improvement on students’ reading comprehension and especially on students’ engagement in teaching learning process. According to the writer, STAD can be used as one of the alternatives to enhance students’ engagement and students’ motivation as well. By learning in a group, the students are able to improve their self confidence, their self esteem and their competences.Keywords: CAR, Cooperative Learning, Reading Comprehension, STAD.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode inquiry terhadap hasil pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Rasau Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VA (kelas Kontrol) yang berjumlah 27 orang dan VB (kelas Eksperimen) yang berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol adalah 73,35 dan rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 87,3. Berdasarkan perhitungan effect size (ES) diperoleh 1,98 tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode inquiry memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Rasau Jaya.   Kata kunci : pengaruh, metode inquiry, hasil pembelajaran Abstract: Abstract: This study aimed to describe the effect of the method of inquiry to the Citizenship Education learning outcomes in class V students of State Elementary School 02 Rasau Jaya. The research method used was a quasi-experimental research design used with are nonequivalent control group design. The sample was class learners VA (Control class), amounting to 27 people and VB (class experiment) which amounts to 25 people. The results of the analysis of data obtained by the average post-test control group was 73.35 and the average post-test experimental class was 87.3. Based on the calculation of effect size (ES) of 1.98 was obtained classified in the high category. This suggests that the method of inquiry has an influence on the learning outcomes of learners Citizenship Education in Public Elementary School fifth grade 02 Rasau Jaya.   Keywords: effect, method of inquiry, learning outcomes

Abstract

This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, this study population was amounted to 110 people, the study sample was 41 students. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, direct communication, indirect communication, and documentary studies. Tools used for data collection was interview guide, questionnaires and documentation. Research results are positive and significant relationship between teacher competence with the learning outcomes, the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.814 means to have a high relationship interpretation; there is a positive and significant relationship between students' motivation to learning outcomes, the correlation coefficient 0.487 means to have a fairly close relationship interpretation; and there is a positive and significant relationship between the professional competence of teachers and students' motivation to learning outcomes, simultaneous correlation coefficient 0.871, meaning that the value of the regression coefficient test simultaneously have a high correlation. Keyword: Professional competenceof teachers Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 110 orang, sampel penelitiannya adalah 41 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung, dan studi dokumenter.Alat untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman interview, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,814 artinya memiliki hubungan interpretasi yang tinggi; terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi 0,487 artinya memiliki hubungan interpretasi yang cukup erat; dan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar, nilai koefisien korelasi simultan 0,871, artinya nilai uji koefisien regresi secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang tinggi. Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information and clarity on improving speaking skills through the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in children aged 5-6 years. Increased conversation skills in children, among others, can be seen from the child's ability to reveal the Indonesian vocabulary and the ability to convey a message. The method used is descriptive method. The shape of this research study is there a class action research. This study was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of three meetings with the State took place in TK Negeri Pembina Kapuas Hulu. Research subject is class B1, amounting 30 children and the average age of 5-6 years. Data collection techniques used are direct observation during the learning activities are being carried out. These results indicate that learning to improve speaking skills through the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in children aged 5-6 years state trustees class B1 TK Negeri Pembina Kapuas Hulu has been successful. It is proved that: 1) Learning Planning using the game of kotak raba and bisik berantai in accordance with the steps that have been determined to improve the ability of children reveal Indonesian vocabulary with category average value of 3.85% in the first cycle and second cycle with category average value of 4.94%; 2) The game of kotak raba and bisik berantai can improve the ability of children reveal Indonesian vocabulary in the first cycle 36.7%, while 76.7% in the second cycle; 3) The game of kotak raba and bisik berantai can improve the child grammar in conveying the message that consists of 4 to 5 with a right in the first cycle of 40%, while 76.7% in the second cycle. Abstract

AbstrakKeberhasilan pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan  bergantung kepada bagaimana proses belajar yang dialami siswa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah  (1) Seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Number Heads Together terhadap Daya Ingat Materi pada pembelajaran akuntansi   (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Number Heads Together dalam meningkatkan Hasil belajar Siswa   (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Number Heads Together dalam meningkatkan Daya Ingat Materi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada pembelajaran Akuntansi Kelas XII . Penelitian ini berlangsung sebanyak 2 (dua) siklus .Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa persentase peningkatan daya ingat materi  dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi mencapai 71,875%,  (kategori Sedang). Hasil penelitian pada siklus II menunjukkan persentase daya ingat materi  dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi mencapai  77,42%  ( kategori Tinggi). Penelitian hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 70,27% dengan rata – rata 80 . Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 89,19% dengan rata – rata 83. Kata kunci: Penerapan, Model Kooperatif, Number Heads Together (NHT)
