Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on teaching writing descriptive text using Word wall as a teaching media. The aim of conducting this research is to investigate whether or not the use of word wall media is effective in writing descriptive text for the tenth grade students of SMA Koperasi Pontianak in the academic year 2014/2015. The researcher conducted a pre-experimental study with measurement as the technique of collecting data and written test as tool of collecting data. The sample of this study was 28 students. The research finding show that the mean score of pre-test is 49; which is categorized as “Poor”. Furthermore, the mean score of post-test was 72.14; which is categorized as “Average to Good”. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the effect size of this research is 2,38 it can be concluded that there is a significant effect in the use of word wall in teaching writing descriptive text in the Senior High School students.   Key words: Word wall, descriptive text, pre-experimental   Abstrak: Penelitian ini focus pada pengajaran menulis teks deskriptif yang menggunakan Word wall sebagai media pembelajaran. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah word wall efektif atau tidak dalam pengajaran menulis teks deskriptif pada siswa kelas sepuluh SMA Koperasi Pontianak pada tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk penelitian pre-experimental menggunakan tehnik pengukuran sebagai tehnik pengolahan data serta tes menulis sebagai cara mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 28 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai rata rata pre-test nya adalah 49; termasuk kategori “rendah”. Kemudian, nilai rata-rata dari post-test adalah 72,14; termasuk kategori “rata-rata ke baik”. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa ukuran efektifitas dari penelitian ini adalah 2,38 ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efek yang yang signifikan dari penggunaan word wall dalam pengajaran menulis teks deskriptif pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas.   Kata kunci: Word wall, teks deskriptif, pre-experimental

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode demonstrasi pada Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Pemahan Ketapang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan  perencanaan pembelajaran benda penghantar panas menggunakan metode eksperimen sebesar 34,25%, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 26,75% dan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas VI SDN 04 Pemahan sebesar 22,22%, serta  peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa  di Kelas VI SDN 04 Pemahan Kabupaten Ketapang, yaitu pada siklus 1 dengan  siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dari 3 siswa menjadi 7 siswa atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 55,55%. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I sebesar 66,29 naik menjadi 79,44.  Oleh karena itu peneliti dapat mengatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan metode ekperimen di kelas VI SDN 04 Pemahan Kabupaten Ketapang sebesar  13,15  %. Kata Kunci : aktivitas belajar, metode eksperimen, IPA   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describes the increase in the activity of student learning through demonstration method in class VI Elementary School 04 pemahan Ketapang. The methods This study uses descriptive method, by means of collecting data in the form of sheets of observations and test results to learn. This form of research is Classroom Action Research ( CAR). Data collection techniques are using direct observation techniques with a data collection tool in the form of observation sheet. Research shows that there is an increase in planning learning objects of heat using an experimental method by 34.25 % , 26.75 % implementation of learning and learning activities in class VI students of SDN 04 Pemahan of 22.22 % , as well as increased activity and student learning outcomes in class VI SDN 04 Pemahan Ketapang District, which is in cycle 1 with students who achieve mastery of grade 3 students learn to 7 students or an increase of 55.55 % . The average value of the first cycle of 66.29 rising to 79.44. Therefore, researchers can say that an increase in student learning outcomes in science subjects using the experimental method in class VI SDN 04 Pemahan Ketapang of 13.15 % . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran yang telah memenuhi kelayakan aspek materi dan aspek media. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan produk dengan langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) Perencanaan, (3) Pengembangan Produk Awal, (4) Validasi produk, (5) Revisi Produk, (6) uji coba produk berkali-kali, (7) Revisi produk (8) Produk akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Rancangan pembelajaran multimedia pembelajaran memuat tugas belajar, perolehan belajar, isi belajar dan skenario pmbelajaran dimana evaluasi menyatu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. (2) Profil storyboard memuat pola dasar multimedia pembelajaran dengan desain pesan model elaborasi dan telah dinilai oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. (3) Perilaku belajar pebelajar menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja pebelajar dengan penilaian tuntas. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, multimedia, kecakapan bersuci, bahan ajar thaharah.   Abstrac: The goal of this research is to develop multimedia learning that consist of material and using appropriate media. The method used in this research is the product research development with the following steps (1) Researching and collecting the information, (2) planning, (3) pre developing product, (4) validating product, (5) revision product, (6) multiple product try out, (7) revision product, (8) final product. The result of this research are: (1) multimedia learning lesson plan including students handout, the student’s result of the test the materials and the learning scenario where evaluation collaborate with the learning activity, (2) storyboard profile forming basic pattern in multimedia by media and material experts, (3) students learning behaviour show that multimedia learning development has increase its learner’s ability who passed out the scoring. Abstract

Pengaruh Penggunaan CD Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Trigonometri Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan CD pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar trigonometri siswa di SMA N 1 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksprimen semu. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dari rata-rata hasil tes akhir kelompok eksprimen adalah 76,85, dan rata-rata hasil tes akhir kelompok kontrol adalah 68,67, dari hasil analisis varians dua jalan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung sebesar 6,72, sedangkan Ftabel(a = 0,05 ) sebesar 4,03 berarti Fhitung> Ftabel, dengan demikian Ha diterima. Dan dari perhitungan uji tukey, menunjukkan Qhitungsebesar 3,62 sedangkan Qtabel(0,05;2;28) = 2,91 berarti Qhitung> Qtabel dengan demikian Ha diterima, dapat disimpulkan rata-rata hasil belajar trigonometri siswa menggunakan CD lebih baikdari tanpa menggunakan CD Kata Kunci: Penggunaan CD Pembelajaran, Minat dan Hasil Belajar Abstract: The Effect of Using CD Lessons Of Trigonometry Student Learning Outcomes in Senior Hight School 1 Sungai Raya. The study aims to determine the effect of CD learning against the use of trigonometry student learning outcomes at SMANegeri 1 Sungai Raya. Using research method is a method of artificial experiment. Based on statistical calculations of the average post-test results of the experiment is 76.85, and the average post-test results of the control group was 68.67, from the results of two-way analysis of variance showed that F count of 6.72, while the F table(a = 0.05) of 4.03 means F count> F table, thus Ha received. And of tukey test calculations, showed Q count equal to 3.62 while the Q table (0.05, 2; 28) = 2.91 means the Qcount> Q table thus Ha received, it can be concluded the average trigonometry student learning outcomes using CD better without using CD. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who have faith and are devoted to God Almighty, have good character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. However, observations show that there are students in SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak who smoke in the school canteen and when they come home from school. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is survey research. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results and discussion of the study, the internal factors causing students to smoke are; (1) want to be accepted by the group, (2) want to show self-identity, (3) want to know the taste of cigarettes, and external factors causing students to smoke namely; (1) smoking family environment (2) school friends who smoke, and (3) the majority of smokers. So, the conclusions of the factors causing smoking students are; (1) want to be accepted by the group, (2) want to show self-identity, (3) want to know the taste of cigarettes, (4) smoking family environment, (5) classmates who smoke, and (6) the majority of smokers.Keywords: Students, Causes, Smoking

Abstract

Abstract A common problem in this research is whether the usage of the CTL model improve the narrative essay writing skills of student of class V state primary School South East Pontianak 09? The general objective in this study was to improve the skills of writing a narrative essay using the model of CTL in class V. This research uss descriptive mthod with the class action research and collaboration. The place of research taking place is in elementary school the country south. East Pontianak with subject 09 research i.e.class V of 32 people. Data collection techniques used i.e.observation with the pencematan document, namly sheets of observation and pencermatan document. The data collected was analyzed with a calculation of average and percentage. This research was conducted as much as II cycles with 2 times on each cycle. The research result obtained is the ability of teacher in designing learning cycle I by average score 3.28, cycle II increased to the average score 3.89. The result of the research capabilities of teachers implement pembelajaran on cycle I with an average score of 3,47 cycle II with an average score 3,91. The result of student learning on learning to write a narrative essay on cycle I mean namely 65,51 and cycle II average 73,79. The conclusions of the analysis of the data obtained, this shows that the penggunaan model can improve the skills of the CTL student in writing a narrative essay. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran yang belum melibatkan siswa sehingga aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model Quantum Teaching berbantuan animasi pada materi asam basa. Sebanyak 37 siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam penelitian ini. Bentuk penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan dilakukan dua siklus. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari lembar observasi tertutup, lembar observais terbuka dan soal posttest. Berdasarkan analisis data lembar observasi dan soal posttest disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas XI IPA 4. Peningkatan aktivitas memperhatikan, lisan dan menulis pada siklus I dan II berturut-turut yaitu 70,3% dan 86,5%, 21,6% dan 24,2%, 54,1% dan 62%. Persentase hasil belajar pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu 62,2% dan 67,6%. Kata kunci: quantum teaching, animasi Abstract : This research background is motivated by the learning of students who have not been involved, so that the activity and student learning outcomes is low. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and students learning outcomes using the model of Quantum Teaching aided animation on acid-base material. A total of 37 students actively participated in this study. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and performed two cycles. Data collection tool used was consisted of a closed observation sheets, open observation sheets and post-test questions. Based on the analysis of the data observation sheets and post-test questions concluded that there are increased activity and learning outcomes of students grade XI IPA 4. Increased activity of attention, verbal and written in cycle I and II respectively are 70.3% and 86.5%, 21.6% and 24.2%, 54.1% and 62%. Percentage of learning outcomes in the first cycle and the second cycle is 62.2% and 67.6%. Keywords: quantum teaching, animation

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketuntasan hasil belajar dan respon siswa di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tujuh Belas Kab.Bengkayang dalam pelajaran materi kubus dan balok dengan menggunakan media animasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitianya adalah studi kasus. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIA dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 33 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan data bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada tes menggunakan media animasi adalah 78,42. Dari data yang diperoleh maka menunjukan bahwa media animasi bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan hasil analisis data angket siswa pada media animasi adalah positif ini menunjukan bahwa media animasi direspon dengan baik oleh siswa. Kata kunci : Media Animasi, Respon Siswa, Hasil Belajar Abstract: The aim of this research was to know the achievement and response of the students at the eighth grade of SMPN Tujuh Belas Bengkayang to the use of animated media in teaching cube and cuboid. The researcher used descriptive study where the form used was case study. This research involved 33 students from class VIIIA. The finding of this research showed that the mean score of the students after teaching by using animated media was 78,42. It proved that this media improved the students achievement. It can be concluded that animated media can be used and accepted better by the students. Based on the questioner given, the students responded this media well. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membedakan ukuran melalui metode demonstrasi pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Dharma Santi Kabupaten Melawi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru antara lain:  a) Membuat Rencana Kegiatan Harian, b) Memilih bahan main. c) Metode Pembelajaran d) Membuat penilaian hasil belajar. 2) Metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membedakan ukuran besar dan kecil dalam pelaksanaannya guru berdasarkan perencanaan yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan tema kebutuhanku dan tema binatang. 3) Metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelompokkan ukuran besar dan kecil pada anak usia 4-5 tahun karena guru dalam pelaksanaannya guru menjelaskan cara mengelompokkan benda sesuai dengan kelompoknya. Kata Kunci :  Ukuran, Metode Demonstrasi   Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to distinguish the size through demonstration method in children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Dharma Santi Melawi using descriptive methods. Based on the findings that: 1) Planning learning that teachers do the following: a) Make a Daily Activity Plan, b) Selecting play materials. c) Learning Method d) Making learning outcomes assessment. 2) demonstration method can improve the ability to distinguish small and large sizes based planning in implementation of teachers that have been made in accordance with the theme of my needs and animal themes. 3) demonstration method to improve the ability to classify large and small size in children aged 4-5 years as a teacher in the implementation of teachers explaining how to classify objects according to the group. Abstract

AbstractThis thesis entitled “The Roles of Teacher in Discipline Implementation on the Eleventh Grade Students of SMAN 4 Sungai Raya”. The main problem in this research is what is the teacher’s roles in discipline implementation the eleventh grade student. This reasearch applied a descriptive qualitative method. The research technique used was observation, interview, and documentation. The research result show that the role of teacher in the application of discipline. First, the discipline of time that the teacher has given an example to the students by coming to the school and getting to the classroom on time when the lesson. Second, discipline to enforce the rules is the teachers has enforced the existed rulesin the school by giving a sanction to the students who breaks the school rules. Third, attitude discipline is the attitude taken by the teacher is well seen from the treatment of teachers to the students when the students make a mistake. The penalties covered cleaning toliets and floor, parking, carrying water, put the rubish into the bin, and watering the plants. This discipline implementation were given to the students in both indoor and outdor learning process. Keywords: Teacher’s Role, Discipline Implementation, Student
