Abstract

AbstractThe low frequency of fruit consumption of the people of Pontianak City should be anticipated through learning activities, for example through learning media by displaying the results of research on fruit consumption behavior in particular population. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of poster containing the result of study on the consumption behavior of the fruit in Pontianak City as a learning medium on Sub Material of Healthy Menu in second grade of high school. This was a descriptive study using questionnaire as non-test data collection technique. Medium validity was assessed by 2 lecturers in the Study Program of Biology Education and 3 high school biology teachers in Pontianak City. The validity test results were analyzed using the Lawshe’s Content Validity Ratio (CVR). The data analysis showed that the poster containing the Sub Material of Healthy Menu and the study of fruit consumption behavior of the people in Pontianak City was feasible to be used as a learning medium in Sub Material of Healthy Menu in second grade of high school based on the Lawshe’s CVR minimum value of 0.99 for 5 validators.  Keywords: Feasibility, Healthy Menu, Poster

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pikiran dan perilaku tokoh dari roman Anak Semua Bangsa karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pikiran tokoh utama memiliki watak menghargai, pencemburu, pemarah, pencuriga, mudah tersinggung, mudah berpuas diri, teguh pendirian, setia, dan mudah tersentuh. (2) Pikiran tokoh tambahan memiliki watak perasa, bijaksana, kritis, teguh pendirian, pemarah, penurut, manja, periang, mudah panik, teguh pendirian, sopan, penyayang, menghargai, dan rendah hati. (3) Perilaku tokoh utama memiliki watak perasa, menghargai, dan pemarah. (4) Perilaku tokoh tambahan memiliki watak perasa, bijaksana, kritis, teguh pendirian, pemarah, penurut, manja, periang, mudah panik, sopan, penyayang, menghargai, dan rendah hati. Kata Kunci : Psikologi, Tokoh, Anak Semua Bangsa Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to describe the thought and attitude of characters in Anak Semua Bangsa by Toer. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive method. The result of this research shows that (1) the main character’s thought is appreciative, jealous, hot-tempered, skeptical, easily offended, easily content, resolute, faithful, and melancholic, (2) the additional character’s thought is sensitive, wise, critical, resolute, hot-tempered, obedient, spoiled, joyful, easily panic, polite, loving, appreciative, and humble, (3) the main character’s characteristic is sensitive, appreciative, and hot-tempered, and (4) the additional character’s characteristic is the additional character’s thought is sensitive, wise, critical, resolute, hot-tempered, obedient, spoiled, joyful, easily panic, polite, loving, appreciative, and humble. Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap kesenian tradisi, satu di antaranya yaitu Tari Jepin Langkah Simpang yang berkembang di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bentuk penyajian dan struktur gerak tari tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan bentuk kualitatif, melalui pendekatan etnokoreologi. Data penelitian adalah hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari para seniman sebagai narasumber. Bentuk penyajian musik iringannya berupa musik Melayu, permainan alat musik beruas harus serasi dengan gerak kaki penari, penari harus memiliki konsentrasi tinggi. Syairnya berisi nasihat, pantun, dan puji-pujian untuk orang yang membuat gawai. Tema tari rakyat ini bersifat non literer. Wanita dan pria menggunakan pakaian adat khas Melayu. Analisis struktur gerak tari dilakukan dengan memisah-misahkan keseluruhan tari dalam komponen-komponennya, serta mencari tata hubungan antar komponen yang satu dengan yang lainnya agar menjadi bentuk tari yang utuh. Terdapat tiga gugus gerak utama yang dihubungkan dengan gerak tahto. Kata kunci : struktur gerak tari, Jepin Langkah Simpang, Pontianak. Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of public interest in the arts tradition, one of them is Jepin Langkah Simpang growing in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this study was to examine the form of presentation and the structure of dance. The method used is descriptive analysis with qualitative form, through etnokoreologi approach. The research data is the result of observation, interviews, and documentation from artists as a informant. Form of presentation of musical accompaniment in the form of Malay music, which play a musical instrument should be in harmony with the segmented footwork dancers, dancers must have a high concentration. Poem contains advice, rhymes, and praise for the people who make the device. This folk dance theme is non literary. Women and men use the  traditional Malay outfit. Analysis of the structure of dance performed by separating the whole dance in its components, and to find the relationship between the system components with one another in order to form a complete dance. Abstract

Abstrak. Penerapan Metode Kerja Kelompok dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Pada Materi Membaca Pemahaman untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Simpang Dua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi membaca pemahaman dengan menerapkan metode kerja kelompok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas selama dua siklus yang bersifat kolaboratif dengan teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengamatan siklus I yaitu mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata 3,38 dikategorikan cukup dan pada siklus II menjadi 4 dikategorikan baik. Proses pembelajaran dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu siswa aktif memperhatikan penjelasan dari guru pada siklus I 70,58% menjadi 94,11%. Siswa aktif kerja sama dalam kelompok siklus I 52,94%, menjadi 88,23%. Siswa aktif menjawab pertanyaan siklus I 29,41%, menjadi 64,70%. Siswa yang bersungguh-sungguh mengerjakan tugas kelompok siklus I 64,70%, meningkat menjadi 88,23%. Berarti siswa yang aktif memberikan ide-ide dalam kelompok siklus I 47,05% dan meningkat menjadi 88,23%. Kata Kunci : metode kerja kelompok, membaca pemahaman, hasil belajar Abstract. Application of Group Work Methods in Learning Indonesian to Content Reading Comprehension to Enhance Student Learning Outcomes Elementary School Fourth Grade Simpang Dua. The purpose of this study to improve student learning outcomes in reading comprehension materials by applying the method of group work. This research is a qualitative research study form a class action over the two cycles is collaborative with colleagues. The results showed that the first cycle is observed to increase by an average of 3.38 considered fairly and on the second cycle into 4 categorized either. The process of learning from cycle I to cycle II is an active student teachers' attention in the first cycle 70.58% to 94.11%. Active students work together in groups first cycle 52.94% to 88.23%. Students actively answering questions first cycle 29.41% to 64.70%. Students who are serious about the task cycle I 64.70%, increasing to 88.23%. Means that students who actively provide ideas in the first cycle increased to 47.05% and 88.23%. Keywords: method of group work, reading comprehension, learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is "How Influence of Rubber Farmer Income on Formal Education Cost in Rantau Panjang Village, Simpang Hilir Sub District, Kayong Utara Regency". With research variable X (free) income and variable Y (bound) cost of formal education. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with correlation or relationship studies. With the number of research samples that amounted to 40 heads of rubber farming families. With data collection techniques used the technique of indirect communication and documentary with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and notes from the office of Village Rantau Panjang Simpang Hilir District Kayong Utara. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of the results of the questionnaire, the income of rubber farmers (X variable) in Rantau Panjang Village, Simpang Hilir Sub District, Kayong Utara Regency is included in very low category (33%), with four indicators: daily income, monthly income, occupation, and rubber price. Income per day received by rubber farmers in low category (30%), monthly income received by rubber farmers in low category (45%), employment as rubber farmers, including low category (27.5%) and rubber price included in low category (30 %) To find out whether there is an influence between rubber farmer's income on formal education cost in Rantau Panjang Village, Simpang Hilir Sub-district, Kayong Utara Regency is used simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20 computer. Keywords: Rubber Farmer's Revenue, Formal Education Cost

Abstract

AbstractThis research purpose is to investigate the effect size of teaching speaking narrative monologue by using shrinking story strategy at the eighth grade students in SMP Negeri 06 Pontianak. The method that is used in this research is pre-experimental method that applies pre-test and post-test to measure the effect size (ES) of the treatment. The instrument of this research are pre-test and post-test. Both pre-test and pre-test measure students’ speaking narrative monologue performance. The pre-test was applied before the treatment was given. Meanwhile the post-test was applied after the treatment given. The different score of pre-test and post-test are respectively 2.10 and 2.87. The result shows that the effect size of teaching speaking narrative monologue by using shrinking story strategy is high because the Effect Size (ES) is > 0.5. The shrinking story strategy is higly effective to teach speaking narrative monologue to the eighth grade students in SMP Negeri 06 Pontianak. This research result can be applied to teach speaking narrative monologue concerns to standard competence 4. Basic competence of KTSP point 4.2. Expressing meaning in simple monologue speaking with spoken language accurately in daily context in form of recount, narrative and procedure. Keyword: Pre-Experimental, Speaking, Teaching, Shrinking Story

Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan Motivasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Isyarat dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar dan Benda Asli pada siswa Tunarungu kelas I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi siswa dengan menggunakan media gambar dan benda asli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitiannya adalah studi pengembangan sifat penelitiannya kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 siklus. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa baseline motivasi instrinsik 30%, motivasi ekstrinsik 20%. Siklus I motivasi instrinsik 70%, motivasi Ekstrinsik 50%. Siklus II motivasi instrinsik 80%, motivasi Ekstrinsik 90%. Siklus III motivasi instrinsik 100%, motivasi Ekstrinsik 100%. Dari data yang diperoleh terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan, maka kategori peningkatan tersebut adalah termasuk kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media gambar dan benda asli pada pembelajaran Bahasa Isyarat pada siswa tunarungu kelas I. Kata Kunci : Media Gambar, Benda Asli Abstract: Increasing Motivation Learning Sign Language Using Media Images and Objects Original Deaf students grade I. This study aims to determine the increase in student motivation by using the original images and objects. The research method used is descriptive method with a form of research is a qualitative research study of the development of the nature and type of research is a classroom action research. The research was conducted for 3 cycles. The result shows that 30% of baseline intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation 20%. I cycle 70% of intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation 50%. Cycle II 80% intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation 90%. Cycle III 100% intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation 100%. From the data obtained a significant increase, the increase is a category of high category. Based on the data that has been obtained, indicating that there is an increase in student motivation by using the original image and the object of learning sign language in deaf students' grade I. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya nilai siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 25 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual menjadi pilihan karena pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual (CTL) memiliki beberapa keunggulan, yaitu (a) CTL menekankan proses keterlibatan siswa untuk menemukan, artinya proses belajar diorientasikan pengalaman langsung, (b) mendorong agar siswa dapat menemukan hubungan materi yang dipelajari dengan kehidupan nyata. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta perolehan belajar menggunakan media gambar pada model pembelajaran kontekstual yang dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep IPA siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar  Negeri 25 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya?  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif,. Sumber data adalah siswa, guru, dan dokumen. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar, hasil observasi, hasil wawancara, dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP).Teknik pengumpulan data teknik observasi, komunikasi langsung,. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan format penilaian hasil belajar. Contextual learning approach of choice for contextual learning approach (CTL) has several advantages, namely (a) CTL emphasizes student engagement process to find, meaning oriented learning experience directly, (b) encourage the students can find materials studied relationship with real life . The problem in this research is how the design of the implementation of learning, as well as the acquisition of learning to use media images on contextual learning model that can improve mastery of science concepts fourth grade students of State Elementary School 25 River Kingdom Kubu Raya district? This study used a descriptive method,. The data source is a student, teacher, and documents. The research data in the form of learning outcomes, the results of observation, interviews, and Lesson Plan (RPP) is a data collection technique .Teknik observation, direct communication, measurement, and documentaries. Abstract

AbstractRelationships with importance are always related to communication and relationship terms. Basically, humans need interaction in interactions, interactions in families, communities, and schools. A person's development and motivation is also a process that gives encouragement and encouragement.So this study aims to get information and describe about Social Influence in Schools Against Learning Motivation of Class X Learners of Independent SMK Pontianak. While the specific purpose is to know (1) Motivation to learn students of class X Mandiri SMK. (2) What is the social interaction of students in the X class of Mandiri Vocational School. (3) Knowing the social interactions of students in the school towards the learning motivation of students in class X Mandiri SMK. The method used is descriptive method and form of survey research. The population in this study were 149 and a sample of 21 students of the Pontianak Independent Vocational School. This research uses quantitative. The technique of collecting data with questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula.Based on the results of this study, the dominant social interaction reached 93% with the category "Good" while the dominant learning motivation extrinsic motivation reached 91% with the category "Good". Based on the research using the Pearson hierarchy discussion method, the coefficient ratio figures obtained rs = 0.967. This indicates a change. Abstract

Abstrak: Membaca merupakan modal awal untuk memahami suatu bacaan. Dalam memahami sebuah karya sastra, membaca merupakan hal terpenting untuk mengetahui makna serta unsur intrinsik yang terkandung dalam karya sastra tersebut. Atas dasar tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk melihat hubungan antara minat membaca karya sastra dengan kemampuan memahami unsur intrinsik cerpen. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari perhitunganminat membaca karya sastra siswa kelas XI SMA Mujahidin Pontianak mencapai 60,31% dengan kategori “Cukup”. Kemampuan memahami unsur intrinsik cerpen mencapai 66,11% dengan kategori “Cukup”, koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,518dengan korelasi “Cukup”. Perhitungan uji-t yaitu 3,780 > 2,021, Maka hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.   Kata Kunci: korelasi, minat memaca, unsur intrinsik cerpen Abstract: Reading is a first modal to comprehend reading. On the basis of, researcher conduct research to see relation betweenenthusiasm read belleslettres ably comprehend intrinsic element of short story. Method in this research is descriptive method and quantitative research form. Result of from calculation of enthusiasm read class student belleslettres of XI tired SMA Mujahidin Pontianak 60,31% with category "Enough". Ability comprehend intrinsic element of tired short story 66,11% with category "Enough", obtained correlation coefficient equal to 0,518 with correlation "Enough".
