Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan hasil belajar akuntansi dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu, dan subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AK1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI AK3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Teknik Pengukuran, Observasi Langsung dan Studi Dokumenter. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah: 1. Butir tes, 2. Lembar observasi, dan 3. Lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil belajar mata diklat siklus akuntansi 2 yang diajar dengan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, di mana nilai kelas eksperimen (80,41) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan nilai kelas kontrol (71,16) di kelas XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak Kata Kunci: STAD, Konvensional, Hasil Belajar Siswa Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe the learning outcomes of accounting by using the STAD type cooperative model in class XI AK Vocational High School 1 Pontianak which is better than conventional learning model. This study used a quasi-experimental methods, and the subjects were students of  XI AK1 as an experimental class and XI AK3 as a control class. Data collection techniques used are: Measurement Techniques, Direct Observation and Documentary Studies. While the data collection tools are: 1. Grain test, 2. Sheet observation, and 3. Sheet notes. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant difference between the results of studying the accounting cycle training eye 2 taught by the STAD type cooperative learning model and the conventional model, where the value of the experimental class (80,41) is better than the control class value (71,16) in  XI AK class of Vocational High School 1 Pontianak Keywords: STAD, Conventional, Student Results

Abstract

Abstrak: The problem of this study is that the increase in activity Activities Learning Through Thematic Approach II Class B Elementary School 28 North Pontianak found low activity of learning mathematics through a thematic approach to the class II B Elementary School 28 North Pontianak. The first instrument of this study is the researchers themselves who act as data collectors using the instrument in the form of supporting the observation sheet. Data analysis was performed by following the flow of data analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the implementation of a class action in the learning of mathematics by using thematic in each cycle always increase that in the first cycle an average of 56.03% and the indicator on the second cycle indicator average 77.14%. The conclusion that the application of thematic learning approach can improve the learning activities of students in mathematics as well as an increase in the ability of teachers to prepare and plan the implementation of learning mathematics in applying learning in accordance with the plan. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bahwa kegiatan Peningkatan Aktivitas Pembelajaran Melalui Pendekatan Tematik Kelas II B Sekolah Dasar Negeri 28 Pontianak Utara didapati rendahnya aktivitas pembelajaran Matematika melalui pendekatan tematik kelas II B Sekolah Dasar Negeri 28 Pontianak Utara. Instrumen pertama penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang bertindak sebagai pengumpul data dengan menggunakan instrumen penunjang berupa lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengikuti alur analisis data yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pelaksanaan tindakan kelas dalam pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode tematik pada setiap siklusnya selalu mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata indikator 56,03% dan pada siklus II rata-rata indikator 77,14%. Kesimpulan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan tematik dapat meningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran matematika serta adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru menyusun dan membuat rencana pelaksanan pembelajaran matematika dalam menerapkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan rencana. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of remediation reduction problem solving error on the material in the straight motion of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak by used learning basic repetition of mathematics assisted booklet. The form of research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. This study involved 32 students of class VIII taken with intact group technique. Instrument of research in the form of 2 test description that is test of basic ability of mathematics and test of problem solving problem of student in matter of straight motion. The result of basic mathematics skill analysis during pretest shows the basic ability of mathematics that most controlled by the students is the addition and subtraction operation of integer (65,62%), while the basic ability of mathematics which is difficult to be mastered is change the mathematics equation (10,94%). However, when the posttest obtained the highest improvement of basic mathematical ability on the indicator change the mathematical equation by 32.81%. The decrease of problem solving problem of students on the straight motion material based on the calculation obtained by decrease of 57,63% for each learner, and decrease of error of each indicator equal to 57,32%, with decrease of the lowest error that is at counting operation error (45,06%) . From the calculation of the price of the proportion of the decline in the number of student error obtained 57.73% results and based on the criteria of interpretation effectiveness score by Riduan, the level of effectiveness of basic math skills in reducing the number of errors in the completion of the problem of straight motion including enough category. The results of the study are expected to be an alternative in efforts to remedy the problem solving problems experienced by learners.Keywords : Remediation, basic ability of mathematics, reduction of physics problem solving, straight motion.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study describes the problem-solving behavior based on students’ level of mathematics self-efficacy in accomplishing problem-solving test equation. This study is using descriptive qualitative. The subject of this study is 28 students of IX G class in SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak who had obtained learning material to build flat side space. The result showed that in problem-solving test questions the behavior of subjects with high self-efficacy has a tendency to read repeatedly, record information, determine the strategy, according to the context of the problem, explain all the steps and give an answer reason. However, subject with low self-efficacy have a tendency to record information, according to the context of the problem, include results without read the questions repeatedly and do not specify strategies causing students difficult in explaining all steps and giving reasons for the answer.Keywords: Problem-Solving, Problem-Solving Behavior, Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Abstrak : Matematika merupakan pelajaran yang sangat sulit dan menakutkan, karena pada proses pembelajaran guru hanya menuliskan rumus dan memberikan satu contoh yang berkaitan dengan rumus yang telah diberikan sebelumnya. Jika murid sudah paham, guru memberikan latihan soal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, aktivitas mental, dan aktivitas emosional Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas dan bersifat kolaborasi dengan teman sejawat. Setting dan subjek penelitian dilakukan di dalam kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru dan murid yang berjumlah 30 murid dengan komposisi 22 murid laki-laki dan 8 murid perempuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi langsung dan alat pengumpulan. Data yang diperoleh dari setiap siklus adalah: 1.  peningkatan aktivitas fisik murid dari pengamatan awal ke siklus III adalah 47,78%.2. Peningkatan aktivitas mental murid dari pengamatan awal ke siklus III adalah 48,66%. 3. Peningkatan aktivitas emosional murid dari pengamatan awal ke siklus III adalah 51,14%.   Kata kunci : Peningkatan Aktivitas, Pembelajaran Matematika, Metode Inkuiri Abstract : Mathematics is a subject that is very difficult and frightening, because the learning process and the teacher just write the formula gives an example relating to the formula given earlier. If students already know, the teacher gives exercises. The purpose of this research is to increase physical activity, mental activity and emotional activity. Researchers used the descriptive method and form of action research is a collaboration with colleagues. Setting and subjects of research conducted in the classroom with research subjects are teachers and students who were 30 students with the composition of 22 boys and 8 girls. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, direct observation and collection tools. Data obtained from each cycle are: 1. Disciple physical activity increased from the initial observation up to the third cycle was 47.78%..2. Pupils who have increased mental activity from initial observations up to the third cycle was 48.66%. 3. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan translasi matematis siswa dalam materi program linear di kelas XI SMA N 7 Pontianak ditinjau dari measuring process, fitting process, modeling process dan sketching process. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah tes diagnostik dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 orang siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data, kesulitan yang dialami siswa pada measuring process, modelling process, dan sketching process berupa kesulitan memahami konsep dan kesulitan mengaitkan fakta dengan jenis kesalahan berupa kesalahan konsep dan kesalahan prinsip. Sedangkan, pada fitting process berupa kesulitan memahami konsep, kesulitan mengaitkan fakta, dan kesulitan melakukan perhitungan aljabar dengan jenis kesalahan berupa kesalahan konsep, kesalahan prinsip dan kesalahan manipulasi . Kata kunci: Translasi Matematis, Kesulitan Translasi Matematis, Jenis Kesalahan Translasi Abstract: This case study research aims to find out the difficulty of mathematical translation of the students in linear program material of grade student’s XI SMA N 7 Pontianak viewed from the measuring process, fitting process, modeling process and sketching process. The research method used is descriptive method. Data collection tools used are diagnostic tests and interviews. The subjects were 8 students. Based on data analysis, the difficulties experienced by students in the process of translation are measuring process, modelling process, dan sketching process in the form of difficulty understanding the concept and difficulty linking existing facts with errors of concept and principle errors. In the fitting process of difficulty understanding the concept, difficulty linking existing facts, and difficulty doing algebraic calculations with errors of concept, principle errors and manipulation errors. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed at determining the utilization of multimedia in learning English for the learners. The use of multimedia should be able to fulfill the needs of the learners and can make the learners easy to understand the material being studied. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this research were (1) narrative text learning design using multimedia in SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak done by the teacher through preparing some of required aspects such as curriculum analysis, learning need analysis, method, appropriate evaluation and strategy for the learners, as well as the using of media, (2) the implementation of English learning using multimedia could be done well. It could be seen from the active learners in learning activities, (3) The learners’ attitude in achieving the acquisition of learning narrative text by utilizing multimedia based on observations was that learners became more interested and felt happy in learning activities, learners became more active and enthusiastic, and also the learners more excited doing the evaluation test by using multimedia. It can be concluded that the utilization of multimedia in learning English for the acquisition of learning narrative text class VIII students SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak ran well because it can make the learners interested as well as increased the learners' motivation so the learners became enthusiastic in the learning process.Keywords: The utilization of multimedia, learning english, acquisition of learning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk miskonsepsi siswa Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama(SMP) Haebat Islam Kubu Raya pada materi Operasi Bentuk Aljabardan penyebab miskonsepsi yang berasal dari diri siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif berbantuan tabel. Ada 19 orang siswa yang menjadi subjeknya. Subjek ditentukan berdasarkan jawaban test multiple choice dengan reasoning terbuka dan In-depth Interview. Berdasarkan analisisdataditemukan miskonsepsi paling banyak terjadi pada konsep operasi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bentuk aljabar.Secara keseluruhan miskonsepsi dari siswa dominan berbentuk miskonsepsi notasi dan miskonsepsi pengeneralisasian dan disebabkan oleh pemikiran asosiatif siswa, reasoning yang tidak lengkap / salah, dan kurangnya minat belajar matematika siswa.   Kata kunci: Miskonsepsi, Kesalahan Aljabar, Operasi Bentuk Aljabar Abstrak: This research is case study aims to know misconceptions form 7th grade student of Haebat Islam Kubu Raya Junior High School in OperationsonAlgebraic Expressionsandits cause. The research methodthat usedin this research isdescriptive help by table. 19 studentsis the subjek. The subjects decidedbased on their answer on the Open reasoning multiple choice and In-depth Interview. Based on data analysis, it was found that the most frequent misconception occured in addition and substraction concept in algebra. Abstract

Abstract: The research investigatedthe translation methods used by Sendra B. Tanuwidjaja to translate the metaphors in the Vanished Man Novel by Jeffrey Deaver translated as Si Perapal. This was an analysis descriptive research. There were three chapters out of 52 chapters that were analyzed.There were 30 metaphorical sentences taken from those three chapters. The data were collected by analysis of document. Based on the research findings, from 30 metaphors, 16 metaphors (52.90%) were translated literally, five metaphors (16.50%) were translated with addition, and nine metaphors (29.70%) were translated freely.To conclude, Sendra B. Tanuwidjaja as the translator followed the common pattern of translation where as he tried to emphasize the use of literal translation and made translation equivalence. Key words: Metaphor, Translation of Metaphor, Translation Equivalence Abstrak: Penelitian ini menginvestigasi metode terjemahan yang digunakan oleh Sendra B. Tanuwidjaja untuk menerjemahkan metaphor dalam novel Vanished Man yang dikarang oleh Jeffrey Deaver diterjemahkan sebagai Si Perapal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Terdapat tiga dari 52 bab yang dianalisis. Terdapat 30 kalimat metaphor yang diambil dari ketiga bab tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui analasis dokumen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dari 30 kalimat metaphor, 16 metapor (52,9%) diterjemahkan dengan literal translation, lima metapor (16,5%) diterjemahkan dengan translation with addition, dan Sembilan metaphor (29,7%) diterjemahkan dengan free translation.   Kata Kunci: Metaphor, Terjemahan Metapor, Kesetaraan Terjemahan

Abstract

Abstract: The use of PWIM emphasized more on how students recognized the words by looking at the pictures teacher provided. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of using Picture Word Inductive Model on teaching descriptive text writing on the tenth- grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya. This research used quasi-experimental research pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. The samples of this research were 20 students for experimental group and 20 students for control group. The use of Picture Word Inductive Model had an effect on teaching descriptive text writing. The effect size for the treatment was considered as strong, under the t-test the difference of the interval was significant. It is suggested that teacher uses PWIM as the alternative technique in teaching descriptive text.   Keywords: Writing, Picture Word Inductive Model, quasi-experimental research Abstrak: Penggunaan teknik PWIM lebih menekankan bagaimana murid mangenali kata dengan melihat gambar yang telah guru sediakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari Picture Word Inductive Model terhadap pengajaran penulisan deskriptif teks di kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa untuk kelas experiment dan 20 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Penggunaan PWIM berdampak pada pengajaran descriptive teks writing, efek dari perlakuan dianggap mempunyai efek yang kuat dan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari t-test. PWIM disarankan untuk digunakan oleh guru bahasa inggris untuk mendapatkan skor lebih baik dan sebagai teknik alternative untuk mangajar writing.   Kata Kunci : Menulis, Picture Word Inductive Model, penelitian quasi-     experimental
