Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe the correlation between independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes in the fifth grade thematic learning of SDN 46 Sungai Raya. The research method used was descriptive research with a correlational study form. The population in this study were 25 SDN 46 Sungai Raya students. The sample in this study were 25 students who were determined by the sampling technique, namely class V SDN 46 Sungai Raya totaling 26 students. The results showed that independent learning was 79.04%, learning motivation was 75.8%, and learning outcomes were obtained an average of 75.6. Statistical calculations used the product moment correlation formula, namely learning independence with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.78 and learning motivation with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.876. Independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes used the multiple correlation formula and gafe by R_ (y. 〖X_1 x〗_ (2)) of 0.775. it was categorized as a strong relationship with Fcount of 45.128 and Ftable ¬α = 5% of 3.42 which means (45,128)> Ftable ¬ (3,42), then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between independence and learning motivation on learning outcomes in thematic learning in class V SDN 46 Sungai Raya. Abstract

AbstractIn the process of learning grammar, we will learn the division of function words. There are several types of function words, such as:prepositions, auxiliary words, and conjunctions.“Huo Zhe” and “Hai shi”are both conjunctions in chinese language.Although both “huo zhe” and “hai shi”denote the conjunctions of choice relations and have the same meaning, they are used in different contexts. “Huo Zhe”is often used in declarative sentences, and “Hai shi” is often used in interrogative sentences. For example, the author asked a question: I don't know if Annie can come to class today or not.The question the student gave the teacher was wrong. Under certain conditions, these two words can replace each other. Both words of them have the same understanding but are used under different conditions, but in certain conditions both words can be replaced, therefore in the use of disciples they often make some mistake . The researcher use Comparative Teaching Method to improve the capability of using these two words for Tanjungpura University students Chinese Language major class A to get increase until 29.4%,and this proves the teaching method is particularly appropriate for improving the capability of use these words. Keywords:“Huo Zhe” “Hai Shi”, Conjunction, Comparative Teaching Method

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using Android-basedmedia augmented in solar system learning at the SMP Negeri 3 TelukKeramat. This research took an experiment format using a one-grouppretest-posttest design. The population in this study comprised fiveclasses, with a total of 162 students. Sampling was carried out in anintact group, and the sample in this research was Class VII Estudents, totaling 32 people. The instrument used was a learningoutcome test consisting of five multiple-choice and five essayquestions. The results of the data analysis showed that the averagescores of the student learning outcomes for the pre-test and post-testwere 61 and 73.3, respectively. Wilcoxon test results, where theresults of asymp.sig 0.000 lt; 0.5 and the effect size test results wereobtained at 1.68, which are included in the high category. Based onthis analysis, it is known that there are differences in student learningoutcomes before and after using AR augmented reality media. Thesemedia have a strong impact on student learning outcomes, making itpossible and effective to use augmented reality to improve studentlearning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of animated videos for descriptive text learning in English subjects is classified as the development of audio-visual technology based on the concept of learning technology using instructional design, namely through the planning, production, and evaluation stages. The type of research used in this research was the type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The animation video in this study was designed using the ADDIE model. The results showed that from the design expert's judgment, this animated video was declared "feasible". Likewise, student assessments stated that the design had a "positive" response. The animated video consisted of 4 videos, namely, an introduction video of Basic Competencies, Indicators, and Learning Objectives, a video containing pictures of historical buildings that serve as a stimulus, video explanations related to descriptive text material, and videos a matter of writing. User ratings of media profiles were declared "appropriate" to be used. From the results of the T Test, the video animation showed a significant difference before and after. The post-test score was getting better and showed that there was a strong effect of using animated videos on learning descriptive text. The amount of influence was analyzed by using the effect size. It can be concluded, the results of the effectiveness test indicated that this animated video was "feasible" to be used in descriptive text learning in English subjects. Keywords: Animated Video Development, Descriptive Text
