Jepin Tali Bintang Dance is a dance that is based on elements of Malay movements. The beauty of this dance needs to be known because there are several objective and subjective assessments. This study aims to describe the aesthetic value contained in the Jepin Tali Bintang Dance through writing and pictures. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a form of qualitative research and a choreographic aesthetic research approach, as well as semiotic. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation studies. The technique for testing the validity of the data in this study is the extension of observations and triangulation of sources. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the aesthetic value of the Jepin Tali Bintang Dance can be seen through the harmony of movements, make-up, clothing, and properties used. The tempo of the movements, which tend to be medium and fast, combined with the varied volume of motion and the same energy used, make this dance look dynamic. The harmony of the colors of the clothes and make-up used make this dance look balanced and fulfill the character of a dancer on stage. The beauty of the property is depicted with shapes, colors, and messages that teach kindness to Muslims.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation toward UPKAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee job satisfaction, either insimultaneously as well as partially. The research method which used is descriptiveresearch by means of relationship studies form. The data source in this study isAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee of which the sample is 31people. The sampling taking technique used the cencus sampling technique. And it’sdata used a questionnaire that has been validity and reability testing. The dataanalysis technique which is used to answer hypothesis that multiple regressionanalysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of analysis datashow that : (1) workload take positive effect and significant to job satisfaction by tcount of 2.321 and a significant value amounting to 0.028; (2) compensation takepositive effect to job satisfaction 2.717 and a significant value amounting to 0,011;(3) workload and compensation in together way take positive effect and significantto job satisfaction by t value amounting to 7.205 and significance to 0.003. Thecoefficient of determination r2 amounting to 0.340 and can be interpreted that 34%job satisfaction be affected by workload dan compesation while the residual is 66%be affected by other variable outside of this research.Keywords : workload, compensation, and job satisfaction

This research aims to find out the differences in impulsive buying tendencies between urban communities and rural communities during the pandemic. The method used is a comparative descriptive research method using inferential statistical analysis techniques. The source of this research data is the urban community, which is located in Kuala Dua and the rural community, which is located in the seburing village. Data collection in this study was obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed by researchers to respondents. The hypothesis testing used in this study is to use a t test which shows that the hypothesis test results use an independent sample t-test, that the calculated value ttabel and the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.041 0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the tendency to impulsive buying between urban communities and rural communities during the pandemic. As for the differences based on income earned by consumers, basically this study took a sample of respondents who were 23 years old and above and who already had their own income.)

AbstrakThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Aku Belajar volunteer organization as a coach, motivator and facilitator in increasing the interest in learning of scavenger children at TPAS Batu Layang Pontianak Utara. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The analysis in this research is presented descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Aku Belajar organization volunteers as guides, motivators and facilitators has been implemented. This is evidenced by the increasing interest in learning scavenger children. The increased interest in learning scavenger children is shown by the child through the attitude when learning, namely the feeling of pleasure seen in the child's joy while learning, the child's interest in learning can be seen when the child responds or responds to something while learning and the child's independence when doing assignments, the child's attention is seen if the child is serious and focus during the learning process. Children's involvement can be seen when children participate in AB activities. Then results and achievements were obtained both during AB activities and at school. This makes the assisted children feel proud and satisfied. However, there are still assisted children who cannot focus while studying due to internal and external factors. This study aims to determine the problems of teachers in the use of Google Classroom as a means of online learning in class X history subjects at SMKN 1 Pontianak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the problems that occur during the online learning process by using Google Classroom as a learning tool, (1) the problems of teachers during online learning activities arise from the disturbance of the google classroom which often errors, quota constraints / inadequate signals, there are students who do not understand the material delivered online, the teacher cannot understand and recognize the character of the students because they do not know each other and there are students who do not participate in online learning activities. (2) the efforts of the teacher and the teacher's school to make it easier for students by not burdening them with heavy tasks, the school provides guidance for every student who has problems participating in online learning activities. In addition, the teacher provides motivation in every provision of material and assignments to be more active in learning and reading through the whatsups group, the teacher's efforts to always monitor and record all students whether they participate in learning activities or not through google classroom, students' efforts to find out what students do not understand from learning materials through Google and YouTube and books and other sources.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the political participation of the society in Peniraman Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of this research is to describe the factors that influence the high level of society political participation in Peniraman Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency. The object of this research is the society in Peniraman Village, Sungai Pinyuh District, Mempawah Regency, who use their voting rights in the 2019 legislative elections. Data collection techniques were done by interview and documentation methods. The data obtained were analyzed using an interactive model. The results show that the factors that influence the high political participation of the people of Peniraman Village, Sungai Pinyuh District in using their voting rights are influenced by political awareness factors which can be seen from the awareness of society rights and obligations in general training, fairly good society political knowledge and interest in society attention to voting. Another factor is public trust in the government, both support for government performance and public trust. And social factors, education, and heredity. AbstractThis research was conducted in Kecamatan Kapuas, Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Thepurpose was to determine the morality economic behavior of the Sanggau KapuasMalay community seen on imperative criteria, generalization, symmetry, intrinsicmotivation, and internalization processes. The research approach used isphenomenological qualitative research. Ten informants were determined usingsnowball sampling. Techniques of data collection used interviews and directobservation. AbstractThis study discusses the application of a semi-automated system to book lending services at the Pontianak City library. The puspose of this study was to determine the implementation of the semi automated system in the Pontianak City Library and the obstacles encountered in the book lending service during the implementation of the semi automated system. This study uses a descriptive method with a quality approarch. Collecting data in this study using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Informants in this study of the Head of the Pontianak City Library Service, Processing Officers, and Circulation Service Officer. From the results of this study, it was found that the Pontianak City Library still implements a semi automated system. The Pontianak City Library wants to implement a complete automation system, but there are budget constraints. Currently being prepared bythe Pontianak City Library are human resources, infrastructure and budget. Supporting facilities are computers with Inlislite version 3 software installed to process library material data. On book lending services using automated and manual systems. Circulation services at the Pontianak City Library are carried out in accordance with the established SOP. Constraints faced are related to a minimal budget, computers sometimes experience internet problems, book lending services are slowly, and the process of inputting data to a computer takes a long time.Keywords : Automation, Semi, Book Borrowing

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan di era digital bukanlah untuk menggantikan peran mengajar guru secara tradisional, tetapi menjadi suatu platform yang dapat mempermudah proses pembelajaran. Para guru digital immigrant yang lahir pada masa peralihan era analog ke era digital dituntut untuk mempelajari perkembangan teknologi. Problematika yang dihadapi para guru digital immigrant adalah terbiasanya dengan metode pengajaran konvensional. TechnoResilience atau resiliensi terhadap teknologi dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada kemampuan resiliensi para guru digital immigrant dalam menghadapi segala tantangan mempelajari teknologi di era digital. Peneliti menggunakan skala resiliensi terstandarisasi yaitu Resilience Scale 14 oleh Wagnild dan Young yang berisi 14 pernyataan yang mengukur dua sub faktor resiliensi yaitu faktor kemampuan diri dan faktor penerimaan diri. Faktor kemampuan diri terdiri dari aspek meaningfulness, self-reliance dan perseverance, sedangkan faktor penerimaan diri terdiri dari aspek equanimity dan existential aloneness. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki dan perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai guru dan lahir pada tahun 1965- 1980. Pengelompokkan tersebut merujuk kepada pembagian tahun kelahiran ketika peralihan dari era analog ke era digital. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif univariat karena hanya menggunakan satu variabel dan penyajian statistik deskriptif data dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat Techno Resilience para guru digital immigrant sebanyak 18 subjek berada pada kategori sedang dan 30 subjek dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan guru digital immigrant memiliki kemampuan akan dirinya sendiri untuk bisa beradaptasi pada perkembangan teknologi di era digital yang dilihat dari capaian masing-masing karakteristik dimensi pembentuk kemampuan resiliensi.

AbstractThematic learning is a teaching strategy that involves themes to create active, meaningful, and attractive learning for students in primary schools. This study aims to describe and determine the implementation of thematic learning conducted by the teacher by applying the among system. This research was conducted at SDN 06 Pelimpaan and SDN 17 Sarang Burung Kuala, Jawai District. Sambas. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in grade IV. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out in stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the planning of the among (asih, asah, asuh) system which is integrated in the thematic learning carried out by the teacher is clearly stated in the RPP, (2) The attitude of behavior among which is carried out by the teacher includes: conveying material with great affection, motivating students sincerely, teaching with a smile and friendly, giving attention to students, and good example in actionxx(3) The activities of students in thematic learning based on the system include listening to them. the teacher's explanation in an orderly manner, does not interrupt the teacher's conversation, always works on assignments, and actively questions and answers.
