Abstract

AbstractThe research in this thesis aims to determine the Learning Outcomes of Problem Based Learning Models in Social Studies of Class VII Students of Junior High School 3 Pontianak. The research method used in this research is Experiment with True Experimental design and Posttest-only control design. Techniques Data collectors are carried out through observation and tests. Data collection tool used is the observation sheet (Check List), and Post-Test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Learning outcomes of social studies students in class VII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak in the experimental class using the Problem Based Learning model obtained a percentage of 92% the average score of 18.28. 2) Students' learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak in the control class using the model number head together obtained a percentage of 75% average score of 17.11. 3) Problem-Based Learning Model can improve learning outcomes in IPS Subject Students Class VII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak can be seen from Effect Size Problem Based Learning Model on IPS Subjects Students Class VII SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak of 0.61 included in the category of being.  Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model, Social Studies

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this study is "Social Control of Violations of Smoking Rules on Santri at the Pontianak Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School". The first sub problem is how preventive forms of social control, both how forms of repressive social control and coercive social control in tackling smoking violations in santri in the darul khairat pontianak boarding school The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this study prove that the form of social control applied in the Darul Khairat Islamic boarding school consists of three. Preventive control is carried out by means of socialization. During salafiyah learning as well as socialization by attaching the pesantren's order in open areas such as mading and also advising and reprimanding on repressive social control carried out by calling parents and warning letters, but if there is still no deterrent effect, then in a coercive manner, namely the punishment and sanctions such as cleaning the environment of the pesantren and with the sanction of hair shaving also in the hope that it can become obedient in the pesantren.        Keywords: Social Control, Violation of Rules, Santri

Abstract

Abstract The main purpose of this research was to get information about the quality of a teacher-made test for semester final examination from Science and Social majors of eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak that focused on validity, reliability, item discrimination, item difficulty, and distractor. Case study was used in this study. The test items were teacher-made that consisted of 50 items with 321 test takers. Based on content validity analysis, all the test items matched the test blueprint therefore the test was effective and efficient to measure students’ knowledge from both majors. The result was supported by reliability analysis that showed 0.817 and it was categorized as very good for a classroom test. Item difficulty analysis also showed good results that both majors had moderate items as the highest number in the test and the means were also in normal distribution. The finding from distractor analysis was also balance that means still have good effect on the test quality. It is suggested that to discard or revise the distractors which did not function well so the test items are not too difficult or too easy, therefore the revised or new items can be used along with the items which already had good quality in terms of item difficulty, item discrimination, and distraction in the future. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teknik  Picture and Picture Pelajaran IPA Kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 pacong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik picure and picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat. Pada siklus I, rata-rata skor yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 3,46 sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 3,95 terdapat selisih sebesar 0,49. motivasi belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan perolehan rata-rata pada siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I, rata-rata skor yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 3,56, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 3,98, dimana terdapat selisih sebesar 0,42. Penggunann model pembelajaran koperatif teknik picture and picture dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Pacong dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Teknik Gambar, IPA Abstract: Abstract: The general objective of this study was to Improve Student Results With Cooperative Learning Model Technique Picture and Picture science Class III State Elementary School 06 pacong. The method used is descriptive method. cooperative learning model and picture picure techniques can improve student learning outcomes with criteria very well. It can be seen. In the first cycle, the average score obtained is equal to 3.46, while in the second cycle of 3.95 there is a difference of 0.49. increased student motivation with the criteria very well. It can be seen from the increase in average achieved in the first cycle and the second cycle. In the first cycle, the average score obtained is equal to 3.56, while in the second cycle of 3.98, where there is a difference of 0.42. Penggunann model of cooperative learning techniques in learning picture and picture Natural Sciences class III State Elementary School 06 Pacong can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractHaving lacked documentation to preserve information related to dance as part of the culture of the Malay in Sambas Regency has been the concern of the researcher. This study aims to analyze the meaning of movements and supporting elements used in the Radat dance titled Ape Nang Ditumbok and to document it into a video and written form. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis in the form of qualitative with the semiotic approach. The data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation from the local artists. The data were validated by extended observation and triangulation techniques (source triangulation). Radat dance Ape Nang Ditumbok is a group dance played by 12 women, accompanied by percussion instruments played by men. Ape Nang Ditumbok consists of 5 movements: swinging, pounding and winnowing rice, timang burung, nyiur melambai, and the movement showing sadness or happiness. The movements in this dance come from daily activities such as walking, working, movements representing animals and plants, and human expression. The Raddat dance Ape Nang Ditumbok originally functioned as entertainment in an event held in the royal palace Sambas and the wedding of the nobility. As it develops, the dance is also performed at public weddings, festivals, religious rituals, dance performances, and competitions. This traditional dance was created on the basis of a poem, and later the movements were created. Additionally, the Radat dance Ape Nang Ditumbok can be used as teaching material for teaching and learning theory and practice in the subjects of Cultural Arts and Skills. Keywords : Analysis, dance movement, Radat Dance Ape Nang Ditumbok

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Think Pair Square (TPSq) learning model application assisted by animation in remediating students? misconception about rotational dynamics in Grade XI MAN 2 Pontianak. Method of research that is used is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Data was collected by using multiple choice test which consists of three alternative choices completed by reasons with 8 questions. The sample of this study is 36 students of XI IPA 1 which are chosen randomly by using Intact Group technique. Based on data analysis, the average of misconception?s reduction percentage that is got is 44.44% in each concept. Based on Mc Nemar test calculation and continued by Chi Squared test, identified that the average value of , with an average value of  = 26.57. It means that there is significant change of misconception in rotational motion concept. Based on the effect size calculation, the score of ES = 0,485 (medium categorized). Therefore the using of Think Pair Square learning model assisted by animation can remediate student?s misconception about dynamic effectively.Hopefully this study can be used as an alternative to remediate student?s misconceptions. Keywords: Misconception, Think Pair Square, Animation

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaraan IPA di Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Menawai Tekam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan sifat penelitian adalah kolaboratif. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan siswa kelas VI SDN 16 Menawai Tekam yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data dianalisis dengan peritungan rata-rata. Hasil penelitian siklus I dengan rata-rata 2,88 dan pada siklus II dengan nilai 3,55 terjadi peningkatan 0,67. Dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 3,01 dan pada siklus II 3,41 ada peningkatan 0,40 dari sikus I ke siklus II. Dari hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 67,5 sedangkan pada siklus II 86, dengan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 18,5. Pada siklus I yang tuntas 10 orang siswa, dan pada siklus II yang tuntas sebanyak 18 orang. Kata Kunci: Konduktor, Isolator, Metode Eksperimen   Abstract: the general purpose of this study to get accurate information to inprove studen learning outcomes in sciens teaching in cllas VI elementary school 16 Menawai Tekam. The method us is descriptive method. This research is a from of action research and collaborative nature of this research. Research subjects that teachers and students of class VI SDN 16 Menawai Tekam of twenty peopel. Data were analyzed by calculating the average. Research results cycle I with an average of 2,88 and in cycle II with an value of 3,55 increased to 0,67. Of the implementation of learning the average values obtained in cycle I and cycle II 3,01 and 3,41, 0,40 there wash an increcase from cycle I and cycle II. Student learning outcomes obtained from the average value in cycle I to cycle II 67,5 while the 86, with an increase from cycle I to cycle II amounted to 18,5. In cycle I who completed 10 students, and in cycle II were completed as many as 18 peopel. Keyword: Conductor, Insolator, Experimental Method.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to know the effectiveness  application of cooperative learning model with Group Investigation (GI) type in the polyhedron topic at class VIIIA SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. The research method was ecperimen method with the research design was pre-experimental design. The subject of this research were 28 students at class VIIIA SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. Based on the data analysis that review four aspects, the result are: (1) learning implementations cooperative learning model with Group Investigation (GI) type in the categorized very good with average score 3,52; (2) student’s learning actitivities cooperative learning model with Group Investigation (GI) type in the categorized active (68,51%); (3) student’s outcome reached classical completeness with  23 student (82,14%) of student can achieve the minimum completeness criteria; (4) student’s respond cooperative learning model with Group Investigation (GI) type in the categorize positive with 22 student (79%) give a very positive respond and 6 student (21%) give a positive respond. So, cooperative learning model with Group Investigation (GI) type effective apply to the polyhedron topic at class VIIIA SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak  Keywords: Cooperative Learning Type Group Investigation, Effectiveness, Polyhedron

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan media poster lipat jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Desa Tasik Malaya Pulau Padang Tikar, Kabupaten Kubu Raya sebagai media pembelajaran untuk sub materi manfaat keanekaragaman hayati di kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel sekolah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu lokasi yang terdekat dengan penelitian. Media poster lipat divalidasi oleh lima orang validator. Penilaian lembar validasi menggunakan skala likert dan analisis data berdasarkan rumus Lawshe. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian validator, diperoleh nilai Content Validity Index (CVI) 1,00 > 0,99 sehingga dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan pada sub materi manfaat keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci : Kelayakan, Poster Lipat, Keanekaragaman Hayati Abstract : This research aimed to measure the feasibility of folded poster media about plant species utilized in Tasik Malaya Village Padang Tikar Island, Kubu Raya Regency as a medium of learning for the benefit of biodiversity sub material in class X SMA. The method used was quantitative descriptive. The sample selection used purposive sampling schools that were the nearest location to the research. Media folded poster was validated by five validators. Evaluation sheet used a likert scale validation and analysis of data based on the formula Lawshe. Based on the results of the assessment validator, the value of the Content Validity Index (CVI) was 1.00 > 0.99, thus it was declared valid and feaseble for use in sub material benefits of biodiversity. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of focus light training media on dribbling agility abilities, especially on basketball sports training in the FKIP UNTAN Physical Education Study Program. This research was carried out on the basketball FKIP UNTAN.This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods in the form of one group pre-test post-test design, where in this design there is a pre-test, before being given treatment so the results of treatment can be known more accurately. The subjects of the trial in this study were members of the basketball training program Physical Education Study Program FKIP UNTAN.The results of the research conducted by researchers can be concluded that the dribbling agility pre-test data of members of the basketball training program FKIP UNTAN Physical Education Study Program is 166.38 seconds. After that the treatment was applied using focus light assistive media and a re-test (post-test). The data obtained in the post-test increased by 41.29 seconds. It can be concluded that the focus light training aid media affect basketball dribbling agility abilities. Keywords: Exercise Media, Basketball, Dribbling Agility
