Abstract

The occurrence of diglossia is seen in several contexts and settings, including both official and informal domains. This study's primary objective is to investigate students' language preferences, motivations, and language attitudes. Data were collected from undergraduate English students at the Muhammadiyah University of Banjarmasin via questionnaire in Google Form. The study used a descriptive quantitative methodology. The present research used a descriptive test analysis approach using the SPSS version 25 software for Windows. According to the results on language selection, the association between high variation (H) and low variation (L) may be diglossic. Regarding linguistic attitudes, most respondents exhibit a favourable disposition towards a wide variety instead of low variation across all dimensions. This inclination may be attributed to their academic specialisation. Nevertheless, a significant proportion of participants believed that the Low variation had supplanted the High variety as the predominant linguistic form used by the Indonesian population. Therefore, the diglossic link between the High and Low types will persist in Indonesia. The study results provide insights into the diglossic condition of diglossia in a multilingual society and provide a reflection of the perspectives held by young people in Indonesia about the two distinct kinds present within their communities.

This shows that the price factor has not been able to play an important role in influencing consumer decisions to buy the promag. This means that price is no longer part of consumer priorities in buying promag drugs, because of course for healing all kinds of drugs will be purchased, as well as promag drugs. Should buy goods that are really needed in order to avoid impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Given the significant influx of students to Surabaya, there is a high demand for affordable boarding house rental near universities. One of the issues that arises is figuring out the rent fee set by the landlord.. This study will focus on solving the problem using machine learning with Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method. This study also focuses on developing a predictive model for temporary housing rental prices around the National Development University "Veteran" Java. Key variables include rental price, room type, room size, availability of air conditioning, WiFi, private bathrooms, kitchen access, 24-hour access, and distance to the university. The dataset was split into training and testing sets (80:20 ratio) for model development and evaluation. The MLR model achieved an R² value of 0.76, an RMSE of 211555.8, and a MAPE of 0.18, indicating high predictive accuracy.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs at PT Eka BogaInti in the Bogor area shows a significant decrease in employee performance. Based on data on the average achievement of employee Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in 2022 and 2023, there is a shortfall of 21.31% of the expected target. This problem is thought to be caused by a non-physical work environment that is not yet optimal, an organizational culture that has not gone well, and commitment to the organization that is still low. This study aims to analyze the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance with commitment to the organization as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Eka BogaInti in the Bogor area. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that the non-physical work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, commitment to the organization is also proven to mediate the relationship between the non-physical work environment and organizational culture with employee performance. Thus, improving the non-physical work environment and strengthening organizational culture can increase commitment to the organization, which in turn will have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Internet Advertising and Content Marketing on online purchasing decisions through customer trust at Prinperpack in Sukabumi City. The background of this study is based on the significant development of digital printing in recent years, which allows personalization and customization of products at a relatively low cost. Prinperpack, a company that focuses on digital printing, experienced fluctuations in income and number of consumers during the period March-September 2023. This decline is thought to be caused by the lack of Internet advertising and low quality marketing content. The research method used is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 246 respondents from Prinperpack consumers in Sukabumi City. The results of the validity test show that most of the items in the Internet Advertising, Content Marketing, and Purchasing Decision variables are valid, but some items are invalid and need to be improved. The results of the study indicate that both Internet Advertising and Content Marketing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both directly and through customer trust. Customer trust plays a very important mediating role in influencing purchasing decisions. This study provides important insights for digital printing companies and other creative industries in developing effective marketing strategies to increase consumer trust and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Rukun Warga Empowerment Program (P2RW) in Sukabumi City to assess the effectiveness of implementation and its impact on the community. Problem phenomena identified included challenges in program implementation, such as a long bureaucracy and lack of socialization of the new SIPD system, as well as variability in implementation in different areas. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the program implementation process, outputs, and outcomes of P2RW to identify the strengths, weaknesses, and impacts of the program on infrastructure development and community empowerment. The research method used is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model evaluation approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results showed that the P2RW program successfully improved physical infrastructure and empowered local communities, by involving them in project planning and implementation. However, there are challenges in socializing the SIPD system and bureaucratic constraints that affect implementation efficiency. The program contributes to improving the quality of life of residents and accelerating development at the RW and RT levels, although there is a need for improvement in technical support and socialization to optimize program implementation. This study recommends further research to explore these aspects in more depth.
