Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan salah satu sarana untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik melalui BUMDes Lontar Sewu yang sedang meningkatkan pembangunan desa wisata sejak tahun 2020. Permasalahan yang masih menjadi perhatian pihak pengelola adalah SDM yang masih perlu terus ditingkatkan kemampuannya terutama dalam hal kualitas pelayanan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari pada tanggal 6-7 Oktober 2021 kepada 25 karyawan bagian frontline yang berhubungan langsung dengan para pelanggan. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan yang terdiri dari: pre test, post test dan evaluasi tingkat keberhasilan dalam kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan PKM ini telah memberikan kemanfaatan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu terkait dengan upaya perbaikan dalam pelayanan jasa di Wisata Lontar Sewu. Hal ini diindikasikan dari peningkatan yang signifikan skor nilai post test dibandingkan pre test, serta semua peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan kegiatan PKM secara keseluruhan. Abstract

Air bersih adalah salah satu komoditas paling penting untuk kehidupan sehari hari. Dalam kehidupan sehari hari kita membutuhkan air untuk minum, mandi, memasak, mencuci dll. karena itu, air  harus bisa  dikelola sebagaimana mestinya. Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pada suatu desa akan berdampak pada kualitas air dan kesehatan di desa tersebut. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa sarana dan prasarana adalah kebutuhan hal yang paling penting yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Tingkat kenyamanan suatu rumah tangga dalam bertempat tinggal salah satunya ditandai dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana diantaranya tersedianya sarana dan prasarana sanitasi air. Sanitasi merupakan tindakan untuk membina dan menciptakan suatu keadaan yang baik pada kesehatan masyarakat. Sarana sanitasi air bersih merupakan bangunan beserta peralatan dan perlengkapan yang menyediakan dan mendistribusi air bersih kepada masyarakat. Sarana sanitasi air bersih harus memenuhi persyaratan kesehatan, agar tidak mengalami pencemaran sehingga dapat diperoleh kualitas air yang baik sesuai dengan standar kesehatan. Abstract

Era 5.0 dan banyaknya PTN yang berubah statusnya menjadi PTN-BH menjadi tantangan Vokasi Universitas Negeri Surabaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelayanan prima. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan prima agar konsumen mendapat kepuasan dalam menerima pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara synchronous dan asynchronous sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang maksinal bagi peserta. Metode yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan pre-test dan post-test dan pembeda test tersebut adalah soal yang diacak sehingga dapat diketahui pemahaman peserta setalah melakukan pelatihan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan adalah pelatihan pelayanan prima selama 4 hari mengalami peningkatan yang pesat terhadap pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh peserta. Peningkatan kemampuan tersebut mengindikasikan keberhasilan materi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri serta metode yang tepat sasaran yang diminati oleh peserta pelatihan. Peningkatan kemampuan diharapkan menjadi nilai tambah dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang ada pada pegawai vokasi.Selain itu, agar pelatihan dapat dinilai berhasil, peserta wajib memaparkan evaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan kinerja yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasinya dengan cara mengimplementasikan materi pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Abstract Teachers' writing skills are needed to support the demands of professionalism, especially related to career development and scientific needs. The lack of scientific work produced by teachers such as articles, books and modules is a challenge that is a challenge in the world of education. Because many opportunities support the development of writing skills: the service team organizes scientific article writing training activities for teachers of creative products and entrepreneurship subjects to improve motivation and scientific writing skills. (1) The entrepreneurship teacher has a field practicum program that can be used as writing material. (2) In developing innovative products, teachers and students make a lot of observations that can be downstream into scientific works. (3) The academic climate where teachers constantly interact with the world of science. The training implementation uses a hybrid offline and online learning system. The training materials were delivered using lecture, discussion, case studies and direct simulation methods. The results of the comparison of the participants' pretest and posttest showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding and skills in writing scientific papers. The results of the evaluation of the training implementation activities also showed that the participants were delighted with the services provided by the community service team. Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan pandemi yang menjadi realitas global yang menerjang tatanan kehidupan umat manusia dari level internasional, hingga level terkecil yaitu rumah tangga. TPQ-Al-Aqsha dan Masjid Baitul Makmur I adalah contoh organisasi sosial yang terkena dampak dari pandemi covid-19. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra TPQ Al-Aqsha yaitu mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam menyampaikan laporan keuangan dan pertanggungjawaban kegiatan, serta mempromosikan TPQ Al-Aqsha kepada calon donatur akibat adanya aturan PSBB dan social distancing yang membatasi kegiatan masyarakat. Kurangnya jamaah yang signifikan pada Masjid Baitul Makmur I Unesa juga menyebabkan infaq yang diterima menurun. Program IbM ini ditujukan untuk memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan mitra dalam bentuk pelatihan penerapan teknologi QRIS dan aplikasi financial technology Bebas Bayar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa publikasi ilmiah, publikasi pada media massa, dan pamflet/poster digital.

Abstract

The use of innovative BK Media during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge that must be faced by the guidance and counseling profession in Indonesia. Students as agents of change are required to be more adaptive in contributing media solutions that are in accordance with the current characteristics of students. However, the majority of students are still not familiar with the use of image and video editing software using a laptop/PC. Other data found is the condition of the use of BK media still using smartphones. Students still experience internet network problems, lack of knowledge of photo or video editing that can be used in providing counseling services. The photo or video editing applications on smartphones that are used include pixellap, snapseet, canva, tiktok, and kinemaster are only used for self-existence not to be used to create BK service content. Based on these problems, it is necessary to hold training on making infographic posters and educational cinema for prospective counselors so that they are able to provide maximum service to students. The methods used include: (1) socialization, (2) training practice, (3) monitoring & evaluation. The results of the training participants' service activities were able to increase the competence of participants in developing infographic poster media and educational cinema. Abstract

The problem that occurs in Medalem Village is the lack of adequate facilities related to road signs. Signs also need to be made to make it easier for immigrants to enter Medalem Village. The plan installation program that will be carried out by the Lamongan 3 UNESA 2022 KKN group is carried out by making information signposts indicating directions, both directions to the village, the village head's house and the ranks of his apparatus, as well as certain other strategic locations. This community service activity begins by conducting field surveys or places where signage will be installed. After finding the location where the board will be installed, the next step is to make a plaque or board by buying the necessary tools and materials. After finishing making the plaque, it was continued with painting which was then continued with the installation of the plaque carried out by students assisted by the local community and produce 11 signboards. Abstract

Ecoprint technique is an alternative home industry in the form of environmentally friendly textile products, ecoprint itself is a batik technique using stems, leaves, flowers that can produce color pigments. PKK RT 05 women, who do not yet have skills in producing an item will be able to use their free time to increase their income through community service activities in the form of training on making ecoprints. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge, skills, and hone skills for partners in the process of making ecoprints. 1) socialization to mothers regarding the meaning of ecoprint and the materials and tools needed, 2) training to mothers with the practice of making ecoprints, 3) digital marketing socialization for marketing and developing ecoprint finished products so that they can help increase income. At the socialization stage This is done by socializing ecoprint as an environmentally friendly product and introducing what materials and tools are used in the process of making ecoprints. The ecoprint-making process training went through several stages: washing the cloth with soap until it was clean, arranging the desired stem, leaf, flower motifs, pounding it with tools, re-washing the cloth after it was pounded using alum solution, drying the cloth to dry, and producing ecoprints into a product. product.

Abstract

Kweden village is a tourist village that is not too developed, but besides that, many of its residents work as MSME actors. Most of them learn about MSEs by self-taught through social media, especially YouTube. Due to this, many MSME actors in Kweden Village still lack knowledge of MSMEs and doing business. Many of them just go along with it in business. Therefore, the purpose of holding MSME Branding is so that MSME actors in Kweden Village can be more professional in running and developing their business which will improve the family economy and make Kweden Village better known. The method used in collecting information about the background of MSME actors is by questionnaires and interviews. And as a result, the MSME branding activity program really helps MSME actors in running their business more professionally.

Abstract

The implementation of community service in an effort to fulfill the obligations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by KKNT-MBKM Unesa Tuban 3 in 2022 was carried out in Tuwiri Kulon Village, Merakurak District, Tuban Regency, one of which was focused on empowering avocado farmers in digital marketing counseling. Avocado is one of the plantation commodities in Tuwiri Kulon Village which is the prima donna of local fruit sold in foreign markets. The ability of the community to manage avocado plantation products that have export value will have an impact on accelerating the village economy. Based on the above, digital marketing counseling is an effort to prepare and adjust the skills of avocado farmers with technological advances in welcoming the distribution and expansion of avocado marketing so that it has an impact on the welfare of the village economy. The method used in this community service is in the form of public education in counseling on digital marketing understanding and technical avocado marketing strategies by a professional web Facebook Ads. The results of community service obtained are expanding knowledge and learning experiences of students outside campus and increasing awareness and productivity of PKM objects in the use of digital marketing platforms to create competitive opportunities in marketing agricultural and plantation products. Participants showed considerable interest in continuously marketing their products through social media in the future.
