JAHR is dedicated to publishing results of research and literature review from different areas of public health, which includes the study of Administration & Policy Health, Health Promotion and Behavior, Biostatistics, Public Health Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Public Health Nutrition, and Health & Safety work and others related determinants of illness. A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Quality or Work Life adalah persepsi karyawan tentang kesejahteraan mental dan fisik di tempat kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan quality of work life beserta komponennya terhadap kinerja dokter di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode total sampling terhadap 52 dokter. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja adalah employee participation (p=0,006), equitable compensation (p=0,006), job security (p=0,007), dan wellness (p=0,007). Sedangkan variabel safe environment (p=0,086) tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter. Selanjutnya, dari seluruh komponen quality of work life, employee participation merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dokter (B= 0,236, p=0,044).   Kesimpulan: Peningkatan komponen quality of work life, terutama dala hal employee participation, equitable compensation, job security dan wellness dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dokter dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Abstract Background: Quality or Work Life is an employee's perception of their mental and physical well-being at work that contributes to the employee's job performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and its components to doctor's work performance in Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. The study was conducted at Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. Method: This study used quantitative research with an observational analytical approach with a cross-sectional design. This study used total sampling of 52 doctors. The analysis of the study used Chi Square and regresi binary logistic. Result: The results of the study indicate that employee participation (p = 0.006), equitable compensation (p = 0.006), job security (p = 0.007), and wellness (p = 0.007) have significant relation to doctor’s performance. Meanwhile, safe environment (p = 0.086) have no significant relationship with doctor performance. Out of all the components of quality of work life, employee participation has the most influential effect on physician performance (B = 0,236, p = 0.044). Conclusion: Improving components of quality of work life especially employee participation, equitable compensation, job security, and wellness can be an effective strategy to improve physician performance and the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Tingginya angka infeksi aliran darah perifer ini dikaitkan dengan rendahnya cakupan kepatuhan petugas dalam melakukan cuci tangan dan kedisiplinan terhadap penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Evaluasi implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di RSUD Kabupaten Buton, sehingga dapat diketahui sampai sejauh mana pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi yang dijalankan, serta mengevaluasi berbagai kendala dan hambatan yang dialami oleh RSUD Kabupaten Buton dalam pelaksanaannya Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur purposif sampling yaitu menentukan kelompok peserta yang menjadi informan sesuai dengan kriteria terpilih yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Informan penelitian sebanyak 24 orang, yaitu Komite PPI, perawat pengendali infeksi (IPCN), perawat penghubung pengendali infeksi (IPCLN) dan perwakilan di setiap unit-unit kerja di rumah sakit. Hasil: Implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi dalam aspek input, RSUD Kabupaten Buton sudah mengimplementasikan dengan baik dengan ketentuan PMK Nomor 27 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan PPI di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan baik dari segi kepemimpinan dan sumber daya, program kerja, penyediaan sarana dan fasilitas, kebijakan serta pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pelaksanaan program ini di evaluasi setiap tahunnya oleh Komite PPI dan hasil pelaksanaannya di laporkan kepada Direktur RSUD Kabupaten Buton. Kesimpulan: Implementasi program (kepemimpinan dan sumber daya manusia, program kerja, sarana dan fasilitas, kebijakan, pendidikan dan pelatihan), PPI telah berjalan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik penerapannya di RSUD Kabupaten Buton dan diharapkan capaian pelaksanaan program dapat meningkat pada tahun-tahun berikutnya. Abstract Background: The high rate of peripheral bloodstream infections is associated with low levels of compliance by staff in washing hands and discipline regarding the use of personal protective equipment. Evaluation of the implementation of infection prevention and control at the Buton Regency Regional Hospital, so that it can be seen to what extent the infection prevention and control program is being implemented, as well as evaluating the various obstacles and barriers experienced by the Buton Regency Regional Hospital in its implementation. Method: The type of research used is qualitative with an inductive approach. Determining informants in this study used a purposive sampling procedure, namely determining the participants who would become informants according to selected criteria relevant to the research problem. The research informants were 24 people, namely the PPI Committee, infection control nurses (IPCN), infection control liaison nurses (IPCLN) and representatives in each work unit in the hospital. Results: Implementation of infection prevention and control in the input aspect, Buton Regency Regional Hospital has implemented well the provisions of PMK Number 27 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Implementing PPI in Health Service Facilities both in terms of leadership and resources, work programs, provision of tools and facilities, policies as well as education and training. The implementation of this program is evaluated annually by the PPI Committee and the results of its implementation are reported to the Director of the Buton Regency Regional Hospital. Conclusions: Program implementation (leadership and human resources, work programs, tools and facilities, policies, education and training), PPI has been running and is being implemented well at the Buton Regency Regional Hospital and it is hoped that program implementation achievements can increase in the following years.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Ketidaksesuaian biaya riil rumah sakit dengan tarif INA-CBG sering terjadi di beberapa rumah sakit dan membuat rumah sakit harus melakukan pengendalian biaya rumah sakit. DBD telah menjadi salah satu penyakit 10 terbesar Rawat Inap di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan biaya riil dan tarif INA-CBG kasus DBD ringan pasien rawat inap RSIA Ananda Makassar. Metode: Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan uji beda yaitu one sample T-Test. Lokasi penelitian di RSIA Ananda Makassar pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024. Populasi adalah rekam medis pasien DBD di perawatan rawat inap. Sampel adalah rekam medis pasien peserta BPJS yang men-derita penyakit DBD ringan meliputi pasien rawat inap kelas 1, kelas 2, dan kelas 3 pada kategori anak dan dewasa dengan kode INA-CBG A-4-14-1 dan kode ICD 10 A90 atau A91. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil: Total keseluruhan biaya riil pasien DBD ringan, pada kategori dewasa kelas 1 sebesar Rp.5.873.801, kelas 2 sebesar Rp.4.624.002, serta kelas 3 sebesar Rp.3.367.803. Sementara pada kategori anak, total biaya riil pada pasien DBD ringan kelas 1 sebesar Rp.6.162.601, kelas 2 sebesar Rp.4.644.202, serta kelas 3 sebesar Rp.3.384.203. Analisis perbedaan signifikansi biaya riil pasien DBD ringan kategori dewasa dan anak didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan biaya riil dan tarif INA-CBG pada pasien DBD ringan secara signifikan dan bermakna dimana didapatkan pada kategori dewasa nilai p= 0.024 dan pada kategori anak didapatkan nilai p= 0.028. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan biaya riil dan tarif INA-CBG pada hasil uji statistik mengatakan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan antara biaya riil rumah sakit dengan tarif INA-CBG. ABSTRACT Background: The mismatch of real hospital costs with INA-CBG tariffs often occurs in several hospitals and makes hospitals have to control hospital costs. DHF has become one of the top 10 most hospitalized diseases in South Sulawesi province. Objective: To determine whether there is a difference in real costs and INA-CBG rates for mild dengue cases of inpatients at RSIA Ananda Makassar. Method: This type of research is descriptive which is carried out with quantitative methods and uses a different test approach, namely one sample T-Test. The research location was at RSIA Ananda Makassar in January-February 2024. The population is the medical records of DHF patients in inpatient care. The sample is the medical records of BPJS participant patients who suffer from mild dengue disease including class 1, class 2, and class 3 inpatients in the pediatric and adult categories with INA-CBG code A-4-14-1 and ICD 10 code A90 or A91. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Results: The total real cost of mild DHF patients, in the adult category, class 1 amounted to Rp. 5,873,801, class 2 amounted to Rp.4,624,002, and class 3 amounted to Rp.3,367,803. While in the pediatric category, the total real cost of mild dengue patients in class 1 amounted to Rp. 6,162,601, class 2 amounted to Rp.4,644,202, and class 3 amounted to Rp.3,384,203. Analysis of the significance of differences in the real costs of mild DHF patients in the adult and pediatric categories found that there were significant and meaningful differences in real costs and INA-CBG rates in mild DHF patients where the p value was obtained in the adult category = 0.024 and in the pediatric category obtained a p value = 0.028. Conclusion: There is a difference in real costs and INA-CBG rates in the statistical test results say that there is a significant difference between real hospital costs and INA-CBG rates.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Rumah sakit dalam kegiatan operasionalnya perlu didukung oleh sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkualitas agar dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. RSUD Kota Bau-Bau dihadapkan dengan keterbatasan SDM salah satunya bagian administrasi yang berimplikasi pada tingginya beban kerja sehinga menyebabkan kinerja belum optimal. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis sumber daya manusia di bidang administrasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Bau-Bau. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan data kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian melibatkan tujuh informan. Hasil: Staf administrasi di RSUD Kota Bau-Bau bekerja lima hari dalam seminggu dari jam 08.00 hingga 17.00 WITA, dengan total waktu kerja tahunan sebanyak 1768 jam atau 40 jam per minggu setelah mempertimbangkan cuti, pelatihan, dan hari libur. Manajemen menggunakan data ini untuk merencanakan tugas dan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia secara efisien, menjamin penyelesaian tugas tepat waktu tanpa membebani staf. RSUD Kota Bau-Bau juga menerapkan standar beban kerja dan kelonggaran yang efektif dalam administrasi dan pelayanan. Meskipun demikian, RSUD Kota Bau-Bau menghadapi kekurangan signifikan tenaga kerja administrasi yang tidak mencukupi standar beban kerja, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk menambah staf administrasi sesuai standar beban kerja untuk meningkatkan pelayanan optimal. Kesimpulan: RSUD Kota Bau-Bau dipandang mampu mengelola waktu kerja dan beban kerja staf administrasi, namun dengan beban kerja saat ini, RSUD masih dihadapkan dengan kurangnya tenaga kerja administrasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penambahan staf dan peningkatan keterampilan serta kolaborasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas maupun efisiensi dalam pelayanan. ABSTRACT Background: Hospitals in their operational activities need to be supported by quality human resources (HR) to provide effective and efficient healthcare services. RSUD Kota Bau-Bau faces human resource limitations, particularly in the administrative department, resulting in high workloads and suboptimal performance. Objective: To analyze human resources in the administrative field of RSUD Kota Bau-Bau. Method: The research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and quantitative data analysis. Data were gathered through interviews and document analysis involving seven informants. Results: Administrative staff at RSUD Kota Bau-Bau work five days a week from 08:00 to 17:00 WITA, totaling 1768 annual working hours or 40 hours per week, accounting for leave, training, and holidays. Management utilizes this data to plan tasks and human resource needs efficiently, ensuring timely task completion without burdening staff. RSUD Kota Bau-Bau also implements effective workload standards and flexibilities in administration and service. However, the hospital faces a significant shortage of administrative staff, failing to meet workload standards. It is recommended to increase administrative staff according to workload standards to enhance optimal service delivery. Conclusion: RSUD Kota Bau-Bau manages administrative work hours and workload effectively. Nevertheless, the current workload indicates a shortage of administrative personnel. Therefore, additional staffing and skill enhancement, coupled with collaboration, are essential to improve service quality and efficiency. However, if the goal is purely to imitate beauty standards that are not in accordance with Islamic values, it needs to be considered further. In Islam, maintaining a healthy body is considered important. If the whitening infusion procedure does not harm health, it can be considered more acceptable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Banyaknya penderita diabetes mellitus berhubungan dengan perilaku masyarakat. Khususnya di Kota Gorontalo yang cenderung kurang aktif untuk mencari informasi mengenai diabetes mellitus secara menyeluruh, sehingga pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat juga kurang guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Pentingnya menganalisis gambaran kebijakan standar pelayanan minimal yang tercapai bagi pasien DM di RSUD Otanaha Kota Gorontalo, agar pihak rumah sakit bisa meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mereka. Tujuan: Mengkaji gambaran kebijakan Standar Pelayanan Minimal yang telah tercapai bagi penderita diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Otanaha Kota Gorontalo dikaji dari standar dan tujuan kebijakan, sumber daya, karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, komunikasi antar organisasi pelaksana, sikap para pelaksana, dan lingkungan eksternal. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua informan yaitu informan utama yaitu Kepala Ruangan Pelayanan yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan informan tringulasi yaitu tenaga Kesehatan yang terdiri dari Unsur Dokter dan unsur Perawat. Sumber informasi diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil:  Implementasi kebijakan Standar Pelayanan Minimal bagi penderita diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Otanaha Kota Gorontalo sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dilihat dari aspek standar dan tujuan kebijakan, aspek komunikasi antar organisasi pelaksana, serta sikap pelaksana sudah terimplementasikan dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Implementasi kebijakan Standar Pelayanan Minimal dari aspek standar dan tujuan kebijakan, aspek komunikasi antar organisasi pelaksana, serta sikap pelaksana sudah terimplementasikan dengan baik. Bagi penderita diabetes mellitus di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) telah berjalan dengan baik. ABSTRACT Background: The number of diabetes mellitus sufferers is related to community behavior. Especially in Gorontalo City, they tend to be less active in seeking information about diabetes mellitus as a whole, so that people's knowledge and attitudes are also lacking in order to improve their quality of life. It is important to analyze the description of the minimum service policy standards achieved for DM patients at the Otanaha Regional Hospital, Gorontalo City, so that the hospital can improve the quality of their services. Objective: To examine the description of the Minimum Service Standards policy that has been achieved for diabetes mellitus sufferers at the Otanaha Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Gorontalo City, examining the policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between implementing organizations, attitudes of implementers, and external environment. Method: This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at Otanaha Regional Hospital, Gorontalo City. In this study, there were two informants, namely the main informant, namely the Head of the Service Department, who was determined using a purposive sampling technique and triangulated informants, namely Health workers consisting of Doctors (Internal Medicine Specialists) and Nurses. Sources of information are obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and document analysis. Results: Implementation of the Minimum Service Standards policy for diabetes mellitus sufferers at the Otanaha Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Gorontalo City has gone well. Judging from the aspects of standards and policy objectives, aspects of communication between implementing organizations, as well as the attitude of implementers, they have been implemented well. Conclusion: The implementation of the Minimum Service Standards policy from the aspects of policy standards and objectives, communication aspects between implementing organizations, as well as the attitude of the implementers has been implemented well. For diabetes mellitus sufferers at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) it has gone well.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Masalah gizi pada balita masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam kependudukan, salah satunya adalah stunting. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah telah menetapkan kebijakan percepatan penurunan stunting dengan menekankan pada intervensi spesifik dan intervensi sensitif yang dilakukan secara terpadu, holistik, integratif, dan berkualitas. Upaya ini melibatkan kerja sama multisektor di tingkat pusat, daerah, dan desa. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis secara mendalam implementasi percepatan Penurunan Kejadian Stunting di Kota Malili Menurut Peraturan Bupati Luwu Timur 2022. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi percepatan penurunan stunting melalui indepth interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dipilih melalui purposive sampling terhadap 1 orang sebagai informan kunci, dan 9 orang sebagai informan biasa. Hasil: Kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Timur untuk mempercepat penanggulangan stunting, yaitu Peraturan Bupati Luwu Timur tahun 2022, didukung oleh keputusan-keputusan lain yang terkait. Peraturan ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting di wilayah tersebut dan telah mendapat tanggapan positif dari masyarakat. Sumber daya manusia telah dimanfaatkan secara efektif dengan melibatkan berbagai organisasi perangkat daerah lintas sektor. Dana serta sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung peraturan ini cukup untuk tingkat desa, meskipun masih perlu peningkatan di kelurahan. Pendanaan untuk percepatan penurunan stunting berasal dari APBD Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Pelaksanaan kebijakan di Kecamatan Malili telah berjalan dengan baik. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat, khususnya keluarga dengan balita, tentang kesehatan. Dampak positif dari kebijakan ini adalah penurunan kasus stunting dan meningkatnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi bagi ibu dan balita. ABSTRACT Background: Nutrition problems in children under five are still a major challenge in population, one of which is stunting. To address this problem, the government has established a policy to accelerate stunting reduction by emphasizing specific and sensitive interventions that are carried out in an integrated, holistic, integrative, and quality manner. This effort involves multisectoral cooperation at the central, regional, and village levels. Objective: To analyze in depth the implementation of accelerating the reduction of stunting incidence in Malili City according to the East Luwu Regent Regulation 2022. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative to explore the implementation of accelerated stunting reduction through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews were selected through purposive sampling of 1 person as a key informant, and 9 people as ordinary informants. Results: The East Luwu District Government's policy to accelerate stunting reduction, the East Luwu Regent Regulation 2022, is supported by other related decisions. This regulation aims to reduce the prevalence of stunting in the region and has received positive feedback from the community. Human resources have been utilized effectively by involving various regional apparatus organizations across sectors. Funds and facilities and infrastructure to support this regulation are sufficient at the village level, although improvements are needed in the kelurahan. Funding to accelerate stunting reduction comes from the East Luwu Regency APBD. Policy implementation in Malili sub-district has been going well. The main challenge faced is the lack of knowledge of the community, especially families with children under five, about health. The positive impact of this policy is a decrease in stunting cases and increased community understanding of the importance of nutrition for mothers and toddlers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVs) adalah kondisi serius yang menyebabkan kerusakan permanen yang mempengaruhi kemampuan bekerja serta mengganggu kenyamanan dalam bekerja. Lamanya pekerja yang menggunakan alat getar yang diiringi dengan percepatan getaran yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan pekerja beresiko tinggi terkena HAVs. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis tentang faktor yang berhubungan dengan Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome pada pekerja kosntruksi bangunan di PT. PAS Indonesia Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study yang mengamati variabel independen dan variabel dependen secara bersamaan dalam waktu yang sama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yaitu mengolah data kuesioner yang diperoleh dari pekerja konstruksi bangunan di PT. PAS Indonesia Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2024. Hasil: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom (p-value= 0,855 > 0,05), faktor masa kerja memiliki hubungan dengan Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom pada pekerja konstruksi (p-value = 0,008 < 0,05), terdapat juga hubungan antara lama paparan (p-value = 0,028 < 0,05) dengan Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom pada pekerja konstruksi, kegiatan menggerinda juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom pada pekerja konstruksi dan terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan APD (p-value = 0,031 < 0,05) dengan Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom pada pekerja konstruksi di kantor PT. PAS Indonesia Timur Nusa Tenggara Barat. ABSTRACT Background: Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVs) is a serious condition that causes permanent damage that affects the ability to work and interferes with comfort at work. The length of time workers use vibrating tools accompanied by high vibration acceleration can cause workers to be at high risk of developing HAVs. Objective: To analyze the factors associated with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome in building construction workers at PT PAS Indonesia Timur West Nusa Tenggara in 2024. Method: This type of research is an analytic survey with a Cross Sectional Study approach that observes the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously at the same time. Data collection using primary data and secondary data, namely processing questionnaire data obtained from building construction workers at PT PAS Indonesia Timur West Nusa Tenggara in 2024. Results: There is no relationship between age and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (p-value = 0.855 > 0.05), the working period factor has a relationship with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome in construction workers (p-value = 0.008 < 0.05), there is also a relationship between length of exposure (p-value = 0.028 < 0, 05) with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom in construction workers, grinding activities also have a significant relationship to Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom in construction workers and there is a relationship between the use of PPE (p-value = 0.031 <0.05) with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrom in construction workers at the office of PT. PAS Indonesia Timur West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Job crafting is affected by Job demand (JD) and Job resources (JR). Characteristics work nurse can potential give rise to fatigue And tension Because must serve service on sick man. Objective study this is for know influence of job resources And job demands to job crafting. Aim: This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Resources and Job Demand on Job Crafting of ethnic-based nurses at Palagimata Regional Hospital, Baubau City. Method: Type study this is observational with design cross-sectional study. Population study This as many as 220 and sample as many as 220 techniques taking sample based on amount population with method total sampling. Collected data analyzed with use test multiple linear regression. Results: Results study that part big respondents, manifold sex women (82 .5 %),. Results analysis multiple linear regression show all variable There is its influence to job crafting. By Partial show There is influence job demand (p=0.001) and jobs resources (p=0.000) against job crafting . Variable job demands And jod resources in a way simultaneous influential to interest buy repeat (F=0.000). Coefficient resulting determination by 57%. The most influential variable is job resources. Conclusion: Conclusion that most dominant factor influence job crafting is job resources. Recommended to the Palagimata Regional Hospital, Baubau City For more notice work the nurse.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Manajemen logistik alat-alat kesehatan di rumah sakit menjadi hal yang sangat urgen karena berkaitan dengan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Laporan Inventaris Barang Milik Daerah pada RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa 3% dari total alat kesehatan yang dimiliki rumah sakit dalam kondisi rusak atau hilang. Angka ini mungkin terlihat kecil, namun dampaknya sangat signifikan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Alat-alat yang rusak tidak dapat digunakan, sementara alat yang hilang mengurangi kapasitas layanan dan menambah beban biaya pengadaan. Kurangnya pemeliharaan berkala, keterbatasan anggaran untuk perbaikan, dan kurangnya tenaga teknisi yang kompeten menjadi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap masalah ini. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Metode: Penelitian ini berfokus pada sembilan fungsi utama manajemen logistik, yaitu perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, penghapusan/pemusnahan, dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil: RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng telah melaksanakan proses perencanaan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait. Penganggaran dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spesifik setiap unit pelayanan dan anggaran yang tersedia, serta memanfaatkan E-Katalog untuk transparansi. Pengadaan alat kesehatan dilakukan melalui e-katalog LKPP atau tender/seleksi, dengan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penerimaan alat kesehatan dilakukan oleh tim khusus yang terdiri dari petugas dari bagian pengadaan, bagian logistik, dan teknisi dari instalasi IPRS. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, dan pengendalian. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, diharapkan sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. ABSTRACT Background: Logistics management of medical devices in hospitals is very urgent because it is related to public health services. The Regional Property Inventory Report at Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Hospital in 2023 shows that 3% of the total medical devices owned by the hospital are damaged or lost. This figure may seem small, but the impact is very significant on health services. Damaged equipment cannot be used, while lost equipment reduces service capacity and increases procurement costs. Lack of regular maintenance, limited budget for repairs, and lack of competent technicians are factors that contribute to this problem. Objective: To analyze the medical equipment logistics management system at Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regional General Hospital. Method: The research focuses on nine main functions of logistics management: planning, budgeting, procurement, receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance, disposal/destruction, and control. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the primary data collection technique. Results: RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng has implemented a planning process that involves various related parties. Budgeting is carried out collaboratively, considering the specific needs of each service unit and the available budget, and utilizing E-Catalog for transparency. Procurement of medical equipment is conducted through the LKPP e-catalog or tender/selection, adhering to the principles of transparency and accountability. The acceptance of medical equipment is handled by a special team consisting of officers from the procurement, logistics, and IPRS installation sections. Conclusion: Overall, the medical equipment logistics management system at RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng still requires improvement in several aspects, particularly storage, distribution, maintenance, and control. By addressing these challenges, it is hoped that the medical equipment logistics management system can operate more optimally and support the improvement of healthcare service quality in the hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pengaturan keselamatan pasien bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui penerapan manajemen risiko dalam seluruh aspek pelayanan yang disediakan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Wawasan atau pengetahuan perawat terhadap keselamatan pasien adalah masalah yang harus diketahui. Apabila wawasan atau pengetahuan perawat terhadap keselamatan pasien kurang maka akan berpengaruh pada pelayanan perawat dalam penerapan patient safety dirumah sakit. Tujuan: Untuk mengekplorasi Pengalaman Perawat Pelaksana Dalam Menerapkan prosedur Keselamatan Pasien berbasis teori experiental learning Di Rumah Sakit Reksa Waluya. Metode: Desain penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Partisipan pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 10 partisipan. Analisis data menggunakan metode collaizi. Hasil: Ditemukan beberapa tema pada saat penelitian yaitu 1) melaksanakan sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan dukungan dari manajemen rumah sakit, 2) memberikan informasi tentang asuhan pasien untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien, 3) melaporkan insiden keselamatan pasien, 4) hambatan perawat dalam menerapkan budaya keselamatan pasien, dan 5) harapan perawat dalam menerapkan budaya keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulan: Pengalaman perawat pelaksana dalam budaya menerapkan keselamatan pasien dirumah sakit memerlukan dukungan dari manajemen rumah sakit dengan pemenuhan fasilitas berupa sarana dan prasana dalam melaksanakan program keselamatan pasien dan dengan kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja dan budaya keselamatan yang positif dengan tidak memberi hukuman kepada yang melakukan kesalahan, menghindari blaming culture, dan memberi reward bagi yang melaporkan kejadian insiden keselamatan pasien. ABSTRACT Background: Patient safety regulations aim to improve the quality of health service facilities through the implementation of risk management in all aspects of services provided by health service facilities. Nurses' insight or knowledge of patient safety is an issue that must be known. If the nurse's insight or knowledge regarding patient safety is lacking, it will affect the nurse's services in implementing patient safety in the hospital. Objective: To explore the experience of implementing nurses in implementing patient safety procedures based on experiential learning theory at the Reksa Waluya Hospital. Method: The design of this research is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Participants in this research were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 10 participants. Data analysis uses the collaizi method. Results: That several themes were found during the research, namely 1) implementing patient safety targets with support from hospital management, 2) providing information about patient care for improving patient safety, 3) reporting patient safety incidents, 4) barriers for nurses in implementing a patient safety culture, and 5) expectations of nurses in implementing a patient safety culture. Conclusion: The experience of implementing nurses in the culture of implementing patient safety in hospitals requires support from hospital management by providing facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure in implementing patient safety programs and with patient safety incidents by creating a positive work environment and safety culture without giving punishment to those who commit them. mistakes, avoiding a blaming culture, and providing rewards for those who report patient safety incidents.
