A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Rendahnya mutu pelayanan perawat disebabkan oleh kelelahan kerja. Selain itu faktor kecerdasan emosional juga memiliki pengaruh secara langsung. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kelelahan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional perawat di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 136 orang. Hasil: Menunjukkan variabel desire (X1) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,515 sedangkan terhadap kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 9,486. Trust (X2) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,852 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 8,329. Confident (X3) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,348 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) 7,352. Credibility (X4) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,755 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 8,634. Accountability (X5) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 5,028 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 10,365. Communication (X6) terhadap kelelahan kerja (Y1) nilai t hitung sebesar 4,720 sedangkan kecerdasan emosional (Y2) sebesar 6,943. Kesimpulan: Variabel desire, trust, confident, credibility, accountability, dan communication memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelelahan kerja di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Pada variabel desire terhadap kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. Variabel trust, confident, credibility, accountability, dan communication memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan kecerdasan emosional di RSUD Haji Kota Makassar. ABSTRACT Background: Work fatigue is a contributing factor for the poor quality of nursing services. In addition, there is a direct effect from the emotional intelligence aspect. Objective: The study aimed to examine how empowerment affects the emotional intelligence and work fatigue of nurses at RSUD Haji Makassar City. Method: This quantitative research employs cross-sectional study design with 136 respondents in total. Results: Of six variables investigated, the results are demonstrated as follows: desire variable (X1) on work fatigue (Y1) indicated a t count value of 4.515 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 9.486; trust (X2) on work fatigue (Y1) had a t count value of 4.852 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 8.329; confident (X3) regarding work fatigue (Y1) reported a t count value of 4.348 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) had a value of 7.352; credibility (X4) on work fatigue (Y1) indicated a t count value of 4.755 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 8.634; accountability (X5) on work fatigue (Y1) showed a t value of 5.028 and om emotional intelligence (Y2) was 10.365; and communication (X6) on work fatigue (Y1) denoted a t count value of 4.720 and on emotional intelligence (Y2) was 6.943. Conclusion: Desire, trust, confidence, credibility, accountability, and communication variables have a significant influence on job burnout at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital. The desire variable on emotional intelligence has a significant influence on job burnout and emotional intelligence at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital. The variables of trust, confidence, credibility, accountability, and communication have a significant influence on emotional intelligence at the Makassar City Hajj Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Peningkatan layanan pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala terhadap personil Polri khususnya di jajaran Polda Sulsel telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan akan tetapi pada kenyataannya belum memberikan hasil yang optimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk diteliti lebih jauh tentang Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu metode yang meneliti kondisi objek alamiah (Natural setting) dengan menekankan terhadap makna daripada generalisasi. Hasil: pelaksanaan program pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala ini, dapat memberikan gambaran atau profil kesehatan personel Polda Sulsel, untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan acuan baik untuk personel secara perorangan untuk monitoring kesehatan pribadi serta acuan bagi Bidang Kedokteran Kesehatan Polda untuk melakukan koordinasi mengenai kesehatan personel secara menyeluruh ke setiap wilayah Kepolisian Daerah sulsel, guna mewujudkan personel sehat samapta, yang akan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja personel dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Kesimpulan: Implementasi Layanan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Berkala oleh Biddokkes Polda Sulawesi Selatan Berdasarkan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 tergolong baik, termasuk hasil kegiatan Rikkesla dari aspek observasi kelayakan pemberi layanan dan penerima layanan, kesesuaian alur layanan dengan SOP, terjalin hubungan tata kerja yang komunikatif, tersedia dokumen umum dan dokumen implementasi kebijkan, dan tersedia informasi umum sebagai penunjang dalam kegiatan Rikkesla. ABSTRACT Background: Improvement of periodic health examination services for National Police personnel, especially in the ranks of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, has been carried out continuously, but in reality, it has not provided optimal results both in quality and quantity. Objective: This research aims to examine further the implementation of periodic health examination services by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013. Method: This research is qualitative, namely a method that examines the condition of natural objects (Natural settings) by emphasizing meaning rather than generalizations. Results: The implementation of this periodic health examination program can provide an overview or profile of the health of South Sulawesi Regional Police personnel, which can then be used as a good reference for individual personnel for monitoring personal health as well as a reference for the Regional Police's Medical Health Sector to coordinate the health of personnel as a whole for each South Sulawesi Regional Police area, to create healthy and healthy personnel, which will influence the improvement of personnel performance in carrying out their duties. Conclusion: The implementation of the Periodic Health Checkup Service by the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Biddokkes Based on National Police Chief Regulation Number 7 of 2013 is classified as good, including the results of Rikkesla activities from the aspect of observing the suitability of service providers and service recipients, conformity of service flow with SOPs, communicative working relationships are established, general documents are available and policy implementation documents, and general information is available to support Rikkesla activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Status gizi adalah suatu ukuran mengenai kondisi tubuh seseorang yang dapat dilihat dari makanan yang dikonsumsi dan penggunaan zat-zat gizi dalam tubuh. Ketidakseimbangan antara status gizi dengan kebutuhan tubuh menimbulkan kelainan patologis bagi tubuh. Seperti malnutrisi akibat kurangnya asupan zat gizi sehingga kebutuhan gizi dalam tubuh tidak terpenuhi terutama kebutuhan gizi seperti zat besi. Dimana zat besi adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam pembentukan hemoglobin. Mengacu pada latar belakang tersebut penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan status gizi terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada siswa/siswi SMAN 3 Bone. Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah Observasional analitik. Dengan menentukan status gizi melalui pemeriksaan antropometri IMT dan kadar hemoglobin dengan Easy Touch GCHB. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 80 siswa/siswi memiliki status gizi underweight 31,3%, normal 46,3%, overweight 13,8%, obesitas I 7,5%, obesitas II 1,3% sedangkan pada kadar hemoglobin sebanyak 27,5% mengalami anemia dan 72,5% normal. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi terhadap kadar hemoglobin sebesar 0,003 (p<0,005). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada siswa/siswi SMAN 3 Bone. Abstract Background: Nutritional status is a measure of the condition of a person's body that can be seen from the food consumed and the use of nutrients in the body. The imbalance between nutritional status and body needs causes pathological disorders for the body. Such as malnutrition due to lack of nutrient intake so that nutritional needs in the body are not met, especially nutritional needs such as iron. Where iron is one of the important components in the formation of hemoglobin. Referring to this background, the author is interested in conducting research on the relationship between nutritional status and hemoglobin levels in students of SMAN 3 Bone. Methods: This research method is Observational analytic. By determining nutritional status through anthropometric examination of BMI and hemoglobin levels with Easy Touch GCHB. Results: The results showed that out of 80 students had a nutritional status of underweight 31.3%, normal 46.3%, overweight 13.8%, obesity I 7.5%, obesity II 1.3% while at hemoglobin levels as much as 27.5% were anemic and 72.5% were normal. There is a significant relationship between nutritional status and hemoglobin levels of 0.003 (p<0.005). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional status and hemoglobin levels in students of Senior High School 3 Bone.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Dangke merupakan produk olahan susu sapi atau susu kerbau dengan getah papaya yang dibungkus menggunakan daun pisang. Susu merupakan media yang baik untuk perkembangan mikroba karena kandungan nutrisinya yang tinggi dengan aktivitas air yang tinggi pada pH yang mendekati netral. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain eksperimental. Dilakukan perhitungan koloni pada media isolasi dan persentase konsentrasi mikroorganisme serta mengidentifikasi morfologi bakteri Hasil: Dangke susu kerbau segar. Jumlah koloni bakteri pengenceran 10-1 paling banyak terdapat pada dangke 1, dangke 2, dan dangke 5, pengenceran 10-2 paling banyak pada dangke 1, pengenceran 10-3 paling banyak dangke 2, pengenceran 10-4 paling banyak pada dangke 3, pengenceran 10-5 paling banyak pada dangke 3.  Persentase konsentrasi dangke 1 (33,3%), dangke 2 (25%), dangke 3 (20%), dangke 4 (20%), dangke 5 (25%). Morfologi bakteri basil dengan jenis bakteri gram positif. Dangke susu kerbau mengandung bakteri probiotik Genus Lactobacillus bermanfaat bagi kesehatan yang bisa membantu proses pencernaan, meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh, dan dapat menghasilkan bakteriosin untuk melawan bakteri patogen.  Kesimpulan: Terdapat morfologi bakteri basil dengan koloni streptobasil termasuk jenis bakteri gram positif pada makanan tradisional dangke susu kerbau, yang tergolong bakteri probiotik Genus Lactobacillus. Abstract Background: Dangke is a processed product of cow's milk or buffalo milk with papaya sap wrapped using banana leaves. Milk is a good medium for microbial development due to its high nutritional content with high water activity at a pH close to neutral. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with an experimental design. Calculation of colonies on isolation media and percentage concentration of microorganisms and identifying bacterial morphology were carried out. Results: Fresh buffalo milk dangke. The number of bacterial colonies in dilution 10-1 is the most in dangke 1, dangke 2, and dangke 5, dilution 10-2 is the most in dangke 1, dilution 10-3 is the most in dangke 2, dilution 10-4 is the most in dangke 3, dilution 10-5 is the most in dangke 3.  Percentage concentration of dangke 1 (33.3%), dangke 2 (25%), dangke 3 (20%), dangke 4 (20%), dangke 5 (25%). Morphology of bacilli bacteria with gram-positive bacteria type. Buffalo milk dangke contains probiotic bacteria Genus Lactobacillus beneficial for health that can help the digestive process, increase immunity, and can produce bacteriocins to fight pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion: There is a morphology of bacillus bacteria with streptobacillus colonies including gram-positive bacteria in traditional buffalo milk dangke food, which is classified as probiotic bacteria of the Lactobacillus genus.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Infus whitening atau infus pemutih, menjadi salah satu metode yang populer dalam perawatan kulit untuk mencapai warna kulit yang lebih cerah dan merata. Metode perawatan ini digunakan oleh dokter kecantikan untuk memberikan vitamin C, glutation, kolagen, dll, secara langsung melalui pembuluh darah. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui tujuan penggunaan obat dan proses infus whitening ditinjau dalam pandangan islam. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang dengan kategori informan biasa, informan kunci dan informan pendukung. Hasil: Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang praktik pengelolaan infus pemutih di Klinik X Makassar termasuk tujuan penggunaan, prosedur pelaksanaan dan kebijakan yang diterapkan. Analisis manajemen mencakup aspek keamanan, efektivitas, serta peran dan tanggung jawab berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pengelolaan. Sementara itu, perspektif Islam diintegrasikan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian praktik ini dengan nilai norma etika Islam terkait kesehatan dan kecantikan. Kesimpulan: Jika tujuan dari infus whitening adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri atau memperbaiki kondisi kulit yang bermasalah, dan tujuannya positif, dapat dianggap halal. Namun, jika tujuannya untuk meniru standard kecantikan yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, perlu dipertimbangkan lebih lanjut. Dalam Islam, menjaga kesehatan tubuh dianggap penting. Jika prosedur infus whitening tidak membahayakan kesehatan, dapat dianggap lebih dapat diterima. Abstract Background: Whitening infusion, also known as whitening infusion, has become a popular method in skin care to achieve a brighter and more even skin tone. This treatment method is used by beauty doctors to administer vitamin C, glutathione, collagen, etc., directly through the veins. Objective: This study aims to determine the purpose of using the whitening infusion process medication from an Islamic perspective. Method:This research is a qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, documentation, literature study. There were 8 informants in this study in the categories of ordinary informants, key informants and supporting informants. Results: This research provides an overview of the practice of managing bleach infusions at Clinic X Makassar including the purpose of use, implementation procedures and policies implemented. Management analysis includes aspects of security, effectiveness, as well as the roles and responsibilities of various parties involved in the management process. Meanwhile, an Islamic perspective is integrated to evaluate the suitability of this practice with Islamic ethical norms regarding health and beauty. Conclusion: Phealth and beauty principles are permitted as long as they do not violate the basic principles of Islamic teachings. If the aim of the whitening infusion is to increase self-confidence or improve the condition of problematic skin, and the aim is positive, it can be considered halal. However, if the goal is purely to imitate beauty standards that are not in accordance with Islamic values, it needs to be considered further. In Islam, maintaining a healthy body is considered important. If the whitening infusion procedure does not harm health, it can be considered more acceptable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Keberhasilan organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawannya. Untuk menciptakan kinerja yang optimal diperlukan suatu budaya organisasi sebagai acuan atau pedoman kerja bagi karyawan dalam menjalankan berbagai aktivitas perusahaan atau organisasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisai terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di RS Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Tahun 2023. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di RS Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel sebanyak 86 sampel. Hasil: Menunjukkan dari 86 responden sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan (81,40%), berada pada kelompok usia 31 – 40 tahun (51,16%), masa kerja >10 tahun (53,49%), dan pendidikan terakhir D3 (50%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh indikator Inovasi dan pengambilan risiko (p = 0,001), Perhatian terhadap detail (p = 0,007), Orientasi Hasil (p = 0,008), Orientasi Orang (p = 0,005), Orientasi Tim (p = 0,011), Keagresifan (p = 0,021), Kestabilan (p = 0,020) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di RS Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Tahun 2023. Inovasi dan pengambilan risiko merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan RS Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar dengan ODDS Ratio Exp(B) 22,790 lebih besar daripada variabel lain yang teramati dalam model penelitian. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh Inovasi dan pengambilan risiko, perhatian terhadap detail, orientasi hasil, orientasi orang, orientasi tim, keagresifan, dan kestabilan terhadap Kinerja karyawan di RS akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar. Disarankan pihak rumah sakit agar meningkatkan penerapan budaya organisasi agar kinerja karyawan semakin baik. ABSTRACT Background: Human resources (HR) are a very important factor in an organization. The success of the organization is greatly influenced by the performance of its employees. To create optimal performance, an organizational culture is needed as a reference or work guideline for employees in carrying out various company or organizational activities. Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of organizational culture on employe performance at the Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Hospital in 2023. Method: This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all employees at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique by taking all 86 members of the population as samples. Results: Show that the 86 respondents were mostly female (81.40%), in the age group 31 – 40 years (51.16%), had worked >10 years (53.49%), and had a diploma of at least D3. (50%). The results of statistical tests show that there is an influence of indicators Innovation and risk taking (p =0,001), Attention to detail (p =0.007), Results Orientation (p = 0.008), People Orientation (p =0.005), Team Orientation (p = 0.011), Aggressiveness (p = 0.021), Stability (p =0.020) on Employe Performance at the Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Hospital in 2023. The organizational culture indicators that have the most influence on employee performance are innovation and risk taking as seen from the ODDS Ratio Exp(B) 22,790 is greater than the other variables. Conclusion: Shows that there is an influence of innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, results orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability on employee performance at the Akademis Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar hospital. It is recommended that hospitals improve the implementation of organizational culture so that employee performance improves.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Bauran pemasaran didefinisikan sebagai salah satu konsep umum (taktik) yang dikembangkan dalam pemasaran. Elemen yang menyusun bauran pemasaran adalah elemen yang bisa dikendalikan, yaitu dapat dipergunakan oleh rumah sakit untuk mempengaruhi reaksi para pasien. Elemen bauran pemasaran adalah layanan, tarif, lokasi, penyebaran informasi, petugas kesehatan/paramedis, mutu layanan, sarana dan prasarana. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 pasien. Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini akan diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil: Tidak terdapat pengaruh layanan yaitu p-value 0,209 (p > 0,05), terdapat pengaruh tarif yaitu p-value 0,000 (p < 0,05), terdapat pengaruh lokasi yaitu p-value 0,001 (p < 0,05), terdapat pengaruh penyebaran informasi yaitu p-value 0,012 (p<0,05), terdapat pengaruh petugas kesehatan/paramedis yaitu p-value 0,000 (p < 0,05), terdapat pengaruh mutu layanan yaitu p-value 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan berpengaruh secara parsial nilai Exp(B)/Odd Ratio sebesar 9,761 dan p-value 0,000 (<0,05), terdapat pengaruh sarana dan prasarana yaitu p-value 0,000 (p < 0,05) terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih jasa pada instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat pengaruh product (jenis layanan) terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih jasa pada instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Terdapat pengaruh price (tarif), place (lokasi), promotion (penyebaran informasi), people (petugas kesehatan/paramedis), process (mutu layanan), physical evidence (sarana dan prasarana) serta terdapat pengaruh dominan atau berpengaruh secara parsial yaitu mutu layanan terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih jasa pada instalasi rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. ABSTRACT Background: One of the broad ideas (tactics) created in marketing is called the marketing mix. The components of the marketing mix are those that the hospital can control, meaning it can utilize them to affect how patients respond. Services, pricing, location, information sharing, paramedics and health professionals, service quality, infrastructure, and buildings are all components of the marketing mix. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 200 patients. Data collection in this study was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data processing in this study will be processed using the SPSS program. Results: There is no effect of service, namely p-value 0.209 (p> 0.05), there is an effect of tariffs, namely p-value 0.000 (p < 0.05), there is an effect of location, namely p-value 0.001 (p < 0.05), there is an effect of information dissemination, namely p-value 0.012 (p < 0.05), there is an effect of health workers / paramedics, namely p-value 0.000 (p < 0.05), There is an effect of service quality, namely p-value 0.000 (p < 0.05) and partially influences the Exp (B) / Odd Ratio value of 9.761 and p-value 0.000 (<0.05), there is an influence of facilities and infrastructure, namely p-value 0.000 (p < 0.05) on patient decisions in choosing services at outpatient installations at theyekh Yusuf Regional General Hospital, Gowa Regency. Conclusion: There is no effect of product (type of service) on patient decisions in choosing services at outpatient installations at theyekh Yusuf Regional General Hospital, Gowa Regency. There is an influence of price (tariff), place (location), promotion (information dissemination), people (health workers / paramedics), process (service quality), physical evidence (facilities and infrastructure) and there is a dominant influence or partial effect, namely the quality of service on patient decisions in choosing services at outpatient installations at theyekh Yusuf Regional General Hospital, Gowa Regency the Regional General Hospital Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pada hakekatnya masalah kesehatan merupakan suatu bagian terpeting dalam kehidupan manusia. Untuk itu, dalam rangka mendukung kesehatan bagi semua orang, harus adanya upaya yang dilakukan yaitu salah satunya adalah pemerintah memeberikan sarana kesehatan bagi masyarakatnya. Salah satu sarana tersebut adalah rumah sakit. Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu wajib diberikan oleh seluruh bagian yan berada di rumah sakit. Bila pelayanan kesehatan tidak senantiasa ditingkatkan, besar kemungkinan pasien akan menyusut apabila pasien tidak puas akan membuat pasien kecewa. Beragam jenis pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh rumah sakit, salah satunya adalah pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survey analitik dengan desain cross-sectional, serta teknik pengambilan sampel mengggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat jalan di Mayapada Hospital Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini mengunakan rumus solvin dengan menggambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel sebanyak 100 populasi. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan responsiveness (daya tanggap) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan hasil 0,012 < 0,05. Competence (kompetensi) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan hasil 0,025 < 0,05. Variabel communication (komunikasi) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan hasil 0,003 < 0,05. Reliability (kehandalan) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan hasil 1,0000 > 0,05 dan variabel tengible (bukti fisik) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan dengan hasil 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel responsiveness (daya tanggap), competence (kompetensi), communication (komunikasi), dan tengible (bukti fisik) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan Mayapada Hospital Tangerang Tahun 2023. ABSTRACT Background: Basically, health issues show that health is an important part of life and people expect health because it is very important and valuable. For example, the government should provide health facilities for the society, such as hospital. All departments in the hospital need to provide quality health services. If health services aren’t always improved, then the number of patients will drop when they feel unappreciated. This will lead to disappointment. Therefore, different types of health services are provided by hospitals, like outpatient services. Method: This study conducted quantitative research using analytical surveys with cross-sectional design and collected data sample using simple random sampling. This research involved population from outpatients at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang. Then, this research analysed data sampling technique by using the Solvin formula and involved the entire sample population, namely 100 people. Results: The results of this study indicated that the significant value of responsiveness found a significant impact on outpatient satisfaction with results of 0.012 < 0.05. then, the competence showed a significant influence on outpatient satisfaction with results of 0.025 < 0.05. Next, the communication variables identified a significant effect on outpatient satisfaction with results of 0.003 < 0.05. However, the reliability did not show a significant effect on outpatient satisfaction with results of 1.0000 > 0.05 and the tangible variable (physical evidence) revealed a significant value on outpatient satisfaction with the result of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the variables of responsiveness (responsiveness), competence (competence), communication (communication), and tengible (physical evidence) with the satisfaction of Mayapada Hospital Tangerang outpatients in 2023.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: SISRUTE merupakan teknologi informasi berbasis internet yang dapat menghubungkan data pasien dari tingkat layanan lebih rendah ke tingkat layanan lebih tinggi atau sederajat (horizontal maupun vertikal) dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses rujukan pasien. SISRUTE diharapkan adanya komunikasi dan informasi awal sebelum pasien dirujuk melalui media komunikasi (SMS, aplikasi android dan WEB), sehingga pelayanan di RS tempat rujukan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat serta berdampak pada keselamatan pasien dan kepuasan keluarga/pasien. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kualitatif dimana tahap wawancara untuk mengetahui data kualitatif dan mengetahui implementasi sistem rujukan terintegrasi (SISRUTE) di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kabupaten Gowa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil: Dalam menjawab sistem rujukan di Rumah Sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, pada ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, dan feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. Kesimpulan: Sistem rujukan di rumah sakit sudah melakukan sesuai dengan standar respon time di halaman SISRUTE meskipun belum sempurna dilaksanakan, ketersediaan SDM sarana dan prasarana SISRUTE merupakan proses dan syarat dalam persiapan dalam sistem rujukan sehingga dapat ditangani lebih optimal, feedback komunikasi antar fasilitas kesehatan perujuk dan penerima rujukan sudah dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam pedoman sistem rujukan. ABSTRACT Background: SISRUTE is an internet-based information technology that can link patient data from lower service levels to higher or equivalent service levels (horizontally or vertically) with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the patient referral process. SISRUTE hopes that there will be early communication and information before patients are referred through communication media (SMS, Android applications and WEB), so that services at referral hospitals can provide fast and appropriate services and have an impact on patient safety and family/patient satisfaction. Method: This study uses a qualitative method. Where is the interview stage to find out qualitative data and find out the implementation of the integrated referral system (SISRUTE) at Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency. The approach used in this study is to use a phenomenological approach. Results: In responding to the referral system at the hospital, it has been carried out in accordance with the standard response time on the SISRUTE page, although it has not been implemented perfectly, the availability of human resources, SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation for the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, and communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as stated in the referral system guidelines. Conclusion: The referral system in the hospital has been carried out in accordance with the response time standards on the SISRUTE page even though it has not been perfectly implemented, the availability of human resources for SISRUTE facilities and infrastructure is a process and requirement in preparation in the referral system so that it can be handled more optimally, communication feedback between referring health facilities and referral recipients has been implemented as contained in the referral system guidelines.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Akreditasi Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) merupakan pengakuan yang diberikan oleh lembaga independen penyelenggara akreditasi yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Kesehatan setelah memenuhi standar akreditasi. Akreditasi puskesmas menilai 3 kelompok pelayanan di puskesmas, yaitu kelompok administrasi manajemen (admen), kelompok upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UKM), dan kelompok upaya kesehatan perorangan (UKP). Stuktur standar akreditasi puskesmas terdiri dari 9 Bab, 42 standar, 168 kriteria dan 776 elemen penilaian. Dalam hal ini Permenkes RI Nomor 46 tahun 2015 menyatakan bahwa penetapan status akreditasi puskesmas terdiri dari: tidak terakreditasi, terakreditasi dasar, terakreditasi madya, terakreditasi utama, atau terakreditasi paripurna. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan besar total sampel sebanyak 77 orang, analsis data yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value pada variabel perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerak pelaksana serta pengendalian dan pengawasan lebih besar dari nilai α (0.05). Kesimpulan: Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerak pelaksana serta pengawasan dan pengendalian tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap status akreditasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Majene. ABSTRACT Background: First Level Health Facility Accreditation (FKTP) is accreditation granted by an impartial accreditation body selected by the Minister of Health after fulfilling the requirements. Three service groups at public health centers are evaluated as part of public health center accreditation: administrative management group (admen), the community health effort group (UKM), and the individual health effort group (UKP). The public health center accreditation requirements comprise 42 standards, 168 criteria, 776 assessment items, and 9 chapters. In this instance, the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Health Regulation Number 46 of 2015 specifies that evaluating a public health center's accreditation status entails: not accreditation, basic accreditation, intermediate accreditation, main accreditation, or plenary accreditation. Method: This type of research uses analytical observational research with a total sample size of 77 people, the data analysis used is the chi square test. Results: The study's findings indicate that the p-value for the factors driving implementation, organizing, planning, managing, and supervising is higher than the significance level of 0.05. Conclusion: Planning, organizing, leading implementation, monitoring, and controlling did not affect the accreditation status of Majene Regency public health facilities.
