Abstract

Environmental damage due to tin mining that is not accompanied by environmental preservation in Juru Seberang Village, Belitung Regency, which causes loss of biodiversity and increases the vulnerability of coastal residents requires a strategy to strengthen Ecological Citizenship through rehabilitating forests and ex-tin mine forests and land, namely, by conducting socialization to the community in achieving the strategy of strengthening ecological citizenship. The results show that there are several inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the process of achieving strategies for strengthening Ecological Citizenship through the HKm group. Among these factors, the amount of assistance from various parties such as the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), Peat and Mangrove Restoration Agency (BRGM), Regional Development Planning Agency, CSAR, BUMN, and so on is the most important factor. The community of the community has a strong belief in the community to always protect the environment and care more about the environment, and the community is the main source of support for the management of marine protected areas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how digital retail companies retain their customers by being active as registered partners who continue to make repurchases. Understanding partner’s positive perceptions is key in improving repurchase decisions. Marketing Strategy, Service Quality and situational factors are studied to understand the strengthening of these positive perceptions. Attitude Towards Norm is known as one of the predictors in influencing purchasing decisions so that the relationship between these variables is also studied in this study. This research method is quantitative. Data obtained from an online questionnaire of 384 respondents. Descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the demographic background of the respondents. Associative analysis was carried out to identify the relationship between Marketing Activities, Service Quality, Attitude Towards Norm, Social Influence and Repurchasing Decision. The results show that all the effects of exogenous variables are found to be significant, except that Service Quality does not directly have a significant effect on Repurchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the challenges of women's representation as Bawaslu members and the resulting impact of the low percentage of women in Bawaslu. Many previous studies have examined the challenges and obstacles in realizing women's representation in politics, especially in the context of elections, but there is still a lack of studies on women's representation in the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu). This research was conducted using Anne Phillips' theory of Political Representation. This descriptive research is a literature study involving books, journals, research, and websites as data. The results show that the current challenges to women's representation as members of the Indonesian Bawaslu are the lack of natural resources for women, a gender-neutral selection process, and a lack of knowledge about elections. As a result, women become politically illiterate, especially with regard to elections, gender equality in the Bawaslu commissioners does not materialize.

Abstract

The K1 clinic (Kawan Kewan) is a veterinary clinic in the city of Magelang that was established in 2018. There are many ways to improve the services at the K1 clinic (Kawan Kewan). Pet Owners are worried when going to the vet clinic because they are uninformed of the incurred expenses that they will get  after having a medical examination at the clinic. Meanwhile the clinic needs a system that can manage administration and can increase the satisfaction of customers who come to the clinic, as well as manage all administration related to the veterinary service process. The primary goal of this research is to make an Android-based mobile application to simplify administration and give a better experience for every customer who come to the veterinary clinic. In this research, the waterfall method is used as a testing tool because this method allows for departmentalization and control. Therefore, this method is suitable for solving the existing cases at the K1 Veterinary Clinic (Kawan Kewan) by utilizing the MVVM architecture framework for Android application development. The application, which was created utilizing the MVVM design and the Kotlin programming language, was tested on users and produced pleasing results. It efficiently meets the needs of users and clinics, making pet services possible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the performance of the two types of models used in the task of classifying Quran verses based on audio similarity. The first model is Model B which uses MFCC features and the MaLSTM architecture, while the second model is Model C, which is Model B with additional delta features. The stages in this study consist of determining the dataset, determining the parameters, preprocessing, training, and testing. The dataset in this study was obtained from the local dataset https://sahabatibadah.com/fasih/. This study conducted data analysis based on 172,895 samples of Al-Quran recitation sounds from Juzz 30, which includes a total of 37 surahs with 564 verses. This sound data were taken from the recording on the Qara'a application and collected from 500 users of the application. In this study, 3 out of 500 users were used as training data to train speech recognition models, while one user was used as testing data. The training model used was DeepSpeech supported by TensorFlow. In the model training process, 30% of the samples were used as a validation set. Based on the results, Model B with the MFCC feature is the best model in the task of recognizing and classifying audio-based Quran verses. The use of the delta feature in Model B and Model C show a negative impact on model performance. The MFCC feature is more recommended in the recognition and classification of audio-based Qur’an verses, especially in the LSTM model architecture.

Abstract

Jakarta Kini (JAKI) platform provides a seamless digital experience for various government services of DKI Jakarta, such as reporting/complaints, monitoring and accessing important information. This research aims to analyze the use and acceptance of JAKI using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 model, which consists of the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit and Trust as the main variable. Along with Age and Gender as moderator variables. Data was collected from 400 respondents who had used the JAKI platform. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling and convenience sampling. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique is used to interpret and analyze the data using SmartPLS 4 software. Based on the analysis of this research, five direct variable relationships have a positive and significant effect. Habit and Trust variables positively and significantly affect Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior in using the platform. In moderate variables, only one variable has a significant effect. Age moderates the effect of Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention in using the platform.

Abstract

The infectious disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus can infect all age groups. The symptoms that arise can vary from no symptoms to severe and critical symptoms. Differences in clinical symptoms can occur due to differences in the distribution, maturation and function of the SARS-CoV-2 virus receptors. These clinical symptoms will determine the severity of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age and clinical symptoms and the severity of COVID-19 in Bengkulu Province in 2020. This study used an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were taken using a consecutive sampling technique and a total of 109 subjects were obtained who were COVID-19 patients in Bengkulu Province from March to December 2020. Assessment of clinical symptoms used COVID-19 epidemiological investigations. The degree of severity is determined based on the Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The relationship between the two variables was analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the age factor of COVID-19 patients in determining the severity of COVID-19 (p=0.000; p <0.05).
