Abstract

Study This aim is to know the influence use media online learning Edmodo on simulation learning outcomes and digital communication class X student at SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. The population in this study were all students Class X of SMK Negeri 1 Kakas has 92 students. The sample in this research is class X TKJ with 20 students as the experimental class, and class X TKR amount 20 students as the class control. Study This uses an experimental method study Pre-Test, Post-test research type Control Group Design. Method analysis data use test normality Liliefors obtained Fcount = 0.137 And Ftable = 0.19 with level significant 0.05, showing data distribute normal, test Homogeneity use F-test showing sample Which researched obtained Fcount = 1.55 And Ftable = 2.17 based on criteria testing Fcount < Ftable so class experiment And class control Variance Which The same or Homogeneous And test hypothesis use T-test obtained Tcount = 7.13 and Ttable = 2.20 based on the test criteria tcount > ttable shows that the experimental class learning outcomes are greater than the classroom learning outcomes control. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of online learning media Edmodo on simulation and communication learning outcomes.

Abstract

The performance of an organization is very dependent on the performance of its employees, in other words, the performance of employees will contribute to the performance of the organization in which they are located. This means that the behavior of organizational members, both individually and in groups, can provide strength or influence over the organization's performance. The research results show that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation significantly affect employee performance. Where the significance value (Sig) is less than the significance level (α) and the FCount value is greater than FTable, indicating that the null hypothesis (Ho) can be rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that employee performance (Y) at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat is influenced positively and significantly by leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work motivation (X3). Additional analysis shows a strong influence between these variables, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.835 and a coefficient of determination (r2) of 69.85%, it can be concluded that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation positively contribute to employee performance. Good leadership and being a role model, authoritative, responsible, and nurturing which can move employees to improve their performance is supported by an organizational culture that is supportive, open, and focused on common goals as factors that play an important role will stimulate employee work motivation so that it will influence employee performance to be even better. The integration of these variables shows that improving employee performance can be achieved through holistic attention and action towards these factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the results of implementing biology learning tools using the problem-based learning (PBL) model for PPG Daljab students at Manado State University. The learning tools used result from a development process that meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria. This research used a qualitative approach, with a sample size of 10 PPG students registered in the biology education study program at Manado State University in 2023/2024. Data was collected through Teaching Module data, Interviews, and Learning Videos. Data analysis uses method triangulation, data presentation, interpretation, data reduction, coding, and categorization to conclude. Based on the examination of research data, PPG Daljab students have succeeded in developing biology learning tools, including CP, ATP, and teaching modules, which are classified as very good. The assessment instrument (THB) is classified as being in the excellent group. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PPG Daljab students improve their skills in formulating biology questions that are relevant to students' daily experiences (practical) and in line with PISA questions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the family environment and learning discipline on students' interest in learning at State 4 Junior High School Tomohon. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this investigation involved a sample of 120 students selected through random sampling techniques. Data were collected through structured questionnaires designed to measure the variables of family environment, learning discipline, and students' interest in learning. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between the family environment and students' interest in learning, suggesting that supportive and nurturing family conditions contribute to higher levels of student engagement and enthusiasm for learning. Furthermore, learning discipline, characterized by consistent study habits, time management, and adherence to academic responsibilities, was found to be a critical factor in enhancing students' interest in their studies. Multiple regression analysis indicated that both the family environment and learning discipline collectively accounted for a substantial proportion of the variance in students' interest in learning, highlighting the combined impact of these factors. The findings underscore the importance of a conducive family environment and the establishment of disciplined learning habits as essential components in fostering students' academic motivation. The study concludes with recommendations for educators and parents to collaborate in creating supportive home environments and encouraging disciplined study practices to improve students' interest in learning. Future research directions include exploring the mediating effects of other psychosocial factors and extending the study to different educational settings to generalize the findings.
