Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy in increasing sales of Afiza crackers, a micro business located in Kendit Village, Situbondo. Kerupuk Afiza is a home-based product developed by Mrs. Miswa since 2019, relying on hereditary recipes and local raw materials. Previously, the business only relied on traditional marketing methods such as sales at local markets and neighborhood stalls, which led to stagnant sales growth. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from interviews with the business owner, two employees, and four resellers. The results showed that product uniqueness and flavor consistency are the main advantages. Marketing strategies are carried out through simple social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook, although business actors still experience constraints in digital management. Product distribution was expanded through a network of resellers, overcoming the constraints of less strategic business locations. In addition, flavor diversification, affordable pricing, and internal training for employees helped maintain product quality and competitiveness. In terms of production, limited tools and dependence on the weather are challenges that need to be overcome. This study concludes that although Afiza crackers have not fully implemented digital marketing strategies optimally, the combination of personal promotion, social media utilization, and empowerment of local human resources has had a significant impact in increasing sales. Further training in digital marketing and production technology development is recommended to strengthen the competitiveness of the business in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the management of extracurricular activities at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bustanul Faizin and its contribution to improving students' non-academic achievements. Extracurricular management is an organized process that includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising activities outside of class hours aimed at developing students' potential, interests, and talents. Based on an Islamic management approach, these activities are also directed at shaping students' spiritual character and responsibility. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews. The results showed that extracurricular management in the madrasah has been running well. Planning is carried out regularly at the beginning of the school year through coordination meetings. Organizing includes the distribution of tasks to coaches according to their fields of expertise. Implementation focuses on fostering students through various positive activities, while supervision is carried out by comparing actual conditions with predetermined standards and followed by corrective action if necessary. The implementation of effective extracurricular management significantly contributes to the improvement of students' non-academic achievements. This is evidenced by the various awards won by students in district and provincial level competitions. Thus, extracurricular management that is structured and based on Islamic values has proven to be a means of character building and improving the overall quality of students.

Abstract

The digital transformation of public administration has become a crucial aspect of governance, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia, where efforts to modernize the public sector are underway. This study examines digital technologies' impact on Indonesia's bureaucratic structures and governance processes, focusing on the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating digital tools into public administration. The research adopts a qualitative approach, primarily relying on a comprehensive literature review of scholarly articles, government reports, and relevant case studies. This methodology enables a nuanced understanding of how digital governance is implemented and its implications for bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. The findings reveal significant progress in service delivery, transparency, and citizen engagement, with e-government platforms facilitating easier access to public services and promoting greater accountability. However, several challenges persist, such as resistance to change among public sector employees, a digital literacy gap, infrastructure disparities between urban and rural areas, and concerns about data security. The research concludes that while Indonesia has made substantial strides in adopting digital governance, overcoming these barriers requires strategic investments in digital infrastructure, fostering innovation within bureaucratic structures, and ensuring equitable access to digital services. The study also highlights the importance of a flexible and inclusive approach to digital governance to address Indonesia's unique socio-political and cultural challenges.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation potential of green marketing in the fish cracker home industry located in Pesisir Village, Besuki District, using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis framework. The research reveals that despite operating traditionally and on a small scale, the industry possesses natural strengths aligned with green marketing principles. These include the use of fresh, locally sourced raw materials, low-emission traditional processing methods, and efficient resource use—such as utilizing the entire fish to reduce organic waste. However, key weaknesses were identified, including limited awareness of green marketing concepts, lack of training, constrained access to environmentally friendly technologies, and reliance on plastic packaging. Opportunities for expansion are evident through rising environmental awareness among consumers, especially in urban areas, and consistent demand from neighboring regions like Malang and Madura. Additionally, government support for SMEand sustainable local products offers strategic leverage. Nonetheless, several threats persist, including fluctuating raw material prices, unstructured waste management, and competition from more eco-conscious producers. Supporting and inhibiting factors were analyzed, showing that while internal values and traditional practices support a sustainable approach, limited knowledge and financial capacity hinder full implementation. The study concludes that with targeted interventions such as training, technological assistance, and sustainable packaging innovation, this industry holds significant potential to adopt green marketing as a competitive and responsible strategy. Future research should explore the scalability of these findings across similar rural industries and investigate the long-term impact of green marketing adoption on economic resilience and ecological preservation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of investment, export-import, and inflation rate on economic growth in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic economics during the period 2004–2024. The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) identifies short-term and long-term relationships among these variables. The data employed are annual secondary data from various official sources, such as the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The results indicate that, in the long term, investment and exports have a significant positive effect on economic growth, while inflation has a negative impact. In the short term, the relationships among these variables demonstrate complex dynamics, yet remain consistent with Islamic economic theory, which emphasizes stability, justice, and sustainable growth. This study provides important implications for macroeconomic policies aligned with sharia principles, particularly in efforts to achieve inclusive and equitable economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

As one of the largest mining companies, PT. IMIP is a nickel processing industrial area. Therefore, a Corporate Social Responsibility is needed, which is a form of corporate responsibility towards the community around the company's operational location. The research method employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature studies as the primary source for writing scientific papers, by collecting data from various valid and reliable reference sources. The results of the study show that PT. IMIP, in carrying out its own CSR, is a company that looks at the Triple Bottom Line concept, also known as 3P (Profit, People & Planet). In generating good profits, PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park not only focuses on achieving financial gains, but is also committed to improving the economic welfare of the community, protecting the environment, and, of course, benefiting the environment and its surroundings. It can be seen from the allocation of CSR funds of IDR 170 billion over the past three years, which have been distributed to support the economic sector of the surrounding community. This demonstrates that the implementation of CSR at PT. IMIP can be considered successful.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the implementation of social capital in the management of economic business units at Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung, as well as to analyze the economic self-reliance strategies employed to build a sustainable pesantren (Islamic boarding school) economic system. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving various stakeholders, including both internal (administrators, students, and alums) and external (local community, students’ parents) parties, as well as third parties (developers of the Pesantren Smart Digital application, or PSD). The research findings indicate that the implementation of social capital, particularly trust, shared norms, and bridging social capital, plays a crucial role in creating an inclusive, transparent, and integrated pesantren economic governance system. Trust is established through a digital transaction system managed via the Pesantren Smart Digital (PSD) application, which not only ensures a secure and accountable financial flow for students but also strengthens oversight by both parents and pesantren administrators. This economic system is reinforced through the establishment of disciplinary regulations such as daily spending limits and the mandatory use of official receipts, along with strict sanctions for violations, serving as a form of norm-based social control. The pesantren's economic self-reliance strategies are also systematically developed through the formation of a dedicated economic division, the restructuring of business units such as SanNumart and SanNuairminum, the active involvement of students and alumni in business activities, and collaboration with the surrounding community and professional entities. As a result, the pesantren emerges not only as a religious educational institution but also as a center for community-based Islamic economic empowerment.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed higher education, leading to the adoption of blended learning—a combination of online and offline instruction. This study examines the impact of blended learning on learning motivation and identifies key motivational indicators for improvement. A quantitative survey was conducted with 115 fifth-semester students from the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI, Jakarta. Data were collected using a validated and reliable five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) via SmartPLS software. Results indicate that blended learning has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation. IPMA findings indicate that “Flexibility of Time and Place” is the primary area for improvement, followed by Learning Interaction and Learning Effectiveness. At the same time, the Availability of Learning Facilities is a lower priority. Enhancing flexibility is expected to increase motivation substantially. These findings contribute to the development of student-centered learning models and offer practical guidance for educators and policymakers in designing more adaptive and engaging higher education learning environments.
