Abstract

Micro-enterprises in Indonesia have experienced significant development from time to time. Business people are able to produce various types of diverse products. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the breakthroughs in increasing economic growth in the community. Along the way, the development of micro-enterprises was also followed by the development of a marketing system that entered the realm of digital media. This aside from being a factor capable of breaking the tide of the market, on the other hand, it is also an obstacle for some micro-enterprises. Lack of knowledge in digital and marketing fields has resulted in some micro-enterprises being unable to compete in conditions of competitive market competition. The purpose of the community service wrapped in the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) program is to provide assistance and training to one of the snack MSMEs in Karangsari Village, Banyuwangi Regency so that MSMEs can know and understand good processed products and digital market opportunities. This KKN activity can be completed well in its entirety. This can be indicated by the achievements that have been obtained, namely: fostered partners already have new product innovations and have and are able to print packaging logos on products. The fostered partners are also able to promote products by marketing through social media. It is hoped that with this assistance and training, micro business actors as partners will be able to become entrepreneurs and/or do business independently and be independent of their processed products. Abstract

Knowledge can be shared in the form of teaching or training. The training was given to the Santa Maria 1 Cirebon High School, online during the current Covid-19 pandemic. The training is given to meet the needs of schools that want to add to the teaching materials that have been given in the field of programming to students, develop students' abilities in logic, think systematically and help students understand simple programming. To help meet the needs of the school, training was provided by Maranatha Christian University, especially the Information Technology Faculty, to class X students, by providing training to make online games using zoom. Game making training given to students, using the scratch application. The scratch application is used to support the fulfillment of school needs, introduce applications that can be easily learned by students and share knowledge possessed by lecturers of the Faculty of Information Technology. At the end of the training, students can follow the training well and can create games using the scratch application.

Abstract

The training activities carried out are expected to improve the quality of library services at partner schools. The goal to be achieved by the author is that each semester can carry out community service to these partners with different training materials. Especially for this semester the author held training on the use of digital library applications. This training is a competency for the academic community in utilizing information and communication technology in increasing reading interest for the academic community. The target of this service activity program is the entire academic community of SMP IT Yaabunayya Fathul Khaer in Makassar City with a total of 50 students, 10 teachers and 1 librarian. The method used is a lecture method, question and answer, and simulation. The results of this activity show: (1) participants (librarian staff) will have knowledge of book data processing, (2) training participants will have knowledge in the borrowing process and (3) training participants will get book information in the library.

Abstract

Lamawolo village in Ile Ape Timur sub-district, in Lembata district, was one of the villages that was affected by the landslide that occurred on April 5, 2021. Residents of the entire village, totaling 303 people and generally working as field farmers, were evacuated to SMPN 1 Nubatukan, Lewoleba city. While in the refugee camps, they do not carry out life activities or professions as they do in their hometowns. This situation causes boredom, psychological pressure and has the potential to cause mental disorders. Responding to these conditions, this activity was carried out with the aim of being one of the trauma healing methods. The method used was process skills. The types of training carried out were processing coconuts into VCO, various types of handicrafts, processing corn into chips, and making cassava chips. The activity was carried out for 3 days, from 26 to 29 April 2021. The participants involved in the activity were 26 people consisting of teenagers and adults. The results of the activities obtained are the production of VCO oil, corn chips and handicrafts from coconut shells. The participants were actively involved and enthusiastic about participating in the activities. Participants stated that this activity has helped overcome boredom, forget the trauma of the disaster and have the enthusiasm to start a new life after the disaster.

Abstract

Sistem agroforestri adalah sistem pengurusan lahan hutan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk mengurangi aktivitas deforestasi melalui konversi lahan sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan petani secara berkelanjutan.. Desa Kubu Batu ialah suatu desa yang mempunyai kapasitas sumberdaya alam berupa hutan rakyat. Hutan rakyat dikelola oleh masyarakat desa tersebut dengan menerapkan pola tanam agroforestri. Diketahui bahwa telah terjadi pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu komoditas pangan yang dapat dihasilkan di Desa Kubu Batu berupa obat herbal yang bersumber dari tanaman obat dimana hampir semua ditanam menggunakan sistem agroforestri. Melalui hal tersebut, suatu kegiatan yang bisa membantu masyarakat dalam rencana mengurangi penyebaran Covid-19 adalah pemberian pelatihan pembudidayaan obat yang dapat mencegah wabah Covid-19.  Metode penelitian memakai kegiatan sosialisasi dengan materi yang disampaikan serta pelatihan yang meliputi pembibitan, pembuatan herbisida alami dan pupuk cair. Tingkat pemahaman peserta perlu diketahui sehingga dilakukan evaluasi yang memakai dua langkah yakni pre-test serta post-test dengan cara pemberian kuesioner.  Melalui pemberian kuesioner diketahui jika terjadi kenaikan tingkat persentase pengetahuan peserta dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yakni 34,5%.  Rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test masing-masingnya sebesar 52,5% dan 87%. Oleh karena itu melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kontribusi masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pengembangan hutan rakyat di Desa Kubu Batu tersebut.

Abstract

Several carp farming farmers in Bakalan Hamlet expressed worry about frequent disease outbreaks, sluggish development, and carp mortality due to water quality that dropped below the culture requirement. In response to these issues, the water quality monitoring system was developed. The information gathered by the sensors will be transmitted to the Thingspeak webserver. Accessing the monitoring system and determining the current state of water quality measures can be accomplished by using a smartphone. Assume that the measurements for water quality do not fulfill the standards for cultured water in this case. Suppose the water quality parameters do not match the cultured water quality standards. In that case, the information will be displayed on a web interface via a smartphone so that gurami farmers know what steps will be taken to overcome this. This water quality monitoring system can benefit carp farmers so that the production of carp aquaculture is maximized. The result of this community service activity was that the tool was successfully made and worked well. The existence of this tool greatly helped the partner's response to this activity.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Posisi tubuh yang salah dalam bekerja, posisi statis yang berulang akan menyebabkan kontraksi otot yang terus menerus tanpa adanya relaksasi, salah satu masalah yang muncul yaitu ketegangan pada otot-otot disekitar leher sampai bahu sehingga menimbulkan masalah musculoskeletal disorder. Gangguan sistem muskuloskeletal dapat menurunkan kualitas kinerja pekerja sehingga menyebabkan kerugian waktu, pelayanan, maupun materi. Maka dari itu perlu edukasi stretching untuk menghindari cidera akibat kelelahan kerja. Tujuan Program : Melakukan penyuluhan tentang edukasi Preventif penyebaran virus Covid-19 dan Myofascial syndrome Pada Karyawan Jasa Pengiriman Barang. Metode Pelaksanaan : Pengumpulan Data dengan kegiatan studi pendahuluan di outlet pengiriman barang dilanjutkan Sosialisasi dengan poster tentang cara stretching dan pembagian face shield pada yang dilakukan di daerah Godean, Sleman, DIY. Hasil: Penyuluhan berupa Edukasi yang diberikan pada karyawan jasa pengiriman barang daerah godean yang tetap bekerja selama masa pandemi ini. Pelatihan ini berisi tentang Edukasi cara melakukan stretching dan pemakaian face shield yang perlu di pahamkan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID 19 dan mencegah terjadinya myofascial syndrome. Hasil dari Program kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan serta penerapan aplikasi kepada masyarakat tentang upaya preventif penyebaran virus Covid-19 dan Myofascial syndrome Pada Karyawan Jasa Pengiriman Barang.

Abstract

The partner in this community service program is the Dua Putra farm located in the village of Sengguruh, Kepanjen, Malang Regency. Apart from the cage for laying hens, this Dua Putra farm also has a hatchery cage with a capacity of 1000 chicks. Lighting in the chicken coop is important, especially at night because in addition to functioning as lighting, it also functions as a heater. Currently, the lighting in the chicken coop still uses the PLN electricity network, so that every month the owner has to pay electricity costs, which of course will increase production costs. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills to farmers regarding the use of renewable energy, especially solar heat as a source of electrical energy used for lighting in partner chicken coops. The methods used in this program are appropriate technology innovation, training and coaching as well as monitoring and evaluation of activities. Technological innovation is carried out through the manufacture of a chicken coop lighting system using a microcontroller-based solar panel. The lighting of the chicken coop is supplied by solar heat which is converted into electrical energy by solar panels. The lighting will turn on automatically in the afternoon. Training and coaching are carried out through the socialization of the use of solar panels for lighting and the practice of using and maintaining solar systems using solar panels.

Abstract

This socialization aims to find out how the implementation of the interactional teaching model for teachers at MTS Babussalam Tanjung Pura and to find out how students perceive the interactional teaching model for teachers at MTS Babussalam Tanjung Pura and find out how the influence of the teacher interactional teaching model on student perceptions at MTS Babussalam Tanjung Pura. The method of implementation is the preliminary stage, the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Results and discussion that the socialization of the interactional teaching model between teachers and students at MTS Babussalam Tanjung Pura is an associative interaction model, where this interaction leads to forms of association such as cooperation, accommodation, and also assimilation. The interaction between teachers and students is always carried out both inside and outside the classroom, both in teaching and learning activities and outside teaching and learning activities. At MTS Babussalam Tanjung Pura, the interaction between teachers and students is always pursued as well as possible, considering whether or not the relationship or interaction between the teacher and students is one of the factors that can affect the level of interest and motivation to learn owned by students. The better the interaction between the teacher and the students, the better the interest and learning motivation of the students will be.
